So perfect!

Frank and his team are so kind and professional. We used them for our 11/18/22 wedding and everything was perfect and we really couldn’t have asked for a better team to help make our day perfect. The limo we used was huge, clean, comfy, and so cool! We loved it!

Frank’s team made our big day simple from getting to A to B. Our driver was kind, fun, and very helpful to the bride and groom. He assisted the bride in getting items needed, helped get out of the car, assisted with the dress, etc. 😊

Frank-the man with a plan

On my wedding day I got more than a limo service...Frank coordinated the bridal party’s entry into the church, photos after the wedding, and our sparkler send off. We rented a limo and a Rolls Royce, which was a dream come true! I truly felt like a princess because of their great service on my special day!

Frank. Is. Awesome.

Frank from Riviera Limousines was tremendous to work with! You want to talk about making your life easy? Talk to Frank. There is something about someone that has done it a million times that puts your mind at ease. When planning a wedding, any vendor that can do that for you is worth its weight in gold. When it comes to transportation it seems pretty simple but for some reason we all hear the nightmare stories. In theory the transportation should show up on time, the vehicle should be clean, the driver should be friendly, and IF the unforeseen should happen, they should always have a back up plan. Frank nailed it all. The one hiccup arose when picking up guests from our venue to bring them back to the hotel, the door on the bus would not open. Turns out a computer on the bus failed causing the door to malfunction. They were quick and efficient in getting another vehicle there. In fact, the only reason we know about this is because my father told us after the fact. We would have never known otherwise. Frank was also super accommodating when, last minute, we realized we didn’t have a ride to and from the airport for our honeymoon. He was able to provide that as well. Make your life easy and book with Riviera Limousines.

Frank and his team were great to work with. He offered us a nice discount to begin with and we had nothing left to do until the day of! Our driver was fun and enthusiastic which made our 2 30-minute drives awesome. He even switched out our coolers when one was leaking! Overall friendly company, trustworthy, and affordable!

Excellent!

Riviera Limo did an excellent job shuttling my bridal party to and from my ceremony at Rutherfurd Hall in Hackettstown, NJ. The driver was very prompt and the Mercedes Limo Bus that we chose was sparkling clean and stocked with water bottles. There was a Bluetooth hook up as well which was great to play some tunes on our drive. Our driver helped all of us into and out of the bus and even was aware of the traffic in town and took an alternative route to avoid it. Everything went according to plan and we could not have been happier with this service. Thank you!

Best limo/car service in NJ!

My reception hall recommended Riviera and they were absolutely awesome! They were early/ on time with pick-ups and the driver was very professional. Everything went off without a hitch and I would recommend Riviera to anyone getting married or in need of a limo service!

Frank is the best!

We had an amazing experience! Frank was our driver and he was great!
It was raining on my wedding day and Frank made sure we didn't get wet or muddy! He was so sweat he even helped me and my dad clean the bottom of our feet so that we didn't accidentally dirty my dress!
He was a very good driver- mine and my husbands parent's driveways are not easy to maneuver and neither are our roads in our town- very windy and narrow and he did great!
He was so sweet at our ceremony! he helped us get out and even took some very sweet photos of my dad and I while our photographer wasn't around.
We had a great experience with this company!
The limo we got was awesome! It has a door that lifts up (like a t-top) so you don't have to bend to get out and can just walk out!-so convenient with a bunch of girls in heals and a bride with a big poofy ball gown! AND this big limo with the t-top door was the same price or cheaper than some of the other limo companies for a standard limo in our area.

Frank at Riviera Limousines went above and beyond our expectations for our daughter's wedding! He was genuinely concerned that her day was perfectly timed and he professionally addressed all of our needs. His prices and were very reasonable and the vehicle selection was great too! Very professional service provided by Frank and Riviera Limo. From start to finish, Frank was there to not only drive the Escalade stretch but helped with every detail of the day. From giving advice on handling the bouquets to fixing the brides gown prior to entering the church, Frank was there to help make the bride and groom feel at ease. The limo we chose was perfect for the bridal party of 14 and the gull wing door made for a perfect entrance. We highly recommend this service.

Dana was very helpful! She sent me a confirmation email after our initial phone call and also checked in with me a few days before the wedding to make sure we were on the same page about timing, etc. The limo was nice and clean, and the driver was professional. We used Riviera Limos for a bachelorette party and had Frank as our driver, he went out of his way to make sure we had a great time. He even took a detour to show us the best view of the city. I highly recommend Riviera!!! Frank was great to work with. He answered my phone calls quickly and always ensured that he had everything covered. We booked several cars for our wedding day and had a lot of people to transport. Frank came up with a great, economical plan to make it all work. I'm so thankful for the time and effort he put into making sure we didn't have too many cars and weren't overcharged. from the beginning to the end the whole experience with Riviera Limousines was awesome! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and will not hesitate to use them again. They not only were on time but early. The driver was very helpful asking what we needed to bring to the car and reminded me to bring things I forgot. Limo was clean and stocked with glasses, water bottles etc.

Great service great guys. Frank went out of his way to figure out which option would not only be best for my various stops but also he tried to find us the cheapest way to do it. He definitely tried to help us find the most cost effective way to do things which is a nice change from the others out there. The driver was very nice and attentive to us. He brought us water after the ceremony while we were taking pictures at the church and arrived right on time. Perfect service!

Frank was fantastic. Not only did he get me out of a pinch, he went out of his way to put the best deal together to save me money. Entire crew was very friendly. Rides were sweet. I wasn't just another paycheck to him.

Everyone I talked to, from owner to driver, was nice and professional, I felt comfortable working with them. They were really great when I added a limo for my grandma with only a few weeks left before the wedding.

I have used Riviera Limousines for several years for shuttle transportation to/from surrounding airports for work trips and vacations. Because I have used them so successfully for the last 5 years, I used Riviera for transportation needs for my wedding, including a limo bus for rehearsal dinner and for shuttling my wedding party between three sites as well as for shuttling guests to and from a nearby hotel.

Frank and his team of drivers at Riviera provided excellent support at our wedding. Even though I had no doubts due to our longstanding relationship, my family was super impressed at how punctual, professional, and accommodating the team was for our wedding. Several members of both sides of our family used Riviera to arrange for airport transportation and everyone contacted me to tell me how impressed they were with the service.
I've also relied on Frank and his team to provide excellent service for any airport drop offs and pick ups for almost 5 years. I've never had an issue with punctuality and they have always been able to accommodate short notice requests.

My husband and I had a great experience with riviera limo. They arrived earlier, maintained a professional atmosphere while being very personable! You could tell the driver had a lot experience with weddings and was able to direct the party to keep things organized and cueing myself and my father to come out of the limo when it was that time! Thank you to Riviera Limo for getting us to our wedding in style! The limo arrived on time and got my family to the ceremony before heading over to get my husband and his family! The limo was clean and well maintained and the driver was friendly and helpful! We met Frank at a bridal show back in the fall and were able to see the limo in person that day and the same quality car provided our transportation that day! It was a pleasure working with frank. He was very professional and accommodating. The drivers were on time and courteous. The limos came with water and ice buckets for the alcohol. They also were very clean.

I used Riviera Limo for their services on my wedding day. I ordered 2 Chrysler limos but was happy when I found out my limo was upgraded for free. The ride was smooth and we since it was drizzling, we got dropped off right at the door of our venue. We also had an incident where one of my bridesmaids who was holding my bag left it in the limo when we got out. When I found out my bag was missing, both my sister in laws were on the phone with the limo company trying to locate the driver. After calling them several times, the company was able to locate the driver and had another driver, who was off shift, pick up my bag and bring it back to the venue. The only reason why I’m not giving them a full 5 star review is because both limo drivers refused to call my sister when they arrived. Instead she saw 2 limo drivers arguing outside who is going to call and she ended up asking them what wedding they were there for as she was waiting for the limos to arrive (there were 5 wedding parties at the hotel). Also, my driver should have checked if anything was left in the limo before leaving which would have saved the headache of tracking him down right before the ceremony.

All in all it was a great experience. The professionalism was great and I never felt out of the loop. The day of my wedding both parties were picked up in the time window and arrived safely to the venue. The only snag that keeps me from giving a 5 star is that we were suppose to be picked up at 9:30pm but our party bus broke down and was delayed by an hour. However, I received a partial refund and was kept in contact the whole time. I might have been late to my after party but hey, I got there right? Would definitely recommend.

Used Riviera for my shuttles recently and it wasn't bad. I think a bit overpriced compared to other companies out there, and they showed up with two giant coach buses that couldn't make the turn into my venue causing a huge scene when we talked about the other luxury coaches (slightly different). Ultimately, I hired them to get my guests from point A to B safely and they did. They are good people but had a stressful day of on my wedding dealing with them on a few small concerns.

Our coach bus driver was not willing to wait for our guests. Very inflexible, and this caused a headache that was not necessary at all. Make sure you clarify that you want the driver to wait until the bus is full or close to full before leaving, regardless of what time it is (within reason).

Worst Business Ever

I’m writing this avoid other couples from going through the stress and disappointment we experienced with this company and Frank, the owner of the Riviera Limousine Services. 2weeks ago my fiancé reached out to the company to book a RR Cloud car for our wedding in Newton NJ. Frank told us he would call us back. Never did, we waited a couple of days and called again, this time Becca answered the phone, again they would call us back. After a week of back and forth we finally got a quote ( money not being an issue) we agreed to the price. We were ready to give him the payment and he instead asked us if we were interested in a Chrysler limo instead. Baffled by this we told him that’s not what we wanted.
He told us he would call us back to take the payment, a week later we were still getting so many excuses. I finally called him myself and he told me he would email me the forms to take the payment. 2 hours later, I called again and confronted him about the lack of professionalism and asked why he wasn’t finalizing our reservation. To my surprise he told me he was getting a lot of phone calls from everybody and he had too many things at once, and told he he wasn’t interested in doing business with us. After 2 weeks of excuses and lies this so called business man wasted our time and energy. We could have been doing business with a reputable company, instead he wasted our time, needless to say the stress and disappointment.
Do yourselves a favor and don’t bother with this company. They’re worthless.

Lost Big Bucks

We all suffered from Covid but we could not have my daughter’s wedding, it was rescheduled. This service would not return my money which was $1000+. IB emailed and called many many times with no response. Very disappointed!!!!!!!!!

Horrible! My husband and I used this company for our wedding day. The driver was 25 min late picking up me and my bridesmaids to the church, I almost had to drive myself to the church because he couldn't find my house even with gps. Was told he'd call when he arrived, never did once, instead we had to contact the company multiple times to get in touch with him, while the minutes passed as he became more and more late. When he finally arrived he almost locked his keys in his car and never once apologized, instead seemed annoyed with us. He drove recklessly the entire way, speeding, and at one point stopped short and my bridesmaid literally flew out of her seat about 3 seats ahead and drinks spilled all over her dress. I wasn't looking for a reimbursement, but called the company to tell them, and the owner kept talking about how great this guy was and how much money he made and things completely irrelevant to my issue, the owner told us he'd contact us after our honeymoon and he never bothered too. Will obviously never recommend this company to anyone
