absolutely amazing!!!
Working with Erin & her team from beginning to end was truly a blessing. She and her team are so knowledgeable, and were extremely helpful throughout our entire process of the wedding planning. RGNY was the first and only venue we viewed at in person and immediately we knew it was the one for us.
The venue was spectacular. Our October wedding had absolutely perfect weather—blue skies, stunning fall foliage, and the vineyards at their peak. The outdoor ceremony on the vines was breathtaking, and from there, cocktail hour in the tent and the reception in the barn flowed beautifully. We appreciated that they provided nearly all the essentials, including the tent, which some other venues don't offer. The getting ready suites were also excellent, and the space comfortably accommodated our 170 guests with plenty of room for a lively dance floor. The horse stables added a fantastic and unique touch that our guests loved.
RGNY is truly a special place with spectacular people helping you every step of the way. And the wine is wonderful too! I wouldn't recommend them more!

Absolutely MAGICAL!!!
Our wedding was truly the best day ever! From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded every expectation. The venue itself is stunning - every corner is picture-perfect, and our guests have not stopped talking about how beautiful it was.
The staff was just as incredible - specifically, Julia and Ashley. They were warm, organized, and genuinely invested in making sure everything ran smoothly and that we had everything we could ever need. We felt so supported throughout the entire process, and on the wedding day they handled every detail seamlessly so we could simply enjoy the moment.
The ambiance and overall atmosphere created the most magical day we could have imagined. We look back at our photos and videos and are reminded all over again how special this place truly is. And the best part? We can go back whenever we please to relive it over and over again.
If you're considering RGNY for your wedding, do not hesitate. It was the best decision we made. We'd choose this venue a thousand times over.-

The best day
RGNY had us sold immediately upon touring. The grounds are beautiful and out of other vineyards we toured, they included so much. They had tables/chairs, a kitchen, and bathrooms making it pretty easy. The girls were so quick to answer questions/emails + dropping off decor the day before was so easy. 10/10
The only thing that was exhausting was choosing/communicating with caterers. I only mention this bc they do have an exclusive list of caterers you HAVE TO choose from, most of which were hard to get in touch with and not accommodating, but that’s not the venues fault.
We had a great night, and definitely recommend RGNY. -

Wedding at RGNY
Our wedding at RGNY was perfection! From the venue and breathtaking views to the support and hard work from the staff! Erin was always available and so supportive through the entire process and truly made my wedding day a dream ! We have NOTHING that we would change about our favorite day !! -

The most gorgeous, dreamy wedding venue!
RGNY was the wedding venue of our dreams. The entire grounds are absolutely stunning. The venue had everything we were looking for. You get access to so many different areas of the property including the beautiful sailcloth tent, the lawn in front of the vines, the rose garden, and the incredible barn. For what we paid, it felt like we had multiple venues! Having tables and chairs included was also a huge plus. The event team was easy to work with and answered all of our questions as we had them. They were a great resource when it came to finding vendors and setting up our day. And the best part is, this is a venue we can come back to for anniversaries or special occasions to celebrate in the tasting room! I would highly recommend this as your wedding venue! -

RGNY is Amazing!!
We were married at RGNY this past weekend and I couldn't recommend the venue more! The grounds are absolutely beautiful, and every where you turn there is a special area filled with charm. From the barn, vines, tent, horse carroll, bridal suite, gazebo, catering kitchen - RGNY has all of the infrastructure in place needed for a seamless wedding, while giving your guests a new environment and surprise throughout each part of the night.
We had to use a rain plan for our weekend, and it was still completely seamless and beautiful. RGNY is a great choice for a North Fork wedding that has a rural but glamorous feel. Also, the photo opportunities on the ground were endless.
The team at RGNY are so helpful, professional, kind, caring, and patient. They are responsive and organized, and are truly experts in hosting beautiful weddings . Giving a special shoutout to Tiffany from the RGNY team who was able to rescue me from a wedding dress mishap, and she did so with such care and compassion. There are 3 team members that assisted with our wedding, and we felt completely supported and guided by them.
I highly recommend this venue! -

A beautiful venue for our wedding
We are so glad we chose RGNY for our wedding! They were accommodating through all of the planning and replanning of our wedding during the pandemic. Erin is so kind and helpful and she made our wedding run smoothly. The venue is beautiful outside and the barn was a great for our reception. We also loved that they added a tent for the cocktail hour. So many of our guests made comments about how great the venue was. We highly recommend it! -

Gorgeous rustic vineyard wedding
RGNY was the most spectacular wedding venue I could have ever imagined. It was a vineyard with a rustic updated barn. Our Ceremony & cocktail hour in the fall season right next to the vineyards was a dream come true. It wasn’t a catering hall feel, no bright colored lights, bleach white walls, instead it was a blank slate to add all the personal touches and design exactly what you want. The warm tea lights hanging in the barn were gorgeous. Our wedding was romantic and rustic. Erin is spectacular there ! She was our event manager and she makes the process super easy! RGNY gives you a list of approved vendors that they’ve personally vetted so you know you’re working with the best ! Erin allowed us to use some of our own vendors like DJ, photographer/ videographer, bakery. But it was nice to have a list of people to start with. Erin and her staff really do a terrific job to make the wedding run smoothly and we were beyond blessed to have worked so closely with her.
As for price it all depends on what you want and who you hire. We paid for A Friday night site fee and we had to purchase in advance a half bottle of wine per each guest that was 21 years of age. It was wonderful to do our wine tasting and we were able to choose our wines prior to our wedding. Then you choose your catering separately, your alcohol package, decor, baked goods, DJ, photographer/ videographer, rentals, etc( additional cost per vendor) RGNY really helps guide you and they were always so eager to keep communication between us prior to our event.-

Hidden Gem
RGNY really sets itself apart from other venues on the North Fork of LI. It’s not a catering hall and they have a private area separate from the tasting room to host your event. Our guest were amazed at the venue on our wedding day and we got quite a few “I’ve never been to a wedding like this before” comments from our guest. It almost feels like a local secret. When you walk into the barn and see the Edison lights lit up it really gives you that “whoa” feeling you are looking for on your wedding day. It’s kind of weird to mention the smell of a venue in a review, but so many guest made comments on how amazing the wood smells in the barn I had to mention it. You really got to step inside to experience it.
Erin was great to work with and very accommodating. She really gave us control to make RGNY our own and helped us out tremendously along the way. She was even able to make some last minute day of changes for us that were executed perfectly. Thank you Erin! -

Wonderful Wedding
RGNY was amazing! We were so lucky to have our wedding there, Erin made us feel so welcomed and ran everything so smoothly. Rgny is amazing
RGNY was outstanding. We truly do not have enough words to express our gratitude and appreciation for everything Erin and the RGNY team did to help us pull of an INCREDIBLE wedding. It really was beyond anything we ever imagined and having Erin there with us to make sure everything was seamless was a blessing! She made sure that everything was working in line with our vision and gave us space to breathe, relax and enjoy our day (which we worked so hard).
The facilities are BEAUTIFUL. The decor and service provided to us was first rate and RGNY could not have been more accommodating, patient, and FUN to work with. Our potentially stressful event was less stressful because of the professionalism of RGNY and it's staff. HIGHLY recommended. -

My husband and I had our reception at Martha Clara on 3/24/18. Everything was PERFECT! Molly was my bff by the end and we received so many compliments on her staff from everyone! The venue blew everyone away, even in March! We couldn’t have asked for anything more! We are hoping some of our family and friends get married at Martha Clara so we can go back! -

My husband and I were married at Martha Clara Vineyards on 10/07/2016. We had our ceremony and cocktail hour in the vineyard, then moved to the barn for our four hour reception. The most amazing component of having your wedding at this venue, is undeniably Molly O'Connor. From your initial venue showing through the end of your wedding night, Molly is there assisting you in every way - small or big - that you may need.
When we first viewed the venue, we already knew that we loved the vineyard. It was a place my husband and I frequently visited, and actually became engaged. We had no idea that the entire wedding process would be as easy and enjoyable; again, that's entirely due to Molly.
She was able to help us with everything we needed - she helped us in narrowing down a time of year; she helped us narrowing down the time of day; she helped us narrow down the wines we would be serving our guests; she helped us nail down the itinerary of the day; the list is endless. We relied on Molly with every question we had - and not only did she answer thoroughly, but promptly.
When you decide to have your wedding at Martha Clara Vineyards, you know that you will be taken care of. Not only did Molly play such a heavy role in our behind the scenes planning, but on the day of, she was up front and center at every important moment to ensure that things ran smoothly. We do not have enough words to thank her for all that she's done.
The venue lends itself to your creativity. It is a blank slate for you to customize the wedding of your dreams, rather than selecting "pre-set" packages that a catering hall will offer. The vineyard and the barn alike became our canvas. Our guests have complimented us on having a wedding that was a direct reflection of us. "Best wedding we've ever been to" is a phrase we hear often - it's because of the unique space, the outstanding wines, and the warm staff that backs the event. We are so happy to have hosted our wedding here! -

Martha Clara is a wonderful venue! We had our wedding there Memorial Day weekend and everything was perfect. Molly is AMAZING to work with, and makes the process so much easier. She is organized and communicative and full of great wisdom and recommendations. She's one of the main highlights of Martha Clara, but everything about it is great.
The barn was a perfect space for our 165-person reception, plus a 9-piece band. It's a great neutral palette for any type of decorations. We added bistro lighting in the barn, which looked beautiful, but it's not even necessary.
We had our ceremony and cocktail hour outside between the horse paddock and the vines, and it was absolutely beautiful. It was perfect to have both an indoor and outdoor space for the wedding. Everything about Martha Clara is just wonderful. We love the wine, too!
I highly recommend Martha Clara as a wedding venue! We're so happy we chose it! -

We had our wedding reception at Martha Clara Vineyards in November 2015. I had dreamed for a long time of having a vineyard wedding. I was so glad to find Martha Clara. The grounds and the Northville Barn are gorgeous. It was truly a fairytale location! Additionally, Molly, the event coordinator, was incredibly helpful. I couldn't imagine someone more kind and patient to help us sort the details in this stressful process. Molly was also extremely responsive to my many, many questions and concerns! Overall, we were so happy with our selection of Martha Clara for our wedding. -

I can't say enough positive things about working with Molly and her team at Martha Clara. Her communication is swift and clear, making the entire process as seamless and painless as possible. All details were laid out on the table right away. We only had a couple of months to plan our wedding, but she made us confident throughout the whole process. I have to say, the best thing about working with Molly is that she is as excited as you are about your event. She honestly seems to love her job and that's such a breath of fresh air. I see that she has a continuing relationship with her clients (one time when we took a look at the venue, she was allowing a previously married couple back into the place they spent their day), which I think speaks volumes. She makes great recommendations throughout everything, but is also willing to step back and allow seasoned professionals call the shots (as we had an amazing group of vendors behind us). She also has a great way of nudging you without seeming pushy. It's all very collaborative. If you're looking for a wedding venue that has rustic charm and a great, transparent group of people to work with, look no further. -

My now husband and I had our wedding this past Friday (in the middle o a hurricane) at Martha Clara vineyards. I just want to start off my saying Martha Clara's wedding planner, Molly O'Connor was one of the reasons we went with this vendor for our wedding because she was so nice, cool, helpful, and just was one of those people who go above and beyond. Martha Clara was our dream venue and knowing that it would rain and storm on our wedding day was stressful to say the LEAST. On our wedding day Molly and her team and Martha Clara went above and beyond to find a beautiful room for us to be married since outside was obviously out, she made sure everything was BEAUTIFUL, and PERFECT. We did not even notice the stupid weather and neither did our guests. We are still receiving calls that our wedding and Martha Clara was the best wedding they've ever been too. It was the most perfect day of our lives and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue and especially Molly!'n -

Our wedding was last weekend at Martha Clara and it was phenomenal. Seriously, the best day of our lives. Molly, the events coordinator, is fantastic, and a joy to work with. She was helpful, friendly, and patient with my million and 1 questions. Her knowledge about the venue and all details of the day made us confident in her every step of the way. The beauty of the vineyard was also incredible. We had our wedding in September, and the grapes were growing at their highest, and it was perfect for photos. Our ceremony and cocktail hour were outside by the vines, and many of our family and friends have told us it was the "best wedding they have ever went to," and that was mostly thanks to the natural beauty of this vineyard. The reception (dinner and dancing) is held in the Northville Barn , and it is a great rustic blank canvas that was a great space for our 155 guests. It can be lit up with bistro lights and transformed into the perfect event space. Although slightly pricier than catering hall options, I must say that for us, the experience was worth it to have something different and beautiful!!!! -

Martha Clara was the best and perfect spot for our wedding. Molly, the event coordinator was awesome. The night went smoothly and perfectly. There is nothing I'd change or complain about.

Martha Clara Vineyard was the perfect setting for our daughter and son-in-law to have the wedding that they'd dreamed of. Molly was a complete pleasure to work with!!!!!!! My husband and I are still beaming from our gorgeous wedding at Martha Clara! It was magical - and the main reason for the perfection was MC's event manager, Molly O'Connor. She is absolutely FABULOUS. We (parents included) sincerely loved working with her and would recommend her and the venue in a heartbeat. On top of Molly's incredible competence, the scenery is right out of a storybook and the vendors she recommends are spot on (FYI, we used Christopher Michael catering and Matt Murphy lighting - both were phenomenal).
If you are thinking of getting married here, book as early as you can as the summers clearly fill up quickly (we booked 15 months in advance). June was a great month, as everything was in full, beautiful bloom.
We can't thank Molly and her team enough for our spectacular day.

I cannot put into words how wonderful my wedding turned out at Martha Clara a few weeks ago. I could not imagine having to plan a wedding without Molly, who is the event manager. She was there EVERY step of the way, from the day we met to discuss what Martha Clara had to offer, to each of my "I'm having a crazy bride-moment-emails", and even until the last shuttle bus left our wedding to bring our guests back to the hotel (she was helping them onto the bus!) She and Martha Clara had an answer to my every question and concern, and not to mention great recommendations for other vendors. Guests are still raving about the band, food, etc., that Molly recommended. It has been about 2 and a half weeks since my wedding and if I could turn back time to relive every moment, I would. The site was beautiful, everything perfectly in place and manicured, I didn't have to stress for literally one second during the planning process about the ceremony or venue space. If you are looking for a stress free venue on the East End that is charming, beautiful, a great value, and full of warm, kind people, choose Martha Clara. Again, I cannot put into words how wonderful our whole experience was. I can't think of a single thing that went wrong, and I can't think of a single thing I would change. I feel incredibly lucky and privileged to have been able to work with Molly. -

From the moment my husband and I entered MVC to check it out for our wedding; we knew this was the place we wanted to get married. Molly O’Connor took us on an in-depth tour of the grounds, showing us the different options for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. We met with her a few more times between first visit and booking to address some concerns we had with other reviews from the past few years. Molly was honest, candid and sincere in all of her answers, about the issues of the past and former staff that were a part of that time period. We felt completely confident and booked for our July 2012 wedding. For the next 12 months, she was there for us every step of the way. Even the most minor questions, we responded to quickly, and efficiently. We became to really feel comfortable with her, like we had known her for years. From our wine selection tasting, to bringing our parents and friends by to see the location, Molly was just irreplaceable in our wedding planning process. Some people make it out that having a vineyard wedding is too much work, and there are too many details that need to be brought in. We had NO issues with this at all. Everything was clearly expressed to us in our contract, and we never had any issues with any of the local vendors that are preferred by the vineyard. They were some of the most, easy going, talented and nicest people I have ever worked with and they all work together so effortlessly.
The day of the wedding everything was smooth and perfect. The MCV staff is top notch. The security staff, valet parkers, wine experts, and Molly’s team oversaw all of the other vendors set up, and kept things rolling, even when weather was threatening us, and there was a quick sun-shower (ehhh, downpour) during our ceremony. They still helped us to keep our vision alive with having cocktail hour outside when it cleared, and made my husband a vital part of the discussions throughout the day. From beginning to end, I knew I had nothing to worry about knowing they were steering the ship.
The vineyard is the most beautiful place I could have ever dreamed of having our wedding, from the long rows of vines, to the horse pasture directly next to the cocktail space, and finally ending the night in the most unique, redone, rustic barn. Our guests are still raving about the wine, and the beauty of the North Fork. I feel so blessed to have a place we love to go back to on our anniversaries, and to be able to say we got married there. I am confident we could have never had such a beautiful day without MCV, Molly and her staff.

My husband and I wanted a rustic wedding, within driving distance of NYC. We loved the idea of getting married on a vineyard but we had over 100 guests and most vineyards on LI needed a tent for that number. Martha Clara though has the most spectacular barn. We got married in the bridal paddock first and then had our cocktails out there as the sun set and moved into the barn for dinner and dancing. All our guests loved the venue - it has so much charm and character. Molly and her team are fantastic to work with as well. So patient but always so helpful and enthusiastic. I was never made to feel like I was being difficult, even though I'm sure I was! I loved my wedding and I loved my venue. Cannot recommend highly enough. -

We got married June 25, 2016 and we cannot speak highly enough of this venue and its event coordinator, Molly. From the moment we met Molly, she was such a delight to work with. She is incredibly warm and accommodating. My husband and I live in Washington, DC and she was always available to meet during tight windows, and always available via email. I did not have to worry about a single thing the day of my wedding, which made the day all the better. Martha Clara itself is a stunning venue, with beautiful horses as a bonus! The wine was also very popular! I cannot say enough positive things about this venue. Even though the site fee can be steep ($13,500), you get a lot for your money (e.g., you do NOT need a wedding planner/day-of coordinator, as Molly serves that role perfectly; the venue is so beautiful in and of itself, you do not need to worry about extra flowers and decor). We can't wait to go back here to celebrate our first anniversary! Very highly recommend! -

We fell in love with the venue as soon as we saw it. The barn is a beautiful open space that can really be transformed into whatever you want. Having the ceremony and cocktail hour outdoors by the vineyard and horses (that you can feed and pet!) is such a unique experience that you will not get from anywhere else (especially those cookie cutter reception halls). Unfortunately it did rain right before our ceremony so we had to move it under a tent but we were able to spend the cocktail hour outside. Molly even put out a cornhole set for people to play.
We were extremely happy with how the evening went. Molly was an absolute pleasure to work with. You can really tell that she loves what she does. She was extremely responsive and helpful during the entire wedding planning process. She even threw in a couple of free wine tastings any time we visited the venue. One caveat to having your wedding here is that you have to buy a certain amount of wine per guest from Martha Clara. It seems like a lot at first but it's actually a great deal given the discount you are given and the quality of the wines. You get to keep the balance that is remaining, which we used to buy a bunch of bottles as gifts and of course, personal consumption. We highly recommend checking out the venue and even if it's not for you then stopping by for some wine (we loved the Merlot and viognier).

We got married at Martha Clara on September 9th, 2017. We fell in love with the venue the second we stepped on the grounds, but honestly Molly is what sold the place to us. She is our wedding hero and took care of us throughout the entire process. To say she goes above and beyond is certainly an understatement. Molly made sure that everything, including building our own chuppah and the entire day running an hour behind due to traffic, ran smoothly. She is the BEST! The venue is gorgeous and it is wonderful to be able to use three separate (but close) locations for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Our guests loved being outside for the ceremony and cocktail hour, and it all felt very grand to be swept into the barn at dusk for the reception. We had string lights set up in the barn, making it even more warm and inviting. It's a gorgeous, open space, and we couldn't have been more happy. I would get married at MCV over and over again if we could! We absolutely love the venue and Molly, and can't wait to visit for years to come. -

We had our reception, though not our ceremony, at Martha Clara Vineyards. We booked fairly late and got a small discount off the going rate - which was very steep! However - you pay for things you really want, and we really wanted to have our reception here. This was the second biggest bill for our whole wedding.
However, the venue is lovely and very different from the standard catering hall and because you only hire the premises, you can make your party any way you want it. Molly, the event co-ordinator, was one of the best people we worked with. Responsive, professional, friendly: nothing was too much trouble, even with some of our non-standard requests. In addition, she has so much experience with running events that she offered good advice on thing that you should and shouldn't do - like offering flip-flops to the guests on the lawn!
Our guests told us that we had the nicest wedding they've ever been to: and having that at Martha Clara certainly was a large part of that experience.

Martha clara vineyards is an rustic romantic venue
It's a country girls dreams come true with the nature feel and the big horses it's just lovely and the wine to die for !!!
It's a little on the pricy side and the venue comes with table and chairs !!!
It's def a job for a go get her bride you will have to do 95 percent of the work ! So be careful or have a wedding planner !

Wedding of our dreams at RGNY
Our wedding was the most beautiful day and everything we hoped it would be at RGNY. Erin and Tiffany are amazing - they keep everything in check on the day of and are great with helping with everything during the planning stage. They really helped to bring our vision to life.
RGNY is the perfect wedding winery destination - it provides you with so many incredible settings - from the ceremony by the vines, the gorgeous tent for cocktail hour and the beautiful rustic barn. For us, it was worth the cost as it really was our dream wedding. -

When we booked this venue (two years before our wedding date) the events coordinator in the late summer of 2008 was responsive, professional, and a pleasure to work with. She was apparently fired for reasons that remain unclear and we only found out about the change in staff when I contacted the vineyard about some details about a year before the wedding.
The new events manager was initially responsive but the drama began when he blew off our site visit with the caterer and florist about 3 months before the wedding (which we flew in for from Los Angeles, and which the caterer drove out for from Brooklyn). From then on he was impossible to get a hold of, especially when it started getting down to the wire. And then for the bomb...
16 business days before our wedding he sent our caterer a "catering contract" (which we had never seen or signed and which was never mentioned previously!) stating that we had to pay to throw our trash in the vineyard's trash containers, put down a "catering deposit" and have additional liquor license/permits that we were NEVER told about!! Turns out all of that, according to the State of New York, all this had be taken care of 15 business days before the wedding for us to be able to have any alcohol other than wine at the wedding. So we had ONE day to clear this up....from L.A. We were able to hire a second caterer to come in and do the beer and liquor for us (at a HEFTY extra cost given the time constraint and our obvious bind), but this guy continued to refuse our phone calls, answer our messages, and tried to blame the mess on our wonderful caterer rather.
Bottom line, the vineyard is beautiful and our wedding turned out to be perfect, the other staff was wonderful and helpful in every possible way, but if Ken Reese is the site coordinator for this place DO NOT have your wedding at Martha Clara. -
