We chose Rob Hines Entertainment for our photo, video, DJ, MC, uplighting and mobile photo booth. Photo and video were so organized and made the most of our situation. It DOWNPOURED as we began to take our bridal party shots at planting fields but the team found a covered spot to shoot our photos. They were beautiful. Most importantly, they were timely and made sure we were on schedule the whole day. When we arrived to our venue and saw the room, the uplighting absolutely transformed it (highly recommend if your venue does not have this feature). Everybody enjoyed the mobile photo booth. It was super convenient since it does not need a designated area of your room. It definitely went to good use. Finally, I cannot thank the DJ and MC enough for making our party unforgettable. There was not one point in the night where the dance floor was empty. Guests still continue to tell us how much fun they had that night. Rob is very organized and stays in contact. Everything went so smooth and not once we’re we stressed on our wedding day. Thank you a million times for making our day perfect! -

My husband and I got married in early December, and I truly mean this with my whole heart when I say our wedding would not have been what it was without this incredible entertainment team. From the very beginning to the very end, they were so much more than just people doing their jobs. On our wedding day, they felt like family, like close friends who genuinely cared about us and about making our day as special as possible. They were nothing short of amazing.
From our photographers, Angie & Paolo, to our videographer Leo and his assistant Kristy, our DJ Ivan, our MC John, and even our photobooth attendant, whose name I regretfully can’t remember, every single person brought unmatched energy, kindness, and professionalism. The music was absolutely perfect, the vibes were immaculate, and the way they all worked together made the entire day feel effortless and fun.
And don’t even get me started on how quickly we received our photos and videos. SO quick! I was honestly shocked. Yet despite the fast turnaround, everything looked absolutely stunning. You would never know how quickly it all came together because the quality was just that good.
All of this is thanks to the man, the myth, the legend, Rob Hines. For two whole years, Rob walked us through every step of the process, answering questions, calming nerves, and always being there whenever we needed guidance. His care, dedication, and passion shine through not only in his work but in the incredible team he has built.
I already miss this team so much. To anyone considering using them for your big day, I promise you will not regret it. They will make sure that when you look back on your wedding, you do so with a huge smile and if you’re anything like me, maybe even a few happy tears.

We were extremely happy with our connection and services provided by @RobHinesEntertainment for our wedding at Falkirk Estate and Country Club. From start to finish this is a professional organization covering all aspects of our wedding that helped us stay focused to have the best possible ceremony, cocktail hour and wedding reception.
Right from the start, Rob met with us to review our options for our big day. He presented all the services he provides, from DJ to photography, photo booths, uplighting, light shows and smoky dance floors, plus much more. We discussed options and subsequently chose our favorites for the day.
As the time went on to the wedding, Rob provided spreadsheets covering all aspects of the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Each broken down so we could understand and complete. Follow up email reminders kept us focused on our tasks. We met on zoom to review our work periodically to be sure we were on track. Rob followed up with reminders on things outside his realm to be sure we had everything covered. We found this so helpful and professional.
We “met” with Rob and his photographer, Anna, to discuss the photos we wanted. Our first look, family groups, waterfall, stone house and other details. Anna turned out to be simply amazing at her craft, we couldn’t be happier with her work to record our day.
Our MC, Ivan, was absolutely fantastic! He ran the ceremony music and was on point. His professional manner and focus brought everything together. From our introductions to the last dance, all of Ivan’s work brought the reception together completely.
Our DJ, Pete had all of our guests on the dance floor at one time or another during the reception. From young (14) to old (87) our family and friends had a great time on the dance floor. Pete knew how to keep us partying and we couldn’t be happier!
At the photo-booth, Bri treated our guests to the fun of signs, glasses and just a lot of fun. Everyone loves a photo-booth!
All in all we just can’t say enough about what a great time we had thanks to @RobHinesEntertainment. -

We are so happy that we booked Rob Hines Entertainment for our wedding on September 19, 2025 at the VIP Country Club (New Rochelle, NY). We booked DJ, Videography, and Photo Booth services- and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.
From the very beginning, Rob personally communicated with us about our wedding day. Throughout the entire process he was available for phone or video calls to answer any questions that we had. I especially appreciate his emails with general reminders about the wedding planning process. As someone who is very organized, I loved Rob's attention to detail. His online platform, which included our day of timeline, playlist, etc. was extremely user friendly.
Rob and his team ensured that our wedding day ran smoothly. Our DJ (Orlando) and MC (John) did an incredible job. The music was exactly what we wanted- our guests were up and dancing all night. We are still getting compliments about our DJ! Our videographer team was also outstanding. Leo (head videographer) was easy to work with and made us feel at ease. He worked extremely well with our photographer. We can't wait to see our wedding videos! Finally, our Photo Booth was a huge hit. The backdrop and props provided were great. Our guests truly loved the photobooth, and my husband and I love how we have access to the photobooth gallery.
Overall, we are extremely happy with Rob Hines Entertainment and the services we booked. We 1000% recommend them to anyone looking to book these services for their special day. -

My husband and I hired Rob Hines for our wedding and it was by far the best vendor we booked for the day. Rob is super responsive and organized and his team is so friendly and knowledgeable. The process was so easy and he helped us understand what we needed with online forms. It was really helpful because I could fill out the form a little bit at a time and we had frequent meetings with him to discuss our plan. Rob came to the venue the day of to check on us and make sure everything was going smoothly and was extremely involved in the processes for the whole day. We hired his team for photo, video and entertainment which made everything go so smoothly and look cohesive. His photographers and videographers made our photos and videos so personalized and beautiful all of our friends and family have been raving about them. The DJ and MC were amazing, guiding us through the day and playing awesome music while reading the room and changing the vibe when needed. We had the sparklers which were incredible and beautiful drone footage. Our photos came back in a week and our video came back a few weeks later. His prices are so reasonable and he produces really high quality results. Rob and his team were absolutely incredible, highly highly recommend!!!!! -

Our Best Day!
We hired Rob Hines Entertainment for our wedding. Our wedding was at Brookelake Country club in NJ. We went with the triple threat and had the DJ, Photographer, videographer package. It was the best decision we made. Starting from the initial planning stages, Rob Hines entertainment was smooth, helpful and easy to navigate. They fully supported all of our questions and helped us plan our dream wedding perfectly. The day of the wedding was a breeze with all their support. Even had a last minute change during the reception and they were able to go ahead and capture the rooms attention and got video and photos of it. Our pictures are absolutely beautiful and the video highlights all the best parts of the day. I would choose them time and time again. THANK YOU ALL ❤️ -

Rob Hines and his staff were wonderful to work with. Rob made the planning process very easy and was attentive to our requests. For example, we specifically requested a theme for our wedding (Jazz Age/Art deco). Rob was able to guide us to pick the right songs in order for his team to understand the vision that we were thinking of. Moreover, he was able to assign the best DJ and MC for the job (Justin and Roco). Justin and Roco kept the reception party going from the moment it started. They were quick to adapt to some last-minute changes for the wedding party entrances without breaking a sweat. We booked the Topaz package, and the light show was totally worth it. Our guests continue to rave about what a great time they had and how amazing the music was, with seamless transitions from Jazz Age during dinner, 2000’s and oldies afterwards, and 90’s and current pop hits during our dessert hour. Overall, Rob Hines Entertainment is very professional and organized, and a must book if you’re looking for the perfect DJ and MC for your event! -

We booked Rob Hines Entertainment for our wedding at VIP Country Club and couldn’t have been happier. We used their DJ, MC, lighting, and Photo Booth. Of course we also had sparklers which were the hit of the party!
Rob worked with us online to set up our playlist and planning, and he was such a great and positive presence. He really helper us in the lead up to the big day. DJ Ivan kept the crowd going all night, and all of our guests complimented us on the music. And everyone had a great time at the photo booth!
I would definitely recommend Rob Hines entertainment to anyone getting married. -

Planning for a wedding is so time consuming! My wife and I planned for 1.5 years. Picking a DJ is the primary thing- lighting, photo booth, music; the vibe! Rob Hines was professional, extremely helpful, and assisted with keeping us organized on all fronts. He sent out countdown reminders for everything! During the planning process, he helped us navigate a few forms to keep everything organized so that we knew all expectations. We hired Rob Hines Entertainment for DJ service at our wedding reception at Captain Lawrence Brewing Company. Working with Rob and the entire team was seamless. From our first meeting with Rob, we knew we were in great hands. He explained everything clearly and was a wealth of knowledge. We were set up on the DJ portal almost immediately and were able to edit timelines, event details, and build our must play/don't play song lists with ease and at our convenience. Periodically Rob would send reminder emails that really kept us on track.
At the event, our DJ and MC were incredible and professional. They kept the event moving along, worked really well with the venue staff, read the vibe of our crowd well, and didn't interrupt the music. We're thrilled with the service and our guests complimented the music too. We highly recommend booking with Rob Hines. -

Wow, where do I even begin? While I could say just to look at every other review and just book Rob Hines Entertainment, it simply wouldn't do justice.
Rob and his entire team (including Ivan, Angie, etc.) were simply the best - amazing, courteous, thorough, and above all, consummate professionals.
From the moment we booked Rob Hines Entertainment, Rob walked us through each and every detail of our special day. As others have mentioned, his Planning Portal is so intuitive and easy to work with, it makes you think of ideas and items you wouldn't normally think of, and helps incorporate everything into one robust, easy-to-follow timeline. Rob then meets with you to go through it all, and by the time your Wedding Day comes, there is absolutely nothing unaccounted for. Additionally, a very special mention in regards to Rob's responsiveness - it didn't matter whether it was the week, weekend, day or night, as soon as I sent Rob an email, I received a response within the hour - absolutely incredible. If it was something that needed further discussion, Rob would schedule a Zoom call within the week. Simply put, the absolute best "vendor" we worked with during this entire 8 month process.
We also had some cultural practices (i.e., choreographed dance routines) that we wanted to work into our Wedding Day. We thought about going with a DJ-service that "specialized" in this, but after our first meeting with Rob, we were sold - he had it all covered, and on the Wedding Day, his execution was flawless, and infinitely better than those who "specialized" in such Weddings. (Rob, the Westchester Pakistani community loves and thanks you for putting on such a great show!!!).
Also, a special shout-out to Rob's Head Photographer, Angie, who went above and beyond during the photoshoots. She was so warm and patient, and always addressed the Wedding Party (i.e., Parents) with their personal names and official titles - never seen this before. Incredible. Any specific photo we wanted, Angie worked it in right away, and happily so. We just received a few sneak peaks of the Wedding Night, and 35 of the 35 sneak peaks are absolute home runs!
During the Wedding, I had about 15 couples ask me about Rob's information because of the incredible show he put on, and I didn't hesitate for a second to pass along his information. For reference, we used Rob Hines Entertainment for DJ/MC, Photography, and Photobooth services, and having all of these must haves under Rob's umbrella saved us a lot of time, money, and heartache in searching for separate, independent vendors.
Thank you to Rob and his entire team - we will definitely be using him again without a moment's hesitation for other family members events!
My one takeaway for anyone reading this review...Stop, Hire Rob Hines Entertainment, and Rest Easy! -

We booked Rob and his company (DJ, Uplighting, Sparklers, Photo and Video) for our wedding and let me tell you, Ryan and I couldn't have asked for anything more. The attention to detail, the time spent, and the true care that went into planning our special day was something that made this day even more special. The whole crew was first class and personable. Normally, you would think the planning process would be hard and stressful but with Rob's knowledge and ideas, it made planning that easy and extremely stress free. If you are doing any kind of special event, Rob and his crew are my suggestion!! My family is already talking about using him in the future. The photographers/videographer's creativity and personalities were first class and after seeing the sneak peek photos, we couldn't be more excited to see all the content from our special day!! The DJ kept everyone on the dance floor all night long and did not disappoint once!
Overall, if you couldn't tell already, we could not be more happy with Rob and his company's services. Rob, a sincere thank you again and we hope to see you soon! -

Our wedding was on July 7th and our photographer Angie was beyond AMAZING. She was extremely accommodating, even when our schedule was falling behind. She kept me calm and made sure to still continue getting all the shots we had scheduled. We totally recommend Rob Hines Entertainment to anyone that is looking for wedding vendors that are reliable and responsible. -

Amazing experience!
Honestly, could not be any happier with our decision having Rob Hines Entertainment and his team at our wedding on 10/22/22!!!
Rob was available throughout our entire wedding planning process and truly brought our vision to life. From the DJ and videographers, to the uplighting, sparklers and clouds, Rob gave us everything plus more that our guests are still raving about. Even a last minute change that I had for our grand entrance that required purchasing equipment the day of the wedding, he made it happen!!! Oh, and I cannot forget how quick the turnaround time was on getting our wedding videos - originally anticipated a 4-6 month timeframe based on how long other vendors took for our friends & family, but Rob delivered ours within 4-6 weeks, which is unheard of.

I cannot be happier with our decision to hire Rob Hines and his team of DJ Ivan, MC John, and the Photography and video team of Angie and Eric. Rob is super organized and was always available to answer any questions and incorporate any last-minute changes. All of the DJ Equipment was top notch, very modern and the DJ and MC were incredibly engaging and kept the party on the dance floor all night. The photo team had great idea for poses and guest combinations and the quality of the prints and video was unbelievable. -

Working with Rob and Angie was seamless from start to finish. The portal Rob had us input our information into was efficient and easy to follow. Rob was great with communication, whether it be answering emails or scheduling time to talk on the phone and was great at explaining what we would need to know and what information was important to relay to the other services we were using.
Angie is incredible! My sister used her at her wedding, and I knew I had to do the same. She is so fun and knows exactly how to get the best shots. She was always looking around the property of the venue to grab the best shots with all the changing weather we had that day and made each shot beautiful. Overall, we wouldn’t have changed a thing about our experience with Rob and Angie, and highly recommend them for anyone’s event.

Rob was great to work with from start to finish. He responded quickly to my initial inquiry, provided multiple meeting opportunities to discuss all logistics for the day of, and provided a great service at our actual event. Rob is also super knowledgeable since he's been doing this for so long, so he was a great help in ironing out the overall schedule for our reception. Our DJ team was Orlando and Chris. Orlando was very attentive during our event to make sure all timing worked out perfectly. We also had a photo booth which all the guests loved! There is also a whole planning portal that he provides, which we really appreciated. It allowed us to make sure all the details were completely outlined and clear with no miscommunication since it was all in writing. Definitely recommend working with Rob and his team! -

We had the absolute best experience working with Rob Hines Entertainment. We originally booked with them after going to a friends wedding and having the best time. They were the only vendor we knew we had to have! We had to postpone twice and Rob was so flexible and understanding of our situation. Leading up to the big day, we met with Rob several times and he listened all of our requests, as well as providing guidance when we were stuck! His online portal was seamless to work with. When we finally had our day, Rob and his team was truly the best vendor we worked with. They were so helpful, professional and fun! Our friends and family could not stop talking about how great the music was, the dance floor was full all night.
We also had the photo booth provided by Rob Hines Entertainment. There were fun props and the photos came out great. I loved how we could customize the photo strip to really match our event. We got a whole online gallery days after our wedding which was so fun to look through!
Overall, I couldn't recommend Rob and his team more. We are so happy we had them at our wedding. -

If you’re looking for the best DJ on Long Island- look no further. Rob Hines Entertainment exceeded our expectations! Everything was done in such a professional manner from booking to the day of the wedding. The online portal made things super easy and was a great way to communicate exactly what we were looking for. There is not another company that takes the time to get to know you as a couple and figure out what works best for your special day. We told Rob and his team (DJ Yianni & MC Fabio) that we wanted a club and let me tell you… they delivered! Rob's online system for picking songs is impressive and syncs with Spotify playlists, and the digital questionnaire portal to communicate ceremony timing/preferences ensures that everyone is on the same page on the big day. He also communicated directly with the venue and photographer for a seamless experience. We're thrilled we chose Rob and strongly recommend anyone else do the same! -

Amazing experience
Rob's entertainment company truly helped us create our fairytale wedding at Russo's On The Bay 12/18/21. They were beyond accommodating, especially with unfortunate rescheduling during the pandemic. The MC and DJ were amazing, and we loved hearing compliments from our guests. The photographers truly listened to our envisions for our photo ideas and brought them to life. They have amazing options that really brings the whole ambiance together, and we loved seeing our last name in lights! This is the most professional company, and Rob ensures that every detail of the wedding is reviewed so that we have nothing to worry about the day of. We are beyond grateful for this company, a one-stop shop for not only convenience, but a genuine pleasure to work with! It is such an amazing feeling to be able to look back at our wedding day and know we did the right thing in choosing this vendor! -

Everyone knows how rough COVID was for weddings but I cannot express how much help Rob was during the whole process. I was so relieved to be working with such a standup guy when all I heard from my friends were horror stories about company's keeping deposits and not letting couples reschedule...Rob was such a lifesaver. He has the most detailed planning portal that helps you select the songs and timeline you want...fully customized. It's perfect for the detailed oriented brides! Rob and his team had previously done my mom’s wedding, as well as my engagement party. We were fortunate enough that he was available once we decided to book our wedding. And once again we couldn’t have been happier with the service we received! Rob is friendly and helpful, and his website, reminder emails, and final meeting held prior to your event all really helped me feel organized and at ease through the planning process. Rob and his team set up our whole ceremony, as well as provided music for our cocktail hour and reception. Our MC Brian and DJ Orlando kept people dancing all night and really understood what we wanted for our special night. We’ll definitely be booking with Rob and his team in the future! -

There are not enough amazing things I can say about Rob Hines Entertainment!!! My husband and I used this company for our wedding and hired one of their DJs to work our event and the experience was absolutely incredible. From the minute we booked with Rob he was so professional and organized and made the planning process a breeze with his user friendly portal.
We especially liked how we were able to meet with him a week before the wedding to finalize our plans.
Ivan, the DJ that worked, was fantastic and really knew how to get the party going. We danced like crazy and had the time of our lives!

We had another DJ booked for our wedding, but after meeting Rob we had to have him. It was the best choice! We hired one of his piano players for our cocktail hour and Rob was our MC for the night. HE BROUGHT THE ENERGY and our guests never sat down, which is what we wanted. Rob was a pleasure to work with and everything was very organized with his music portal. I booked Rob Hines as my MC and his team (DJ John, photographer Angie) for my wedding and it was one of the best nights of our lives. Mike and I are so happy and grateful on how smooth the night went. His team was professional, down to earth, and very intuitive. Guests who normally do not dance were literally dancing their butts off! DJ John is very talented and can feel out a crowd to make music transitions easily. The lighting was also on key with the music beat! When guests were eating dinner, the music was lowered so they didn’t have to scream over each other. I was able to upload my playlist beforehand on a website portal that Rob gave me and that made our music selections easy!
Communicating with Rob was extremely easy. He called me a few days before the wedding to make sure the timeline was on point and that he pronounced names correctly because let’s face it—those Slavic last names can be difficult! Even my wedding venue thought that Rob’s team was amazing!
I also booked an open photobooth with him which was a huge hit at the party! It was strategically placed at the venue and I had access to all the photos in literally less than 24 hours after my event! The crops were hilarious (PG-rated and R-rated—take your pick!) and since it was open, it encouraged lots of people to try it out! If you are ever on the fence of getting a photobooth, we HIGHLY recommend it!
Angie was very creative, fun, energetic, hilarious, and is truly talented. She did an excellent job making the pictures fun instead of turning it into a “chore.” She was also interactive with the crowd and captured many highlights of my wedding. A few weeks before the wedding, I sent her my inspiration photos, so she got a sense of my style of pictures that I wanted. I will also be getting my wedding photo album from her. She is detail oriented and we are excited to see our wedding pictures! She makes your life easy, so you can enjoy!

Rob and his team were fantastic to work with. Rescheduling a wedding during Covid was less than ideal but Rob worked with us through every hiccup and made sure we were happy every step of the way. DJ O was amazing and had our guests dancing at our afterparty until we shut the place down. Rob Hines entertainment is top notch! For our wedding, we had Orlando as our DJ, and Rob himself as the MC. We haven't stopped hearing from guests how fun the night was and how no one wanted to leave the dance floor. Even the little kids were out on the dance floor for the whole event. We went with the extra lighting package as well as having our name in lights and definitely were not disappointed. I would highly recommend booking Rob and his crew for your next event! -

Rob and his team were INCREDIBLE. They went above and beyond to make our Wedding an extremely memorable one. We did not do a traditional ceremony or venue and they adapted amazingly and did everything and MORE that we asked for, including traveling further than normal. I couldn't recommend Rob more. We used Rob Hines Entertainment for our wedding in September and everything was perfect!!!
We already had a band booked so we used the Photobooth and it was the best quality photobooth I’ve ever used at a wedding from the service, the props, and the photo quality (and I’m not just saying that because it was my wedding)! Rob was extremely responsive and replied to my emails within minutes each time. The photobooth attendant was friendly and bubbly. The photo quality was top notch and the best feature of all is that in addition to the guest
copies of the photos, you will receive an email with all the photos from the night!! It was a lot of fun seeing all of the guests’s photobooth pictures the next day :) :) I highly recommend using Rob Hines Entertainment for all of your vendor needs.
