Perfect location for special event!

Attended a special Christmas Party for 90 ppl at the Riverside Pavilion and must compliment Heather for executing everything on our clubs ‘wish list’ perfectly: caterer choice was excellent, dance floor and DJ in place, tables dressed beautifully and filled the space with balloon arches everywhere! Great access/parking, super clean restrooms and absolutely breathtaking view of the water from inside main event room. It was a very memorable time, will definitely use this venue again!

Beautiful place to make memories

From the first phone call to the end of the event, Riverside Pavilion's staff were professional, helpful,friendly and responsive. I received responses quickly and was pleased that all that was discussed was completed and on time. The inside space allowed for dancing as well as dining our group of 220. The dining area opens onto a large riverside deck that overlooks the beautiful and peaceful Halifax River. Many guests gathered outside for the view and a peaceful setting. There was plenty of parking and the venue is easy to get to.

Gorgeous setting on the water. If you need a dance floor, the venue seats 125 comfortably. Staff are accommodating and flexible.

Helpful, Communicative, Flexible

I am so thankful to Heather and Riverside Pavilion. Hurricane Milton flooded our previous venue and we had to find a new one in less than two weeks! Heather was very responsive, helpful, and extremely professional. I am very thankful to her and the Riverside Pavilion team for helping me make my special day happen.

Beautiful view and affordable

I liked this place from the beginning. The view is gorgeous and the staff was really helpful. After working out the details we were more than happy with the price compared to other places that weren't as nice. I highly recommend it.

We are so glad we found the Riverside Pavillion for our wedding. The location is beautiful and Natalie is amazing to work with. Highly recommend this venue for the cost value and inclusive packaging.

Great place-great price - awesome service

We had our son's University graduation party here for 90 guests. What an awesome atmosphere and location. Natalie, the manager, was so attentive and so easy to work with. One visit and we had it all down pat. She was so informative and so helpful that we didn't have a care in the world about the location and what to expect. She was great in making recommendations on how to set the room up for the amount of people, where to have the bar, food, cake table, present table, and helped us with video and audio equipment set up. Everything turned out perfect! She also recommended the caterer and bartender who were both familiar with the place so it made it very easy and VERY affordable for everything. People are still talking about our event and it was almost a month ago. We had no worries in the world and were able to relax and enjoy ourselves thanks to the service of Joe who was our contact the day of our event. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed the whole time we were there. I will be using this event establishment in the future. Thank you for a great day!

Unforgettable

We reached out to Natalie about our special day, which was three months away, she made time to come in on a Saturday, on her day off to accommodate us. Best Wedding Venue in Port Orange!

The Riverside Pavilion is a hidden gem! The venue is absolutely perfect! You get the beautiful backdrop of the Halifax and oversized deck to have the ceremony. There so many options and layouts you can choose from that fits your style. Natalie is absolutely amazing and downright pleasure to work with. The Riverside Pavilion staff are great and take care of so much for you on your big day. I highly recommended this venue. You will not be disappointed!

I stumbled onto the Riverside Pavilion on accident. What a beautiful venue. My guests are still telling me how beautiful it was. Overlooking the Halifax River, it is just gorgeous. We had our ceremony on the outside deck and our reception and cocktail hour inside. They can accommodate up to 200 people! We had plenty of room and had a great time. The brand new park that surrounds the Pavilion is just beautiful. A wonderful venue at a very affordable price!!

Better than the wedding of my dreams!

Riverside Pavilion was an amazing place to have a Friday wedding! Perfect scenery, and the place accommodated for the amount of guests that I needed. Only downside is that they do not have a kitchen that you could cook in, but other than that, everything was great. Venue was flexible and very responsive to my wedding planner. Also provided tables and chairs, which helped a lot.

Patty and Natalie were so great to work with, both were very helpful and flexible with meeting up and last minute changes! I had a family video we wanted to show before the event, called them the day before, and they made it happen! This venue is beautiful inside and outside! I have so many beautiful pictures from the wedding!

Ceremony and Reception space used. Touring the facility was easy and Patty was amazing to work with. Quick with responses and was available to email me even on her own vacation. How amazing is that!! The space is wonderful and couldn't have asked for a better backdrop for our big day!

Great venue! The just redid the deck and it looks beautiful! The only complaint I have is the hanging lights around the building. They are all uneven and it looks messy! Also the fake flowers at the tops might need to be dusted! They were very responsive and willing to make any changes to accommodate my need!
