We had the pleasure of having Rivet Events provide DJ and photography services at our wedding!
Sammy, our DJ and account manager, undoubtedly made our special day an unforgettable experience. From the start, he ensured that the planning process was effortless, stress-free, and fun! He’s such an awesome guy to talk to. When it came to selecting songs for the ceremony, Sammy exceeded all expectations. With our musically-inclined German family in attendance, he managed to impress even the most discerning ears. The music he curated captured so perfectly the love and the spirit of the occasion. For the reception, Sammy incorporated our unique elements and ensured that all the guests were having a great time. The dance floor was full the entire time as advertised! He was able to intertwine oldies, salsa, nostalgic German tunes, and the latest modern hits seamlessly. Moreover, his addition of classic group dances and slow songs brought everyone together, fostering an unforgettable sense of unity among our guests. We couldn't have asked for a better DJ, and we wholeheartedly recommend Sammy to anyone seeking a memorable and magical wedding experience.
It was a delight to have Caroline as our wedding photographer. After receiving the sneak peek pictures, we can truly say she excelled in capturing the essence of our big day. Her talent allowed us to savor every timeless moment without the burden of worrying about whether we would get those important shots. She was very organized and we felt assured she would get every detail in our day. We are very much camera shy, but she was great at giving directions resulting in beautiful shots that felt natural. One of the things that impressed us the most was Caroline's ability to orchestrate the many family members and friends for group pictures. She ensured that everyone had their moment in front of the camera without causing any disruption to the celebration. Thanks to her, we have a complete collection of cherished moments that we will share with our loved ones.

Words can't express how grateful we are to the team at Rivet events! We received photography and videography services for our big day. Everything was so professional from the beginning... communication is excellent! We were also available to make payment plans. Our team traveled from Atlanta to Montgomery and with two photographers, videography for six hours, and traveling fees we still paid a very reasonable price! I would definitely recommend Rivet Events! 10 out of 10!! JACOB, PJ, AND NATHAN YOU ALL ARE THE ABSOLUTE BOMB!!!!! -

We are so happy we got to work with Rivet Events for our wedding! They were amazing from the start, always checking in with us, making sure everything was on track, and staying in touch for any detail or last-minute change. They truly cared about making everything perfect. I especially want to thank Matthew. Since the first day we talked on a video call, I just knew he would do a fantastic job. Our wedding was on Halloween, and honestly, we were a little nervous to share that we wanted not only traditional photos but also some spooky ones. Matthew made us feel completely comfortable, he was there the whole time, giving us ideas, asking about our vision, and making the experience so much fun. Rivet Events made our Wedding planning easy. Having multiple services through one Vendor makes the planning seamless. Josua at River Events was professional, made great suggestions and was responsive to our questions. Michael, as our DJ, was fantastic. His pre-event planning calls helped ensure a smooth Wedding. He brought personality and fun as our MC and DJ. Michael noted when people were especially engaged in songs to dance to and selected additional songs to keep guests entertained. We highly recommend Michael Langston as your Wedding MC and DJ!
Tanya, as our photographer, was fantastic. Her pre-event planning calls helped ensure a smooth Wedding. Tanya was accommodating taking photos at an outside venue, and she made great suggestions for lovely poses. She was very engaged during the ceremony and reception to include family and friends in photos. Tanya brought creativity and ensured individual family and friend photos. We highly recommend Tanya Wideman as your Wedding Photographer!
Claude, as our Photo Booth host, was fantastic. His pre-event planning calls helped ensure great, candid photos. We highly recommend Claude Ramsey as your Phot Booth host at your Wedding. -

I can’t express enough how incredible our experience was with the team at Rivet Events! From start to finish, everything went smoothly, and we absolutely loved working with everyone.
Madison, our photographer, and Mathew, our videographer, were simply amazing! They captured our special moments effortlessly and without any rush, making us feel completely at ease on our big day. Their collaboration was outstanding, allowing us to fully enjoy ourselves without a worry in the world. We can't wait to see the beautiful outcome of their work!
A special shoutout to our DJ, Michael, who truly was a star! He was so accommodating, making last-minute adjustments for us before the wedding, and his energy on the day of was contagious. Everyone had a fantastic time, and honestly, we wished the party could go on forever!
Overall, the entire team was exceptional, and we are so grateful for everything you did to bring our vision to life. We especially thank Joshua for all his support and dedication in making our day so special!

09/14/2024 – Its been a year since my husband and I celebrated our Wedding, yet we still talk about it and how finding RIVET EVENTS was one of the BIGGEST highlights and BEST decisions ever made! it felt right from day one, I remember how stressful I was trying to find the right planner that could feel just as passionate as me about planning my wedding, and then I found Josh with RivetEvents. 1000% worth IT!!!! I honestly can't express my gratitude and support for Maddie, Crystal, Glen and all behind the scenes who made this possible. They did so much to make my entire day perfect. They were early, prepared, and with an AWESOME attitude. they all knew what exactly had to be done! Their receptive approach, valuable insights, and unwavering support were instrumental in surpassing our expectations. They were all open-minded. I am profoundly grateful for the exemplary service and professionalism demonstrated. Josh patience and kindness, and love towards me and my family was a great example of living like Jesus. Trust me; I think I was the most pain in the ass person to deal with but they fulfilled and came through to make it exactly how I wanted.I'm sure I tested his patience couple time’s haha! But thanks to Josh meticulous attention to detail and unwavering support significantly contributed to the seamless execution of our wedding. Josh stayed in touch with all his staff and did several check in with me (the bride) to make sure i was 100% satisfied in the process. which I think is extremely important for a business to continue to be successful! Their PHOTOS are completely stunning and capture our family and guests who assisted. The photos are so vivid!! great attention to detail that you can almost relieve your day and the small things you missed during the day. It's also important to state that my wedding took place outdoors during Hurricane Francine, and one of the things that STOOD OUT from this company was the decisive action taken by Josh, the owner. When he stepped on the ground and took control over the rainy situation, that me and his staff were going back and forth about. Josh demonstrated remarkable leadership by directly addressing my father asking "If she wants it outside, outside it will be, period." He effectively orchestrated the necessary arrangements within a mere 25 minutes prior to the ceremony's scheduled start time. The heavy downpour during this interval didn;tface him. He made it all happen immediately and went smooth and no more to discuss. His energy, positivity and just overall commitment to fullfill my wishes were clearly evident and accomplished. He was 200% committed. Choosing Rivet Events saved me so much money and was perfect for my budget. They just have so many services to offer ALL for one price, Cant beat it!! I will definitely continue to consider them in the future for my big family gatherings. I wholeheartedly recommend RivetEvents as an exceptional planner for various events. Our heartfelt appreciation goes out to Josh the coordinator/owner and the entire team for their invaluable contributions, which made our special day truly remarkable and exactly how God wanted it to be! We are so incredibly happy we chose Rivet Events for our wedding photography and DJ services. From the very beginning, the entire process was seamless and truly wonderful.
The owner, Joshua, was a fantastic project manager who guided us every step of the way. We were especially impressed with their innovative tech platform (Monday) for client on-boarding and communication. It made it so easy to stay in touch and keep track of all the timelines and next steps. You can tell this company invests in making things simple and efficient for their clients.
For our music, we had the pleasure of working with Claude, our DJ. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, and he took the time to meet with us multiple times to build and curate the perfect playlists for each part of the event. On the day of the wedding, he absolutely nailed the music, keeping the energy perfect throughout the entire event.
Our photographer, Matthew, was also a true professional. He was wonderful to work with on-site, seemingly everywhere at once to catch every perfect moment before, during, and after our ceremony. The photos he captured are exactly what we had hoped for.
We loved that Rivet Events is a family-owned business, and it's clear their team has a lot of experience working together. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch and reliable team for their event. -

We had an amazing experience with Rivet Events for our wedding on February 1, 2025, at Chota Events.
Brooke, our photographer, was a joy to work with and made us feel completely comfortable throughout the day. We can’t wait to see all the beautiful moments she captured.
Estebon, our DJ, was incredible! He kept the energy high and the dance floor packed all night long, playing the perfect mix of music. Everyone had an absolute blast.
Matthew, our videographer, was professional and made sure to capture every important moment without being intrusive. We’re so excited to see the video!
The photo booth was also a huge hit with our guests, adding a fun touch to the celebration.
Rivet Events truly helped make our wedding day more than we could’ve imagined. The team was professional, talented, and seamless throughout the day. We highly recommend them for any event!

Rivet events was the best decision we made to help make our special day memorable! Crystal was the best coordinator I could have asked for, my goal was to not have to worry about anything the day of our wedding. And that was definitely the case, she kept it going so smooth and seemless even with sick members of the bridal party. We had an amazing photo Booth set up and Jessi was an amazing photographer who captured all the special moments, and was so patient and attentive to what we wanted. Estebon was the life of the party! He was so great at reading the room and know how to keep everything going. We had a large mix of ages and music tastes and everyone ended up on the dance floor at least once. As the night winded down, he was able to give us a super sweet last dance with just the two of us.
Rivet events is definitely a team that knows what they are doing and work together so we'll. They definitely gave us a day we will never forget, and I don't think we could have done it without them. -

Rivet Events was a prefered vendor with my location vendor and I'm so happy it worked out. We initially had a couple of issues with communication but Josh and Estebon remedied these concerns quickly. We utilized two photographers for our day and the photos are beautiful! Jessi our lead photographer was the perfect vibe for me and my husband. It was casual and calm and overall a great experience Would definitely recommend them! -

Exceptionally Organized, Amazing Quality, Affordable Price
From my first contact with Rivet Events, I knew that they were going to be able to provide the organized, quality experience that my Type A personality needed for my perfect wedding day. Rivet uses project planning software that allows you to be involved every step of the way with the planning process. They schedule periodic check-in meetings and have established deadlines that they set for themselves to get everything organized when it's needed. The day of, Brooke and Bee (our photographer and videographer) were so kind and energetic, and they really were able to bring out the best in this camera-shy bride and groom. They knew exactly how to keep us on schedule with the photos we needed to take and when, and they captured every special moment in such high quality and detail. Last but not least, their pricing was way more affordable for what all we got included in our package compared to every other photographer/videographer of this quality that we checked out. We would highly recommend Rivet Events to everyone! -

Rivet Events was incredible!!! Their prices are extremely reasonable. I searched and interviewed over 15 photography and videography companies, djs, and Rivet Events was extremely affordable but they did an INCREDIBLE job. They were attentative the whole time. We did our engagement shoot, photography, videography and DJ with them.
I absolutely loved the photographer, Maddy. She was super sweet and understood what we wanted from the shoots. She also helped with posing. The pictures look incredible. The videographer was also fantastic and the footage
The dj was awesome. We requested a Spanish speaker to help translate the toasts and without practice, he absolutely nailed it! He was also able to change the music based on what people enjoyed and did a great mix of Hispanic music and pop.
I would HIGHLY recommend Rivet Events to anyone! -

We couldn’t have asked for a better company to plan our 12 year vow renewal. From the moment we met with Joshua the owner he made us feel that Rivet Events was the best choice. I wasn’t sure what things we needed but the Rivet Events team was so organized and professional they made finding vendors and communicating with them a breeze. Our wedding coordinator Sammy brought our vision to life, he was responsive, attentive, accommodating and easy to work with. Rivet event really blew us away! What a pleasure it was to work with them! We booked photography and dj services initially but decided to add videography a month before the wedding and Josh did not hesitate and was able to accommodate us. We loved the convenience of being able to book several vendors from the same company it really took a lot of the stress away. We want to thank Sammy our dj for making our wedding a complete success! Josh could have not paired us with a better dj. Sammy had my Cuban family dancing all night and did an amazing job with the music. We cannot thank him enough for his hard work before, during, and after the wedding! We also want to give Matt and Jess a shout out, our photographer and videographer. They did an amazing job making us feel comfortable and capturing the most breathtaking images and videos. We were pressed for time however they managed to take the stress away and capture every moment! We are truly thankful for Rivet event, we could not have chosen a better vendor!

Amazing and so happy we went with Rivet!
We worked with Joshua and explained what we were looking for as far as pictures and videos: (more artistic and night pictures) Matt did our pictures and Kendrick did our video and all I can say is they made it so fun!!!! Our guest loved them and from the sneak peeks I’m so in love! Josh paired us perfectly and was so responsive with questions we had and still have! They were so kind and calm the entire day. We even called Josh at one point when we thought our DJ fell through 2 weeks before our wedding and he got us a back up DJ just in case. As for our engagement photos, a huge thank you to Brooke, who worked around our busy schedules to capture every little detail. When we received a sneak peek at those photos, we realized that we had made the right choice. We’re so lucky to have such great pictures of our wedding. After searching for the perfect wedding photographer and videographer, we came across Rivet Events at the Georgia Bridal show at Gas South Arena where the team greeted us with smiles and their awesome personalities. At first, we were a bit hesitant because we had no idea the price professional photography and videography was going to cost us. However, we now see that having photos and video that last a lifetime was worth every penny as we will show our children and grandchildren this magical day. You all captured a perfect day and it was a pleasure to have you all as a part of it. The day of the wedding was so surreal that the team did a great job blending in with the environment. Rivet Events made my wedding day the most perfect, wonderful, and amazing day. Brooke, our photographer, took beautiful engagement photos and was quick in sending us our beautiful sneak peak photos. Our DJ, DJ Hot Sauce, had the dance floor packed the entire night. Our videographer was there capturing every moment from the pre-ceremony photos until our send-off at the end. Our coordinator, Marie, was absolutely amazing and handled everything perfectly so that I could enjoy every moment of my day. This is such a great deal, with such a great service, I don't see how you could go with anyone else!! -

I am so glad that we hired Rivet Events as our wedding photographer!!! Our photographers name was Ash, and she was amazing!! She was so sweet and professional, and more importantly, made us feel comfortable behind her camera. She initially introduced herself via Slack and then we had a long phone call going over all the details of the day! She asked a lot of questions and took notes about exactly what we wanted. She then sent everything back to me in google docs so I could verify everything. The actual wedding day she was prompt and ready to shoot! We were so happy with how our wedding pictures came out, she caught every moment. I especially love the dancing pictures - it captures all our guests and how happy everyone was! I would recommend Ash with Rivet Events over and over! -

Rivet's team absolutely blew us away. The photographer, DJ, and photo booth operator were excellent to work with. Our engagement and wedding photos were a blast, and the photographer made us feel super comfortable throughout the process. The DJ navigated adjustments and roadblocks well, and had all of our guests dancing all night. Highly recommend the photo booth too! Great way to buy time while the wedding party does photos. Everyone was flexible, accommodating, and professional.

Rivet Events went above and beyond for the whole planning process and our wedding day with multiple check-ins, always offering help, listening to every dream you have, and taking charge to make sure you feel zero stress.
Trusting someone to capture one of the biggest moments of your life is so hard to do and there are so many fears that come with the territory, but rest assured that their team is fully capable of delivering the best memories. Caroline and Jacob were so fun to work with and they truly made us feel so comfortable. My husband HATES taking pictures and he actually enjoyed these (which that in itself says everything!!)
We did photography and videography and they were both so thorough with everything from the smallest details to the big ones! They made sure we had every single picture/moment that we dreamt of captured! Even with our guests, they caught beautiful moments of the people we love being their authentic selves.

We booked the partial planning package along with their DJ, photography, and videography services after meeting them at a bridal show. We loved the convenience of having so many vendors from the same company and they felt like a family-run business. While our wedding was out-of-state, we appreciated having an Atlanta-local team willing to travel with us and figure out the logistics of a "destination" wedding. Everyone on the team went above and beyond on the day of our wedding and we could not have been happier with the outcome of their efforts. We received our sneak peak photos within a week of our wedding and are already so in love with how they are turning out! We cannot thank everyone enough for their hard work before, during, and after the wedding to make everything as easy for us as possible. Our wedding day ran so smoothly because of Rivet. Joshua was attentive, detail-oriented, and extremely organized. He helped us for month before. He and Lauriana arrived early on the day of the wedding and stayed until the very end to ensure that everything was perfect.
DJ Courtney mas a great emcee and dj and had the entire place dancing. My favorite part was the special dance mix that he created to help to get the party started.

We just had our wedding on 12/11/21 at The Peachtree Club in Atlanta. We stopped by the Rivet Event’s booth at the Georgia Bridal Show at the Cobb Galleria in January. We knew instantly from that day moving forward that we wanted to work with Rivet Events to plan our wedding. We booked the full-planning package. We were literally starting from scratch. We booked our venue that following week but Caitlyn assisted us with booking everything else and helped with the design of the ceremony as well as the itinerary. In less than a year, you put together memories that will last a lifetime. I would like to personally thank Joshua, Caitlyn (wedding coordinator), Jacob(videographer) and Michael (D.J.) for making this the best day of our lives. We are are so grateful that you all were part of our special day. You helped bring our vision to life and worked around our busy work schedules. It was absolutely perfect. It was a pleasure to meet and work with you all. Our wedding was an absolute dream come true. Despite the weather bringing our worst fears to life, the ceremony was everything we hoped it would be. I hired Rivet Events for my wedding and for an engagement shoot. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to hired a photographer for their events, as well as for portraits! We had Caitlyn for our engagement shoot and she was incredibly responsive when it came to coordinating that session. She even sent us links for location ideas and looked into the details of each location we were interested in. The photos came out lovely and very well-edited. They had the “light and airy” feel I love about engagement shoots. We then had Caitlyn and Hunter work at our wedding. Both ladies did a phenomenal job and went above and beyond. I was a total wreck because of the rain and they both made the best of the situation and really put me at ease. They were incredibly creative and sensitive to my needs and wants. Rivet Events was AMAZING to work with! I used their photography, DJ, and photo booth and all were equally amazing for my big day. The DJ Michael had everyone on the dance floor, and the photo booth attendant Maurice was super fun with everyone in the photo booth! Caroline was our photographer and she was super sweet and easygoing to work with. The fact that I got all of these services through one company and one contract made it that much easier for me to keep track of my wedding planning and vendors. We found Rivet Events on WeddingWire and used them for photography. They were very flexible when we had to change the time from 4hrs to 6hrs photography and added a new location. We changed our wedding to a smaller reception because of COVID. The person we mainly worked with was Brooke Whitehead and had scheduled phone calls to discuss our needs. She was very friendly and great to communicate with. We could tell they genuinely cared about our needs. The day of went by smoothly too! When we received the photos we were very pleased! Highly recommend rivet!
My husband and I loved our experience. We originally did not plan to have a wedding during a pandemic but Josh was so amazing working with us to make our now Elopement ceremony something truly special. I really appreciated their flexibility.
Prior to our wedding, we chatted with our photographer and videographer on Slack, sharing with them details we wanted to make sure were included and they also were great at guiding us in areas we weren’t sure what we wanted. We also hoped on a call with them closer to so we could walk through all the details. That was great!
On the day, I was so impressed with their execution. I think this was one of the best parts about rivet. The day flew by and my husband and I totally lost track of time multiple times but our photographer was so polite but also great at telling us “hey we are behind schedule, if we want to get in these shots, we might need to wrap up soon” which I really appreciated because I got all the shots I wanted!
When we received the photos and videos back, we were VERY pleased! Everything looked amazing and they caught some really great moments. They really have their process down pack which really helped the whole day run smoothly.

Caroline and Emma were our photographer and videographer, they are both fun,flexible and easy to work with. They very professional and excellent on what they do! Omg! the sneak peek pictures are gorgeous!
Michael was our DJ, him too was very nice. He was a pleasure to work with. He helped us to make our own personalized song list and accommodated my last minute requests. Overall, we are satisfied and happy of their services. Even though we are dealing with the pandemic, they still made it so special.

We used Rivet Events for our photography, videography, and DJ for our wedding, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results! They are a small business of about 12 people, so they give you a ton of attention and are always making sure you're comfortable with your wedding planning. Josh, Caroline, and Josh W. put so much thought and care into not only the wedding, but my husband and I as individuals - they were with us every step of the way, from our engagement photoshoot all the way up until our wedding day. Their pricing was awesome for such great service, and they offered us discounts for booking early as well as bundling photography, videography, and DJ. I liked using the same company for all of my photo/video/music - there were no communication issues or any moments missed on our wedding day, which I feel is more likely to happen when you use different companies for these 3 services. Despite our wedding being affected by COVID-19 (March 14th, 2020 wedding day), everyone came together to help us out, and I will forever remember that! The team at Rivet Events made our wedding the best day of our lives! So many of our guests told us how amazing our photo and video team was and some even asked for their information for future use. We loved the experience from first meeting Josh to making our Love Story to the day of the wedding with the entire team there. Josh was a detailed and comprehensive day of wedding coordinator. The entire month before we were in contact quit a bit and he was very helpful leading up to the big day as well as the big day. The photographers were awesome! They had fun and cute ideas for photos of getting ready and during our photos right after the ceremony. The videographer had great vision and execution for our Love Story and again recording video the day of the wedding. The team member who ran the photo booth was very kind and kept the party going by making the photo booth fun. We thought they were getting a steal for the bundle of all those services. Caroline Whitehead and Rivet Events were nothing but wonderful. Anytime there was an issue Joshua and Caroline would respond right away and genuinely cared about mine and my husbands needs.
