Risher Van Horn absolutely crushed it with the services they provided.
At our first meeting, I discussed the budget and general vision (flower arch, flowers along the aisles, greens along the reception tables, and center pieces during cocktail hour (bouquets and boutonnieres as well of course!)) , and I worked with Lauren, she made it come to life! We stayed on budget with the flowers, she gave recommendations on seasonal flowers and how to best arrange everything.
I have no notes other than good notes!

The flowers for my wedding were so beautiful!! The entire process from beginning to end was so simple and smooth. Lauren listened to every detail that I wanted and made sure everything was perfect. We used this florist for our wedding and had an excellent experience! They were very responsive and flexible, and recommended some excellent floral ideas that ended up being absolutely gorgeous. My bridal bouquet was SO beautiful and I felt like they did an excellent job preparing flowers in the colors I had suggested. They also supplied flowers for me to use in my hair which were very lovely. Well done! -

Absolutely Gorgeous!
My husband and I were beyond happy with Risher Van Horn's service and flowers. I had an idea of what I wanted the day of the wedding and brought pictures which they then brought to life! Joan is the best!!
Joan was fantastic and was accommodating for all of my last minute requests. When my centerpieces that I originally planned on using for the reception didn't ship in time - Joan worked with me to come up with a beautiful centerpiece that we used for all of the tables. The wedding party's flowers were amazing and exceeded expectations! I would highly recommend Joan and her team to any other couples planning their wedding. -

Joan and Lauren were amazing and helping me create the floral vision of my dreams. It was a simple and easy process for me to describe what I was thinking and for them to use their professional input to make it great. I ended up with 2 floral sprays on an arch, a bridal bouquet, and wristlets/boutonniere's for the wedding party. The flowers lasted well into the next few days. We had to make a slight change a month away from the wedding when I found out the arch had some unexpected decoration attached and everything went smoothly from concept to delivery. The price was also amazing. Please work with Risher Van Horn, you won't regret it! -

Joan was super easy to work with! She brought my vision to life.I brought in pictures from pinterest and from online and she was able to use them as a model. We started off with wanting blues, whites, and burgundy. We ended up thinking it looked too much like the 4th of July, so we went with whites and blues for our florals. I loved my bouquet and the flowers for the rest of our bridal party. She was super flexible when trying to figure out the layout for the reception. We ended up with a sweetheart table, two long farmhouse tables, and a few round tables. We had medium sized centerpieces for the round tables and flower garland on the farm tables and the sweetheart table. I felt like my wedding was something found on pinterest with all of the florals! We had florals put on our cake, around our seating chart and some other spaces. All of the florals on the tables, the chandeliers, and throughout the reception and ceremony space made my day extra beautiful and special. Communication was easy and Joan even took it a step further by communicating with our venue to make sure the chandelier florals could be done! Look at the pictures to see the magnificent results! Amazing Service and Quality Product
I was super thrilled with Risher Van Horn Florist. When our original florist for our wedding ghosted us, we went into manic mode and our venue referred us to Joan at Risher Van Horn and she did not disappoint. Joan was a pleasure to work with. She was a wealth of information and understood our vision for the wedding and nailed it. The flowers and color scheme was stunning for our Fall wedding and accented my girls dresses perfectly. Risher Van Horn’s pricing was very affordable and love that Joan recommended to could use our arch flowers and all bouquets for inside decorations as well to help reduce costs. We highly recommend Risher Van Horn and look forward to working with them again in the future. -

Definitely recommend, gorgeous arrangements!!
Joan from Risher Van Horn Florist was extremely helpful in helping us pick out the perfect flowers to match the vibe and aesthetic of our super small wedding and ceremony. I don't know much about flowers, but Joan made it so incredibly simple for me to choose and my bouquet was GORGEOUS!! Beautiful flower arch
We hired risher van horn for our August wedding 8/12/2023. We wanted a flower broken arch and it was so beautiful we had so many compliments. Prices were reasonable and they were super easy to work with! Highly recommend! -

Amazing experience!
We were over the moon and so happy with the way all of our flowers turned out for our big day! Wedding vision come true!!
Joan and her team are incredible! I had several meetings with her to discuss the overall look of our wedding day and all our floral arrangements turned out perfectly. The flowers were the focal point of our day: we had bouquets, boutonnieres, aisle and alter floor arrangements, welcome sign and seating chart arrangements, fireplace mantle arrangement, and short and tall centerpieces. We were able to utilize our ceremony flowers at our reception which made it that much better. My bouquet was a stunner and everything I'd imagined it would be. We highly recommend Risher van horn!! -

Late summer wedding
I absolutely loved working with Risher Van Horn! When we first discussed what flowers I would like Joan did a fantastic job at listening and figuring out the perfect flowers for the look I wanted for our big day. What we received the day of the wedding was even more beautiful than I had imagined. Everything coordinated perfectly and was set up beautifully. They even hung up fabric I had purchased for the ceremony site at the same time the hung the flowers. They are very willing to work with any budget to make your wedding flower dreams a reality. -

We loved working with Risher Van Horn!
Joan was such a pleasure to work with for our wedding. Probably unlike most brides, I didn't have a specific vision for our floral arrangements, but with some pictures of ideas we liked, Joan was able to coax it out of us and come up with solutions that were both elegant and within our budget. She was also very flexible when just a couple weeks before we decided to do a sweetheart table and she helped us come up with a way to distinguish the table without going over the top. We felt confident trusting Joan's vision and truly had no problems on the day of or leading up to the day and everything was seamless. I would definitely recommend Risher Van Horn Florist. -

I can not say enough good things about Risher Van Horn Florist. As a bride who was planning a destination wedding I felt extremely stressed picking a florist based off of other brides reviews. I am so glad that I chose Risher Van Horn as one of my vendors. Joan was extremely helpful and professional throughout all forms of communication. I personally know nothing about floral needs, she made it all so simple and easy! I gave her a vision and she was able to execute it PERFECTLY!! The flowers were fresh and beautifully displayed. When I received my quote I was pleasantly shocked at how reasonably priced everything was too! I would highly recommend their floral services to other brides, or anybody who is in need of floral arrangements. -

Rischer Van Horn (especially Joan) was an incredible florist to work with for our wedding. Joan worked with me for months and she was super knowledgeable and professional. She was flexible when I changed my order a few times, was helpful in regards to maintaining my budget, and her staff even set up our flower arrangements inside of our venue for us. They were so incredible to work with and I would recommend them to anyone!! (We ordered bride and bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnières, corsages, a wedding arch arrangement, and wholesale flowers for our center pieces!) -

Every part of my experience made easy! Joan was very helpful in creating the bouquets and helping bring my vision to life. On the wedding day, when rain turned our outdoor ceremony to an indoor she was able to provide an arbor so our decor could still be present with the switch! My husband and I were married April 2022 and I am just SO glad we used Risher Van Horn for our wedding! We live in Collegeville, PA, so have driven by the florist many times. While looking at different florist options we decided to have a consultation with Risher Van Horn, and connected with Joan there. She was such a pleasure to work with and made our decision very easy to choose them.
I came into the planning process not knowing what I really wanted for my floral design. Our colors were lavender and sage, and I love succulents - that is all I really had to give her haha. Joan worked with us to develop the perfect designs to incorporate succulents and lavender flowers, and it ended up looking so much more amazing than I could ever have pictured myself.
The centerpieces were live planted succulents in beautiful green planter bowls. My guests were fighting over who could bring them home! The arch and posts in the outdoor ceremony were beautifully covered with ivy, lavender roses, and tulle. The bouquets and boutonnieres were so elegant and beautiful. My day of coordinator has also spoken highly of the mother-daughter pair the set up everything before the ceremony. In summary, if you are considering Risher Van Horn for your wedding or any big event, I couldn't recommend them more. I have already spoken with them post-wedding about getting more of those center piece planters since they were just so amazing. Thank you so much Risher Van Horn! -

Flowers were perfect!
I provided them with a picture of the bouquet I was hoping to get. Despite the bouquet example provided being artificial flowers, Joan brought my vision to life and the flowers looked even more beautiful than I expected. The flowers matched perfectly with the fall theme I was hoping for. Joan was also very flexible given that I was not local and responded quickly to all of my emails. I recommend 100%!! -

Beautiful work!
Joan was incredible to work with! I brought photo inspiration when I met with her, and she put flowers and greenery together from her greenhouse in person until we achieved the look envisioned! I was so confident before our wedding day knowing we took that time to make sure the look was what we wanted. She called me the week of the wedding to go over where everything needed to be delivered which put my mind at ease. Everything held up beautifully throughout the whole day, too! -

Beautiful flowers and expertise for a fair price
Joan offered guidance and expertise which was greatly appreciated because flowers were an area of the wedding planning process that I felt extremely unconfident in. Joan was patient, met with me in person, and showed me different ideas that helped me form a vision and then she brought that vision to life. My favorite part of my wedding day was sitting at the sweetheart table and looking out at the tables and the center pieces and all the little details put together. I think the flowers played a major role in our decor. They added freshness, vibrancy, and that rustic feel we were looking for. We were extremely pleased with the outcome and working with Joan. Once we have our professional photos back, I will definitely add them to this review for everyone to see!! -

I was lucky enough to work with Joan at Risher Van Horn on two different occasions because my wedding was amid the pandemic.
My husband and I still got married last summer, even though we could not hold our reception and Joan was able to bring my vision to life by attaching rose buds and roses to an old family prayer book which has become a tradition to carry down the aisle in my family. It turned out so beautiful!
Next, when I was planning my large wedding reception, Joan helped me to find beautiful flowers that were still within my budget. She offered wonderful suggestions and gave her professional advice which I really appreciated. I was able to see Joan's incredible creations come to life this past weekend at my large wedding reception. They were everything I was expecting and more. I received so many compliments on the bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces, and the fresh flowers on my cake. If you are looking for a kind and talented florist who will be willing to work with your budget, but still make your arrangements look like a million bucks, go to Risher Van Horn!

My family has ordered flowers from Risher Van Horn for as long as I can remember. When visiting my grandmother, I provide an idea, price point and Joan never disappoints. When deciding a florist for my wedding, Risher Van Horn was of course the first I reached out to. While I did explore other florists for price comparison, etc. no one compared. Joan met with me personally to discuss price point and vision. She answered every email in a timely fashion, made additions to my order as requested (several times - thank you!) and even agreed to change the delivery time just days before the wedding when my timeline changed! Can't wait to order again. -

The most beautiful work
Joan / Risher van Horn did absolutely breathtaking work for the wedding. The girls were all obsessed with their bouquets- including me! I couldn’t part with my bridal bouquet so immediately found someone to press and preserve it. Also Joan did the most amazing setup of the reception area with both her flowers and items and some family items that I dropped off. Booking and describing my vision was super easy, and Joan was amazingly respectful of my budget. Also, she made the most beautiful arrangement for an order my mom placed for the hotel suite. Risher van Horn was truly the best and am so grateful for their part that made the wedding perfect. -

(succulent) during our wedding that happened in December. She was able to design the succulents in perfectly with our winter wedding. The best part is I was able to re-root my succulents and keep them in our house! I start to propagate them as well, so a piece of wedding will be sent to our close family and friends. -

Gorgeous flowers
I hired Risher van horn after my sister used them for her wedding flowers two years ago and loved them. I made the right choice- our wedding flowers were absolutely perfect. Joan was so great to work with, responded quickly, and was incredibly nice. I was very indecisive but they sent me three different invoices and helped me get exactly what I wanted, even though I was probably a bit of a pain! I got so many compliments on the flowers and I could not have been happier, I’m especially obsessed with my bouquet. I highly recommend this florist 100%! -

Fantastic arrangments
Joan made our event look amazing! She took our idea of pitcher plants and Australian flowers and turned it into a reality. Everything from the eucalyptus runners to the Protea arrangements was better than we could hope for. The pitcher plants intermixed made it all very stunning.
Joan and her team really listened and made our day so beautiful. I don't think it could have been better. -

I worked with Joan and she was absolutely wonderful she helped bring my vision to life and it was perfect! The flowers were beautiful and everything came together perfectly. Joan went above and beyond and came back to the venue to make sure everything was perfect. I can not say enough about the quality of service I received. We had all of our flowers including bouquets, boutonnieres and centerpieces everything was done perfectly. -

Joan listened to what we wanted, made suggestions and helped us create the perfect setting for daughter's woodsy wedding and barn reception. Instead of asking Joan to create "copies" of arrangements we showed her samples of what we liked but had her use her discretion and create based on what was available locally and what would hold up best for the day. She chose the perfect colors and amazing combination of textures in the flowers. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. -

Joan was absolutely amazing. I only showed her a couple pictures of what my vision was and knew that I could trust her with bringing to life what I want it in the floral arrangements. From the Decour on the arch where we got married, to all the centerpieces and the gorgeous bouquets for myself and my bridesmaids, she literally brought my dreams to life. Absolutely Amazing!
Risher Van Horn was amazing to work with. The flowers for my wedding were more perfect than I every expected. I had a vision and Tricia was able to put my vision into real like. My bouquet was breathtaking and I got so many compliments. -

Wonderful Florist for our November Wedding
We are so happy we chose Risher Van Horn Florist for our wedding! Trisha was so wonderful to work with. She was extremely helpful and responsive. Her professionalism, passion, creativity, and uniqueness far exceeded other florists we met with in the area. My bouquet was so beautifully detailed it blew me away! The centerpieces and candle decor were absolutely stunning! We highly recommend this florist!! -

Dream Come True
Risher Van Horn summed up in one word? WOW.
I am a self-proclaimed superfan of all things floral. I was a pretty chilled out bride except when it came to the flowers. I had a very specific vision in mind with a particular color scheme. RVH made it happen for us, and then some.
Working with Trisha is a blessing. She is the nicest human you will ever come across. She's very patient. I would know, because I asked her a million questions and sent her lots of pictures of ideas I had. No question or idea was ridiculous to her. I appreciated how dedicated she was and am forever grateful. I even sent her a picture of one of my favorite flowers and she ordered it for my bouquet. One of my colors was a particular sangria purple -- Trisha worked with me tirelessly to get the color right. Talk about customer service! She deserves all of the recognition she can get.
Now... the flowers. I GASPED when I saw them. I couldn't believe it. They came out so beautiful and even better than I had imagined in my mind. Breathtaking. Trisha and her team made my flowers look like a beautiful autumn sunset... let me tell you, guests were IMPRESSED. We got countless compliments on how beautiful and well-put together the centerpieces and bouquets were. The flowers were high quality, too. I truly wanted to keep every single flower and hoard them in my house like a psycho, but didn't want to start our marriage off on the wrong foot so I let guests take them home. :P
Trisha and the Risher Van Horn team - Thank you so much for all of your hard work. We loved everything. I may not live in the area anymore, but will always recommend you to friends and family still living there. Thank you for being a part of our special day. -
