Captured our dream day!

Absolutely perfect

Renee (+ her daughter Callie Grace) were absolutely incredible!! She was so amazing to work with and she created our vision perfectly - we couldn't have been more happy with our photos! Renee captured some really amazing “in action” photos too - it felt like we were back at our wedding, re-living it all, as we went through our photos. Also, we were blown away when we got our photos back just 2 weeks after our big day! Renee truly is an artist, like the BEST! Thank you again!!

Renee is excellent.

I actually knew about Renee because she photographed my sister's wedding, and she was my first and only choice. At no point during the process did I even wish I'd shipped around. I had no clue what I was doing and she patiently gave her input when I asked for help. She impressed me on our first call, just tossing out the time of sunset for the wedding day and explaining how we'd work with that. The day of, she was cheerful, professional, but also personable in a way that put me at ease. As someone prone to high anxiety, Renee was honestly a blessing for me, her positive attitude was a gift. Our final photos are beautiful, and if you are on the fence about choosing, definitely reach out to her.

Graduation Pictures May 2020

I reached out to RIM Photography and within a couple hours Renee emailed me back. The experience was awesome from the beginning to end. This was a great photo session to seal my accomplishments in receiving my degree. I took my pictures Sunday morning and Tuesday morning I had the finish product. Truly thankful for the experience!!

Amazing photos

Renee did an amazing job for our wedding! She made sure to get every shot we could've wanted and was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. She was also a lot of fun to work with and I enjoyed that she is excited and happy when taking photos for you. We are in LOVE with our wedding pictures and I definitely recommend her for any photography!

Great experience and amazing photos

Renee was amazing to work with for our wedding day photography. I was able to provide a list of photos we wanted with our families and she had great ideas for capturing additional photos. We received our photos REALLY quickly and could not ask for our photos to be any better! We will have many memories from our special day to display and share forever! Thank you!

Amazing photos!

Hilton Head Beach Wedding

Renee and her assistant were absolutely amazing. I planned my wedding from afar (Pittsburgh, PA) and only had the opportunity to meet with her face to face once before the wedding. Naturally, I was a little nervous but it was unfounded. The pictures were amazing - she caught every important detail of wedding day. She was extremely flexible and kind with my large family. I highly recommend RIM Photography for the quality of work, rapport and truly stunning work.

Perfect Choice In Every Way

We are so happy we chose Renee at RIM Photography to capture our wedding day! Everything was absolutely perfect! Hiring a photographer for our destination wedding was the first task we completed in our wedding planning because it was so important to us. Renee was so easy to work with from our first email communications and our initial phone interview that we knew she was the perfect fit for us. We were married on Hilton Head Island at our family home and she took the time to stop by our location a few months before our wedding day to check out the lighting and to identify the places that were most sentimental to us. It is evident that she wants to capture your day perfectly for you so you can relive each precious moment for years to come. Her professionalism is impeccable but I what we loved most was her genuine nature, she made us feel so comfortable on our wedding day. It was our first face to face meeting, but it seemed like she was an old friend. Renee worked with us provide the best package to meet our needs and budget. This included a second photographer Allison, who was just as great to work with, and access to a full online photo gallery with rights to all of our high resolution images. I love that we received a couple of sneak peek photos only 48 hours after our wedding day and all of our images in just two weeks! They are stunning! She did a wonderful job capturing our day from start to finish. You cannot go wrong choosing Renee with RIM Photography, she's a very experienced photographer with a great personality to match.

Amazing Photos, Lovely to Work With

I highly recommend Renee and RIM Photography. From the moment I reached out to Renee, she was detail-oriented and professional. On the day of the shoot, she had already memorized everyone's name (we had a big group) so that she could easily direct people. She was so nice that even folks who weren't thrilled to get their pictures taken liked the process. And the photos! They are spectacular. We had several different family groupings and she got amazing photos of everyone in all different groups and poses. Many were very creative and beautiful. I could not have been happier about working with Renee and RIM Photography and would urge anyone to use her services.

Amazing Photographer!

We hired RIM photography for our wedding in the North Carolina. Not only was she willing to commute her photography was stunning. We couldn't be more happy with how the photos turned out. She also had a very quick turn around for returning the photos and even added a few more photos for us. It was a true pleasure working with her before, during, and after the event.

Beach House HHI Wedding 5/11/19

I can't even begin to describe how amazing Renee with RIM photography is to work with. She captured both my engagement photos and wedding photos so perfectly and she is a joy to work with. She has such a positive energy that radiates. I was also super impressed with how quickly she returned my wedding photos to me. Most people say they wait months to get their photos with other photographers, but I was lucky enough to receive mine within a week. I would HIGHLY recommend Renee to anyone looking!

Knopf Wedding

We just got our wedding pictures back and they are incredible. We hired Renee as our photographer and her daughter as a second photographer. They were awesome! Renee first did our engagement pictures and I knew from there she was very talented and great to work with. I was excited from there to allow her to capture our special day and she did a phenomenal job. She will go above and beyond to capture the images that you truly want and she is so easy to work with. It is so nice to have a vendor that is so laid back and easy going like Renee and her daughter.

Oh my word! I cannot recommend RIM Photography enough. We came across Renée and her assistant, Alyson, at the Hilton Head Wedding Expo. We were immediately drawn to their table and their friendliness. After we got the run down, Andrew & I discussed it and booked them right away! They did not disappoint. Renée emailed us periodically throughout the process to keep us on task when it came to our photos. She helped me create a timeline because I really like to stick to schedule, and we did! Several people in my wedding party about how they'd never known a photographer to be ahead of schedule! We always were. I was rarely stressed and Renée made sure we photographed everything we wanted to. She had also photographed our venue before and that was a major plus! She knew all the great spots. Only 2 weeks after our wedding & our gallery was available. The pictures are so incredibly perfect, I cried when I saw them! I still have the biggest smile on my face & I've looked at them over & over. Not only did she capture the love Andrew & I share, but it is QUALITY photography. I've had so many friends compliment on her artistic eye & her beautiful ideas. She is great at directing you & making sure you have a variety of pictures. Pick Renée and your only problem will be picking your favorite photo because they are all FANTASTIC! 10 stars & 2 thumbs up!

Renée went above and beyond and was more than a photographer for me during my husband and my marriage. We just got our pictures and we definitely solidified how much we love her! She was very responsive and gave advice but always went with my view if I wanted to do something that is not typically done. She made sure to get the good photos we wanted and the photos we specifically discussed wanting (she asks for a list so she can better work on the wedding day). I don't think I could have asked for a better photographer or wedding guest! She is so kind and professional and made me and my husband very comfortable when taking pictures to remember our day. She also was quick with getting it all to us. Right after we get back from our honeymoon we got an e-mail with all of the photos! We also got a teaser video to hold us over before that and share with family and friends. Thank you so much Renée! I would recommend her to EVERYONE! I am attaching a photo that I love that she took of my husband and I and shows how great she is at capturing the moment.

Renee was amazing! I found her when I was just getting started to look for vendors in HHI bc we had a destination wedding and I wanted plenty of time. She was great to work with and even helped me find other vendors we needed for our wedding. Plus my now husband had a health issue and she worked with me when we were back in planning mode after putting it aside for a few months. I highly recommend Renee! I would give Renee 50 stars if I could. I wasn't really looking to book a photographer until I stumbled upon her work. We were a year away from our wedding and I was just browsing different photographer that shot around Hilton Head. When I looked through her portfolio on her website I emailed her immediately! Within 5 minutes, my phone rang and it was her. Nice doesn't even begin to describe her. She was excited! She has photographed at our wedding location before which was perfect. She was personable and just all around cheery! We signed the contract the same day...that's how badly we wanted to her photograph our big day! Working with her up until the wedding was a breeze. She responded quickly to emails and answered ALL of our question. When the time finally came she was early and ready for the day. She had so many great ideas! The morning after our wedding, even before I had even woken up, I had a email from her with a preview of a couple pictures from the night before. I looked at them and cried! I showed everyone that morning at breakfast and they were all stunned at how amazing they were. Since then we have been anticipating more. Well we got them and it's safe to say that Renee is so incredibly talented. I could not have asked for a better photographer for my wedding day. I am in awe of her work. Her pictures will be treasured for a life time!

Renee was so much fun to work with! My husband and I really wanted a videographer to do a highlight video and she made an amazing suggesting. She was also very accommodating to the types of photos that I wanted and was able to get every single pose! The pictures turned out amazing!

From the very moment my (now) husband and I met Renee and Alison we clicked and instantly knew that they had to be the ones to capture our special day! We could tell they were very professional, organized and were as excited as we were to see us tie the knot.

They arrived well in advance well dressed in purple (our favorite color) and were there from the getting ready phase right to the very last dance and worked tirelessly to get all the shots we hoped for and more. They did a great job coordinating the bridal shots and ensuring that we were able to take photos with as many of our family and close friends as possible. After the wedding we were sent teaser photos to ease the suspense even though the final photos were available within a short time span. Thank you so very much RIM Photography; you did a fantastic job and we couldn't be happier with the photos!

My experience with Renee was absolutely amazing from the very first time we met! She was very detailed and organized, always accommodating, and an overall joy to work with! Both my bridal portraits and our wedding pictures were exactly what we wanted and we were so excited when Renee had them ready to view so quickly! We absolutely LOVED working with Renee on our special day! From the bridal portraits to the wedding day, the images were beautiful and exactly what we wanted! Renee is very professional, respectful, and fun. She was able to work with us on a tight time frame at times and she was always flexible, which is much appreciated when planning a wedding. We met Renee at the Hilton Head Wedding show this past spring and immediately had a connection with her (especially since our date is also her birthday)! We just had our engagement session with her this past weekend and cannot say more about how much fun we had and how creative the shots she took were. She definitely worked with us to make sure we got the shots we wanted and then some and didn't force us to do "canned" poses. If our actual wedding photos come out half as good as our engagement photos, I'll be thrilled :) You definitely will not go wrong working with Renee and RIM Photography!

I've known Renee for a long time as a mom and knew she did photography. When I gave her name to my son and his future wife to check out her work, I myself was even more impressed. She catches impromptu shots, posed shots, and everything in between. She photographed our rehearsal dinner and of course the wedding. When we received access to the online gallery I was in awe of everything beautiful from this special time. If you are looking for quality work, look no further RIM Photography does it all!

Absolutely, positively say yes to booking RIM Photography for your wedding! Renee and Jeff are true professionals who go above and beyond to make your special day truly wonderful and make your wedding day memories last forever. They are professional, talented and accommodating to all of your needs. Our daughter booked RIM for her October 8th wedding (which took place during Hurricane Matthew) and Jeff traveled all the way to Atlanta with us when we had to evacuate Hilton Head. The photos he took were simply stunning and Renee had a sneak peek all polished and ready for us to preview before the weekend was even over. I cannot begin to tell you how happy we were to have had the pleasure to work with them both. The photos were absolutely amazing and we are very pleased. A+ service, 5 stars!

Excellent experience with Renee and her daughter on our wedding day. Our wedding on Hilton Head was a destination wedding and Renee was so easy to work with via e-mail and phone. By the time we met in person it felt as though we had know each other a while. She takes great care in getting to know her clients and captured the essence of our day perfectly while not being intrusive.

Renee was amazing!!! Prior to wedding day, she always emailed me back right away to answer all of my questions. On wedding day she arrived at our venue 10 minutes early and began working right away. She wasted no time, making sure all of the pictures I wanted were taken. She captured so many sweeet moments and I am so happy with my choice in photographer!! She was very professional and always made me feel comfortable. Also, I got the pictures back within 2 weeks of our wedding which was great! I highly recommend choosing RIM for your photographer.

As an accomplished amateur photographer, finding a photographer for my daughter's wedding was an agonizing search. Either their fee was over $5K, or their work was more amateurish than mine, and I was determined to keep my promise to the bride and her mother to not take a single picture the wedding, so I needed a real pro!
Fortunately, I found Renee Ittner-McManus of RIM photography! She did a terrific job, was delightful to work with, and I was thrilled with the quantity, quality, and value of her work. I was very impressed by both her cool and her efficiency, and the smiles show how relaxed the wedding party and my family was during the photo sessions. And, she captured my zany family's spirit as we proceeded through both a solemn, beautiful ceremony and one hell of a party!
I never thought I would find a photographer that I could trust with such a special event, but I immediately recognized Renee's skill and was able to relax with the confidence the photos would be terrific, she helped us enjoy a great day and her photographs will forever preserve the memories.

Renee was wonderful at all stages of the wedding process! She was always quick to respond to emails and incredibly personable in the planning process and then we could not have asked for a more professional, talented, and wonderful wedding photographer on our big day! It was pouring 20 minutes before our outdoor ceremony and Renee was calm and a joy to be around. The rain cleared and she was a pleasure to work with as we had our dream outdoor ceremony. We were able to enjoy our very personal and emotional ceremony without ever noticing she was there taking photos. I honestly never noticed her even once and yet somehow we have the most amazing candid moments captured in breathtaking photos that we will always cherish. She was a delight to all of our family and everyone raved about her and her work. Highly recommend!

Renee' of RIM Photography is most professional and wonderful with which to work. She captured the special and fun moments of the day in some fabulous photography. Renee' and was most adept at working with the wedding party after the ceremony to get the photos taken quickly as well as working the reception area flawlessly. I did shop around for a photographer and found the price ranges from one photographer to another to be ridiculous. I liked the variety of package options that Renee' had available in addition to the opportunity to tweak the package so that I wasn't paying for something I really didn't want. When looking for a photographer for your event, it is well worth your time to include RIM Photography as one of the choices to consider.

Renee photographed our daughter's wedding and captured the true essence of the day. She is very focused and works hard to be in the right place at the right time. We were thrilled with the results! There were a few moments that we felt she could have benefitted from having an assistant to just help her juggle all the equipment she was carrying, but it didn't affect the end product.

From the Bridal Portrait to the Wedding Photos, RIM Photography was outstanding! Renee is so personable and easy to work with and that makes a busy, stressed bride incredibly happy and at ease. Her photos are breath taking and exquisite. When I looked at the photos from our wedding, it brought tears to my eyes a number of times because they were so beautiful and she captured the moments so well! Renee was amazing from our first phone call. She really got to know us and understand who we were, and her photographs reflected that. We get so many compliments on our wedding pictures. Her packages were a great value, and I couldn't believe everything we got for what we paid. The coffee table books are my favorite! I had so much fun picking out the pictures for that, and that's what we show to everyone who wasn't at the event. Renee knows the coast very well, and she grabbed us at the time that the lighting was absolutely perfect on the beach! Those are pictures I will treasure forever. Renee did an exceptional job photographing my wedding. She captured beautiful shots- action and posed. But her specialty shots are "in the moment" sones. The ones I treasure the most from that day. Renee is a joy to work with. Although she is from Columbia, her work is just as good, if not better, than most of the photographers on Hilton Head, and she gives you a lot more for less. In our first meeting we discussed what my style goal was, and seemed excited that I wanted more candid shots than formals. Her packages are vast and very fair, and we decided on “The Edisto,” 6 hours of coverage and 3 coffee table books, not to mention full rights to the edited photos. A week before the wedding she sent me my ideal “shot list” and asked for all the names of my bridal party and parents. On wedding day, she knew everyone’s name! She arrived on time and ready to go, getting all the traditional “detail” shots, as well as behind the scenes with my bridesmaids. When it came time to walk down the aisle, she explained exactly where she was going to be, and the ideal place for my dad and I to stop for a photo, and she was so right! Because our photos were being taken during sunset, the lighting was a bit tricky, but she moved us to make sure we got the best background, lighting and poses. She kept the formals fun, and even got some “behind the scenes” shots from those that I just love. The reception was no different, she was literally in the middle of the dance floor, snapping away, and I think I have at least one photo of everyone who was at the wedding. At first I was concerned about only having one photographer at the event, but she had 6 cameras on her at all time, and seemed to be everywhere. It would have been a waste to add the second photographer because I got more than I expected with just her. After the wedding, she had some sneak peek photos up within hours, and the full gallery was available at exactly the 2 week mark, and I received my disks just a week after that. Overall, I couldn’t be more pleased with the service, quality and attention I received from Renee, I highly recommend her to any bride looking for wedding photography.

Renee was very professional, creative, and knew exactly what she was doing. My fiancé and I booked her for our engagement photo session while we were vacationing in HHI. We had heavy rain for a few days and Renee was flexible by changing our session around the weather. We are very satisfied with the way our photos came out. If you want quality photos at an affordable price I highly recommend RIM photography!

I loved the photos of my wedding. While moving my disc was lost in the midst of chaos and Renee replaced quickly. With her help and the fact that they were all on a disc, helped us share all of our memories with friends and family so easy. Thanks so much! I would definately re enlist her help for the 5 year anniversary party that we are planning.

Renee and her company were great! We ended up with so many beautiful pictures that we had a really hard time figuring which ones to put in our photo album. During the reception she helped direct things as if she was the wedding planner which we did not have and that was very helpful! There were many candid photos of us dancing, the various guests, and our wedding car that were a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. She has a very nice artistic flair and also great composition/framing to her photos. I/we highly recommend RIM Photography!

The photos were amazing. I couldn't have asked for better! We received 700 photos that caught every part and angle of our special day. We were both very happy.

I was happy with Renee's flexibility and she was very nice and helpful. There were a couple of pictures that I wanted to get and we forgot them. There was just too much going on and we did not have a good check list. We ended up with some beautiful pictures, but I would have liked a few more detail pictures that were a little more artistic. I'm sure part of this had to do with how chaotic the day was and how crazy some of my bridal party/family can be. Everything ended up getting rushed and a few people were really late. None of that is Renee's fault and she found a way to make the best out of our time and get some really good pictures.
