On wedding day she dropped off the personal flowers to my hotel with 0 hassle and set up the flowers at the venue quickly and efficiently. Really happy with how it all came out. Stunning Tropical Elegance
From day 1 Maja fully understood our vision for our wedding. We wanted mostly greenery with accents of orange, yellow and red tropical flowers. Our clear chuppah with a simple but lush arrangement above made for a show-stopping ceremony. I can't begin to thank her enough for bringing our vision to life. She was so helpful in coordinating with vendors and meeting with us whenever we needed her to. Our florals were absolutely perfect and I wouldn't change a thing. Cost-wise her prices are more than fair and the value you get from her alone is worth every penny. I hope to be able to use her floral services in the future and will recommend her to everyone I know getting married in south Florida. Maja is truly one of a kind and I'm so grateful to her. -

I was and am very grateful for the work that Ribiero Events contributed to my wedding. Maja was very responsive to all of my questions and concerns in the weeks leading up to the wedding. She was able to take inspiration pictures and bring it to life. I did not have to worry about any of the details. She was also able to bring my bouquet and groomsmen flowers prior to the wedding to the hotel so that we can get pictures beforehand. Overall my wedding was absolutely beautiful and I could not have done it without their help -

From the first consultation, their team was incredibly attentive and took the time to understand exactly what I was envisioning. They offered creative ideas and ensured the flowers and decor would perfectly match the vibe I wanted—elegant yet relaxed, fresh but with a sophisticated edge.
On the big day, the arrangements were nothing short of breathtaking. The bouquets, centerpieces, and installations all featured the most gorgeous mix of greenery, whites, and subtle touches of texture that gave everything a clean, natural, yet elevated feel. My Dream, Minimalistic Florals!
From start to finish, Maja was an absolute dream to work with. I was nervous that I would not be able to communicate my vision for my wedding florals/decor accurately, but Maja put my mind at ease from the first conversation we had. Stunning, Stress-Free, and Caring
Ribiero events was unbelievable! Every time I reached out I got the opportunity to speak to the owner Maja and she was honestly amazing. She was professional, understanding, and very much willing. I communicated with her what the idea and vision was for my wedding and not only did she recreate but completely exceeded my expectations. Every time I spoke to her she made me more and more excited for my big day. She shared how excited she was for us and that felt so nice to hear. It was stress free and extremely easy every time I spoke to her. She reassured me that everything would turn out beautiful and it honestly did with her help. The best part was when I met her not only was she amazing but so was her team. I arrived at the venue and her husband was more than willing to help. Maja is the nicest, most energetic and kind event/flower wedding planner I have ever met with. She’s a great listener and very attentive. I gave her an idea of MIXED themes that I wanted for my wedding (boho chic, whimsical, pop of bright colors but also delicate) haha and she knew exactly what I had pictured in my mind!! She gave us a dream wedding with her gorgeous flower arrangements and amazing service. She was on time, calm and her happiness brighten up the room when she came in to hand me my bouquet! Amazing "star wars adjacent" wedding
Maja & her team were absolutely a DREAM to work with. My husband and I got married on May 4, 2023 - STAR WARS day, because my husband is a HUGE fan, I have become a fan over the years, hence why the "adjacent" word comes in, as I still wanted my elegant garden wedding, while of course, including elements of Star Wars. My interactions with Maja during the planning stages were nothing short of professional, inspiring and helpful. I shared with her my ideas and vision for the day. I trusted her vision as well, and the result of everything- left both myself, my husband, and guests in awe of everything. Luckily for us Maja and her husband are also fans, so it made the journey that much more fun. My bouqet was in a 15 year old light saber, created with love, my husband and all his groomsmen had lego star wars pieces attached to their boutonnieres, there were elements of Star wars at the table as well. The floral and decorations were tasteful, simple and elegant. we absolutely loved our arch, sweetheart table, table center pieces for dinner and cocktail hour. Maja even helped me with getting the last minute things done for the wedding, a life saver. My husband, who can be skeptical was also blown out of the water and so excited to see my light saber bouquet and how beautiful our ceremony turned out. We can honestly go on for days about how wonderful Maja is, and of course her team, not to mention how sweet, friendly, understanding and helpful she is. If you are seeking for a thoughtful team to bring your floral dreams and decorations to life, HIRE RIBEIRO EVENTS NOW! Additionally, we are from NYC, had our wedding in Miami, which was a little nerve wracking during the planning process, but again, working with Maja, ceased any doubts, I was confident in her work and the wedding is a testament to that exactly. She calmed all my nerves with ease and I received so many compliments on the flowers and decor the day of. Even our Venue was blown away. Not to mention what an absolute Sweetheart she is and delight to work with. My photographer recommended her and I will owe her forever. -

Words cannot describe how truly amazing Maja is, not only to work with but in her awe-inspiring designs and floral work. Maja goes beyond the call of duty in everything she does, and her level of responsiveness is unlike any other I’ve encountered in any service based business I’ve dealt with. She is truly a joy to work with, and her incredible floral and decor talents made our wedding day beyond anything we could have imagined. Beyond my expectations
I am a recent bride that got married at Villa Woodbine, Maja was an absolute blessing. She was always so calming and nothing was ever a concern or worry. She was very professional but also very personable. Maja was so easy to talk to and was always available. I changed my floral vision about 2 weeks out, added tables and added rectangular tables which required a different arrangement and Maja over delivered. When I saw the reception, it took my breath away. It was absolutely beautiful, beyond anything I could have imagined. I was in disbelief that this was MY WEDDING. To be completely transparent, she is extremely honest and fair with her pricing, I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of, she made me feel like it was a joy to be a part of my day. And for that I am so honored. I would work with her a million times over. -

Maja was our month of planner and provided flowers for our wedding in Fort Lauderdale. She was amazing to work with and extremely helpful with tips and advice for our big day. Was able to keep from stressing out with so many moving parts. Wedding florals
The flowers for our wedding surpassed our expectations. Everything from the floral chupah to the bouquets to the boutonniéres were exquisite. We asked for colorful wildflowers and they certainly delivered. Highly recommend this vendor for wedding florals!!!! -

Creative. Elegant & timeless
I met Maja when I toured my venue she was setting up for another wedding at living sculptures sanctuary in davie Florida she was so personable and instantly I felt she understood my vision for our wedding. I gave her just some thoughts on colors and types of flowers but ultimately my husband and I said just to for it be creative with elegance and subtle hints of color. Overall Ribeiro pulled it off! We had a combination of tall eucalyptus and white centerpieces with globes and candles and short centerpieces to match out theme or sweatheart tables was exactly what we wanted and my bouquet and the entire wedding party was elegant, timeless with beautiful whites. Soft color/ blush and eucalyptus . We absolutely give Ribeiro a 5 out of 5 for making the best day of our life even more beautiful! -

I never had a worry while planning our wedding for 14 months because she was there every step of the way. Everyone commented on how calm of a bride I was and my response was always “I can be so calm because I know Maja is there to help!”. She is great at communicating and always checked in to make sure I was happy and kept our wedding planning on track. Our florals were so unique and perfect for our aesthetic and arranged so beautifully as centerpieces, along the aisle, for our bouquets, and as our arch. Maja, wow. Your work took my breath away. From our very first interaction bonding over our love for the office- you were so personable, professional, and accommodating.
Maja took my vision board and what I described over countless rambling emails what I pictured for our day and worked her magic to create a BEAUTIFUL wedding for us. Our wedding cake was stunning, we received so many compliments! My wildflower bouquet was PERFECT, the colors, all of the different types of flowers she chose for me- it was better than i could’ve imagined.
Our ceremony arch, the sweet heart table- you can just see how passionate she is about her work. Our centerpieces tied everything together I still can’t decide which of the 3 types were my favorite! It was just magical.
I had the idea of having my bridesmaids make their own bouquets and boutonnières and Maja accommodated my request without hesistation and delivered all of the flowers and supplies to us it was a great memory for me to have with my girls & I thank you for that.

Breathtaking Execution, Superior Value and Unparalleled Attention to Detail
Maya is the most talented florist I have ever worked with. We gave her concept photos for our son's wedding at Vizcaya and, with no other direction, she executed the most beautiful centerpieces and bouquets imaginable. Her work was absolutely breathtaking. When I arrived at Vizcaya I wept at the beauty she had created. She was responsive, helpful and accommodating. When 10 days before the wedding we discovered we had failed to order tables, chairs and linens for the sit-down formal dinner, she stepped in and arranged for everything. Her pricing was significantly less than the other vendors we consulted as well. If I could award he 100 stars for her service and creations I would. Maja was so responsive since day one, she helped me with every single thing I asked for! Made my vision come to life. She made Chuppah hanging wisteria, with the most amazing Centre pieces on tables. It looked like a dream! The weather was so challenging and windy for the chuppah(not her fault or problem) yet she made so many trips to the house to make every thing is secure and safe, went out of her way! And believe me when I say not all business owners do that!
She loves what she does and it’s shows! She doesn’t do it only for the money! Her clients are very important to her! And as of today she is important to me!

From the beginning of planning, Maja was so helpful and sweet and she ensured me that she could make my floral dreams come true. I initially worked with Maja on flowers. Then I also chose her to be my planner last minute. She is amazing.
