The best DJ ever!

Jake and his team are OUTSTANDING. I cannot express how grateful we are to have him for our wedding day. He is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and made the process so easy and smooth for us. He had everyone dancing by the end of the night. You will not regret hiring him!

Best DJ— Can’t Go Wrong!

Jake with Riniker Rhythm was fantastic— very friendly, personable & professional. He worked with me on exactly what I envisioned music & entertainment wise for my small & intimate wedding. My guests loved & complimented the music more than once. He provided music & mic for the ceremony, cocktail hour music, and dinner music.

Worth Every Penny

Jake and Mike were fantastic! Jake was easy to get along with and talk to. He was quick to respond with any questions I had. We got a lot of compliments on the music and the awesome playlist he had. Everyone enjoyed the music and had a great time! They did a great job at pumping people up and reading the crowd! When he played a song that I didn’t like, he changed it right away and apologized! We highly recommend Riniker Rhythm to anyone searching for a dj! You won’t be disappointed!

Danced all night long!

Matt was an awesome DJ at our wedding. He listened to what we wanted & didn’t want and followed through throughout the whole night. The dance floor was packed 100% of the night. For my husband and I that was incredibly important. We love to dance and wanted to be out there the whole night and that was what we did. Jake and Matt were super easy to work with and were able to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend!

Awesome dj

Jake and Matt did an amazing job playing music at our wedding! These two had the dance floor completely full the entire night. The mix of music was absolutely perfect, and I received many compliments on the choice of songs. They were wonderful to work with and were very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend using Riniker Rhythm for any event needing a DJ.

The whole team at Jake Rinker was awesome to work with, they really listened to what I wanted and showed true concern with making the day go smoothly! I would highly recommend them to anyone having a wedding! They called me a couple days before the wedding and went over a timeline and worked everything into the day that I wanted!

We were married Friday at the Eagle Ridge Resort in Galena and Jake and Eric made our wedding day unforgettable. We had a little hitch before the ceremony that was mostly an oversight on my part and it was quickly resolved day of due to the responsiveness of Jake. During the reception they were so great at reading the crowd. I had such a hard time running out to the bathroom because I didn't want to miss the next song! The very last song had literally, every single person joining making a circle and swaying. We even have a friend who thinks bands are much better than Dj's and they couldn't believe how great these guys were. The friend even asked me if I'd created the whole play list and I said nope probably only 8 songs or so were must plays! During this entire wedding planning process all I wanted was to wear a beautiful dress and dance all night and these guys made my dream came true!

We are so grateful that we chose Jake and his crew to be there for our wedding day! He kept everyone dancing on the dance floor, entertained us during dinner with music and kept the flow of the wedding reception going. So much energy and professionalism!

Total mic drop. Matt did amazing! He kept everything running smoothly and kept everyone on the dance floor until the very end! I requested a hodge podge of 90s, 00s, today's hits and country music. He honestly touched on all of those. I also had a few restrictions and he totally abided by them. The night went to amazingly, I can't say enough great things about this company. We also had uplighting and I don't like too much color so they did every other white and purple and it was absolutely gorgeous! I hope I get to go a wedding where they are the DJ because they were that good.

Riniker Rhythm was so great for our wedding! They kept our dance floor packed all night and played a good variety of music throughout the night. They had to travel about 2 hours for our wedding, but they made communication and the details of the day easy. I wasn't worried at all! They were very professional and made sure to make the night about us! I would recommend Riniker Rhythm to anyone! ??

We cannot thank Parker and the Riniker Rhythm team enough! We have had numerous guests tell us the DJ was the best they have ever heard at a wedding! We had lots of personal touches throughout the reception and they were extremely accommodating and made sure everything was flawless. I will also add that we were the recipients of the Dubuque Diamond Dash prize and appreciate Riniker Rhythm's generosity and their support of a local Dubuque nonprofit, Hills & Dales. Thanks again for all you did for us!

Not originally be from the Dubuque, IA area, my husband and I weren't sure who to get for our DJ. I started calling DJ's in the area and Jake was so easy to work with and let me be very hands off when it came to music. We had enough things on our plate to get ready for the wedding, we didn't want to have to pick out every song. We just told Jake what we didn't want and he did the rest! He is extremely professional, yet fun and energetic! We had so much fun at our reception and got tons of compliments from our guests on how awesome the DJ was! He plays enough of a variety to get all age groups on the dance floor! Thank you to Riniker Rhythm for make our dance unforgettable!

We worked with Matt Hinz ,and he was wonderful! He was very easy to work with. The reception went smoothly, thanks to Matt. The dance floor was completely full at the end of the night, and no one wanted to leave when the reception was over. I think this is telling of how awesome they did the whole night. I was a very anxious bride with a million things going on in my life, and tons of things to do while planning our big wedding! When Jake and I met he really knew how to take control and ease my worries. I let him totally take control of the night and he made it flow just right! Jake was catering, and very responsive to my emails. Jake is very easy to talk to and has a way that helps calm your nerves while you have a million other things to think about during this exciting time! Jake provided awesome entertainment and knows what the crowd likes to keep them on the dance floor! I would 100% recommend Jake and his crew for weddings, and any other events where you need a DJ! Thank you so much Jake and your assistant Matt Hinz for making our wedding night memorable, and so much fun!!!

Cannot say enough wonderful things about Riniker! They totally set the mood at our wedding- from the MC to the music and even the uplighting. At one point the MC had come up to us several times just to see if we needed anything! Total customer service with these guys. They knew exactly what we wanted and we barely had to tell them anything. They even took care of cocktail hour! We had a bunch of half ideas and they totally made the whole thing come together perfectly. They also coordinated with all of the other vendors which was so nice and really helped the flow of the evening. They played Piano Man as our last song which really stumped me at first (and to be honest was disappointing at first) but then everyone got on the dance floor and was singing along. They eventually created a circle and then several circles around us and everyone sang as we danced around in the middle of all our friends and family. It was probably my favorite memory EVER. They even did a little video of our sparkler exit for us. Seriously- you can't go wrong with these guys. I saw Jake the next day as we collected our things from the venue and he could not have been nicer. He was genuinely concerned about how everything went and was incredibly personable. I hate to say this so bluntly, but you would be dumb not to go with these guys.

You guys were a blast! I had alot of great compliments about the music and DJ's. The Photo booth was a huge hit too! You were a blast at Barb and Jason Weigel's wedding as well!

We had an amazing experience with Riniker! We also used them for our photobooth and were not disappointed. All of my friends who got married before us had issues with their DJ and I can honestly say we had a great experience with Riniker Rhythm. They were professional and quick to respond to any questions we had. The accommodated all requests we had even when we sprung some on them throughout the night. Packaging the DJ service with the photobooth is a great deal. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great DJ

Parker did a wonderful job. Riniker Rhythm was one of my favorite companies to work with when I was an event planner and they did just as much of an amazing job for our wedding. I had so many compliments about the DJ company and how excellent they were.

Stop reading this review & book Jake right now!! I truly cannot rave enough about our experience with him--extremely professional, affordable, accountable, and easy to work with. He kept everyone on the dance floor & we partied until the very end. Additionally, when our guitarist fell through, Jake was able to cover the last minute changes for our ceremony effortlessly.

The DJ entertainment, event lighting, and photo booth were all amazing at our wedding reception! Jacob, our DJ, was especially great in his thorough and prompt communication and fun, easy-going nature. He made sure we kept on schedule for our dances, bouquet toss, and other events, even when we got distracted. He is truly a wonderful DJ and an excellent MC. We recommend Riniker Rhythm DJs to anyone planning an event - they are excellent entertainers!

Music is an essential part of a great event! Parker + Co. did a fantastic job at our wedding! I have several years in the Wedding Industry, and I was very impressed with their DJ Services! The dance floor was packed the whole night, everyone had a GREAT time!

If you are looking for a DJ who will follow your personal requests, while making sure the guests are having a blast - I HIGHLY recommend Riniker Rhythm! As a bride, it was refreshing to know that things were taken care of, I was able to enjoy the reception, dance, and chat with my guests - all while Parker kept the party going and made sure that we stuck to our timeline.

Our experience with Riniker Rhythm was amazing! Our wedding date needed to be postponed and in the meantime, the original DJ we booked with had gone out of business and decided not to tell us. We reached out to Jake at Riniker Rhythm based on previous reviews and could not be happier that we did! My husband and I spoke with Jake several times throughout the process and each conversation was productive, professional, and fun! On the day of the event, Matt and PJ were the DJ's working the wedding. They were great!! Matt was so fun and was able to help us stay on schedule and keep the night moving at the perfect pace. The music was great and they really do determine what songs to play based on what guests are dancing to.

They took requests from guests and did not play any of the songs on our "do not play list" which was much appreciated. Overall our experience was wonderful and the guys at Riniker really did make our wedding reception a night we will never forget!!

From the very beginning, Jake Riniker was very professional and always quick to respond to my emails and phone calls. I signed my event contract and paid my deposit through his website, which was easy and secure.

Parker was the DJ and MC for my wedding. He met with my husband and I before the wedding to discuss song choices and general timeline for the event. He was easy to get along with and always professional. Throughout the reception, Parker would check in with my husband and I to make sure everything was flowing the way we wanted and to update us on when certain reception events would occur (bouquet toss, cutting of cake, etc.). My husband and I gave Parker minimal direction regarding song choices, just told him what genres we did and did not like, and he did an amazing job! My guests (young and old) were dancing all night long!

I would recommend Parker and Riniker Rhythm to anyone who is looking for a reliable, entertaining DJ service for their event. Of all the vendors I dealt with while planning my wedding, Riniker Rhythm is one of the few I would 100% recommend to other brides. Absolutely worth every penny.

We hired Riniker Rhythm as our DJ's for our recent wedding cocktail hour and reception, along with their beautiful uplighting. Our room was gorgeous with the blue uplighting in our elegant black and white decorated ballroom, and Jake was an amazing MC. He was never obnoxious or obvious like I've witnessed at other people's weddings (where they are almost annoying), and the dance floor was never once empty. Even our professional photographer (who stayed for the whole reception) mentioned several times how impressed he was with our DJ's, because he said in all of years that he has photographed or attended wedding receptions, he couldn't remember ever going to one where the dance floor was NEVER empty, like ours. We had an awesome time and Riniker Rhythm far exceeded our expectations, and I couldn't recommend them high enough!

Riniker Rhythm provided DJ + Uplighting Services for my Winter Wedding in Dubuque, Iowa and everything was exactly how I imagined it. Being a Wedding Vendor myself, I was VERY particular as to who I hired to make our Wedding Picture Perfect --- but when the task of choosing a DJ came to light, there was absolutely no question as to who I wanted.

I've worked with Jake and his crew during more Weddings that I can remember and Riniker Rhythm is HANDS DOWN my top choice for event/wedding music and lighting in the area. Professional, Reliable, Fun + not cheesy what-so-ever {you know how that is at some Weddings!}.

Jake also went above and beyond to find the perfect orange for our reception uplighting and created the perfect atmosphere for our guests to dance the night away.

I recommend Riniker Rhythm to all of my clients, friends, and family looking for a great DJ {and more! Uplighting, Photobooth, etc.} and vendor at your Wedding.

Riniker Rhythm was our DJ for our wedding and we LOVED them! They were professional and flexible working with our difficult venue. Jake Kay was our MC and he was so much fun, he did a great job of getting everyone out onto the dance floor! We also used Riniker for their uplighting and IT WAS GORGEOUS! They did a great job of placing the lights, it looked phenomenal!

Riniker Rhythm was amazing!!! It was my biggest fear to get a dj that would not have songs available that we wanted and my guest would not be dancing. Riniker Rhythm was FAR FROM THIS!!! This DJ Service is amazing! My guest had the dance floor 100% cover the WHOLE night! There was barely room for me :) I couldn't imagine a better DJ Service for the wedding! The DJ really does make a wedding that much better! I would recommend this DJ service to anyone and everyone! They were absolutley amazing. We also rented their photobooth as well, which was a HUGE HIT! There was some technical difficulties with it for a short period of time but Jake fixed everything immediatley and with a great amount of professionalism. If you get riniker rhythm I can PROMISE you, you will not be sorry! BEST investment ever for a DJ! Can't wait to see them at our brother and sisters wedding in a few weeks! Thank You for EVERYTHING!

I didn't know anyone who had used Riniker Rhythm before so I was a little cautious at first, but they were so professional from start to finish that I soon became very comfortable with choosing them. The whole staff was very knowledgeable, they called exactly when they said they would, showed up early to take care of everything they needed to, dressed appropriately for the event, did a great job and were really nice on top of it. And their package was an incredible value, I would use them again no questions asked!

We went with Riniker Rhythm for our wedding and could not have been happier. They were absolutely wonderful getting everybody up dancing the ENTIRE night. Also very professional running the evening and making everything run smoothly. Definitely not "one of those DJ's" that takes over trying to talk or entertain the crowd too much. Jake Kay was our DJ and would go with him and Riniker Rhythm again in a heartbeat!

One word to describe Riniker Rhythm...AMAZING!

I had never heard of Riniker Rhythm or been to a wedding reception where they were DJ-ing. I searched online for a DJ service that was in the area that our wedding reception was going to be taking place and came across them. All of the reviews were 5 stars so I assumed they would be worth a try. All of the reviews were spot on!

Jake was great to work with. Very easy to talk to and had great ideas for the evening. During the reception, everyone was dressed professionally. Jake made sure to come up to us and go over things to make sure every detail was covered throughout the evening. He also did a great job of keeping things on time and organizing everyone for the grand march. Within 30 minutes of the dance starting, numerous people came up to tell us how great our DJ was and how much fun they were having. A week later we are still getting compliments. The dance floor was packed all night to the very end!

Overall, we could not have asked for a better DJ service. The photo booth addition was a nice touch as well. The attention to detail, the positive attitude throughout the reception, and the ability to create a fun atmosphere for everyone was well above our expectations. We have already recommended Rinikier Rhythm to several other couples in search for the perfect DJ.

A great DJ can make your reception a night to remember and Riniker Rhythm made our reception a night our friends and family will never forget.

Riniker Rhythm provided DJ service, decorative uplighting, and a photobooth for our reception and it was phenomenal! The uplighting is beautiful and really adds that extra touch to the reception hall. We had a winter themed wedding and Riniker Rhythm also provided snowflake lights above the head table that really set everything off. The DJ service was fantastic. There were constantly people on the dance floor. The biggest hit of the night was the photobooth. Everyone had so much fun getting their pictures taken with family and friends. They got a strip of photos to take home as a keepsake and another copy went into a photo album that we got at the end of the night. It was really great to have pictures to look at right away. I would definitely recommend Riniker Rhythm to anyone!

My husband I and chose Jake and Rinniker Rhythm as the entertainment for our wedding ceremony and reception. Jake paid close attention to the details and he even came to our rehearsal to make sure the music was just right. We didn’t have to worry about a thing the day of our wedding. Jake had the perfect equipment to use at our outdoor wedding; it was small but had great sound. I don’t know what we would have done without Jake at the reception. You would think he was a wedding coordinator too because he checked in with us throughout the entire night to make sure things kept moving smoothly. The music was awesome the entire night; Jake kept the dance floor packed. We received so many compliments from our guest on how much fun they had. We would recommend Rinniker Rhythm for any event. Not only was Jake easy to work with, but he also had so many great ideas of things to do to make your wedding fun and different. I guarantee if you choose Rinniker Ryhthm you will get more than just a DJ!

My wife and I were extremely impressed with Riniker Rhythm!! Great communication leading up to the big day, all of our songs were available and it put us at ease to know everything was taken care of with music for the reception.

Jake was an ENTERTAINER in every sense of the word!! He drew in all of the guests, was quick to accommodate a few 'surprise' requests, and literally had people dancing the entire night -- there was never a dull moment. Great sense of humor, he even jumped in on the dance floor when a Vanilla Ice dance off was losing steam!! We literally had people from an adjacent wedding reception trying to get into our reception -- I think that speaks wonders to how good Riniker Rhythm really is.

For the DJ services alone, it's 5 stars across the board -- but throw in the photo booth and it puts Riniker Rhythm over the top!! The guests absolutely loved the photo booth and kept going back to it over and over again -- we have so many fun photos, my wife and I can't really decide what our 'real' photo album is!! =) Such a great reception package worth every dollar (and the value is there!!).

We will always recommend Riniker Rhythm to anyone looking for a DJ. We truly couldn't be happier with how everything turned out, and received several comments from our guests that it was the best reception they had ever been to -- we fully credit that to the fun atmosphere that Riniker Rhythm provided. I met Jake by chance while he was doing another event (not a wedding), and I am so glad I booked him! Months after our wedding we are still hearing about how much fun guest had at our wedding. My husband and I danced the whole night along with most of our guests. One year later we are still hearing about how much fun everyone had at the wedding and Riniker Rhythm made it that way! Jake went out of his way to make our day perfect! If he isn't busy the date you need him...book him, you will not be disappointed!

I have known Jake for years as he has been the DJ service for many of my close friends’ weddings as well as other area functions. He has always impressed me with his impeccable taste in music as well as his ability to get even the most timid of people out on the dance floor and enjoy their time. I booked Riniker Rhythm for our wedding in June 2009 and was again blown away by his professionalism as well as his incredible knack to make every event the success it should be! His lighting system, monogram options, high quality sound system and hilarious photo booth really set the mood for the evening! Fun was had by all and there was hardly any empty room left on the dance floor! AMAZING considering how quiet my side of the family is! While getting married was definitely the highlight of my day, Jake from Riniker Rhythm was there to make the night truly unforgettable and made sure that we had absolutely everything we wanted ~ and for that, I will never be able to thank him enough! He was also the DJ for my sister's wedding in September 2010 and he worked very closely with me to help pull off a massive surprise I had been working on for months! Made My Wedding The Best Ever!

First off Jake and Riniker Rhythm had everything we wanted. Our list included a fun, professional DJ, Up-Lighting, Monogram Lighting, and a Photo Booth. He set up the night before and made the room look amazing! The Monogram light MADE the pictures of our first dance, and Our photographer was impressed with how helpful he was. She could not say enough good about him, and neither could our friends and family! The whole night went really smooth, and all 600 people stayed the whole night, because there was so much entertainment. Jake filled the dance floor, and followed all of my request. He did all the little things that made the night special to me, and that is why I am so glad we had Riniker Rhythm as our entertainment. They are a must have at weddings!

Jake is a true professional! He really understands the deejay business, even at his young age. He follows up on time and knows how to talk to people (and put a nervous mother-of-the-bride at ease). He is very personable and knows how to keep people on the dance floor (albeit at the expense of not playing a few requested songs). He provided a very high quality job at a very reasonable rate, especially compared to the other services I priced out. We really enjoyed working with him!
Jake’s equipment is top notch. It provides loud music without the usual ear ringing effect of a high volume. People were able to converse without screaming and didn’t have raspy voices the next day. He also walked around and monitored the sound levels throughout the evening. Jake was very concerned and aware of people’s comfort .
Bottom line: Great service at a great price! No regrets here! If he’s available, hire him!

These guys were great. They were able to make a statement with their musical selections without taking over. Parker was very good at making sure he understood all of the proper pronunciations for the wedding party and guests of honor. We asked them to provide some uplighting as well and it turned out great.

This is as awesome DJ service! They are very easy to work with and very flexible to any suggestions you may have during the wedding. They may not be the cheapest quote you will get but they are worth a little more money to make sure everything goes as planned. I would recommend them to anyone!

We recently employed Riniker Rhythm for our wedding reception and we were very happy with what we got. For starters, Jake Riniker and his colleague very thoughtfully played Disney music for our youngest guests to keep them entertained before the dancing formally started. They also did a great job at driving the timeline, keeping us on schedule with cake-cutting, speeches, etc and making sure that we didn't miss any details. Our guests enjoyed the music and the way the DJs interacted with them, including honoring requested music and providing fun, creative group dances.

We hired Riniker Rhythm for our wedding reception after being impressed by their service at a friend's wedding, and we were in no way disappointed. If you're looking for a DJ service for your wedding, you would be hard-pressed to find a better option than Riniker Rhythm. Great job guys, and thank you!

Jake and his team were great at our wedding. It rained during the dinner portion and he was extremely helpful moving the wedding from outside to inside. He provided music inside to help set the mood without us having to ask. Jake's DJ equipment sounded great and he did a good job with honoring music requests. The sound quality was so good, I (the groom) had people who were not part of the wedding asking me if they could dance. Jake even helped the guests with dance moves! We also used Riniker Rhythm for the photo booth and it was a big hit. They provided a photo album at the end of the reception that I'm sure we'll look at through the years. I couldn't have asked for a better DJ and his services were worth every penny. Riniker Rhythm was a great find and I highly recommend them.
