Y'all!!! RiverCrest is absolutely PHENOMENAL!! My wedding was on 3/10/23, and I am still dancing in a field of daisies over here with how perfect the day was!
Michelle L. was my wedding coordinator and she was with me the entire time! From my very first inquiry—to the zillions of questions throughout my engagement and wedding planning process—to my wedding day! Michelle was so kind, professional, and responsive the whole time!
On the day of the wedding, I had Mark as the Banquet Manager, and he helped make sure the whole day was on time! (which I imagine is no small task!) I also had Shayna as my Bridal Suite Attendant, and let me tell you, this woman is PURE GOLD! She essentially was the day of contact for the wedding, and she helped out with all the things for all the people. She created such a comfortable and fun environment that wasn't overbearing and constantly in your business, but also every time I had a question and thought, "Let me go find Shayna '' she was always 2 feet away smiling, ready, and willing to help out! Shayna, Mark, and the whole staff truly helped make the day so perfect that I will be forever grateful!
It's one thing to make the Bride and Groom feel good on their wedding day, but my parents, in-laws, and all the guests are still raving about how incredible RiverCrest was too! Everyone felt so cared for and had the best time at RiverCrest! The food is devine, the rooms for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are stunning, the outside grounds are gorgeous, and the staff is outstanding!!
If you've taken the time to read this far (thank you) but truly I can't say enough good things about RiverCrest :) Enjoy your wedding here - you'll be in great hands! -

Choosing Rivercrest as our venue was the easiest decision we made throughout the entire wedding planning process. During our tour with Michele D, it was clear how stunning the venue was and how professional all the staff were. Michele was always responsive and incredibly accommodating to all of our requests and questions!
They are truly experts in hosting a wedding and the actual day went so smoothly that we ended up running ahead of schedule and had more time for dancing at the end of the night! All of the staff were extremely attentive and anticipated our needs all night long. The packages they offer and the upgrades available really can't be beat in the Philadelphia area in terms of value for the price. I call this wedding venue- the Cescaphe of Suburbs!
Michelle D- one of the coordinators was a blessing to work with. She answered all of my million questions- at any hour or the day. She offered suggestions, and really listened to everything I wanted to include on my wedding day. The price? Unmatched- all inclusive, seemed too good to be true, but trust me they are just that good! My wedding day went so smoothly- if there were hiccups I didn't even notice! Choosing RiverCrest was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. The venue was absolutely perfect — we loved having a ceremony space that allowed for a partially outdoor feel while still enjoying the elegance of the ballroom for our reception. The pricing was very reasonable, and we felt we received incredible value for both the experience and our guest count. From the very beginning, Michelle L. was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her communication was always prompt, clear, and helpful — she patiently answered every one of my many detailed emails and questions leading up to the big day. On the wedding day itself, everything was flawless. The bridal suite was beautiful and made such a wonderful space to get ready with my bridal party. The décor and setup turned out absolutely stunning, and we found countless photo spots throughout the venue that made for incredible memories to cherish forever. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food — so many people told us it was the best wedding cocktail hour food they’d ever had. All of the RiverCrest staff were exceptional — from the bridal suite attendants to the banquet managers, servers, and bartenders, everyone was so attentive, organized, and kind. Everything ran seamlessly thanks to their efforts. I couldn’t recommend RiverCrest more highly to anyone searching for a wedding venue — it truly exceeded our expectations and made our day unforgettable. -

10/10 would do it all over again!
We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding venue! The location was absolutely perfect, the ambiance was elegant and charming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all our guests. The bridal suite was spacious and comfortable — a wonderful space to get ready and relax.
The staff went above and beyond in every way. They were incredibly responsive, attentive, and professional, making sure every detail was handled seamlessly. Our guests were blown away; many said it was the most beautiful and best wedding they have ever attended!
I would 100% recommend this venue to anyone looking for a place that combines stunning surroundings with outstanding service. It truly made our special day unforgettable. -

We had a flawless day. The staff clearly do this a lot and everything was beyond smooth. We had about 80 people in January 2025. On the day itself they staff showed us where to take pictures, handled lots of little requests, and helped us with things we didn't even think of, like finer details of the ceremony. Michelle was very responsive and easy to work with while planning. Its the little touches, like finding a smaller table for our one table of 6 guests, that really stood out to us. We can tell they also have a great relationship with their recommended vendors. 11/10 went above and beyond our expectations -

We got married at Rivercrest on 3/22/2025 and couldn't be happier with our decision. This was the first venue we toured and we honestly considered not even looking at other venues! The bridal suite is beautiful and it was so convenient having that room to get ready in. Our guests also raved about the food, which you don't always hear at weddings. We had a small-ish wedding for Rivercrest (about 115 people) but they set the ballroom up to make it look full and we loved having so much space to dance. We worked with Michele and she was wonderful. She was very responsive and made the planning process so much easier.RiverCrest Weddings's reply:

We got married at RiverCrest in July 2024. From the ceremony to the reception everything was perfect. And we know that was because we had an amazing team working with us all the way up to our big day. Michele was a just absolutely fabulous and so great to plan a wedding with. On the day of our wedding, the RiverCrest staff was professional, attentive, and friendly. We are in AWE of RiverCrest!! I don't even know where to start with a review for them because they truly were perfect and above and beyond what we could have imagined.
From the beginning, Michelle L. helped us on our wedding planning journey. She is extremely kind, honest, and talented. She helped us select all the major items (food, setup, etc) and all the way down to the little details (table linens, signs, etc). She always gave us her honest opinion and helped us make informed decisions for our wedding. It can be hard to navigate planning a wedding, but Michelle L. made is so seamless and truly effortless.
We were able to do a food tasting and bring our parents. We were all blown away by not only the food, but the service. Everyone at RiverCrest is friendly and kind and that followed through on the wedding day as well.
Leading up to the big day, Michelle L. was constantly in contact with us, making sure we had everything we needed. She does so much behind the scenes work and makes it look so effortless.
On the wedding day, we were BLOWN AWAY with how organized and helpful the staff at RCGC was. They took care of us from the second we arrived to the second we left. From bringing us anything we needed in the bridal suite to setting everything up exactly as we wanted, they truly were a dream team. They were so seamless and organized when it came to the schedule throughout the day. We had no questions because they truly were ahead of everything.
We worked with Angela later in the day and she was phenomenal!! She brought us food from our cocktail hour because we couldn't go and truly made sure we were taken care of the entire night.
At the end of the night, the RCGC team had packed everything up for us and had it ready to load into our cars. They literally thought of EVERYTHING! Our guests still cannot stop talking about beautiful the day was and that is largely due to the RiverCrest staff.
What an amazing team. We really can't thank them enough!

We got married on 6/8/24 at RiverCrest and it was absolutely perfect! Michelle and the team were a dream to work with and made the planning process so easy. The bridal suite is gorgeous, and it was such a plus to be able to have access to it all day. The suite attendants were so lovely and made the morning getting ready, and the entire evening go as smoothly as possible. Our guests are still raving about the food and service. 10/10 would recommend RiverCrest to anyone! -

We just got married at RiverCrest on 9/13/24. Everything was fantastic—the staff were amazing, especially the bridal suite attendants. They really took care of us from the second we got there until the second we were out the doors. The venue is beautiful and we had full access to it the entire day so we could walk around while we were getting ready and see everything come together. The bridal suite is amazing and we really enjoyed getting ready there. We really loved that it was a sort of one-stop-shopping—we had our ceremony and reception there and RiverCrest helped to provide the food and cake. We also really enjoyed getting to go to the club to do our food tasting.

RiverCrest Golf Weddings is the perfect venue for a wedding. Finding a place that could comfortably accommodate 200 guests with all-inclusive amenities was a challenge, but RiverCrest exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, they had us covered with everything we needed, and their staff was nothing short of amazing.
We had the pleasure of working with Michele Daddona, who was truly an angel. She took the stress out of our planning process, making everything as easy as possible so we could focus on preparing for our big day. The venue itself is breathtaking—we loved the lighting, the atmosphere, the dance floor, and the variety of table options.
If you’re in the area, we can’t recommend a better place than RiverCrest. The food was outstanding, delivering a fine dining experience for our guests. We had the opportunity to enjoy a complimentary food tasting, and we absolutely loved our options. The hors d'oeuvres were so delicious that our guests nearly forgot the main course was still to come!

Can’t say enough about rivercrest!!!! Everything was so smooth for the entire process.
The food was absolutely amazing!! Our dj who has done hundreds of weddings said it was the best cocktail hour food he’s had!
The staff is absolutely outstanding!! So helpful leading up to our wedding and the day of. They were so attentive to us and our guests. Michelle was our coordinator and she was excellent with helping us out, keeping us on schedule, and answering our questions ahead of our big day.
The grounds are absolutely beautiful- we have amazing pictures from our wedding.
Everything from top to bottom was more than we could have ever asked for.

My husband Brett and I got married at RiverCrest in January 2024 and had the most incredible experience starting from our initial tour to our wedding day. The team was extremely easy to work with, very accommodating the day of our rehearsal and wedding day. The venue space is so beautiful and modern and was able to accommodate our large guest count of 275 comfortably which was very important to us. The bridal suite and men’s locker room for the bridesmaids and groomsmen was fabulous. We also really enjoyed working with Michelle through the planning process. We were guests of a wedding at RiverCrest before our own and loved the food and venue. When we got engaged we knew we wanted to explore their offerings and we are so happy with our decision. We would recommend RiverCrest over and over again. -

There are not enough good words to express how we felt about our Wedding at Rivercrest. I don't even know where to start. It was all that amazing.
The timeline was executed flawlessly and even when there were bumps in the road I would have never known. Things that needed to move faster did, things that had some time it was given. Your staff is impeccable and I want to get married again just so I can experience that kind of luxury you provide!
The food was delicious. When I am a guest at weddings it is nerve wracking due to being gluten free. As the bride I felt absolutely pampered and didn't worry once. The fact that there was a gluten free roll was amazing. The cake cutting was posed in a way that I could experience the full effect. The allergy labels at each guest's seats was something that really stood out to me. I know that if I was that guest I would actually be able to relax and enjoy.
The bridal suite attendants were amazing. Owen and I had a beverage and food in our hands the moment we walked in. They helped me bustle my gown when no one else was around and even had a glass of my moms favorite wine ready for her when she walked through the door.
Needless to say I could go on and on and on about your superiority. Everyone was kind and professional and we felt like royalty. Everyone who we talk to about the wedding has nothing but praise to say.

RiverCrest was a dream come true. I had been searching for a venue that wouldn't require me to find 17 different vendors. And, for the vendors not included in the package, they give you a list of recommendations to decrease the burden of research. Michele D. was our wedding specialist and a huge part of our great experience - she answered all of our questions (and we had A LOT), offered suggestions when I was being indecisive, and was just an all around delight to work with. Everything must have been great for the guests as well because two of them will be following our footsteps and getting married at RiverCrest just a year after our wedding! -

My husband and I discovered River Crest Golf Club while googling for wedding venues. We almost cancelled our meeting because we were certain we wouldn't be able to afford to have our wedding there, but I'm beyond grateful we decided to go, because we fell in love with the venue immediately. River Crest offers amazing inclusive food and open-bar packages and great incentives for off-season weddings. We were so impressed by the large selection of food and beverage and by the beautiful spaces they offer. We held our wedding there on February 9th, so we used the enclosed terrace they offer for the winter months for our ceremony and it was absolutely perfect! Above all, however, is the staff. From day one Michele Daddona was with us at each step to walk us through setting up our wedding and all the details it takes to make it go smoothly. I had many emails full of questions for her throughout the year and a half we worked together and she was always quick to respond and more than happy to help. On the day of our wedding, the staff was so helpful and such a well-oiled machine, we could not have made it all happen without Sharon and Shaina in particular. These amazing ladies helped set up and break down nearly all of our decorations, had valuable input, put my mind at ease several times, and I really felt like they were there for me. I felt like they genuinely cared about me and my big day just as if it were their very own, and I am so grateful for them. I would highly recommend River Crest for a wedding, or any event. They are beautiful, professional, organized, and they go above and beyond! -

RiverCrest was our first venue tour and we knew from that visit, this was our wedding venue. We fell in love with the ballroom and immediately felt comfortable when meeting with Michelle to discuss details. Michelle was organized and prompt when determining cocktail hour and reception details. Her organization is impeccable and made the stress of wedding planning disappear. She accommodated all of our requests and needs and made us feel confident that our day would go smoothly. Our wedding day was nothing but perfect. Every small detail was honored and the RiverCrest team was so sweet and attentive. I did not need to ask for a single thing, because their team was 10 steps ahead of me. This allowed us to fully be present with our guests in celebrating our marriage. RiverCrest was our perfect venue and will now be a special place on our hearts forever. -

Overall, we had a wonderful experience at RiverCrest. There were a few hiccups on the day of, but we were thrilled with the level of expertise Michelle brought to the table and the day turned out amazing. Everyone at RiverCrest went above and beyond to make or wedding exactly what we wanted it to be, and we had some very specific and niche requests so that was no small feat. We appreciated every bit of effort everyone made to make that happen for us. The one thing I would mention to future couples who read this is that the menu is not set after the tasting - we apparently had a last minute ingredient change because a stroganoff that was meant to be served with ribbon noodles (this was even in our contract) came out with rice noodles on the day of. This was sort of disappointing as the change had not been run past me at all, and it totally changed the texture and flavor of a dish that we loved so much at the tasting, So, to future couples, PLEASE make sure you clarify the menu with them multiple times to be sure there are no miscommunications or surprises. All in all, the food was still amazing though! We were just expecting something different than what we got. -

The people make all the difference
Rivercrest was absolutely wonderful. I'd had recommendations from friends and family, who all said that the staff were just amazing...and they were 100% correct. We were a bit of a last-minute wedding (started planning in May, wedding in November of the same year). They were quick and responsive with my inquiry as well as setting up a tour, and our coordinator was so patient with my unending questions. Due to our tight deadline, they helped us reconfigure payments and deadlines while we dealt with out-of-town guests and RSVPs. They made it work.
The location is beautiful and they were all so accommodating. The bridal suite is lovely and comfortable, and the ceremony and reception locations adapted to our guest list and activities. Between a non-conventional boardgame reception and juggling guests with multiple food allergies, their organization and responsiveness left me confident everything would go smoothly - and it did! The food was fantastic, and them setting aside servings for my husband and I to have in the bridal suite while having a quiet moment before joining the cocktail hour was such a nice touch. The absolutely wonderful staff were friendly and patient during the Big Day, and I am so thankful for them. I would recommend Rivercrest 10/10. The wedding was wonderful, memorable, and stress free thanks to everyone there. -

Our wedding planner Michelle was amazing. She thought of details that we didn't think of and advised us accordingly. She made the whole process as easy as possible. The location is beautiful. We LOVED having everything right at one location. All the staff were amazing. The bridal suite attendant Sharon handled so much the day of. And many of our guests complimented how attentive the waitstaff was. And everyone loved the food. Highly recommend the tater tot station-people are still talking about it. We are recommending RiverCrest to any newly engaged couple...in hopes we can attend a wedding at RiverCrest and get to enjoy a wedding there as a guest vs the bride and groom.

A dream!
I have been dreaming about my wedding since I was a little girl and now I couldn’t imagine the day without RiverCrest being apart of it. It single handedly, without a doubt, was the best day of my life. The venue is SO well taken care of. Throughout the planning process (tours, meetings, food tasting, etc.) we’ve had the opportunity to see RiverCrest during all 4 seasons, and the property was equally as beautiful and well maintained during each season! The staff is SO easy to work with and responsive of whatever questions you may have. Michele Daddona was our point person from the moment we inquired to the moment we left the venue at the end of the night on our wedding day. She was the best point person I could have asked for and I don’t have words to describe how glad I am that I got to work with her. She never made me feel like I was asking too many questions and was unbelievably understanding of how important this day was and how much money and time we were putting into it. Shayna ran our rehearsal dinner and was with us the day of our wedding. She made sure everyone knew what was going on and what to expect. From the moment I got to the venue the day of the rehearsal dinner, I knew I had nothing to worry about and was able to let go of any stress because everything was taken care of. I have nothing but positive things to say about RiverCrest and the staff. Everything went according to plan and we couldn’t have asked for a better day or team. There are a bunch of other staff members that made our day happen that we want to thank, Nina- a bridal suite trainee who was unbelievably kind and sweet, all of the people that took care of our bridal party and made sure we had everything we need, the catering staff, bartender who all of our guests said was so impressive and remembered there drinks from their first order, and so many more. So, if you are on the fence of whether or not to book with RiverCrest, here is your sign! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our day so magical!!! 💕 -

Michelle was amazing and catered to all of our needs...especially helping us deal with the rainy weather for our ceremony and photos. Our guests are still talking about the cocktail hour food (mashed potato bar was a hit!) and delicious entrees! These were only upstaged by the unbelievable service by the staff and large dance floor in the ballroom! My wedding was on October 1st, 2023. RiverCrest Staff did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier with how the day went. Michelle was great with helping me figure out all the small details that go into planning a wedding. Sharon (I hope I got your name right) was our Bridal Suite attendant and made sure everything was in the right place and made sure we got a bite to eat (and champagne) before the festivities started. Shayna was the sweetest and there day of to help with anything I needed. She made sure everyone was in line for the ceremony. She got drinks and food for me. She redid my bustle probably like 10 times. Rafael was his amazing self and mostly made sure my parents were happy. This venue knows what they are doing and honestly I can't complain about a single thing. Everything was PERFECT. They think of everything. If you are looking for a venue that can take a lot of the stress off of you, this is it. It's classy and beautiful. Food is amazing. Staff are welcoming and so helpful. Shout out to the rest of the staff unnamed.

The best day 7/28/23
We loved Rivercrest! Our wedding day went by smooth and stress free. Michelle L answered my billion questions quickly, professionally, and was flexible with any changes. I fell in love with the bridal suite. It was perfect for us to get ready in, so spacious and beautiful. Our bridal suite attendant, Shayna, was so sweet! Literally anything we needed, she was on top of, and most importantly she made sure we ate! They also helped set up/ pack up our decor, which was a huge help! The grounds are great for pictures, we got married outside by the pool under the covered terrance. The food was amazing, so many options for cocktail hour. Our guests were raving about the mashed potato martini bar. We had 140 people, plenty of room for our guests. We also loved the lounge areas provided as well. The location is great, having restaurants, a shopping center, and two hotels near by. 10/10 would recommend. The venue is beautiful, but the staff really makes Rivercrest stand out. Everyone was so nice, and made sure us and our families were taken care of. Thank you so much for making our wedding day perfect! -

I was blown away with the beauty of Rivercrest as soon as I walked into venue. I immediately loved the atmosphere; RiverCrest is bright, airy, and beautifully appointed, with an absolutely gorgeous ballroom, a covered outdoor space by the pool for ceremonies, and well maintained grounds that are perfect for outdoor pictures. My excitement only grew after meeting with the wedding coordinator, Michele Daddona. She was extremely welcoming and attentive, listened carefully to our vision and answered my many questions with ease, and was extremely responsive to my emails during our months of planning. It's clear that Michele and the RiverCrest staff are proud of what they do. All of our attendants, most especially Shayna and Sarah, were caring, thoughtful, and helpful, and all were attentive to the little details that made our day perfect. From assisting with setup, to serving morning danish and champagne in the bridal suite, to focusing a jittery ringbearer before he walked down the aisle, it is evident that the staff here truly love what they do. RiverCrest's recommended vendors are also incredible and made planning our wedding a breeze. We were so pleased with the photographer, bakery, DJ, and officiant we selected. My husband and I had the most incredible experience with RiverCrest Weddings for our special day. From the moment we inquired about using the venue, the staff greeted us with warmth and professionalism, which carried through the planning process and into our actual wedding night.

RiverCrest was an absolute dream of a venue! It was the second venue my now husband, parents, and I toured. I knew before we left, it was absolutely the place we wanted to get married. Reflecting back almost a year to the day we got married, I am still in awe at the beauty of the venue. The venue is extremely modern, bright, white, clean, open, and welcoming. We decided to have our ceremony outside in front of the pool and it was everything I could’ve envisioned and more. The landscaping added to the beauty of the outdoors during July. If you are having a wedding during warm weather months, you must take advantage of the outdoors for your ceremony!
Michele was fabulous to work with! She was extremely knowledgeable, as she had just had her wedding at RiverCrest recently. She was pleasant, prompt with emails and calls, and my parents and I never had to hesitate if we had questions for her. It is evident she is well-experienced and a true professional. Michele helped ease the stress of wedding planning by reassuring us of details and speaking to what she had seen other couples do in the past.
I was very impressed with the Bridal Suite setup. This was a major deciding factor for me because I had 10 bridesmaids (!) and wanted to ensure everyone could get ready and spend time together in the space. Even with 10 bridesmaids, 2 moms, myself, 2 makeup artists and 2 hair stylists, we all had room to mingle, eat, drink, and feel ready for the big day.
The food was incredible! Everyone is still talking about it almost one year later. As someone with gluten and dairy allergies, I did not have to worry about what I would eat at my own wedding. The team at RiverCrest offered special appetizers like tater tots and crab cake sliders that were available to be made gluten free for myself and some other guests with allergies. For entrees, we decided on the filet and salmon- both of which everyone raved about!
The event space was very open, large, and felt roomy, despite almost 220 guests we had! Our 12 piece band had plenty of room for their stage and sound board set up while still having an enormous dance floor for guests.
My husband DJ and I really cannot say enough positive things about our experience at RiverCrest in Phoenixville, PA. Rest assured, you will have the very day you dreamed of by booking with this venue.

My husband and I got married May 26th and we are still in awe over how amazing our entire experience was having our wedding reception at Rivercrest!! My husband and I knew the venue was gorgeous and food was amazing, which was mostly what we looked into reviews for beforehand, but what we’re most in awe about is the Rivercrest team - they all went above in beyond in making our day so perfect. Their unwavering dedication and professionalism far exceeded any expectations we had. We toured 3 other venues beforehand and had planned to tour others after but cancelled those after our tour at Rivercrest with Michele Daddona. Michele was our wedding specialist and she was a huge deciding factor in choosing Rivercrest. She made us feel comfortable from the start and we truly couldn’t be more grateful for her expertise, support, and guidance throughout our entire 1.5 year planning process. We thought about hiring a wedding planner but we didn’t need to with Michele - she went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of and she was very organized, quick to respond to the many questions we had, meanwhile being extremely easy-going and accommodating! We could tell she truly cared about us and making our day perfect & the planning process as easy as possible for us! Additionally, she flawlessly transferred all our plans to our day-of team, who also surpassed our expectations. Shayna, Sarah, and Mark truly made our day so special - they all made made not only my husband & I but also our guests feel like we were the most important people in the world and played a HUGE role in how perfect our reception was! Our family and friends couldn’t believe how warm, welcoming, and helpful they all were. I couldn’t put into words how amazing Shayna was on the day of. She was never overbearing at all but she was there to share our joy and excitement the whole day and in sight anytime I looked for help (even when I wasn’t looking specifically for her). During our pictures before cocktail hour, she asked if we wanted to put all the bouquets on our sweetheart table which I had forgot to ask about and it looked perfect! Moments before our entrances, my removable strap to my dress wasn’t staying and she got a sew kit out. We were panicking about it before our first dance but she made us feel at ease and sewed it on with time to spare. While she was sewing my strap, I told my husband I meant to ask someone to record the entrances and Shayna was quick to say she’ll handle it (and the video and pictures she sent were amazing). She also helped my dress bustle issues countless times. I could go on.
I could write a novel on the examples and feedback we got to prove how far beyond our expectations were met with Rivercrest. We wish we could relive the day over and over. You will have the wedding of your dreams here!!! -

Rivercrest was the second venue we looked at and after our meeting with Michelle L, it was an instant yes from my fiance, my parents and me. The venue is beautiful, but more than anything else, Rivercrest and it's wedding coordinators make majority of the wedding planning process a breeze. They take care of the food, alcohol, favors, table numbers, votive candles on the tables, linens, signature drink, set up all wedding decor (that isn't flowers) and more. That is what made it such and easy decision for us. On top of it all, the food is DECLICIOUS and my guests are still raving about how good it was and how they expected the typical cold and tasteless wrdding food. We could not be happier with our Wedding Ceremony and Reception at RiverCrest. Michelle D. made planning every detail of our wedding as easy as possible. On our wedding day (June 2023) We had access to the beautiful bridal suite all day and had our hair and makeup done on site. We had the very best bridal suite attendant who set everything up for our wedding perfectly (table numbers, we had our own candles, bar signs, etc! And Sharon was extremely attentive and friendly and was with us all day!) Next up - photographs on the GORGEOUS grounds and in the ballroom. Ceremony was poolside and made for some beautiful photographs. The Cocktail Hour food and drinks were amazing and guests are commenting about how they loved how open the atrium was and gave people an opportunity to move around easily. Friend and family are still raving about the food for the cocktail hour and the dinner (we chose the Pork Chop and the Chilean Sea Bass, both were big hits!) The ballroom is large and open and we loved having easy access to the outdoor spaces. The entire team working our big day was an absolute dream. They far exceeded our expectations and my family and wedding party are still giving compliments. The entire day was perfection and we could not be more pleased with our entire experience dealing with RiverCrest - planning, tasting, Q&A, and the day of we felt like royalty! Highly Recommend! -

Such a special night!
We had our wedding reception at RiverCrest in August 2022. We randomly visited unannounced one night just to check out their ballroom and reception area - and from that moment, we felt so welcomed by the staff we met! We then emailed them for more info and that is when we got in touch with Michele. For some background, while we are from the area, we currently live in England, and we knew planning a wedding from abroad during a pandemic would have its challenges. Michele is exactly the kind of support we were looking for - she was SO responsive and so organized - and was a big part of the reason we chose RiverCrest! She was so supportive throughout our entire wedding planning process, had answers to all of our questions, and always was accommodating to schedule tours, tastings, etc. around our limited trips back to PA. Additionally, they have a great package and are really a one stop shop - so many great food options and especially the cocktail hour! They also just recently renovated and their ballroom looks stunning, as does the bridal suite which was a great spot for our very large bridal party to hang out day of. The ballroom is spacious and the dance floor is huge, and there also is outdoor space by the pool. Our day of coordinators were incredible - especially Shayna who went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of all day and night - whether it was bringing us waters when we were out in the summer heat or making us a plate of cocktail hour food to try all of the different options in the bridal suite before venturing out into cocktail hour - she really made us feel like royalty, exactly how we wanted to feel on our wedding day. Our parents were also extremely impressed with the service and support received on the day of the wedding. Guests left complimenting everything from the food to the service to the beauty of the venue - we had numerous guests say it was the nicest wedding they have ever been to (including the parents of the groom)! -

At the risk of sounding cliché, we can truly look back on our wedding at Rivercrest and say it was nothing short of perfect. My husband and I knew almost immediately that Rivercrest was right for us for many reasons, but especially because the food is AMAZING (our #1 concern), the dance floor could EASILY accommodate all of our guests (as we knew we’d all be on it the entire night), and Michele really listened and worked with us to price things out so we could have everything we envisioned. The use of the updated Bridal suite for my girls to get ready in, the phenomenal staff, and the beautiful grounds we took pictures on were all cherries on top. Rivercrest was the perfect choice for us! Even now 6 months after our wedding, we are still blown away by how special the day was. The new interior design is tasteful and elegant for any wedding. The dance floor has ample room for guests to dance and the cocktail hour room has plenty of space for guests to spread out and mingle. Michele, our planner, was super nice and very responsive to emails. We were so grateful for her flexibility and patience as we had to move our wedding date due to COVID-19. The bartenders and wait staff were incredible, our guests all raved about how great the service was and the mashed potato bar. Even the Chef was very accommodating to help with our signature drink cocktail ingredients. Our bridal suite attendant was wonderful and super helpful for the entire wedding party. Choose RiverCrest! My husband, David, and I had our ceremony and reception at RiverCrest in September. I cannot say enough about how great all the staff members are! We started our wedding experience by working with Michele Daddona, and from the very beginning she was very responsive and attentive. Michele helped us through the planning process each step of the way, specifically with the unique concerns of planning a wedding during a pandemic. The planning process went very smoothly, and Michele helped us to stay on track with all deadlines.
The night before our planned rehearsal, there was major flooding in the Phoenixville area, and Michele was unable to make it in for the rehearsal. She quickly found a replacement to ensure our rehearsal and drop off would go as planned. Mark stepped in and did not skip a beat. He walked through everything with us very thoroughly, and we left the rehearsal confident the event would go smoothly.
Finally our wedding day arrived, and we were greeted by multiple staff members with professionalism and excellent customer service. The bridal suite was an amazing spot to get ready and start off the day. The venue itself is immaculate, and the recent renovations only made it more spectacular. The ceremony and reception went very smoothly. I did not have to worry about the timeline as Mark, Jess, and the other staff took care of this for us. I work in the event industry, and I was very impressed with the attention to detail and the amazing customer service we received throughout our experience with RiverCrest. From start to finish, RiverCrest was phenomenal! The staff was always eager to please, quick to respond to email, organized and very “easy going”. Unfortunately we had to move our wedding date twice, first time due to an unforeseen medical event a few months before the wedding, and then again due to COVID. RiverCrest was very understanding and accommodating each time, we were SO grateful! I was so impressed with RiverCrest that I even had my bridal shower there - again, not a single bad thing I could say! They truly made us feel like family. The food was AMAZING! Service was AMAZING! From start to finish, RiverCrest was phenomenal! The staff was always eager to please, quick to respond to email, organized and very “easy going”. Unfortunately we had to move our wedding date twice, first time due to an unforeseen medical event a few months before the wedding, and then again due to COVID. RiverCrest was very understanding and accommodating each time, we were SO grateful! I was so impressed with RiverCrest that I even had my bridal shower there - again, not a single bad thing I could say! They truly made us feel like family. The food was AMAZING! Service was AMAZING! Shout out to Michele and Mark - you two were truly wonderful to work with and so dedicated! I simply wish I could do the day all over again - it was such a fantastic day!
Also to note - they recently remodeled the entire venue space and it is absolutely stunning! Very elegant, updated, and chic! Love, love, love RiverCrest! -

The RiverCrest couldn’t have been a more perfect venue to host our wedding. I cannot express enough how happy my new husband and I are with every aspect of the RiverCrest. We knew the first time visiting that it was the place for us. The venue itself is gorgeous and the wedding consultant, Michele was just fabulous. Having to make changes to our wedding because of COVID-19 was not fun, but the RiverCrest was supportive and willing to work with us. The actual wedding day itself, was better than we imagined. The food was fantastic, everything was on time, and the team was great and very attentive. Shayna, who took care of us really made sure we got time to rest and really kept us on schedule and always was checking on us. Every person we have spoken with since the wedding said it was an amazing time and what a beautiful venue. We truly couldn’t be happier with the RiverCrest and are so happy we made wonderful memories at a great venue! If you have your wedding with the RiverCrest, I promise you won’t be disappointed. One last thing, weddings are expensive, that’s no secret, but for the quality we received, the price was very reasonable in our opinion. RiverCrest is the most perfect venue for so many reasons! First, they've recently renovated everything inside from top to bottom and it is stunning! I've even heard they are working on renovating the year 'round outdoor ceremony terrace now! Secondly, we had to postpone twice thru the pandemic and their planning team (we planned with Michele) couldn't have possibly been more helpful and supportive in what were very stressful times. She was not just our planner, but our confidant, our therapist, and our friend.
Third, hello amazing food! This is not your typical pre-cook and reheat wedding food. This is fresh, high quality food prepared with love, like your grandma would. People are still raving, months later, about the food. Feedback that my parents received was that our wedding was the best anyone had ever attended. Cocktail hour was mind blowing!
Fourth, getting ready with my girls in the private suite was nothing short of fabulous. Our hair and makeup team was also blown away at how easy it was for them to work in this space. There were a lot of us (9) plus 3 stylists and we all had plenty of room to stretch out and relax.
Our service team, David, Mark, and Brendan, didn't miss a beat with the rest of the servers and our personal attendant, Taylor, the rest of the night. We were able to just enjoy our night with family and friends and not worry about a single thing.
My first bit of advice is to BOOK. THIS. VENUE. Even if it means giving up a date that you think you absolutely must have to select a date that they do have available. You won't have a single regret. My second bit of advice is to extend your reception time. It goes so fast. SO FAST. Beyond that, you cannot go wrong at RiverCrest! -

Absolutely the best venue! It was beautiful before renovations but omg is it gorgeous!! Everyone said it was a beautiful venue and the best wedding food they have ever had!! We had a great experience from our first first picking the venue to all the details i between and the day off we had the best service! River crest was an absolutely amazing place to have our wedding. They are extremely easy to work with and make the planning process so easy. Our wedding was postponed due to Covid and they were the best in rearranging everything for it. The grounds and wedding venue are so beautiful. The food was some of the best food I’ve ever had. Rivercrest was an absolute dream.
Michele - the wedding specialist: Planning and having a wedding during a pandemic is insanely stressful, and Michele was my go to at every turn. She was not only helpful and knowledgeable, but she was super supportive during the entire process.
The venue: What can I even say? Just look at photos. Rivercrest is such a beautiful venue that we fell in love with the very first time we saw it. The outdoors make for amazing photos. The bridal suite was spacious and comfortable for getting ready. The ballroom and cocktail hour area is sophisticated and beautiful. The terrace gave us a feeling of getting married outside in the cold month of November.
The staff: Every single person we encountered on the day of our wedding was helpful and kind. They all were very respectful of the 6' guidelines and wore their masks. We really appreciated all of the help and respect they gave us during our day. They are 100% on point with COVID restrictions and guidelines, making us and our guests feel so safe.
The food: My FAVORITE part. Everything from the bridal suite in the morning until dinner was absolutely delicious. If you don't get married at Rivercrest for any other reason, the food is enough.
Overall, I wish I could do my day all over again because it was so wonderful. Highly recommend Michele and her team at Rivercrest for your wedding day!RiverCrest Weddings's reply:
