An absolute joy to work with!

Stacey and her staff at RLE take the stress out of wedding planning. They were on top of everything and made sure our day was perfect. Planning a wedding remotely can be difficult but Stacey worked with our schedule and was incredibly patient with us. She is connected with the best vendors, has a beautiful selection of linens and a rock star team! I can't say enough nice things about Stacey and her company. She is an wonderful person who is an absolute joy to work with! We had so much fun!

Stacey with RLE is incredible! My husband and I planned our wedding in Charleston, SC from St. Louis, MO where we were both in graduate school. The time zone differences and long-distance decision-making could have been a disaster but Stacey was really great at navigating our scheduling difficulties. When we began the planning process, we had many sources of inspiration for how we wanted things to look and feel, but Stacey was able to take all those ideas and create a cohesive "feel" for the entire weekend and it really could not have been more perfect. Everything from our mix-and-match vintage place settings, to the eclectic mix of (gorgeous) flower arrangements, to the (delicious) family-style meal, to the funky-fun band was exactly what we were hoping for.

Stacey and her team thought through every detail of our wedding day (starting with coffee and brunch for the girls getting ready and ending with cool lavender towels for guests at the reception!) and I would absolutely recommend them. My husband and I really feel like we had the perfect wedding day and can't thank the RLE team enough for their (enormous) role in making that happen!

Stacey made the planning process so much easier! Day of the wedding, she covered all the little details so we could enjoy our day. The wedding exceded our expectations, including the decorations, flowers, layout, and timeline. Everything went smoothly and our guests are still raving about it! I knew from the first phone call that Stacey would be the optimal person to guide us through a wonderful destination wedding. Her positive spirit, knowledge of local vendors, refined taste, joyful attitude, and total coolness under all situations was appreciated by our entire family as we dreamed, planned and experienced an absolutely lovely wedding. Our guests, who all traveled for the wedding weekend, were keenly aware that the planning for the wedding was seamless. We were able to enjoy every special moment without any worries. We appreciated Stacey's ability to listen and advise as we interviewed all the vendors. Her recommendations were spot on and we were smitten with all the people with whom she has built professional relationships. It was a positive experience beyond all our expectations. As the Mother of the Bride and someone formerly in Corporate Event Planning, I had very high expectations for level of service when it came to Event Planning for my daughter's Wedding! After Interviewing many event planners in Charleston, we immediately connected with Stacey on a personal and professional level and were so at ease with the planning process. We were a complete 100% destination wedding group and couldn't have done it without Stacey's expertise and great vendor connections. She provided us with endless amounts of insider knowledge and created the 'perfect' day for our daughter's wedding. Every guest had an amazing experience and she helped us navigate all aspects of the wedding planning, design and coordination. The most important thing was for my daughter and new son-in-law to have the most enjoyable time at their wedding and it was all because we did not have to worry about a thing, Stacey had it all under control! I first worked with RLE when I was a bridesmaid in a friend's wedding. When we were considering a southern, destination wedding, I knew I would need help planning and they immediately came to mind. Stacey & her team provided extremely professional service throughout the planning and event days for our wedding.
My husband and I--along with our parents--were able to have a great time the entire weekend without having to worry about last minute changes or problems. My guests still remember how seamlessly the events flowed and compliment me on how much fun they had. Hiring RLE was the best (and easiest) choice we made throughout the wedding planning process!

Stacey is creative, pleasant to work with and thinks of every last detail. She had very good recommendations for vendors and was able to make the negotiations and execution of their services seamless. The wedding was absolutely perfect and far exceeded my expectations. I had absolutely nothing to worry about the day of the event!
She is so very personable and is able to motivate the crowd and vendors gracefully and in a relaxed, charming manner that was quite impressive. My family wanted to adopt her as our own!
I can't imagine our wedding without her superb planning and execution.

Stacey was great! She is a true professional with more expertise and passion than I could have hoped for. Every recommendation she made we used and many of these became the highlights of our wedding. Not even sure where to begin about Stacey and the RLE team. I would have been lost through the whole wedding planning process if it weren't for Stacey who held my hand every step of the way. Not only was she my planner but she was my cheerleader, therapist, advocate, and friend during the entire engagement and helped to make wedding planning a dream instead of a nightmare. Our wedding was everything I could have ever dreamed of and more and to my knowledge, everything went off without a hitch - and I know that if something went wrong, Stacey handled it and made sure we didn't know about it so we could enjoy our day. If you are interested in working with a group who can get to know you well enough to plan the wedding you've always imagined, then Red Letter Events is the right place to go! Stacey listens to your ideas (or lack there of) and carefully puts together step by step each tiny detail that will make your day absolutely perfect. Not one time during my year long engagement did I feel the "wedding stress" I've heard most brides talk about. I felt comfortable with the big picture all along, but the day of the wedding, as it was all happening, was when it really clicked for me the importance of having a good and experienced wedding planner. One hour before the ceremony, my dress ripped in a very obvious spot. Within minutes, Stacey had a seamstress in the church sewing me up before I even knew what had happened. The reception was carefree for myself, my groom, and our families. If there was a problem with anything, we were none the wiser because the RLE girls were behind the scenes executing each part of the event and ensuring it went off without a hitch. Stacey appeared out of thin air all throughout the night to make sure I was ok and that I had fresh lipstick. She cared about me and I was always her first priority. I would recommend Stacey to any bride who just wants to enjoy being engaged and always feeling that her dream wedding is in the right hands. If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, do yourself the best and most important favor of your life and call Stacey!

Stacey and her team at RLE are incredible! They pay attention to every single detail and make the whole planning process SO easy and smooth. Stacey was able to grasp my style and taste and she helped create something that fit us perfectly. We live in Atlanta and she made sure we had a set schedule everytime we came to Charleston. It's really difficult to plan a wedding out of town but not with Stacey! She is on top of every step of the planning process. I can't speak highly enough about RLE! Stacey is wonderful!! She was such a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process. The day of our wedding I was able to completely relax and soak up every special moment because i was confident that Stacey had everything handled. Everyone always tells you not to worry if something doesn't go as planned because your guests will never know the difference. This was not the case with RLE Charleston planning our wedding. As an out of town bride, I can't imagine going through the wedding planning process without Stacey and her team at RLE Charleston. The first time we walked into the RLE office we felt comfortable and instantly less stressed about everything that needed to be done. We looked forward to spending time with Stacey when we visited Charleston for planning, she always reassured us everything was going as planned and would be wonderful- and she was right!! At first we weren’t sure if we needed a wedding planner and, if we did, we weren’t sure how much we needed them to do. As we look back on that initial hesitancy we realize how lucky we were to find and hire Stacey at Red Letter Events. From our initial meeting with Stacey she gave us room to bring our ideas and thoughts into the process while gently guiding us down a very organized and structured path to a most spectacular wedding – certainly a wedding that we could never have envisioned without Stacey’s involvement throughout every stage of the process.

Through Stacey’s relationships with the very best vendors in town, she created a cohesive team that all worked together to ensure that nothing was overlooked and everything was executed to perfection. This was especially important on the actual day of the wedding where everything came together in a very calm and orderly fashion but this was only possible through Stacey’s attention to every last detail prior to the day and her calm demeanour on the day.

My daughter keeps thanking us over and over for giving her "Her Dream Wedding," and how it was everything she always wanted. However, i realized that this would not have happened without our amazing wedding planner, Missie Parker. From Missie guiding us to the best venues in Charleston to help with the small details and all the way through to big vendors, to her final schedule she had organized for that special day, she and her staff kept everyone and everything running smoothly without realizing that we were actually on a schedule. Missie made that weekend so relaxing and enjoyable for all of us without all the stress that so many families go through.

All I can say is "thank you, Missie," for always being there for us and making it all look so easy but so beautiful at the same time. As we continue to go through all the wedding photos we are reminded how gorgeous everything was and how much fun everyone was having. WHAT A SPECIAL DAY THANKS TO MISSIE!

I don’t know if there are adequate adjectives that I can use to describe how necessary Stacey and RLE Charleston are in order to have a wedding. Sitting in the airport the next day on our way to our honeymoon, my new husband and I were laughing and talking about the wonderful night before and out of nowhere he said, “You can’t have a wedding without Stacey.” I couldn’t agree more! She was the critical element that allowed us to enjoy ourselves and entertain our guests. After the honeymoon, both sets of parents commented on separate occasions how much they liked Stacey and how it wouldn’t have been the same without her. Stacey and her crew handled the event management and all the details that go into executing all our plans successfully. I can’t stress how grateful I am to have met Stacey and will sing her praises to anyone wanting to enjoy themselves on their wedding day. Simply, this was a rewarding decision.

I honestly cannot say enough fantastic things about Missie and the team at Red Letter Events. I only hired them for my last month of coordination but that didn't stop her from helping me with questions throughout the process. It was really just that she took over completely for me at the end. Even though they weren't planning every single thing of the wedding I never once felt like I was a lower priority than a bride with a huge budget and their full service package. I was treated constantly with respect and they made me feel like I was the only bride they were helping! With that said, in the middle of my planning she was out on maternity leave and not only did her partner Stacey step in but she knew exactly where we stood on everything and when Missie came back the transfer back to her was completely seamless.

Her ideas and suggestions were perfectly in-line with my vision. It's obvious that she knows how to read a bride (and read between the lines) to bring whatever is in your head to life. On the day of the wedding she was a calming force for everyone involved (me, my husband, my parents, etc). No matter what happens she remains completely at ease and just fixes the problem or comes up with an alternative solution. She is kind and easy going and at the end of it all I really felt as though I could just go grab a drink with her as a friend.

Although I won't have another wedding I would hire her for any event I'm planning in Charleston. The RLE team has it all together and will do anything to make your event dreams come true!! My wedding was the most perfect day thanks to the team at RLE I could concentrate on marrying the man of my dreams and not on whether or not the flowers were set up! Thank you!!

I can’t say enough good things about Stacey Fraunfelter and RLE. My husband and I wanted to do a small wedding for the two of us in the Caribbean and then come back and have a reception. When we considered that we were essentially paying for a four-hour party, it made us scale back significantly on what we were willing to spend. To make matters even more challenging, we were trying to plan only six months out. Stacey, however, was perfectly willing to work within our budget, and she quickly found us some available venues, one of which was perfect for our needs.

We opted for a full-service package with RLE. In addition to the venue, Stacey recommended vendors, coordinated meetings with them, and basically handled all of the little details that I simply didn’t have the time to do. You can tell she has a lot of experience, since she was easily able to give suggestions on the number of tables we needed, layout for the venue, floral arrangements, and menu structure, just to name a few things.

The reception itself was fabulous. The beauty of having a planner was that we had someone to handle all of the details, so everyone was free to have a great time. Stacey made sure that I ate and always had a drink in my hand. She followed me around with my lipstick and a mirror so I could reapply. She even helped me go the bathroom (always a dreaded task when you’re wearing a wedding dress!). I literally did not have to worry about anything the entire evening but greeting our guests and having a great time.

Hiring a wedding planner can seem like a large expense, and it was a fairly large percentage of our budget, but the full service package was worth every penny. Honestly, the time and stress that we saved alone made it worth allocating money toward a planner. Stacey is experienced and knowledgeable, and so much fun to work with. It was awesome having her involved in our celebration, and I would gladly recommend her and RLE for your wedding or event!

My husband and I could not be more thrilled with our experience working with Missie Parker of Red Letter Events. I'm based in New York City, and needed someone "on the ground" to help me plan and manage my wedding in Charleston.

Even before we'd hired Missie to officially start working with us, she met us to do a walk-through of a few potential wedding sites, and it was thanks to her expertise that we ended up finding the ideal venue for our April 28th, 2013 wedding. From minute one, Missie made herself constantly available, and was incredibly calm, well-organized, thorough and efficient during the 8 months that we worked together.

At every turn, Missie saved me time and money by helping me secure the best and most reliable possible vendors for my event. I went into the wedding weekend feeling 100 percent confident that all of the moving parts would come together (and they did, beautifully!). For example, I had already spent hours researching transportation on my own, and when I finally asked Missie for a recommendation, the company she suggested turned out to be nearly $1,000 less (and more flexible) than the company we almost went with.

As I spent more time in Charleston, I realized just want an outstanding reputation that Missie and RLE has among the local community—particularly vendors, which is huge help when it comes to negotiating!

During the wedding weekend itself, Missie took the best possible care of me by helping to manage timelines and to-do lists so I could focus on spending time with my friends, family and husband-to-be. On the day of, I felt like I had an entire team to help me, and I didn't even have to carry my own lipstick! RLE was at the ready each and every time I wanted to reapply (and when you're taking wedding photos, you will, about 100 times!).

I cannot say share enough positive feedback about Missie and Red Letter Events. I strongly recommend this company, and Missie, to any Charleston bride.

As the groom, I knew that my involvement in most of the planning would be minimal, but once I met Stacey (Founder of Red Letter Events), I was looking for ways to work with her. Many event planners I have worked with in the past start the first meeting by sharing all of their views and opinions about how the event could run, but Stacey was their to listen to exactly what we wanted... then we just watched her bring it to life. She has close relationships with all of the vendors in Charleston that bring a personal touch to every aspect of the event.

On the day of our wedding, there was a bit of rain, but worry not - Stacey was on it. She had nice white umbrellas for everyone to use that actually looked like they fit right in. This is just one example of how Stacey handled adversity on the fly with ease and patience. When my wife and I got to the reception, everything was just perfect - even better than my bride had envisioned. As we said hello to guests and enjoyed the party, I would look up from time to time as if I had a question, and Stacey was right there. She made sure we always had a drink, that we snuck away to eat, and that overall... we literally had the best night of our life.

If you are getting married or planning an event that you want people to thoroughly enjoy in Charleston, hire Red Letter Events ("RLE") - no question. The Red Letter Event team made planning a destination wedding so easy. Stacey helped us pick the best vendors possible to suit our style, vision and budget. She and her team listened to what we wanted and provided several options which allowed us to make decisions easily and efficiently. On our wedding day, the RLE crew were all very responsive, friendly and professional. They quickly handled any issues and last-minute mishaps. After meeting with three wedding planners, my husband and I selected Stacey Fraunfelter at Red Letter Events on the basis that she was a good listener, extremely professional and competitively priced. She also put my husband at ease which helped as I wanted him to be involved in the planning process.

Stacey's previous experience in the corporate world really sets her apart from other planners. She is not only incredibly organised, but also takes a no-nonsense approach. She shares her opinions in a constructive manner and works tirelessly to keep couples on plan and on budget. And whilst Stacey is creative and not short of ideas, she doesn't have templates that she works from--each of her weddings/ events is unique.

Red Letter Events has great relationships with all of the vendors in the Charleston area. In fact, we were running short on time with our invites and because Red Letter Events has good relationships with the vendors, Stacey was able to pull a couple of favors for us.

Finally, Stacey and Missie are both incredibly responsive and accommodating. My husband and I live overseas and are 5 hours ahead of Charleston. Stacey and Missie were willing to call us very early in the morning in Charleston and always returned calls/ emails within the business day.

I would absolutely recommend Red Letter Events!

Missie was very helpful, though to be honest she primarily dealt with my mother since I didn't really care much about wedding planning. That said, the wedding my mother and Missie planned was very beautiful and several months later I continue to get compliments.

Missie and Stacey are pros. As a male the process can be tedious, but they managed the process so that I never felt completely overwhelmed. The day of the wedding, they were on top of everything. All vendors were managed and the venue looked incredible. I would give them a 10 out of 10. A fantastic value, really managed my expectations.

I was certainly skeptical when my wife decided to hire a wedding planner and I never thought I would go that route. Having worked with Red Letter Events, I can't imagine planning a wedding without them. Their detailed planning, budget control, savings through utilizing their contacts and expertise, knowledge of vendors, problem resolution, and wedding day control were amazing. Our experience for our first wedding and first time using a wedding planner could not have been better. I would highly recommend Red Letter Events for any event planning in Charleston. I would also highly recommend Charleston, SC for a wedding destination. It is a great city, with great people and amazing food!

Stacey was perfect in every aspect during our wedding planning. From the initial meeting to the wedding day, she was on point every step of the way. Since she personally knows all the numerous caterers, bands, venues, etc in the Charleston area, she knew exactly which ones were the best to fit my budget. She was extremely organized, creative, and fun! I was never stressed throughout the entire wedding planning or even the day of and I thank her for that. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants a fabulous, fun, and stress-free wedding!

Red Letter Events helped us with our After Rehearsal Dinner at the Old Exchange Building in Downtown Charleston. That Venue is beautiful and historic and also a bit complicated for entertaining. Stacey had all of the moving parts running like an orchestra which allowed us to relax and enjoy the evening.

When we first met we established a budget and Stacey was very helpful in getting quotes while making sure the vendors were the best in town. Her customer is the top proirity.

It was magical evening and we could not have done it without Red Letter Events!

Absolutely amazing. There are not enough words to describe how wonderful RLE (Missie and Stacey) is to work with. My wedding was exactly what I envisioned and I owe that to them. It rained so we had to make last minute adjustments and I never worried. Everything was perfect. Aside from amazing planning and service, Missie and Stacey are great people. I strongly encourage you to use their services!

You want Stacey and Missie at RLE to plan your wedding. Period. We interviewed a few other wedding planners, but Stacey was the most easy going and responsive of them all. That proved true throughout the planning process. She really listened to what we wanted and learned who we were. She recommended excellent vendors that fit within our budget. Something that really made me happy - she created unique ideas to fit our vision; she did not just hand us "wedding of the week" ideas, but really listened and personalized our day. She also calmed my nerves when necessary. And on the day of the wedding, when you are worried about everyone else, Stacey and Missie are there worrying about you. They were very attentive to both of us - making sure we were happy and comfortable every minute of the wedding. She handled any little snags without us even knowing till later. At the end of the day, I no longer thought of Stacey as a vendor, but as a friend. Hire her. You won't be sorry.

Red Letter Events (RLE) and Stacey Fraunfelter were absolutely fabulous! When the previous wedding planner backed out with 89 days to the wedding we were frantic. We contacted several other wedding planners in Charleston, but they were booked. One of them recommended RLE - what a wonderrful recommendation. Stacey assured my son and his fiancee that 89 days was plenty of time to get everything done and they did. Stacey planned the reception and rehearsal dinner - her vendors are fabulous - the catererwas superb! She kept within the budget and it was an absolutely wonderful occassion.

The caterer was low Country Eats and they came out to our home to scope it out and prepared a scrumptious meal they prepared on-site along with the canapes and cleaned up so I never knew they had been there! The food they prepared for the reception was wonderful as well.

I cannot say enough good things about Stacey, RLE and Low Country Eats! Go there first!

As the mother of the bride I can't understate how instrumental Stacey Fraunfelter was in planning and executing what I would say was a perfect wedding. She is a prime example of incredible multitasking, which showcases her astute organizational skills and attention to detail, all performed with professionalism and a smile on her face! I have another daughter yet to be married and I would never consider planning a wedding without her. She's not only a wonderful wedding planner; but a delightful person to have in your life.

From the first minute I walked in the door at Red Letter Events in Charleston, South Carolina I knew I had found the perfect wedding planner for me. Missie Parker and RLE worked so hard to implement all of my plans for the wedding and made my wedding day totally stress free. Stacey and Missie did a wonderful job on our wedding!! We used them for the week of and everything was perfect! The details of our wedding were exactly what I wanted. Stacey was able to get samples of linen colors for us to view, she met with us on several occasions to finalize details and made everything so easy. She coordinated with all the other vendors so the day of I did not have to do anything! Red Letter Events made our wedding day stress free!

Friends and Family kept telling me that there is no such thing as a perfect wedding and to expect that something would go wrong. I have to say that I did have a perfect wedding and it was all due to Stacey. I believe she even provided the beautiful weather. All of our friends and family said that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Thank you Stacey for the best day of my life!

Stacey at Red Letter Events was a DREAM of a wedding planner. We had so much going on- moving to a new state, starting new jobs and then buying a house one month before the wedding date! It was a busy time and working with Stacey made everything much easier! My mom actually met with her more often (always at Starbucks!) and they had so much fun! I was able to consult Stacey by email or phone, whichever was more convenient, and she was typically quick to respond. She navigated the negotiations with our vendors smoothly (and by that I mean it was smooth for us!!). Stacey has great contacts and got us some super deals! We lucked out by finding her.

Charleston is a big wedding market and there are many wedding planners to choose from. Some places we contacted were slow to respond or would not consider working with someone not willing to spend over $100K on the event. Red Letter Events was obviously different- Stacey is very personable and she knows her stuff! It was wonderful to work with her before and during the event.

On the day of the wedding, she was definitely in charge and looking out for the best interest of my husband and I. Things went wrong, problems arose left and right, and she took care of them ALL. I didn’t even know that the musician had an emergency or that there were problems with the transportation until the next day! She made sure everything went according to schedule, it all got done and we were able to relax and have a BLAST! She is so friendly and fun, but Stacey can be no non-sense when needed! We had a particularly difficult experience with a photographer (Joelle Susan with Socialite Studios). One month before the wedding, the photographer suddenly quit on us- giving us a refund without any warning and then sending an email to cancel our contract. I was at my bachelorette weekend and was FREAKING! Stacey, my husband and my mom were on top of it, and Stacey found us an amazing photographer (Virgil with CVI). It ended up being one of the best things that happened because Virgil was much better to work with and he did a super job. Without Stacey, I cannot even imagine what would have happened! It would have been even more of a nightmare for sure, but she really saved the day for us.

The overall experience with Stacey and RLE was exceptional. Even after the wedding she has continued to help us with several issues! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Stacey and Red Letter Events- you definitely will not be disappointed!

Stacey was the most incredible wedding/party planner we could have ever imagined. She was fun, creative, easy to communicate with, prompt, resourceful and professional. She quickly found us all of the specific details that we were wanting for our celebration and executed it all flawlessly. She quickly recommended great photographers, florists, found the exact linens and lanterns we were hoping for. She warned us about people who might not work well for us for various reasons, which was important to us as we are not from the area. She is also a very caring, warm and relaxed person, which was important in making our experience so special. After our first meeting with her we already felt as though we had gotten our money's worth and more. Ultimately, our wedding day unfolded perfectly, beautifully and seemingly effortlessly due to her efforts. We would recommend her to anyone for any celebration anywhere!

Red Letter Events is an amazing company and I would recommend them for any event that needs planning and organization. I have seen Stacey work on large corporate events which prompted me to hire her for my wedding. After seeing her capabilities during a national event held in Charleston, SC it was no doubt in my mind that she would be perfect for my hectic wedding week and day. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and many times went above and beyond during our 11 month planning period. Her skills flourished the week of my wedding as well as my wedding day. There were issues that arose and she handled each one without my knowing of the problem, until after the fact. I had no worries and was not bothered with issues that occurred as she was able to troubleshoot through them using her own discretion. I would recommend her to anyone that is having a corporate event or one that is extremely personal. She is a master when it comes to working with many different personalities and able to please them all equally. I recommend Red Letter Events highly! You won’t be disappointed!

I had met with another wedding planner before meeting with Stacey but knew immediately that I wanted her. My mom lives far away and although she made 3 or 4 trips to help out this year it wasn't the same as if she lived here. My fiance's family lives in Atlanta also but there was just no way I could have done it all my self. I felt like we clicked right off the bat and she understood what I was looking for without having to draw daigrams or prove that she had some big master plan after talking for 5 minutes. She really listened and kept everything on track during the whole process while making it fun and all about us since it is your big day. I'm typically the one that plans everything in our group of friends but this was different and I really needed someone to point me in the right direction without being pushy, but I also needed pushy when it was necessary. She is a great combination of both. As a wedding planner she knows so many vendors that will provide exacty what you are looking for and they were all great to work with as well. The day of our wedding I couldn't have asked for anything better to keep everything on schedule as much as possible, keep us both sane, fed and with a drink when we wanted one and everything was perfect, due to all her organization and hard work. While an AWESOME wedding planner I am happy to call her a friend after our wedding also!

I would absolutely recommend Red Letter Events to anyone planning their wedding. RLE has a lot of great ideas and an incredible network of vendors. When we had an issue with a certain florist in Charleston, RLE stepped up for us and got our deposit back then found us another florist quickly who did a wonderful job. We live in Atlanta and RLE was always willing to work around our schedule, setting up appointments quickly when we were in town for a weekend. RLE was very aware of our budget and kept a close eye on the bills, checking in with us frequently so we would know where we stood money-wise. RLE is well organized and professional and would be an excellent choice for any couple who wants the best for their wedding.

Stacey was absolutely wonderful!!! We are STILL, 6 months later, receiving compliments on our wedding! Everyone had a blast, and my husband and I were able to fully take in and enjoy our day stress-free thanks to Stacey and her team. Right from the start, she listened to what we wanted and helped us make the right decisions for us while staying within our budget. She was always prompt on getting back to us when we had questions and, on the day of, every detail was taken care of, from managing the vendors to providing the pin for a groomsman's missing button : ) All of this being said, I highly recommend Red Letter Events to any bride looking for a skilled and professional planning service!

My experience (as the Mother of Bride) in working with Stacy and her team at Red Letter Events was exceptional. Stacy is the consumate professional- every detail was attended to: from helping us secure local, competent vendors to ensuring that the events for the entire wedding weekend were flawless.
If you are seeking a wedding planner who will listen to you ( and to your parents, who are equally interested in ensuring that your wedding is perfect ), and one who will help you with budgeting, timelines, and execution, look no further. When Stacy told me three days in advance of our wedding that I ' could relax and enjoy the weekend' because she had ' everything covered', she was absolutely right.

It was so much fun to plan a wedding with Stacey! It really helps to have a planner who is so easy to connect with and tries their best to get to know you and your significant other in order to plan a special, personalized wedding. Having Stacey and her team there on our wedding day was invaluable! I didn't have to worry about a thing, Stacey had a solution for everything. She even brought a sewing machine and hemmed a bridesmaids dress! We absolutely could not have pulled off our wedding without Stacey. She took care of everything and she's also just a fun person to have around!

When it came to planning our wedding Stacey helped make our dream a reality and it exceeded our expectations. She gave us the space to voice what we wanted and gave great feedback and ideas to supplement what we envisioned. We admire her creativity and work ethic and are glad we found such a fantastic wedding planner. Stacey is amazing! We planned our wedding from Chicago and had never been to Charleston until we decided to have our wedding there. We needed the assistance of someone familiar with the area and the process, but we didn't have the budget for a full-service planner. Stacey offered a "week-of" coordination package that was perfect for us. She was fantastic from Day 1 - she has excellent relationships with many of the vendors in town (tell them you are working with her and they will all say "Oh, we LOVE Stacey!") and was able to recommend those vendors that best fit not only the ideas we had in mind for the style of our wedding, but also our budget. She also had some great decor suggestions and helped us work out creative solutions for all of those inevitable hiccups that pop up along the way. All of this support was so valuable to us, but I have to say that the best part was having her there the day of the wedding. My husband is a bit of worrier and said that the best part of working with Stacey was that he didn't have to think of a single thing the day of the wedding...she was always one step ahead of us and we could just relax and enjoy the day with our guests. I would recommend her to anyone looking for full-service or week-of coordination - it was worth every penny!

I was extremely pleased with Red Letter Events. Stacey and her team were a pleasure to work with and extremely professional and friendly. They have amazing contacts with all the vendors in Charleston. Stacey also was very attentive to keeping things economical and working with our budget. I would highly recommend Red Letter Events.
