  Roadrunner Shuttle provided transportation services for the bridal party and out-of-town guests for our August 2015 wedding, and they were a pleasure to work with! They were extremely accommodating (stopping at various locations, including three hotels and an after party), and their minibus was clean and in excellent condition. Our driver was prompt, courteous, and professional, and Shelley made booking a breeze. Thank you, thank you!

  Roadrunner Shuttle provided transportation services for the bridal party and out-of-town guests for our August 2015 wedding, and they were a pleasure to work with!   My mom helped me find a limousine to take my bridal party back to the hotel. She looked a countless reviews whom all had complaints that the car didn't arrive on time, left early, or didn't show up at all. She asked us if we were sure we didn't just want a family member to drive us over to the hotel room. We wanted something so our bridal party could drink and not have to worry about driving. So we referred to the good ole stand by that's never failed us for getting us to the airport Roadrunner Shuttle. They had limo services for weddings and came like 15-20 minutes early and waited for us while we finished saying our goodbyes and removing all of our things. They fit 10 of us in the limo and took us over to the hotel, no problem and played fun music for us for the trip. I would definitely recommend Roadrunner Shuttle for limo service for a wedding.

  We went back and forth debating on whether or not we were going to supply a shuttle for the guests to and from the Hotel. We decided to and called RoadRunner Shuttle. It was the best thing we did. They shuttled our guests to the ceremony/reception site and then took everyone back. Pricing was good and the bus was really clean. Soo glad we went with them. Highly recommended!

  They were really great for shuttles for the wedding. Price was the most reasonable of all of the companies we contacted and they worked with us to make sure the shuttles would fit the driveway.

  The folks at Roadrunnder really helped my out in a pinch. I thought booking my shuttles three and a half months out from the wedding was enough time, but little did I know it was Vinter's Weekend in the wine region near our venue location. Everything was booked! Roadrunner was able to find us what we needed and even worked with me to keep things withing my budget. Their drivers also texted with my event coordinator so we knew where our guests were at all times. They were a little slow to get back via email sometimes, but in the end it all worked out eventually. I'd recommend them.

  On my wedding day I hoped everything would go smooth with the transportation to and from the hall for my guest. That is the last thing I wanted to worry about. And thankfully Roadrunner Shuttle and Limousine gave me just that. The staff, vehicles and service was perfect. They made sure my special day went just right. I will always recommend them to everyone, even all the bridezillas out there.=)

  Since all of our guests were coming from out of town, we wanted to take care of transportation the day of the celebration so that no one would need to rent cars. I called around to every transportation company I could find and ended up with Road Runner Shuttles. They had the most extensive selection of vehicles. Since we weren�t driving far, we rented a school bus to transport guests to and from the celebration. I total it was around $600 and that included tax and tip. It was definitely well worth it and I know all of our guests appreciated being able to drink without worrying about driving and the convenience of getting picked up and dropped off.

  I had a whopping 140 guests to shuttle and ended up paying probably an arm and a leg but did not want to stress about it. Overall, it went fine. The only two wacky things that happened was our shuttle driver was caught DANCING for a song and a half! Granted he was dragged on the dance floor but I called to complain. Also, we had two shuttles. Our guests had to wait 10 minutes for the last shuttle and I still don't know why that happened.

  Our wedding needs were two-fold. 1) Airport to Hotel transportation for folks flying in from out of town. 2) full day transportation, which spanned across the hotel pickup to wedding ceremony/reception and after-party.
  
  Roadrunner started out very easy to work with, professional, provided a reasonable quote and then came the execution.
  
  1) OVERCHARGED Airport to hotel was quoted at - $25 first passenger+ 10/addition person. Roadrunner charged two different family members $37 base charge and $45 despite quoting the Hyatt discount that was promised and agreed upon of $25 + 10pp for the route. The week of the wedding was the last time I needed to be worrying about stuff like this, but I was being contacted by family members with this daily, so I called Roadrunner to address it. They said they would fix it going forward, but I'm not positive that they did nor will I ask my guests at this point.
  
  2) LATE, BROKEN x2, OVERCHARGED. We ordered 2 buses, and only got one. Our wedding started 45 minutes late as a result since I was supposed to be transported in the one that was broken down. Instead of 2 x 56 passenger buses, they went 1 bus (the other one broke down in transit) and a couple 16 passenger shuttles. They then sent a limo to try to make it better, but after sitting around for about 10 minutes, the driver apologized and said that I'd have to find another ride since somehow his transmission busted and he couldn't get it out of parked gear. Once they finally got me on a van, the driver was not sure where to go since Roadrunner sent him last minute so he was on his cell phone, map on his lap, driving. I asked him to put that stuff away so we could get there safely and luckily had taken this route several times so I directed him there. So it seemed like they tried, and failed and when the bill came, they overcharged us. So it took about 2 hours of negotiations (multiple calls, multiple levels and various emails and a threat to the BBB) to get our money back for services not provided. I do not recommend them.

Finally we had to dig through our wedding envelopes and pray that people gave us cash, so we could pay him and leave. Such a disaster....I keep hearing horror stories about the things this guy said and did to some of my guests while driving them home. I asked for a refund, and was of course told NO. So now I am taking them to the BBB. We will see what happens.
