Nothing short of amazing!
Rebecca did a phenomenal job officiating our wedding. Before the ceremony started, she could see the nerves all over me just dreading the thought of standing in front of so many people, but she kept me talking so I’d relax. It was so helpful and once I stood at the altar everything just disappeared. She made an announcement to our guests that we were having an unplugged ceremony and she also let our photographer know that she would step to the side after the pronouncement so they could get a picture of just the two of us. She had every detail covered and was very confident and so warm. Her personality was lovely, and we enjoyed every moment we got to work with her.

Highly recommend Reverend Rebecca! 5 stars all around! She was recommended by our venue. I knew I wanted a women speaker at wedding to bring the difference and emotion to our ceremony. She spoke about love (and our love) in way that you could truly feel the love. Our first phone call with her went so amazing she was bubbly, laughing and just relatable. Understood everything we were looking for and also explained to us the uniqueness she brings to each ceremony. It felt as if she was in our lives throughout our whole journey. Extremely professional, very prepared and on time. If you are on the fence about picking a speaker for your wedding, set up a call with Rebecca and you’ll have no doubts! Best decision we made and the quickest and easiest! I would do it all again!

Reverend Rebecca was beyond amazing! She was so thorough and sent us drafts for our wedding throughout so we knew exactly how the ceremony would flow. My then fiancé was nervous about the ceremony, and Rebecca took the time to get to know us and made the experience personal to us and comforting to ease the anxiety. She came to our rehearsal dinner as well which was great to get to know her a little better and meet in person before the wedding day. If we ever renew our vows, we know exactly who we are going to! And SO many of the guests at our wedding who are not yet married will be using Reverend Rebecca for their big day! Everyone loved her and was so pleased.

My husband and I absolutely loved having Reverend Rebecca Nagy officiant our wedding day!! She delivered the most beautiful readings and worked with us on a few minor changes that fit to us. At the end of the ceremony, she stepped aside so our photographer could capture our first kiss! Our wedding guests and family also had nothing but wonderful things to say about Rebecca and our ceremony! She is amazing!

I’m Quaker and we wanted to have a Quaker wedding, which isn’t legal in North Carolina. Rebecca was wonderful in working with our requests and belief systems to give us the space for our Quaker ceremony and make sure all the legal boxes were checked… as a family law paralegal, the later was equally important for us.

Rebecca was absolutely wonderful to work with!! She gave my partner and I so much good information when we were deciding what to put into our ceremony. She was super responsive, which I really appreciate. However, her best quality is making you feel like an old friend/family even when we just met through Zoom to book her! She was so kind to us and our family and just felt like part of our wedding party, not a separate individual. You will lover her too, I promise!
I also used that picture because Rebecca was so professional she jumped out of the way to *not* wind up in our photo! So her not being visible is actually the point.

Made our ceremony perfect!
We found Rebecca via recommendations in a wedding Facebook group. We met with her and one other officiant in the process. We knew immediately we wanted to work with Rebecca! She was so funny, lively, and charismatic. She worked with us through a canceled mini ceremony and a reschedule. She was always available to answer questions and make changes when needed. She wrote the most beautiful and heartfelt customized ceremony based on information we provided her about us and our relationship. She allowed us to customize our ceremony further and provided helpful suggestions. We asked her to make an announcement about turning phones off for our ceremony and without giving away her process, everyone had a laugh and not one phone was out. We got so many compliments on her heartfelt words and delivery. She is very well spoken and warm. She made sure to step aside before our first kiss to ensure she wasn’t in those pictures and made us laugh in the process. She filed our marriage license quickly and we were able to pick it up the next week!! Thank you for everything Rebecca.

Great Communication and Wonderful Ceremony Writing
Reverend Rebecca Nagy was an amazing ceremony master! She was quick and efficient in helping us plan our ceremony. We didn't want to be too religious and I specifically wanted to have a hand-tying ceremony added in. She was familiar with the practice and made it fun to add in! She also helped us in writing our vows and "approving" them to ensure we were aligned in what we said. She was also really fantastic in having to move our wedding because of COVID-19. I would recommend her to any and every one!

From the first time I spoke with Rebecca, she was great to work with. After deciding to work with her for our ceremony, she sat down with my Fiancé and i for a few hours so that we could get to know each other better. From there, she shared a draft of the ceremony with us incorporating some of the things we shared with her about ourselves. Rebecca's experience in the industry was key to generating a great ceremony and great content - she had wonderful recommendations for the flow of the ceremony as well as readings and poems to include. Mother of the Bride
Reverend Nagy married my daughter and son-in-law last May. My daughter had pre-wedding jitters and only Reverend Nagy was able to calm her down. She spent half an hour, just before the ceremony, in my daughter's childhood bedroom with her. I don't know what they discussed, but my girl came out with a beaming smile and floated down the aisle!

Secular Ceremony
My husband and I cannot speak highly enough of Rebecca.
To be completely honest, she was originally out of our budget, but ultimately we decided her services were worth the additional cost (and they were)!
Our vendor was concerned when we told her that our officiant would not be attending our rehearsal, but when we told her that Rebecca would be officiating our wedding, she laughed and said we were in good hands.
My husband and I are atheist, so we knew we wanted a secular wedding, but we did not know much else about what our ceremony would be like. Rebecca was extremely helpful, and throughout the process, she provided us with many examples for us to choose from. Ultimately, she was able to create a beautiful experience that accurately represented our relationship.

Rev. Nagy was the perfect officiant for our wedding. She made what could have been a stressful day feel incredibly calm and easy. She was also very accommodating in terms of the ceremony, sending us a rough draft and allowing us to make any changes we felt would make the day more special or personal for us. She made a ceremony that all of our guests said was a perfect reflection of our relationship and we are really happy we made the decision to work with her!

Rebecca did a wonderful ceremony for our wedding. She is an absolutely joyful individual, and clearly loves what she does. She is excellent about making sure the ceremony is what the bride and groom truly want. My whole family was at ease with her, including the young ones in our processional.

Rebecca was the second officiant I spoke to and after the first conversation with her, I pretty much knew she was going to be the one who married us. She was so accommodating on things, I even missed a scheduled call with her and I felt terrible, but she made me realize it was ok! She helped keep us on track with things and wasn't pushy. My then fiance didn't send his vows to her until 2 days before the wedding, but Rebecca worked with him on that. She was recommended by our DJ so I didn't really worry about anything with her. I wasn't concerned if she was going to show up or be on time (which was so nice the day of the wedding). We loved our ceremony, we loved that we could adjust the small things to fit to what we wanted. Our guests thought she was so inspiring and did such a great job!

From the bottom of my heart, I wish to thank Rev. Rebecca Nagy for the beautiful marriage ceremony that united my son and new daughter. She is an outstanding and compassionate individual . She allowed and encouraged participation in the planning of the ceremony which made us very confident in her ability to translate the couple’s interfaith values. The wedding was incredibly personal and touching from beginning to end. We are still getting compliments and comments about how incredibly special it was.

Rebecca was a breath of fresh air from the moment we met her. Her passion and bright personality shines through everything she does. Finding an officiant was actually one of the more intimidating things for us to do when we started wedding planning. I was raised Methodist and my fiancé was raised Methodist and Jewish. It was very important to us to incorporate both of our faiths into our wedding ceremony and I was worried we wouldn't be accepted by any officiants. We couldn't have been more impressed with Rebecca's total acceptance for our faith and our love for one another. She hand tailored our entire ceremony to accommodate traditions from both faiths. She got to know us and made our ceremony feel so personal. So many of my wedding guests let me know how much they loved her and they all said that she was so captivating. I am so glad that my venue referred us to Rebecca and I would recommend her to anyone!

Reverend Rebecca Nagy was not only one of our favorite vendors, but she became our friend. Her exuberant personality shined from the moment we met her. My partner and I were most nervous about finding an officiant who was happy, positive, and completely accepting of us and our special love that we shared. From the moment we sat down to get to know Rev Nagy, we fell head over heels and knew she was perfect for us! Moving forward and working with Rebecca was such a blast. She was so helpful in helping draft the ceremony and reviewing our vows (we wrote our own). She loved us and it showed with her smile, her excitement she displaced, and the love that shined through during our ceremony! We couldn't be more pleased with our ceremony and how beautiful it was! Our guest loved Rev. Rebecca Nagy, almost as much as we did and we would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone who values a beautifully written and spoken ceremony!

Reverend Nagy was very professional and has a vibrant personality. If I had met her at a party or someone's house without knowing her profession, we would have become friends. When we had our first meeting, she was wonderful, she asked all the right questions, and answered all of mine the way I wanted her to (and none of it was fake or just what I wanted to hear.) She is a very genuine person. I walked away knowing she was hired. She then send us the packet of proposed things we could use or say or do in our ceremony based on our discussion. We used 75% of it.....that's how well she read us. We didn't need some of the other items and we chose to right our own vows...that's the other 25%.
The ceremony was beautiful, everyone loved it, she was great.
She was a little late, but it wasn't her fault. The panthers had just won a playoff game that no-one knew or had any way of knowing they would be playing uptown minutes away from my venue and would finish right before my wedding started. She was caught in the traffic, but so were some of the guests....so it all worked out perfectly.

She was willing to listen to how religious the ceremony was to be and offering several great suggestions on how we could make it perfect. She tailored the ceremony to be exactly what we wanted, provided a copy of it before hand for review/changes, and had a lot of helpful tips on how to personalize the ceremony and make it run smoothly. I had a small wedding party so did not do a rehearsal, and there was no need! Rebecca showed up a little early and everything went perfectly. She even worked with the sound vendor. I would highly recommend her!

We planned our wedding from out of state and are so lucky we were able to find Rebecca to marry us. What she does is truly an art, and she's one of the best. She was extremely responsive to our changes to the ceremony throughout the whole wedding planning process. The biggest test was how flexible she was on our wedding day. We had an outdoor ceremony and bad weather was coming in. Rebecca was quick to respond with changes to the ceremony and did it with such ease that it wasn't even apparent to our guests. I would highly recommend Rebecca to anyone!!

Reverend Nagy was ABSOLUTELY fantastic. She performed our ceremony with the ease and professionalism that I had truly hoped for. She incorporated a commemorative candle and wrote an absolutely beautiful verse about our fallen soldiers for my Navy enlisted husband and I. She was able to converse with us over the phone and through email to ensure our ceremony was perfect, which proved wonderful because my husband and I live in California and wished to have a wedding in North Carolina. She was flawless the day of the wedding and we would highly recommend Reverend Nagy to any Bride and Groom.

We first met Minister Rebecca Nagy when we were seeking to find a minister for our wedding. We were both on our second marriages and wanted a very intimate and special ceremony for this next wonderful chapter of our lives. She was delightful to work with as we explored the idea of creating a very special wedding celebration that would fully include all of our beloved participants which came from diverse age ranges, geographys, and life perspectives.
Though Rebecca has consistently exceeded our expectations in all areas of her work, the best example of her brilliance shone through by the special ceremony she effortlessly helped us put together. The work clearly showed her ability to be as an effective writer and her mastery of the conventions of Matrimony. The writing was clearly expressed, well-organized and passionate. Furthermore, Rebecca is articulate in her verbal expression, and added numerous special touches to our ceremony and wedding event. If I had to do all over again I would def use Rev. Rebecca Nagy for my ceremony. Her words are absolutely amazing and will give you goose bumps. Everyone came up to me after the ceremony to tell me how they've attended a lot of wedding and never heard words like that. That she really touched them. Rev. The one word that comes to mind when I think about working with Rebecca is serendipity! My husband and I were lucky enough to find her after things with our original officiant blew up, just 8 weeks before our wedding day. At the time it seemed stressful, but I wholeheartedly believe that it was the best thing that could have happened. My hubby and I live out of town and did our initial "meeting" with Rebecca over the phone. Even on a conference call, you can feel her energy! It was like she was right there with us. She was so much fun to work with and very thoughtful as she helped us create vows that reflected us as a couple. On our wedding day, she was just awesome! All of our guests commented about how great she was. She set the tone and made it so easy for us to relax, enjoy and be ourselves. Book her!!! You will not regret it!!!

What can we say...Rebecca was AMAZING! She really knows what she's ding. Meeting with Rebecca was very easy considering I have a very odd work schedule- she was very flexible. We received numerous compliments on our ceremony. Everyone loved the personalization of the service as well as the delivery. Rebecca was fun to work with and made the process of a custom ceremony very easy. Reverend Nagy was the perfect officiant for our wedding. We only had to meet her once to realize that she has an incredible gift for officiating weddings. She was so organized and patient, walking us through potential ceremony structures and vows. She gave us the freedom to craft the ceremony to our liking. Rebecca was great! We loved having her officiate our ceremony. Despite living out of town, Rebecca made time to meet with us in person while we were in Charlotte prior to our wedding. She also helped us personalize our ceremony so that it was a perfect representation of us. I'd definitely recommend Rebecca to brides in the Charlotte area! Rebecca is so amazing. Everyone who attended our wedding commented on how "us" the ceremony she put together for us was. I even had one guest tell me she had been to 9 weddings in the past 2 years and our ceremony was the only one to make her tear up! We loved working with her so much, our ceremony was truly perfect. We had a train pass by and she used the train as an exclamation point!

Rev. Nagy was an absolute dream to work with. We told her during our consultation that we were not interested in a religious ceremony, and she had no problems accommodating us. She was very friendly, very professional, and helpful in planning our ceremony. When our wedding day came, her inflection and interpretation of our ceremony was absolutely breath-taking. You could feel that everyone who attended our wedding was completely enveloped in the words she was speaking. Our wedding ceremony was magical for many reasons - and Rev. Nagy was one certainly one of those reasons. She is, without doubt, the best wedding officiant in the greater Charlotte area.

Reverend Rebecca Nagy was a key factor to our perfect lake wedding weekend in North Carolina. We met with Rev. Nagy only once since we live in Virginia, but she did a good job keeping in contact and making sure to learn about us and our relationship before the ceremony. We did not have a ceremony director and did not need one, as she worked seamlessly with both the venue events folks and the DJ (Split Second Sound.) Her message was meaningful and heartfelt but she still managed to keep things fun which was much appreciated by this nervous bride. Thank you for being everything we could ask for, Rev. Nagy.
