I recently had the pleasure of using Richmond Photo Booth for our wedding, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Andrea was incredibly professional. She was not only super helpful, but her upbeat personality added so much enjoyment to the event.
The photo booth was a HUGE HIT among our guests! Everyone could not get over how great they looked in the pictures printed. Andrea was amazing at directing our guest to add a one of their pictures to our guest book. Now we have a beautiful keepsake of our special day. Energizing and fun activity!
We worked with Richmond PhotoBooth for a graduation event and it was a great experience! These events, while always fun, can also be a bit awkward at the start. Adding in the photo booth this year was a game changer. Folks were excited to give it a shot and it brought an extra energy to the room while folks were mingling prior to the graduation program. We all loved that we could text the photos and gifs to ourselves in real time! Andrea was wonderful to work with - replied promptly, worked within our budget, and was just as kind as can be. Really fun for guests, perfect guestbook alternative
Our guests LOVED the photobooth. We’re so happy we decided to add one to our reception. It was easy to book and make decisions about templates and backgrounds. We really enjoy looking over the book. We didn’t do a traditional guestbook, so this was a great alternative. We also liked that everyone got a printout and/or could text the pictures. If you’re on the fence about a photobooth, we definitely suggest Richmond Photobooth to add something special to your wedding!

Awesome on-the-spot photos, friendly staff, good value
We loved using the photobooth! Our attendant (John) was very professional and people enjoyed having him at the wedding running the booth. Guests could take home photos on the spot from the photobooth and put them in our guest book (almost all our guests did this which is awesome!)
We were able to take the guest book home right away, and received digital copies of all photos after.

Andrea was a DREAM to work with!! From the second we booked she was always responsive and helpful! The photobooth set up and breakdown on our wedding day was quick, and a HUGE hit with our guests. They loved going and taking quick pics or gifs with the photobooth! My favorite part was the fact we got every picture taken, composed into a gallery digitally! My husband and I have loved going through and looking at what everyone took! I was hesitant on booking a photobooth, but I am SO GLAD I did and even more happy I booked with Richmond Photo Booth!!

Truly the easiest vendor to work with during our wedding planning! Andrea is so quick to respond and answered all of my questions thoroughly! She is so sweet and wrote us a post card prior to our big day. That simple little added touch goes so far. The process was very clear and simple! We chose the option with a guest book and got duplicates of each picture that was taken in the booth that night- definitely recommend this add on! When we picked up our things from the venue the next morning, our photo book was waiting for us and it was so fun to look through that next day. We love Richmond PhotoBooth and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a photo booth option for their wedding!!!!!

We've been to a lot of weddings and have seen our fair share of photo booths, but none come to mind that were as flawless and professional as Richmond Photobooth! They could not have been more accommodating pre-wedding and making sure the vibe we were going for was just right. Andrea was amazing with setting up (you could have blinked and missed it, super impressive) and giving us direction on who to jump in with and what to do. The photos look fantastic and one month later our friends are still sharing them around with each other and remembering the good times. 10/10, wouldn't have changed a thing!

Perfect Photo Booth experience!
This was first time planning a big event and I thought a photo booth would be a nice way to capture memories and be able to share them with friends. I contacted other vendors, but Andrea stood out. She was everything we needed - fast, reliable, professional and just a really pleasant person to work with! The agreement and prep were straightforward. Day of the set up was exactly as promised, perfectly set up, incredibly professional and looked cool. The resulting pics and gifs were AMAZING! I was incredibly pleased with the quality of the photos and the gifs were so fun and so easy to share. Loved the whole experience and would definitely recommend.

Do not hesitate to book Richmond Photobooth! The photobooth was an absolute HIT at our wedding. We’ve always been a group who loves a good photo opt and Richmond Photo booth did not disappoint! We got to choose our backdrop and our layout for the prints which turned out so beautifully! A few days before our event we decided to add props and Richmond Photobooth made the adjustment smoothly despite the short notice. The props were SO FUN! I was absolutely obsessed with the blue phone since it matched our wedding colors so well. Our photobooth attendant was amazing, he got everyone so excited about the props and made sure everyone signed our guestbook (which often gets missed at weddings). If you book them get the photo album guestbook! It was reasonably priced, and we’ll always have it to look back on our event. It includes a copy of each photo taken and your guests can sign next to their photos! We will forever cherish ours. The text feature did not seem to work at our event, guests said they put their number in for a digital copy but never received it, but this was fine since Richmond Photobooth provides all the digitals within 20 days of the event, I just made a google drive and posted it so everyone could save the photos they wanted. Our guests and us had a blast! 10/10! Book Richmond Photobooth, you won’t regret it!

The Perfect Wedding Photo Booth
Wow, Richmond PhotoBooth blew us away on our wedding day. There was a line at the Photo Booth all night long! The attendants were outstanding and the props were so much fun. They were able to bring our vision of our photo strips to life and the backdrop they provided was perfect. We loved having the Guest Book by the Photo Booth and our guests could insert their Photo Strips into the book with their own personal message. On top of that, they offered digital copies of the Photo Strips to be sent via text and viewable on an online gallery. Our wedding day wouldn't have been the same without Richmond PhotoBooth. A total HIT at our wedding
Richmond Photo Booth was amazing at our wedding this past month! Andrea was quick to respond to emails with any questions I had and the concierge there day-of was super sweet and made sure everyone received their pictures AND kept a stash of any photo strips that my husband and/or I were in and gave it to us at the end of the night so we did not have to worry about it! About a week or so after the wedding we received digital copies of EVERY photo taken at the photo booth which was a blast to look through after our honeymoon.

I'm a horrible planner and was down to the wire with my wedding but they were very quick with responding and their process is extremely easy. You just tell them what template you want for your photos, any extras (like funny masks or hats), and your backdrop and they do the rest. No fuss, as the bride I didn't hear of any issues, which is exactly perfect.

Wonderful and fun addition to our wedding!
Richmond PhotoBooth was amazing! Andrea was very communicative and worked with me on what I wanted the printed photos to look like. There were so many great backgrounds to choose from and the props were great too. It was such a fun way to capture some extra moments with guests. Andrea even did a special photo booth shoot for my Husband and I which I really appreciated - things get busy during the wedding and I'm not sure we would have remembered to get one of just the two of us. I absolutely love how all of the photos turned out. I highly recommend their service!

If you’re looking for a Photo Booth vendor, I urge you not to look further. We were so lucky to have worked with Andrea and Richmond Photo Booth. It was one of the biggest if not the biggest hit at our wedding. Andrea was extremely accommodating even if we booked with her last minute. She answered all questions and had the most amazing backdrops. All of the options you can choose from are well thought out and the photos are modern, classy and clean. We opted for the photo book that guests signed with every single photo guests took in the book and this is something we will always have to look back on our wedding. Andrea herself was also very friendly and great with our guests. Our wedding would have not been as fun if it wasn’t for Richmond Photo Booth. We will be recommending to all friends and family. Fun photo additions!
We are so glad we hired Richmond Photo Booth for our wedding! Andrea was so upbeat, fun and easy to work with. Their packages are very well thought out and organized, and they are pros in terms of day of logistics. We of course cherish the professional wedding photos we also have from our photographer, but are glad we added the photo booth for a more fun, laid back spin on things. Everyone got very into the props and let loose in the photo booth giving us a set of very fun memories to look back on for years to come. Also 10/10 recommend getting the album, it was a joy to look through the very next day while excitement is still high!

Excellent impulsive addition to our wedding - hire her
Richmond PhotoBooth was the cherry on top of our July 23 wedding! Andrea and her attendant were so gracious and fun as they explained to our guests what to do and when to smile :) Andrea was always so prompt to emails and planning - even after I reached back out for her availability 6 months later again.
Everyone loved getting to keep their photos and get their digital copies too! Many family members expressed feeling surprised that Andrea actually followed through with an email of their photos after the event. I just received the digital photos from the entire night in a gallery and I was so happily surprised! Oh and we added the guestbook to our plan. We received a wonderful guestbook, signed by all our guests with some printed copies of photos from the booth! The packaging was super cute 🥰
I’d also like to say - I loved the bilingualism that Andrea brought to our wedding, it made my side of the family very happy and they felt seen. It’s one of the reasons I wanted Richmond Photo Booth as our vendor - an impulsive last minute addition to our wedding and one of our best choices.

An absolute hit
I added a photo booth on fairly last minute and was so glad I did!! We did the Kardashian photo booth which was fabulous black and white photos without any of the corny props. Super chic and turned out fantastic. Everyone loved it!! Andrea was super easy to work with.

Such a hit and a favorite party favor!
Richmond Photo Booth was an absolute HIT at our wedding on July 30th. Andrea was so wonderful to work with in planning what we wanted to get out of our photo booth & the attendant who worked the wedding was also so much fun to work with, although I forgot her name. Everyone loved that they could get the pictures printed & sent to their phones! We are so excited to get all of the pictures back & see how much fun everyone had with it!

Made the party!
The photo booth made our reception even more fun! Everyone flocked to it and had a great time taking pictures. I absolutely LOVED having the photo booth at the wedding! It was definitely my favorite part and my guests loved it. I did the guest book add-on, and I've already looked at it at least 5 times. Highest Quality Photobooth EVER!
Stop searching and contemplating and book Richmond Photobooth!! Seriously the highest quality Photobooth I’ve ever encountered and having them at my wedding was a huge highlight of the night. We were lucky to have the founder, Andrea, as our attendant and she did an amazing job making sure people knew what to do, provided fun props, and kept the line moving because it was so popular.
If you’re looking for those Kardashian-type photos, this is your vendor. The customization abilities for the prints are really whatever you want them to be and overall working with Andrea’s team was a breeze. Our guests just could not get over the QUALITY and CLARITY of the photos and prints, unmatched by anyone else I looked at.
Highly recommend adding the guest book bc it’s amazing quality as well and such a fun, cute way to look back on the night!! Thank you so much Andrea! Will be searching for another reason to have Richmond Photobooth at some future event!! Book it!! :)

Totally book this photobooth
I just got my downloadable photos back from Richmond Photobooth and they are all incredibly gorgeous. I did a photo strip guestbook and I loved being able to look back on all my guests’ notes and pictures. The design process was very easy and simple and there were plenty of designs to choose from. My guests all had a blast with the funny and cute props. I highly recommend!

The Second Star of my Wedding!
I’ll start this by saying I’m a big fan of a wedding photo booth- I’ve always enjoyed them as a wedding guest and naturally wanted to give my guests this experience as well. It’s a great souvenir for your guests, fun for sober folks and those who are drinking alike-it’s always a hit.
That said, Andrea and her team at Richmond Photobooth blow the competition out of the water. Andrea provides an incredible level of service, before, after, and most importantly, during the event as she managed the photobooth. She was super involved-helping with poses, props and getting everyone their physical prints and mobile copies. The photo quality was absolutely incredible, and the choices of backdrops and print templates were all so great, the hardest part was deciding which I liked best!
We received so many compliments on Andrea and her team at Richmond Photobooth and I am so happy we found them! If you’re getting married in Virginia, you don’t need to look any further for a great source of entertainment and overall value-it’s the best money you’ll spend!!

Stop what you are doing and book Richmond PhotoBooth!
I would highly recommend working with Richmond PhotoBooth! Not only was it extremely easy to coordinate with the company on the front end, but the staff was on time, professional, friendly, and took care of everything. I didn't have to worry about a thing, which was such a relief on such a busy day. All of our absolutely loved the photobooth and wished they had taken even more pictures! We chose to use the photobooth during our cocktail hour, idle hour during dinner, and then open during the reception. We also opted for the guest book add on and absolutely love being able to flip through our photo album of funny photobooth pictures as well as notes from our family and friends. In addition to the hard copies of pictures that both our guests received and the second copy put in the guest book, we were also sent the digital copies of all of the photos a couple weeks after our wedding. This was the perfect combination of a fun activity, guest favor, and gift to us!! I cannot recommend this company enough!!!

We used Richmond Photobooth for our wedding at Main Street Station and it was great. Andrea is very responsive and the ordering process is clear and easy. The attendant manning the both was excellent. She was really engaged and facilitated excellent pictures. We ordered the photobook and it is a great keepsake. Highly recommended!

Having a Photo Booth at our wedding was so much fun. All our guest loved it and we used it as our party favors. They were really nice and fun to work with. They helped a lot with the design of our photos. It was nice to have a digital copy of all the photos taken throughout the night sent to us about 3 weeks later. I would highly recommend booking them!

The best photobooth in RVA!
We loved using Richmond Photobooth at our wedding reception! It was a fun activity for our guests to do and we loved seeing all the photos after. Andrea sends you a digital photobook of all your guests prints and it's definitely a laugh! Highly recommend using this company!

The best!!
I said the same thing on facebook, but all I can say is 10/10!! I have been to many weddings with photobooths and (selfishly) I have to say I am so glad we had Andrea at ours! The photos came out amazing! What I think also set Richmond Photobooth apart was her great recommendations for poses and interaction with the guests. It really helped keep things fun and flowing - instead of people getting up there and running out of ideas. People also LOVED the unique props. She was also so willing to help us create a custom template that matched out wedding theme, and create a package that aligned with our budget and schedule. I really can't recommend enough!

Easy Breezy Perfect!

Loved working with Richmond Photo Booth!
I am SO happy we decided to work with Richmond Photo Booth at our wedding. Andrea was so helpful and caring - I really enjoyed working with her! She helped a lot when we had an unexpected family emergency while planning my wedding. Also, the guests all told me how much fun they had at the photo booth and it was so wonderful seeing them post all their photobooth pics on social media the next day! I definitely recommend purchasing the photobooth book it is such a great memory.

Such a fun addition to our reception!
We used Richmond PhotoBooth for our wedding at the Jefferson Hotel, and it was a blast. Our guests loved the PhotoBooth— everyone raved about how fun it was, and the photos were hilarious. The props were festive and made the photos so cute. Andrea was incredibly helpful leading up to the wedding. She always responded quickly to my emails and had lots of helpful advice about which packages would be best for us. They also have lots of amazing backdrops to choose from! They customize the look of your photo prints, so they were able to incorporate my wedding monogram beautifully into the design. I’m really happy I used them, not only because the photos were awesome, but also because the set up was really sleek and didn’t take away from the look of our reception. In fact, it added to it! We put the booth in the room with the bar and it definitely drew a crowd :) Another thing I loved was that they give you unlimited prints at the wedding and will also email you digital copies of all of the photos afterwards, so that you can see all of the photos of your guests. I would highly recommend using their photobooth!

Best Photobooth in Richmond, VA!!
We cannot thank Andrea, owner of Richmond Photobooth, LLC, for all of her help at our reception this past July. We knew that having a photobooth was a must for our event and Andrea did not disappoint with fun background options, upscale and cute props and endless templates for the actual photo prints. She even did a few revisions to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. We also opted for the Photobook guest album and that was a great way for us to get photos of guests and also have them sign the book vs. having a separate guest book. The day of the event was seamless and many of our guests have commented on how cool and calm Andrea was...despite some of us being a bit too intoxicated. Thanks for everything, Andrea & Richmond Photo Booth!!

Engagement Party
We added Richmond Photo Booth to our Son and fiance's engagement party instead of a photographer and so happy we did. The photo booth added another layer of fun and interaction for everyone. Recieving the photos afterwards and seeing how much your guests enjoyed themselves, was an added bonus. Andrea is so sweet, easy to work with and very professional. Add a little fun to your party!!! Richmond PhotoBooth simply blew us away!! From the initial booking process, to the gallery they send over after the event, everything was flawless and beautifully managed! Every single guest at our wedding had so much fun in the PhotoBooth! They make it SO easy, providing props, running the camera, and sending or printing your photos on the spot. It was a huge hit, and everyone loved it! I cannot recommend this small business enough! They were always professional, kind, and worked with me to get my vision exactly how I wanted! So much fun!
Andrea and her team were amazing! She was very responsive to e-mails and the staff with the Photobooth were professional but fun. Everyone had so much fun using the Photobooth at our wedding. Andrea was understanding and flexible having to reschedule or date due to COVID-19. Everyone still had fun while being safe. They had two props for just my husband and I to use. It is still very fun sans props for guests! We opted for the guestbook and I would urge others to get it as well. It is such a fun memory to have all the photos and sweet notes for out guests! Would 10/10 recommend!

The best photobooth and pics I have ever seen. The quality of the prints and digital copy is great! They have photo props that are able to wipe down to sanitize. Andrea personality is so outgoing . we really enjoy working with her. Great price . Even better quality and service . Highly recommend.

So easy to work with- amazing value

Andrea is the absolute best. We were going to have a different photo booth at our wedding, but they ended up cancelling 2 months out due to COVID-19. Andrea responded to me almost right away when I submitted an inquiry on their website and helped get me a price that was comparable to what I was paying with the other photo booth. They have several pretty backgrounds you can choose from, and you can personalize the printouts as well. We got the package with the guest book and it is amazing. Our guests had a BLAST at the photo booth all night long, and I know that because I get to keep all the photos they took!!! If you're looking for a photo booth in Richmond, look no further than Richmond PhotoBooth.
