Fantastic Wedding Venue!

Fantastic!

Riverview Family Farm is gorgeous!!! I had so many guests compliment how beautiful our venue was. Rachel is fantastic! She is great at communication and knows her stuff! She has the day of coordination down to a science and made our day absolutely magical! I HIGHLY recommend Riverview Family Farm!! Beautiful venue, the best service, and great price!!

Life Saver

The venue is beautiful; the openness of the barn first caught my eye. It also offers a great back-up plan if weather doesn't play nicely. What sold me on RiverView was the staff, Rachel; she is amazing, extremely professional, she knows what she is doing and makes everything happen without causing any stress to the bridal party/family. Rachel irons out each detail leaving you with nothing to worry about, even during covid. She brought to our attention several details we hadn't thought about and her knowledge on other vedors, music, flowers, etc.... is spot on. She never steered us wrong. Her personality is warming, welcoming, and most importantly, calming.

Riverview is Perfect!!!!!

Let me start off by saying planning a wedding during pandemic is anything but stress-free, but from the very start of planning, Rachel has literally been amazing. She was always there to listen, give advice, and reassure me that she would make our special day happen! Long story short, we ended up having a smaller wedding at the farm than planned. And my husband and I could not be happier. It was everything we had ever dreamed of and we are so grateful to have had Rachel there to work with us. The farm is absolutely beautiful and made the day feel like a fairytale. Love love LOVE this place!!!!! (pics by Carly Crawford Photography!)

The best experience in the most beautiful setting

My daughter had her wedding at Riverview Family Farm in October. We met with Rachel (the owner) - she asked a bunch of questions, got the names of all our vendors (caterer, florist, DJ, bartender, etc.) and gave lots of qualified advice on things we hadn't even thought of. She had suggestions on where everyone was to set up, what time they should be there, where family/close friends should sit, etc. She was a true blessing and an extraordinary wedding coordinator! She scheduled the rehearsal a few days before and we went over the timeline - when vendors were arriving, when the bride and bridal party should arrive, how long the photographer should take, etc. It was a huge relief knowing all we had to do was to show up and get dressed. On the big day, there was a disconnect between the florist and my daughter having to do with candles on the tables, and Rachel was there to save the day with bins of candles that she had in her storeroom. The weather was crappy and while we were getting ready in the beautiful little house on the property, Rachel and her team got everything moved around inside the barn and set up the chairs for an indoor wedding (we'd planned on an outdoor one). It was absolutely beautiful! Rachel and her team were there in the shadows all night keeping an eye on whatever needed an eye kept on it. After the bride and groom left, she orchestrated getting things moved to our cars, like leftover food, gifts, etc. It was an amazing and beautiful night, due in no small part to Rachel. The barn was breathtaking with the lights at night, and the view during the day was equally beautiful. The little house used by the bridal party was perfect - lots of mirrors in all the rooms and a great little kitchen. I can't say enough good things about Riverview Family Farm and Rachel. It was perfect!

Magical Day

Words cannot express our gratitude to Rachel and the staff at RiverView Family Farm for helping to create a truly magical day for us. From our first meeting with Rachel, the many in between, and our wedding day she was professional, patient, efficient, and made us feel at ease that our wedding day would be perfect. Rachel and her staff go above and beyond to make sure the day runs smoothly and the bride/groom and family are taken care. The farm has a peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking views that made the perfect setting for the wedding of our dreams. Rachel and her staff are a huge part in making our wedding day such a success. Thank you all for your kindness, hard work, and hospitality. Everything was wonderful and we could not have chosen a better venue nor better people to work with for our wedding.

I cannot say enough about how much my husband and I loved getting married here. Rachel was great about working with us and "catching the vision" for what we wanted. All of our guests loved the area and commented about the natural beauty of it. Definitely would recommend getting married here!!

Stunning Venue and Great Experience

Rachel and her team were amazing to work with in organizing our wedding. We were married on the farm 10.13.18 and everything went off with out a hitch. Rachel worked to make sure every detail was timed and planned perfectly! The setting is stunning. We were fortunate enough to have the cows in the pasture directly behind the ceremony site, which I loved! It really added to the fun rustic feeling we wanted in our wedding. What a wonderful experience! We were overjoyed with this venue for our daughter’s wedding! The lakeside setting was gorgeous, and all the aspects of the venue including the barn, farmhouse, patio, and outdoor ceremony site were fantastic! On the wedding day the venue was absolutely beautiful, and so enjoyable for our guests. But the primary reason we picked RiverView and would recommend it to anyone was because of Rachel Samulski! When first meeting her, we knew that she would be a joy to work with. She gave us excellent planning advice, and was always available to answer questions. She’s extremely organized and detailed, while at the same time very calm and encouraging. The wedding day was seamless. Rachel and her team were intentional and thoughtful with all the details, and enabled us to enjoy our daughter, son-in-law, family and friends! We would highly recommend checking out RiverView Family Farms!

Foothills Land Conservancy has worked with Rachel and her team to host our annual summer fundraiser at RiverView over the last two years. The venue is just the right fit and location to host our organization's event. Rachel is very helpful, not only during the day of the function, but she also assists with the advanced planning that goes into hosting an event of 250+ attendees. Rachel's experience and passion for event planning ensures that communication and logistics among the caterer, servers, and party rental company all runs smoothly. Rachel makes this such an easy process. So much is included with her packages, and we were able to modify as needed to fit our specific needs. Unlike many vendors, RiverView did not have a "preferred" list for photography, catering, etc. I appreciated having the freedom to work with people I already knew and liked. The farm speaks for itself - it takes my breath away every time I visit. Rachel and her staff will go above and beyond to troubleshoot, firefight, and celebrate this time with you.

We have had two major events at the farm. And I have been to several others at the farm. They always go above and beyond! It is stunningly gorgeous and the staff never disappoints! It has been a pleasure to work with them. They also support their local community in many ways and I am proud to recommend this amazing venue and family!

My daughter’s 8th birthday party was a huge success. What a beautiful place for parties for all ages. We had fun things to do from playing games in the yard, picnic on the large deck, making popcorn and a hayride - all while surrounded by the picturesque view. The owners are so accommodating. They make it easy to personalize your party or event the way you want it for lasting memories. RiverView Fanily Farm is the ideal location for an any event!

Riverview Family Farm was the best! There is no need to look any further if you are seeking on outdoor or barn type wedding! From the moment we walked on the property, we had a peace that this was the place where God wanted us to marry. Rachel is a delight to work with with. She gave us her undivided attention when we were visiting the property and then was available thru our wedding day! We paid extra to have her as our day of coordinator and no one could have made our day go any better. We had our dream wedding and it was truly the best day of our lives! Everything went so well and it amazed us how well Rachel, Ogle Entertainment, Buddy's Catering, Shane Hawkins Photography and Ryan's Productions worked together.

The Riverview family farm was the perfect setting for our daughter’s spring 2017 wedding. The entire staff and especially Rachel were so helpful caring and being attentive to our every need. Riverview was the the 3rd place I looked at when I was trying to find a venue for my wedding and I knew as soon as I saw it that it was the place! Not only is the view great but so is the staff and also they have the cutest animals!!! If you are looking for the perfect rustic wedding venue then riverview is the venue for you!

RiverView Family Farm was by far the greatest venue for our wedding. It was one of five places I was interested in touring for our special day and RiverView was the first place I visited. After my visit I canceled the rest of my tours, I knew right then and there it would be the perfect place for my wedding. Rachel Samulski and her team were amazing to work with, she made the day run so smoothly and worked with us to make the day perfect. She saw that my husand and I were fed, relaxed, and enjoying the best day of our lives together. I highly, highly reccomend RiverView Family Farm for any event, especially weddings!

My daughter was married at RiverView this past weekend, and I cannot say enough about what a wonderful experience it was. Incredible venue and gorgeous setting---and even though it was (well) designed to be an event/wedding venue, it has the vibe that you are at a friend's property who is letting you have your wedding there. You can tell that Rachel and her family love this place and are proud of it and enjoy letting others enjoy it. Most importantly, working with Rachel and her team was better than I ever could have imagined. Rachel is efficient while still being personable, she is organized while still being flexible, and they all bent over backwards to not only help me, but to anticipate anything that might make the guests' experience even better AND make sure the couple had the wedding of their dreams (which they did). Love, love, love....

If you are looking for an outdoor venue, your search can stop here. RiverView Family Farm is the PERFECT barn wedding and reception location. RiverView is fairly new, but it is not to be missed or overlooked. I suggest you check it out now because this place is going to book up quickly. RiverView has several different options for an outdoor wedding, all with a beautiful view of the Tennessee River. The barn has sliding doors that open up to the outside for an indoor/outdoor reception. The barn is perfect, the view is perfect, and the location is perfect too. I kept looking for wedding venues in Maryville and the Smoky Mountains. RiverView is conveniently located in Farragut. My in-town guests simply had to drive to Campbell Station Road. My out of town guests stayed in a hotel near Turkey Creek. Rachel (the woman who runs River View) is very easy to work with. I highly recommend RiverView.

Absolutely beautiful venue! Probably one of the most perfect East Tennessee lakeside venues. Rachel made the wedding seamless. The food was superb and the staff were professional and thoughtful. I couldn't imagine a better wedding for our dear friends.

As the parents of the bride and this being our first wedding to host, we were extremely happy with RiverView. We had looked at several venues before booking RiverView and the moment we walked onto the property we knew this was the place. Such a peaceful setting, away from the traffic but yet convenient to West Knoxville. Rachel was so friendly and accommodating and also helped us in selecting a caterer and florist. Her assistant, Megan, was also wonderful and such a help with the rehearsal and wedding day activities! I can't imagine a better experience with a venue. We were excited to be the first wedding of RiverView's second season and it seemed like they had been pros at doing this for years. Our wedding was 4 months ago and we are STILL receiving many compliments on the venue and how smoothly everything went! We have recommended RiverView to quite a few brides to be!

Rachel is wonderful, she was so accommodating and knew exactly how to create a fantastic wedding day experience! And her assistant Megan was wonderful as well! I can't recommend this venue enough! It's a beautiful location, a great space, away from traffic, and has a wonderful team! Check it out, you won't be disappointed!

Rachel at Riverview went above and beyond to make our wedding day the most memorable day not only for us but for all of our friends and family. Rachel was great to sit down to plan with and to make my vision a reality. She was able to put us in contact with other create vendors to use or different aspects of the wedding. Apart from Rachel, the farm has so many options to take pictures, have the wedding ceremony, and being creative with the reception. I would not hesitate to recommend this venue to anyone!! I only wish I could plan another big event so I could have it at Riverview Family Farm!!

Riverview family farm is a wonderful event venue! The lake side setting is not only beautiful but conveniently located in West Knoxville. The Legacy barn is well thought out and provides everything needed to make your guest comfortable: Plenty of parking, Abundant space for dancing and dining, PROPER BATHROOMS (really this is huge) , Stunning views and True hospitality. You will definitely want to put Riverview on your must visit list.

I came to their site via Google Maps... I called to plan a visit to see how I could land a helicopter for a secret proposal party to share this moment with our friends, family, and loved ones. My future bride had no clue! We are so very happy to look back at our photos at RiverView Family Farms and remember such a very special day that we will share for the rest of our lives. From the initial planning phases of how I would secretly propose, to the scheduling with vendors, and assistance with setup and break down, I can't say enough about how professional and personal Rachel and the crew at RiverView was at responding with quick answers and welcoming service. Everyone that attended was in such awe of the facility and how it takes you to a special place with the views and ambiance. I highly recommend you place this on your schedule and allow them to open up the facilities to show how flexible and creative you can get with their services and venue.

Beautiful setting on the lake, with great views. The barn is immaculate. The staff is very friendly and easy to work with. My family stood in awe of the whole place and wants to model their property after Riverview. Fantastic experience, can't wait to be back!!

What a spectacular venue for a dinner party before prom. It was the perfect place for a catered dinner instead of the hassle with a crowded restaurant. The students had dinner, music, and had the ideal location for prom pictures. We set up a fondue station, the lights were pre-strung to create a fun, safe and gorgeous location.

Rachel and her family were great to work with. They were very upfront and professional during our initial meeting. The day of the event everything was exactly how they said it would be. Their barn and farm are easy to get to and a perfect place for any event. We were ecstatic with the way everything went, and we will definitely use their venue again.

Riverview was an excellent venue for our corporate event, which was a family picnic and hayride. The location on the Tennessee River offers great views of the lake and farm. There was plenty of space for our families and great areas for the kids to play. Our host, Rachel, was very easy to work with and always available. The farm is a great setting for a wedding or other celebration, the view of the lake and surrounding area creates a great atmosphere.

I had been to Riverview for an Easter Egg Hunt event several years ago, but had not seen the new wedding/event venue until my daughter attended a pre-prom party and photography shoot there in April. I was blown away when I arrived! From start to finish, I was so impressed by this facility and its owners. There was plenty of parking right next to the new event building that has the look and feel of an upscale barn, but is so immaculate that you can hardly call it that. It is very open and inviting inside, big enough for any occasion, I would imagine. My favorite part, though, was when it opened up at the other end to a spacious deck with the most gorgeous view of the lake...just a breathtaking natural setting. We were able to meet one of the owners and she was very gracious and personable. I look forward to attending another event here and am looking for every opportunity to actually host one at this location!

We had our Twins 5th Birthday party on the farm and it was perfect. Rachel and her team had everything set up and did a great job with the kids. They were extremely accommodating and just a pleasure to work with. The kids had so much fun seeing the farm animals, riding the train, playing on the playground and making smore's. It was a birthday party we will never forget!

Beautiful setting, excellent customer service, the kids absolutely loved it, as did the adults. Would go back again and again. I have also done the Easter Egg Hunt there and it is incredible. Would recommend this venue over and over again. Cannot say enough!

The farm is gorgeous, the family who operates it is wonderful, kind, and helpful, and the barn is magnificent! I highly recommend any event at this venue and am so blessed to have worked with the farm's staff!

RiverView Family Farm is the most beautiful piece of land in TN! My family has been attending events there for 3 years now and every one of them creates new family memories that we hold close to our hearts. The land is not only gorgeous, but the family that owns it could not be any nicer and dependable and really know how to run a business to cater to there guest! We plan to attend many more events there in the future and make more memories as a family! I just wish I would have know about this property for my wedding! It couldn't be any more suitable for weddings, family reunions, birthday parties, etc!

This property is absolutely breathtaking and I love working with and supporting a local family business. I’ve photographed clients at Riverview farm as well as attended events there and it is a great place to hold events like weddings or parties. Beautiful views, family friendly and private. Riverview is the perfect location for an outdoor or indoor ceremony site. The location is breathtaking & the barn in stunning no matter the time of day. We used the "primal house" next door to get in ready in and it was the perfect size for our wedding party & the getting ready pictures were stunning.

The service you will receive from Rachel is like no other. She allows you to borrow extra decorations if needed, she will personally drive you around on the golf cart, she helps keep you calm when your nerves get the best of you, but most importantly she becomes a friend for life.

You've got to see this place. If you think the pictures are stunning... just wait until you visit.

We used the facility for an engagement party. It was perfect for the event. The staff was present and so helpful. They went above and beyond the call to help us have a great event. They were responsive to all our questions. They helped us brainstorm for more creative ideas and how to use the facility to its fullest. Very satisfied with the venue, staff, support and our event. We have recommended them to several of our friends since our event.
