Jose and his understudy were simply amazing! They were very patient with us and all of our guests and provided direction when needed. We recieved our photos viz dropbox within 2 weeks of our big day and our usb within 3. He photos were breathtaking and to have them done so fast was an extra bonus. I would highly reccomend his service if you are looking for a personal touch on your big day!

Jose is amazing! He was recommended to me by my wedding planner, Maria Lugo, and from the start he was nothing short of professional. Every photo op that I had wanted to get done, he made happen. He went out of his way to get my husband and I to Old San Juan from San Juan, as we had wanted photos at the historical forts. He arrived to our hotel early, and stayed beyond the time of the reception to capture us all jumping in the pool...a moment I will never forget! Every time a group was together taking a picture, he was right there taking it also. Thank you Jose, it was a pleasure working with you!

From start to finish Jose was ever the Professional. I had many, many questions and Jose always responded to my emails in a timely manner. On the day of the wedding Jose and his understudy set-up and started immediately. They both make you feel comfortable and offer suggestions of different poses-also don't be afraid to make suggestions as well. He captured moments such as my daughters helping tie my dress and my son helping me adjust my veil before entering church. I couldn't say enough about Jose. My pictures came out amazing! I still get compliments about how beautifully everything was captured from start to finish. The shots of us dancing were my favorite as they showed how much of a great time everyone was having. Having PR as your wedding backdrop is one thing but the manner in which Jose is able to capture it all - words cannot describe! Ladies look no further for your photography needs, you wont be disappointed.

Our wedding day was filled with laughter, love and family which are all the things we wished for on our day. We were lucky enough to have Jose and his assistant to capture every single moment. Jose came to our suite and captured pictures of the wedding dress, rings, jewelry, bridesmaids/bride (makeup, hair, etc.) and groomsmen/groom. He never missed a moment. Jose provided suggestions for picture opportunities and made it possible to feel at ease while taking the pictures. Throughout the night, Jose even captured the professional version of our "selfies" and camera phone pictures. He and his assistant were very friendly and told us to let them know if there was a picture we wanted to pull either of them so they could grab the shot. Most importantly, we had Jose for about 10 hours. My husband and I look forward to reliving our wedding day with our countless pictures. We would definitely recommend Jose!

We were married on April 14, 2015 at the Courtyard Marriott Isla Verde. Jose took our wedding photos and they are stunning. He is flexible, friendly, professional and talented. He got us of photos extremely quick and they are fabulous. We had our dream wedding and because of him we will have the photos to remember this day for a lifetime. Please use him if you are getting married in the area!!! Thank you Jose!

Wonderful. Great quality photos. Very professional and nice to work with. He made sure we got both the traditional shots as well as some more creative photos that capture my husband and I as a couple. He was also extremely flexible and stayed for an extra 45 minutes taking photos after we ran over.

Jose R. was great to work with! He had a list ahead of time of the wedding day photos that I wanted and he captured each one and more! He was quick and thorough, professional and fun to work with. I am so pleased with my photos of my wedding day and seeing each one brought tears to my eyes! I highly recommend using Jose to capture the memories of your wedding. Thank you Jose.

Wow, where do I start?! Jose provided the photography service of which I could have only dreamed! He began corresponding with me immediately after I requested services and was always quick to respond thereafter, whether by e-mail or phone. He honored all of the doable requests I made regarding specific wedding picture poses and with outstanding quality. I would recommend him to anyone; highly flexible and professional! I cannot say enough great things about Jose Rincon. My husband and I had our wedding in Old San Juan and Jose was our AMAZING photographer. Jose was extremely professional and courteous. He was flexible with our requests and even better he offered his expertise that provided true and made our pictures simply breathtaking. Thank you Jose for making our special day a truly amazing day to remember. I'm so happy with our photos and will be sure to see you again when we return to Puerto Rico. Maybe taking family photos the next time!

Jose Rincon was recommended to us by our wedding coordinator, and he was wonderful! He was extremely responsive to all of my emails (sometimes within the hour!), which is so important when having a destination wedding. His prices are extremely reasonable...and the photos you get are truly incredible! Everyone raves about our gorgeous pictures!

Hi!

We hired Jose Rincon for our wedding in San Juan, Puerto Rico this past January. Jose was beyond easy to work with. He is extremely professional! He did a great job of splitting his time between the groom's and bride's room while we were getting ready. We wanted some very specific photos and he was very accommodating.

We received our flash drive with our wedding photos about one month after the wedding. The photos were amazing! Jose really knows how to photograph. He guided us through the whole photo selection process for our wedding album. We received our the parent's albums and our professional wedding album about 5 months after our wedding, which was must faster than we expected, especially since it took my husband and I about 2 months to go through all the photos and make up our minds.

Jose was extremely easy to get a hold of, especially through e-mail. We would hire him again in a heartbeat and would recommend his services to anyone!

Jose is an amazing person to work with!! He's very laid back, and really makes you feel comfortable. Jose showed up to my hotel room at 11am, and took pictures until around midnight. He always had a smile on his face and was just amazing. He drove my fiance and I around to take our first look pictures around the island. He really goes the extra mile and Jose, I just want you to know this is very very appreciated. I can't thank you enough for such a wonderful experience, you were truly a pleasure to work with!!
He's the best! I highly recommend him to anyone.

First let me say that Jose is an amazing person to work with!! He's very laid back, funny and really makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Wedding pictures are something to treasure, look back and relive the moment through each photo. Jose captured every moment and more. We have pictures that I didn't even know he was taking. What I love the most about Jose is he captures true emotions, and each person in their own element so the photos don't look so stiff and staged. Jose I can't thank you enough for such a wonderful experience, you were truly a pleasure to work with!!
If your in need of a photographer, look no further. Jose is the way to go :)

We had the pleasure of meeting Jose Rincon during a vendor "scouting" visit to Puerto Rico a year before our wedding. Jose was so professional, informative, flexible and at such a great value that we booked an engagement photo shoot during the time we were there. Once we received our engagement pictures we were sure we made the right decision to book Jose for our wedding as well. We continue to receive SO MANY compliments on Jose's pictures, and have even been encouraged by numerous people to enter them in contests!! Jose is definitely an artist, and worth every penny! A must use vendor for sure!

Jose provided photography services for our destination wedding at Embassy Suites in Dorado in early May. I was impressed with how easy it was to work with Jose throughout the planning process and during the event. He did not push particular poses or photos, but followed us and our friends and family for natural pictures. He went out of his way to help us through the process, even when we wanted photos in the rain, so we could have pictures utilizing the scenery.

Jose did a great job with our wedding photography!! We only had him contracted for 2 hours and we got everything we wanted in that time. He got the pictures returned to us in a timely manner and we couldn't be more pleased!!

When Jose says he provides unlimited hours of service, he means it! He was literally with us all day long, down to the last guest's departure, and it was a LONG day. The pictures he got of our ceremony were incredible, I honestly don't understand the shoots he got because he stayed so out of sight throughout it. We got married outside with difficult weather, and the photos were still gorgeous. He was flexible and easy to work with, and answered all of my emails quickly and professionally. We also loved working with his wife Maria, our wedding coordinator, they make an amazing team! He got the CD of pictures and the albums to us in the agreed upon time frame, and they were absolutely lovely. We will be enjoying our wedding for years to come thanks to the memories captured by Jose! I cannot recommend him enough!

Jose was amazing!!! He answered my cAlls and emails when I had any questions and considering I was having a destination wedding I called a lot. His pictures turned out beautiful and he picked a great beach for our trash the dress shoot the next day. He was so wonderful by the end of the night I considered him one of guests!! Mr. Rincon was an absolute professional. He photos were wonderful and captured our wedding perfectly. He responded to our different requests promptly and in the time frame he stated he would. After a long search for photographers, we finally decided for Jose. We are so glad we did. He was very professional and was with us all night, no time limit. We got our stunning photos two weeks after the wedding! He is well worth the money and everybody is talking about my wedding photos and how beautiful they are. Do not waste your time and money looking for somebody else. I have friends that got married before me and still do not have their wedding photos.

Jose is an unbelievable photographer. We had a small destination wedding in Rincon with 16 people. He is very personable and friendly. Truly truly my favorite vendor of the night. My husband and I are so happy with the quality of service Jose provided at our wedding. My favorite part is that he was with us all day, no time limit! He really made my husband and I feel comfortable, calm, happy and excited throughout the day. I sent Jose before the wedding about 10 poses I wanted taken at the wedding that I found on pinterest. He reminded me about every single one and the one prop I couldn't bring with me from Virginia to PR its like he knew to bring without me telling him. He literally bent over backwards to get that shot and we truly appreciate him making the night so special for all of us.

We give José Rincón's Photography the highest recommendation! His professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to accommodate all aspects of our wedding day exceeded our expectations. José was able to capture every single moment of the day from the bride's preparation at her home to the final minutes of the reception. All in all, José spent almost 12 hours documenting the day and took more than 1,800 pictures. His artistic direction and style are truly fantastic and we are extremely pleased with our photographs. We received a CD with every single picture taken approximately 3 weeks after the wedding and we could not be happier with his service and responsiveness. If you are planning a wedding in Puerto Rico, José Rincón is simply the best.

Jose was amazing! My husband and I felt so lucky to have him and his assistant photographer with us through all the major moments of the day. They captured so many candid moments and I could not believe how beautiful the photos were. Jose was patient, diligent, creative and very pleasant. He was able to work with our specific requests without hesitation. I would highly recommend him because your wedding photos will last a lifetime and you want photos that can re-tell your wedding story in the best possible way. Jose's work does just that!

Jose Rincon was our photographer for our dream wedding. He took SO many pictures! We were very happy with his work and professionalism. Jose was an amazing photographer!! and I have high standards. :) His style captured every little detail of our destination wedding in Puerto Rico. From the moment we saw Jose's work online and in-person, we knew we had chosen the perfect photographer! He accepted my "photo list" and did a very good job of capturing the photos that we wanted. He stayed with us from the moment of getting dressed on the wedding day until we said goodnight, and we even did a "first view" in Old San Juan before the wedding! He was very flexible! He pays attention to the details and captured once-in-a-lifetime moments that we now get to keep forever! We received the entire CD of wedding photos within a month after the wedding, I was shocked. The only hard part for me is now having to choose photos for the album! I would recommend Jose as a photographer any day!

Also, if you need a wedding planner hire his wife ,Maria Lugo. They make the best team!

Jose is not only a fabulous photographer but a fantastic person! I enjoyed every minute of working with him and could not rave about his work more. His calming influence and easygoing attitude moves you effortlessly through photos with breathtaking back drops and creative poses. Being a typeA person, I was worried we would not have the time for all the shots I wanted or even remember exactly which shots/poses were a must. He entertained my neurotic-ness listening to all my concerns, and reassuring me we would manage to get everything. Well I put my trust in Jose and he exceeded expectations beyond what I could have even imagined. He is a pro. Managed the time, we got every shot imaginable in daylight, dusk & night maximizing on our beautiful location. It also just fit naturally into all the activities we had planned for the wedding day. He really is there from start to finish- from whatever time you ask him to be there to the very end of your wedding. We had heard you could capture some amazing photos at the forts at night, but were a bit hesitant about leaving our reception as we would miss 30-45 minutes of the party so Jose said let’s just go after the reception and have everyone come along. I do not think we finished with photos until well after 1 am! Jose & his nephew (his assistant) went above and beyond to capture every moment of our special day and you can tell how passionate he is about his art as his enthusiasm level remains high at all times. In less than 1 month I received our photo cd, with almost 2000 photos! The quality of the photos are AMAZING. The capture of emotion and breadth of the moments recorded makes me feel like I relive the day each time I go through them. I can say hands down one of the best decisions I made through the planning process was going with Jose as our wedding photographer- the planning process was effortless & enjoyable, the final product remarkable and the lifetime art priceless.

We loved having Jose at our wedding! He is not only a hyper talented photographer but he is just an amazing person to work with. He is punctual, he is very charismatic, and he was very quick in giving us our pictures!!! We got our Picture CD less than a month after our wedding!!
I am very pleased with his work! He took so many pictures that I hadn't even thought about!

He really knows how to capture feelings and great moments!

Jose was great to work with! We planned a destination wedding and had never met Jose and found him through wedding wire. He turned out to be as good as his reviews. He showed up early and had unique ideas. Very personable. We got our pictures back and it definately felt like re-living the moment by looking at them. He did an excellent job. I would definately recommend him and I will hire him again if we have any other celebrations in Puerto Rico.

If you're looking for a photographer to catch the best unposed pictures and really capture the feel of your wedding for the BEST price, look to Jose. He was so great at our destination wedding in Puerto Rico. The quality of the pictures is exactly how I expected, he got all of the highlights of the wedding and we barely knew he was around. He had great ideas for some really cool pictures. Jose also had all 1200 pictures to me within 3 weeks time (including taking a vacation between my wedding and when he delivered the pics!) and I had all year to choose those I wanted for our photo album. He's VERY flexible! I just received the specs for the album and I was in tears - it really looks fantastic. And we ordered the 100-pic DVD from him too and rec'd THAT at the same time we rec'd the 1200! And honestly, we paid a portion of the price we would have paid in New England if we had the wedding at home. Best value, fantastic photos and memories of a lifetime!

I used Jose Rincon as my photographer for my wedding in puerto rico in november 2012( destination wedding). He was EXCELLENT as well as his coworkers. He responded very quickly to any question and concerns I had. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a photographer. I also did a trash the session a couple days after the wedding and he also did a GREAT job. He really did his homework to find me the best hidden spot in the rain forest for these pictures. Jose and his work are absolutely amazing. Being that we are from New York and this was a destination wedding for us we were worried about who we were going to choose for our vendors. We met Jose on our first trip to Puerto Rico when we were planning our wedding. He offered us complimentary engagement pictures on the beach, and presented us with a cd of all the pictures before we left to return home for New York. We knew right then he was going to be our guy. Jose was very helpful the whole process and whenever I e-mailed him with questions he never took more than 24 hours to respond. The day of the wedding his work was impeccable as well. Best of all we had our pictures within in three weeks ! I have friends that got married months before us in New York and still do not have their pictures. Jose is amazing !!!!

For the most important day of your life you can't leave things like your wedding photos to chance. If you are looking for the best quality of service José Rincón it's your best choice. Since the first day we met (two years before the wedding) José took our wedding very seriously and was very responsive to all of our desires. The day of the event he were there without delay and he was already working taking photos of everything. He is very professional and although he know was he's doing, he was always open to recommendations and allowed us to do as many poses sas we liked. Seriously, you don't want a overrated photographer that won't allow you enjoy the best day of your life leaving you without money. The work of José is worth every dollar and much more. He knows how to capture every moment and has the same passion in your wedding than you will. We can revive that day when we look to our photos. The photos were ready as soon as we got back from our honeymoon. The only difficulty for you with José will be having to pick your favorite photos for your album because every photo is magic. But don't worry at all, you will keep all and each photo for your use :). Eyes closed, José is the man if you want your wedding photo event go perfect.

Jose, our Photographer was a true Professional. We specified what time he needed to be at our Wedding and he was all setup and waiting before the time we agreed upon. Jose and his assistant Osvaldo did an absolutely amazing job with our wedding photos. My husband and I are from Chicago and had a destination wedding in Puerto Rico. After viewing the websites of many talented photographers in Puerto Rico, we reached out to Jose Rincon Photography and kept our fingers crossed that he was available for our wedding day. Jose's communication with me was very prompt and thorough and we hired him immediately. Jose and Osvaldo met us at our hotel to take photos of my husband and I "getting dressed" separately. Next, Jose drove my husband to San Cristobal where I met them a short while later to take our "first look" photos. Jose drove my husband I on to our ceremony and reception venue at Hosteria del Mar and took the most beautiful photos of our wedding. Jose and Osvaldo spent the afternoon and evening with us and were so delightful and professional. Jose had an amazing eye for capturing our happiness and love with wonderful pictures capturing beautiful scenery. We just got our CD with over 1000 photos in the mail yesterday (only two weeks after our wedding). My husband and I sat together on the couch watching the slideshow. We laughed and cried as we revisited the wonderful day forever captured through Jose's photos. Our wedding was the best day of our lives and we have Jose's unique and beautiful photos to ensure we never forget the details, the emotions and the beauty that made our wedding day so special. Jose was amazing! My fiance and I were in Puerto Rico on vacation with family, and decided it would be a great place to take our engagement pictures. We found Jose online, and contacted him about the pictures. He was quick to respond, and reasonably priced. On the day of the photos, he made us feel very at ease, and he did a great job of making us feel like we were completely by ourselves. At some points we almost forgot that he was snapping photos, and we were just hanging out and having fun. We just took our photos two days ago, and we can't wait to see how they come out. Jose was an absolute pleasure to work with. At the time of our ceremony, my fiance was at home for R&R and after taking well over 1000 pictures, Jose rushed to get the finished product to us before he was scheduled to return back to Afghanistan. Jose was a wonderful photographer! He was very professional and easy to work with. He always replied quickly to my e-mails and we received our pictures on a disc in a beautiful package within 3 weeks of our wedding. We chose not to get any of the photos edited to save money, and they still turned out great! He also speaks english pretty well, which made communication easy, since I don't speak any spanish! Jose is an awesome photographer - not pushy or annoying, but calm and efficient. He saw opportunities to multi-task and took my dress out for photo's when I was busy with things that were not great to photograph. He and his wife work well together and it was helpful to have them both working on making my wedding amazing. I also loved how reasonable he was - if we wanted something different, he listened and adjusted. He also did not charge us for a certain number of hours, and was fine with what we wanted in terms of a package - and everyone who has seen my photo's has said I got my money's worth! Jose is very responsive (easy communication via e-mail). He is creative, patient, and listens to your ideas. He does a great job at making you feel comfortable in front of the camera so that you have fun and it doesn't feel like work! This is coming from someone who doesn't like taking pictures. Also as someone hypercritical of my personal photos, I have to say that I was surprised at how many photos I liked when we received our disc, which arrived in the exact amount of time he quoted from the beginning (about 3 weeks). If you really want to know, just look at his website, it is an honest depiction of his awesome work.
A side note: Just a warning to brides - it is EXTREMELY windy in Old San Juan. So, keep that in mind when you are doing your hair.

We used Jose as our photographer (and his wife, Maria Lugo, as our wedding planner) for our January wedding at the Ritz Carlton in San Juan. We could not be more pleased with Jose (and his wife!). He did a great of of catching spontaneous photos and also getting the more posed shots that we requested. He took so many wonderful photos. We got a CD in the mail (just a few weeks later!) with 1,400 photos to choose from. It was wonderful! I highly recommend Jose!

Jose is an absolutely amazing photographer. In the months leading up to the wedding, he was responsive and very nice. He answered all of our questions and helped us with the process. He made it easy to work with someone so far away.

On the day of the wedding, Jose arrived hours before the wedding to take pictures of the venue and "getting ready" process. He was so comforting. He definitely is a "go with the flow" photographer and made many suggestions but also let us be ourselves. We had a mix of "classic" photos and photos capturing all of the natural moments. I highly recommend Jose. Jose stayed through the end of the reception after the wedding ceremony. He was pleasant to be around, as was his wife, our wedding planner. They make an amazing team although they work independently of one another.

We receive the CD of pictures we ordered a few weeks after the wedding. We are so impressed! There are over a thousand photos. If you click fast it is almost as if we have a movie! Jose caught every special moment, plus some. There are so many photos that I didn't even know were taken. I HIGHLY recommend Jose. He is a warm, pleasant photographer and a joy to work with!!

Photography was a part of my package for my destination wedding in San Juan at the Courtyard by Marriott on Isla Verde Beach. Planning a destination wedding is not an easy task when it comes to picking vendors. After viewing Jose Rincon's website and speaking to him it was clear that he was the right choice. Price was something I was not concerned with when looking for a photographer. Knowing that other than memories in our head the photos would all we would have to look back on I was willing to pay to make the photos perfect. With Jose we got the best of both worlds. He was priced extremely well in comparison to the other photographers I looked at and his photos were beautiful. The day of the wedding Jose and his wife showed up an hour before we even requested. I thought this was wonderful especially considering he had never been to our venue before. We got married at The Gallery Inn located in Old San Juan. This I would imagine is not the easiest place to photograph as the gardens and small rooms are a lot to work around. Jose's excitement to be photographing in a new venue to him made our photos. We had such a fun time taking pictures with him as he and his wife laughed along. Even as we were going back to our room at the end of the night he had found another staircase where he wanted to photograph us. He asked if it would be a problem to take one more photo. A problem...no way...shoot away! We were left with nearly 800 photos of our beautiful day making it so hard to choose the ones that should go into our album. I would highly recommend Jose Rincon Photography for his beautiful, fun, energetic and professional photos!

Jose Rincon was superb.I chose him because I liked the photos on his website and his quote was the best. He is professional, friendly and takes excellent photos. Jose is fluent in Spanish and English. He was prompt with replies and went the extra mile at my wedding. He was very flexible and accommodated every request. He even sent a few photos right away so I could show them to family and friends who could not attend. The CD of the photos arrived promptly three weeks after the ceremony. I can print all the photos. I highly recommend him.

Jose was one of the best things that could have happen to us in Puerto Rico. Our comments really are not required if you have laid eyes on his website or youtube videos. He's also highly recommended by many of the resorts we shopped around to do our destination wedding. With that said, look no further, as an avid photographer by hobby, I was simply astonished by his candor, professionalism, creativity, quality of work and the list goes on. Our entire family and friends instantly fell in love with how friendly he was to everyone and how welcoming he was to make sure everyone had their fair share of photos as keepsakes in our wedding. He instinctively knew just which great moments to capture that while you are in the moment, you miss, but he absolutely refuses to. He captured 100% astonishing photos from our wedding that were absolutely tear jerkers and jaw dropping on how he managed to freeze time so beautify for us. Jose Rincon did an amazing job! His photographs cane out beautifully and the DVD Slide show he provided us was perfect & extremely well done. He really listened to what my husband and I wanted and didn't want and didn't force us to take any pictures we didn't want to take. I would defintely recommend him.

Not only does he take great photographs, his wife is a wedding planner as well. I call them the dynamic duo! They are a great team and I would recommend both of them to any bride!

Jose is an excellent photographer: creative, professional, responsive and courteous. When we decided to have our wedding and reception in Puerto Rico, we went looking for a photographer that could roll with the punches. We were lucky to find Jose. For our wedding album, we wanted a combination of wedding photojournalism and more traditional, formal photographs. Jose produced an album that told a wedding story, our wedding story, with beautiful and creative photos. We were very pleased.

We should add that Jose will design the album to your liking. He will also give you a DVD/CD ROM with all the pictures taken on the day of the wedding in high resolution. Other photographers in Puerto Rico only offer a low-resolution CD so that you must come back to them for prints. We will not have to call on Jose for prints, but we will.

Both Jose and his assistant catered to our very need in every way. Best of all- I didn't have to wait a year for my album. A few weeks and the draft was to me with only minor personal adjustments and I had my album a few weeks after that. Excellent quality service! I recommend him to anyone!

Jose was great to work with. He just photographed my wedding, and though we're still waiting for the photos, we know they will be great! He arrived on time with his assistant, and stayed to the end of the event, without a problem! So glad we got to work with him and would definitely recommend!

Jose was amazing. He spend more than 10 hours with us during the wedding day. He was very professional. All the pictures are beautiful and very natural. We didn't even noticed he was around taking pictures of every moment and we enjoyed our special day without the pressure of having someone following us or making us pose for a picture. He also did our trash the dress pictures and the pictures are out of this world. I would definitely recommend Jose Rincon for your wedding.

My husband and I hired Jose to be our wedding day photographer via online correspondance. Due to being a destination wedding in Puerto Rico we were unable to meet with him face to face prior to the event which would make some couples nervous. However, we were confident in his services as he made many attempts to contact us prior to the event via email. He was always quick to respond to any emails I had with questions or concerns. On our wedding day he arrived 2 hrs before the ceremony to photograph the participants getting ready. We recently received our photo cd and dvd (2weeks after our ceremony) and we love them. The 600+photos are great and the dvd slideshow brings tears to my eyes eveytime. Jose did a great job capturing the moments and the emotion we felt. We would definitly recommend Jose to anyone looking for a great wedding day photographer:)

Jose was wonderful to work with and very professional! Our pictures turned out beautiful and his pricing was very reasonable.
For over a year I dreamt of taking dramatic black and white pictures in the gorgeous lobby of the hotel we got married at, but with all the running around that day I never remembered to suggest it. In retrospect, it’s something he probably should have asked about.
We were originally told that there would be 2 people taking pictures at the wedding, but only Jose photographed that night. My fiancé and I ended up getting ready in different rooms in the same hotel suite, so it worked out ok. If you want multiple people taking pictures throughout the night make sure you put it in the contract.
