  We were so impressed with her thoughtfulness, professionalism, and care-- walking us through all of the steps from planning to album design. Lisa is the best! We appreciate great photography and wanted our wedding photography to feel effortless and natural, and authentic. Lisa's work is all that and more. It's really different -- Expertly tailored yet natural-feeling photos.

  My husband are extremely pleased by the high level of professionalism and service provided by Rhineheart Photography. Jen and Tom make a great team and provided took both our engagement and wedding photographs. Their easy to work with and make you so comfortable in front of the camera. They listened to what we wanted and us and took absolutely beautiful photographs!

  Jenn and Karen were awesome! They made us feel super comfortable and fit right in with our bridal party! Jenn was very organized and made sure we got the shots we wanted. She was able to adjust to any situation and make the most of the time we had. Another feature we liked was we got a preview of some of our photos within 48 hours of the wedding. We would highly recommend her and her team!
  
  Update - 3/21/17 - It has been a year and half and we have still not received our wedding album or portrait. Jenn has been non-responsive to calls, texts, emails, or FB messages after multiple attempts. We are fortunate to have gotten our pictures after many requests but are extremely disappointed that our photographer has stopped all communication and has not fulfilled her contract.

  My husband and I booked Jenn Rhinehart to photograph our wedding. At the event she did a great job capturing our special moments. However, our wedding was over three months ago and we have yet to get our pictures. I have tried to contact Jenn many times and she has not responded. At this point my husband and I are devastated because we do not know the state of our photos. We paid a large amount of money and are disappointed with her lack of communication and professionalism. We would not recommend her.
