We used Rill's Bus Service for our wedding this June (2 54-passenger motorcoaches). The process was seamless. Everything was timely, the buses were clean and air-conditioned. Would recommend! -

We were so pleased with the service provided by Rill's! For our wedding events, we rented two large coach buses, and the entire experience was nothing short of flawless. They ensured that every single guest arrived at all events on time, which kept our day running smoothly and stress-free. The buses themselves were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable ride for everyone. Our drivers, Ken and Greg, were also exceptionally kind and professional and ensured that our guests felt safe. When it comes to wedding transportation, reliability and professionalism are paramount, and Rill's delivered on both counts perfectly. Highly recommend their service! -

We hired Rill's for our wedding weekend and they were great! They were timely, professional, and easy to work with. They got our guests to and from multiple destinations and everything went off without a hitch! Would absolutely recommend working with them for whatever your transportation needs are.
We had 2 school busses and about 90 Guests used them total. Would recommend & use again! -

Rill's did a great job with our bus transportation for our wedding. The driver was on time (actually a few minutes early) and everything went smoothly. Rill’s was professional, prompt and the perfect choice for our wedding transportation in Germantown, MD. We hired two school buses, and they were a fun and practical choice for our almost 70 hotel guests. Their team was responsive during the planning process and were able to help us easily add an after-party stop. They made sure all the rides were on time and drivers knew what to expect. Can’t recommend more! -

Rills went above and beyond to help us out for our wedding and to make our day so special. Their customer service team was tremendous leading up to the wedding by keeping us abreast of any changes to the drivers and their phone numbers. The drivers were fantastic and got all our guests to and from the venue with no problem whatsoever. All in all, they were exactly what we wanted and needed for our wedding. 10/10 would recommend to anyone getting married or planning an event in the area. Thank you, Rills! -

My husband communicated with Rill's and helped organized our transportation. From my husband's accounts, they were professional, on time, and flexible. We had many out of town guests and Rill's was able to take 2 stops to 2 different hotels. They were also able to cater to us last minute when some potential guests could not make it to the wedding last minute. Rill's is a regular vendor at Thorpewood and it was obvious they knew the drill there. Very minor critique: We (bride and groom) heard their bus running at dinner. We don't know why. Overall, we were happy and we would recommend them to anyone who is going to have a wedding at Thorpewood! -

Rill's is a Frederick local, family owned shuttle service and we could not be happier that we chose them for our special day. They were patient and worked with us to solidify pickup and drop off details, and we very much appreciate that. Great experience. -

We used Rill's for our hotel shuttle on our wedding day and they were fantastic! Rill's is responsive and easy to work with. We were very pleased with the communication and attention to detail from their staff. Our guests were brought to our wedding venue on time as scheduled and we didn't have to worry about a thing!
