  Run, don't walk! Best vendor I had for my wedding

  If you're looking for a day-of-coordinator, Brittnie at Ride or Bride Events is your girl! I cannot express how at ease I felt the day of my wedding knowing that she was taking charge and made sure the day ran smoothly. My wedding day was comprised of 4 different locations (hair and makeup, church, pictures, reception) and timing was going to be super tight. Brittnie met with my husband and I well in advance before our wedding to discuss all the details. Not only that, she offered her insight as a professional when I was stressed/over making decisions. She made sure we stayed on time that day and ran the show at my cocktail hour while I was at pictures. She was so prepared and had a whole carry one worth of knick knacks; when I got a stain on my dress, she didn't hesitate and immediately began removing it in a discrete way. Her pricing is also very fair for the work she does. I can't recommend her enough--run, don't walk!

  The Best Wedding Coordinator!!!

  Brittnie was an INCREDIBLE addition to our team of wedding vendors. From our very first phone call, it was clear that she was going to help ease all of the stress I was feeling about the wedding planning process- and she did!! Brittnie was an extremely valuable resource throughout the months leading up to our big day, and her interactive checklist was a life-saver. On the day of the wedding, she was truly responsible for making our day perfect. Brittnie kept us organized and ensured the day ran smoothy, while we were able to relax and have fun! She was always there to help whether it was with photo arrangements, fixing my veil, magically getting stains off my dress, shoe switches, anything and everything we could think of needing assistance with. Most importantly, Brittnie made it feel like we had another dear friend there with us throughout the day and I am so grateful that she was a part of our wedding experience.

  Logistical Expert

  Brittnie is truly a rockstar! I had the pleasure of working with Brittnie to plan my bachelorette party in Tulum, Mexico. Brittnie seamlessly took the lead with all details, including planning and coordinating the itinerary (making reservations, planning transportation, booking accommodations, planning meals, etc.) all while effortlessly communicating with me and my guests. There was not one single logistical hiccup throughout the entire trip, thanks to Brittnie. If I had a quick question about a reservation, Brittnie promptly responded, never leaving us guessing or wondering what happens next. I could not have planned this trip without Brittnie or Ride or Bride Events!

  THE BEST!!! The first time meeting (virtually) with Brittnie she was not only a breath of fresh air but she quickly eased all my wedding planning anxiety. She is professional, extremely organized, and her passion for her business is quite evident. She guides you through the DOs and DONTs, offers her advice/suggestions when needed and ensures your wedding day goes perfectly!! She goes above and beyond and truly exceeds all of your wedding day expectations!!

  Could not recommend more!

  I didn’t know how important a wedding coordinator was until I met Brittnie! She truly set us up for success on the best day of our lives. From the beginning she relieved all our stress by making sure all the little details of our day came together exactly as we imagined. Brittnie coordinated with all our vendors and the the staff of our venue to ensure a smooth sailing day, she even helped some of our vendors set up and complete some of their tasks!
  
  My husband and I had multiple meetings with Brittnie in the weeks leading up to our wedding. We reviewed with her what we had planned and the times restrictions and needs given to us by our vendors and the venue. She then created a day of timeline and made sure all our vendors were aware of the timeline. She made sure our wedding party was where they needed to be at the time they needed to be there and made sure all my wedding decor was set up the way I envisioned it. She stayed with us the entire day, making sure everything went as perfect as we imagined it. She advocated for us if something wasn’t going the way we imagined it. I know for a fact our day would not have gone as smoothly as it did without Brittnie and we are forever grateful for her!

  Best money spent!

  I went back and forth about if I needed a Day of Coordinator since my venue had its own coordinator - it was the best decision we could have made. We had tons of day of issues with our venue and some of our other vendors, and Brittnie handled EVERYTHING so we didn’t have to worry about it. If we hadn’t had her, I’m pretty sure the day would have ended in tears. She managed all issues that came up and made sure that we didn’t need to worry about anything. My husband even said “she could have charged triple and it would have been worth it”. Can’t recommend her enough!

I was convinced that we didn’t need a day of coordinator because I was so organized in planning, but felt overwhelmed as the wedding got closer. Brittnie stepped in and streamlined literally EVERYTHING! Our wedding day went so smoothly and we didn’t have to think about a thing. One of my vendors almost forgot to show up and Brittnie had it handled and rectified with me barely knowing about it. I recommend Ride or Bride Events to everyone I know that is engaged, don’t hesitate when it comes to booking them!
