Rev D was the best officiant we could've asked for! My now husband and I were worried about finding someone to officiate because we aren't super religious. Deanna was responsive, talked with us on the phone, eased our concerns, and even explained the marriage license process. She also sent us around 20 examples of ceremonies she's performed previously so we could create a ceremony that reflects us as a couple. There was no issue with how religious or secular the ceremony was, and she even said a blessing before our dinner reception. If I could give 6 stars I would - Rev D was the BEST and several of my wedding guests complimented how well-spoken she was! You will be in good hands working with her!

I'm so glad we found her!
Reverend Deanna was exactly what we wanted in an officiant! She listened to our story and then wrote a beautiful ceremony that felt tailored specifically to us. When it was suggested we add a handfasting ceremony just 2 months before the wedding, she helped guide us with what that entailed. At the rehearsal, she helped guide us and smooth things out. And of course, at the ceremony itself, she was flawless. Initially, I had considered asking a friend to do our ceremony so it would feel more personal, but I'm so glad I went with Reverend Deanna, as she managed to make it feel personal while still bringing experience and professionalism.

Reverend Deanna was such an amazing person to work with. My now husband and I were not sure where to begin looking for an officiant, but we are so grateful we were able to find Rev D!! She was so helpful & able to curate a ceremony that suited us perfectly. She was also so responsive whenever we had any questions or concerns about the process and always made sure we understood and were happy with our ceremony. She went above and beyond on the day of the wedding to make us feel comfortable, calm, and prepared. She sent off our marriage license immediately after the ceremony and made this process a breeze. Best officiant ever
Reverend D was absolutely amazing beyond words. She was so wonderful, personable, kind, open minded and always willing to talk every detail through. Extremely communicative from the start, she listened to every concern. We crafted our own vows. She let us have complete control of how we wanted the officiating to go and delivered our nondenominational service so beautifully.
She did such a stellar job everyone came up to us during reception and asked how long she's known us bc she seemed like a longtime personal friend of ours. They were surprised we hired her lol! She took our words and made them more beautiful then they ever were on paper. And added her own beautiful touches when we were writing and collaborating.
She even provided our marriage license copy placed on an evergreen themed layout in honor of our nature inspired wedding theme, along with matching coasters as a gift. I almost cried when I unwrapped them! We felt like we won the lottery with her.

Could not have asked for a better officiant!
Reverend Deanna officiated our wedding in May and provided such an amazing experience! She was such a joy to work with throughout the whole process and immediately made us feel comfortable and excited to work with her. Reverand Deanna was well prepared and showed significant experience by providing plenty of example ceremonies which made it easy to find inspiration and plan our perfect ceremony. After one phone call, she was able to put together a ceremony that was beautifully written and personalized to us. We were so impressed at how well she understood our ideas and requests and put them on paper in the perfect way. She even went above and beyond by making sure our marriage license was submitted and processed correctly as we live out of state. I can not say enough good things about our entire experience with Deanna - she gave us a perfect wedding day and brought so much kindness and joy to the entire process!

Wow, where do I even begin? Deanna is incredible—I’m truly speechless. From the start, she was so sweet, professional, and responsive, making the entire process a breeze. She provides a variety of sample ceremonies well in advance, giving you the opportunity to choose one that fits your vision perfectly. She’s also incredibly flexible, allowing you to customize every detail and tweak as needed, all while ensuring your final ceremony is exactly what you want.
On the day of my ceremony, Deanna arrived on time, looking polished with her hair, makeup, and reverend robe perfectly in place. She carried herself with such grace and professionalism, and her performance was absolutely flawless. We received so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful and seamless the ceremony was—it was truly perfect!

She’s the best!
Rev Deanna made our ceremony exactly what we dreamed of. She provided her expert opinion when it came to designing the layout of our ceremony, and incorporated our two unity pieces (unity candle and an anniversary wine box) seamlessly. She was there for our rehearsal, too, which helped a ton. We didn’t have to worry or think at all during our ceremony - she gave us cues for when it was our turn to speak or move to face the audience, which greatly calmed our nerves. We would absolutely recommend her to any couple needing an officiant!

Rev. Deanna Lancaster was a pleasure and an honor to work with. She provided a ton of scripts of ceremonies she has performed for us to build our ceremony off of. We didn't realize we had the option to use prewritten vows until we read her scripts and that was a relief to discover.
Choosing her was one of the best decisions we could have made because our ceremony is still my favorite part of the entire day. We made a Frankenstein of a script from all the ones she provided, she sent her updates, and we got a the exact ceremony we wanted. She knew to move out of the way for the ceremony kiss and performed the ceremony beautifully.
After the ceremony, she handled our marriage license (in an extremely timely manner) and let us know as soon as everything was finalized and official! Then she included the scanned version of our license on the email and provided a cute certificate keepsake on the day of. It was just so wonderful to have her around on our wedding day and for that I am truly thankful.

Reverend Deanna was a pleasure to officiate our wedding! She worked with us to craft a ceremony we wanted including the length, Christian values, and vows. Her process depends on the goals of the couple. She has sample drafts and ideas for couples to review. She also allows couples to draft up their ceremony themselves for her suggestions. We wanted a shorter, Christian ceremony and she delivered just that! It was perfect. Rev. Deanna was fabulous! She came highly recommended by LLI where we had our wedding, and was on their preferred vendor list. I knew I needed her professionalism and expertise, when we first meet via email. A few months before our wedding day, she shared several examples of wedding vows she had done, so to give me many options of how to buildi the service. We incorporated a unity candle lighting ceremony into our vows, and all our guests were amazed at her beautiful service.
Rev. Deanna was a rock for me in the moments leading up to me walking out to meet my groom. She shared some kind words of wisdom, and I couldn't be more thankful. She filed our certificate with the county the very next business day and scanned a signed copy to me via email, and told me we were official. I HIGHLY recommend Rev. Best choice we made for our wedding!
I can not express how grateful we are to have had such a special and beautiful ceremony with Rev. D. We considered hiring a state judge for our wedding, but I wanted something more personal & special, and she was just that. From the moment we began contacting her, she accommodated us in every way, shape, and form, answering any questions we had as well as helping us proof our ceremony (she even sent us some examples to get a good idea!)
When she arrived to our actual ceremony, she was so kind, and I was so grateful to have such a sweet presence of energy at the venue. When I was nervous about the timing of everything, she told me everything from that moment forward would feel like a blink in time, and to enjoy each moment of it. She was not only right, but it is also something that I will never forget!

An angel!
I can’t say enough great things about this woman. We came across Rev.D, and she was the biggest blessing! She was so responsive, and answered any questions I had. She was so sweet, and made us feel so comfortable and calmed any nerves we had on our big day! I have seen so many officiants run out after the ceremony concludes and she stayed until I was available to even ask for our marriage license - like wow!!! She talked with our guests, and joined in on some of our photos… and the best part too- she dropped off our marriage license for us, and sent us a confirmation so we didn’t have to stress about it ! I also forgot to ask if she could step to the side for our kiss photo at the ceremony and completely forgot…. She did it on her own!! Just all around an amazing person, and I can’t say enough great things! She truly went the extra mile and was a step above the rest in every little detail for our wedding. My husband and I asked Deanna to officiate our wedding after our first phone call with her. She was so kind, open, and helpful from our initial conversation and throughout the planning process! She arrived early to our wedding to talk with both of us, which was so reassuring. She had an amazing speaking voice and she made it feel like she had known us forever. Rev D is absolutely AMAZING!! Deanna walked Dylan and I through every step of the process and was so helpful and kind. Reverend Deanna went above and beyond! She helped our ceremony run smoothly and kept us feeling at ease. She checked in with me before the ceremony and after as well, which was comforting. She has a great speaking presence, and was very efficient with management of the marriage license. Rev. D was fantastic! We used her as our officiant on the recommendation of our wedding planner, Jackie Raez. Rev. D made my wife and I feel very comfortable throughout every step of the process. My wife is Catholic and I am non-religious and Rev. D was very sensitive to that. On the day of the wedding Rev. D made us both feel very comfortable from start to finish. As I was standing at the alter waiting for my bride to come down Rev. D helped to calm my nerves. Our friends and family gave many compliments about Rev. D and her words and presence. She maintained a genuine happiness and love for us as well as our special day. We would definitely recommend her for others. 10/10.

Excellent choice for our intimate wedding ceremony
We met Reverend Deanna through our wedding coordinator. She was highly recommended but what really directed us to her was when we talked with other vendors, for example our harpist, they gushed over working with her. We had a very small wedding on a week day. Reverend Deanna made us feel like we were having a huge Saturday wedding and were just as important. All questions we had during the process were answered timely, she worked closely with us to develop our ceremony and she had all the paperwork needed and handled filing our marriage certificate. She was truly a blessing!

We love Reverend D... We eloped earlier this year at Toccoa Falls, GA and she made herself available on short notice spending 3 hours attending to our every need. Reverend D was an absolute delight to work with from the jump. She is such a wonderful human being to interact with. Between the two of us, we put our heads together and crafted the perfect ceremony for my husband and I as a non-religious couple, but in such a way that my religious family members didn't feel like I was intentionally side-stepping their beliefs. I can't thank Rev D enough for marrying me & my husband two weeks ago!! I found her on Weddingwire when my first officiant didn't work out, and from the first message I wrote her to the day she married us I just felt so comfortable!! When the other vendors around me was a mess lol she made me feel like everything would still turn out great. The Perfect Choice
We're so glad we found Rev. Deanna! I (the bride) wanted someone local, who had great reviews, and who would get us...
And after reading more about Rev. Deanna (her background, education, and love story), it just felt right.
Due to the pandemic, we met virtually a few times throughout our engagement season, and she was very accommodating! We talked on the phone, emailed back and forth, and even made changes the week of the wedding to get things just right. The ceremony went without a glitch! Smooth. Professional. Lively. Intimate.
She was a perfect choice! She came to our rehearsal the day before on time and helped us get through the nerves. She stayed later than we asked her to on our wedding day due to the rain pushing the timeline back 45 minutes, gave a beautiful blessing at our reception, made sure to say goodbye to the two of us before she left, got our marriage license mailed off on time, and managed to send us a wedding gift!
You can tell it's her passion! If we could give 100 stars, we would.

Once we hired her she was great at helping guide us with the writing of the ceremony and provided numerous examples for us to read through. Reverend Deanna is truly magnificent!! A real gem! She helped my husband and I navigate through our very non-traditional wedding ceremony and we ended up with the perfect set of vows, readings, words, etc. Since our wedding was during COVID we were only able to have zoom meetings with Rev. Reverend Deanna is absolutely amazing! She was such a pleasure to work with from day one, for both our original wedding date and our postponed wedding date. Reverend Deanna made us feel so taken care of and supported throughout the entire experience, which certainly did not go as planned. After cancelling our original wedding due to Covid, we decided to plan a ceremony with only two weeks notice. Reverend Deanna was an absolute pleasure to work with! She replied to all my messages so quickly, send tons of options for the ceremony script, and was there for everything! We decided to go with a different script and she worked with it without any problems at all! She was there for the rehearsal, the wedding, and even stayed to say the blessing before the reception meal was served.
To add to this, she was so calm and collected it brought a sense of tranquility to the event which was much needed as we were so nervous!

Great and memorable experience!
We had a wonderful time with Rev D! She is extremely friendly and makes you and your family feel extremely relaxed and comfortable. She worked with us a devise the perfect ceremony just for us. I had numerous people come up to me after the wedding so told me how perfect it was. We couldn’t be happier!

She was perfect!
Reverend Lancaster was amazing! She was so helpful throughout the planning process. She was prepared for everything and helped us with every detail we were not prepared for. Not only was she so thoughtful and helpful but she is such a genuinely nice person, it made our ceremony even more meaningful and joyous. I would definitely recommend her for anyone, she is so flexible and will work with you to make sure each detail is perfect!

Amazing wedding
Reverend D was perfect for our wedding. Before the wedding she sent tons of different ceremony styles for us to choose what best fit our lives. Once we chose our style she wrote the most amazing ceremony! She also took the time to make sure we understood exactly what all we needed for the wedding! That was helpful! Then at the rehersal she made sure we understood where to stand, how the day would go and calmed our nerves! This was exactly what we needed to make the big day go as smoothly as it did! She even helped with photos. It was about 95 degrees for my wedding. She happily gave up her Handkerchief for us to use to wipe our faces! I have nothing but good things to say about rev D! She will forever be my recommendation!

Amazing and Stress-Free Experience
Rev. Deanna was absolutely perfect for our wedding in November. When I was looking for an officiant I came across her profile and decided to reach out. We called and chatted a few days later and I felt so at ease talking to her! She reassured me that she would do anything to make our day perfect and stress-free. She sent us lots of sample ceremonies and helped us create our custom ceremony. She made it so easy! She also did our rehearsal and did a fabulous job. The day of our wedding, I was not worried one bit! Our ceremony was PERFECT. Book Reverend Deanna, you won't be disappointed, I promise! She went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect.

A moving magical moment
Reverend Deanna created the most amazing experience for my husband and I. She tailored our wedding to fit our personal style and personalities. I can’t speak enough about her service and her attention to detail. She was hands on from the beginning to the end. She even stopped in to give us a hug at the reception before departing. We are more than grateful that we chose her to be apart of our magical day.

More than we could hope for!
Reverend Deanna was a dream to work with! We got into a bind after my husband's uncle was no longer able to marry us. I did some research and thought Reverend Deanna would be a great fit. She gave us plenty of options on ceremony styles and took everything we said into account. We couldn't have requested a better officiant! She was amazing, and I would recommend her to anyone I know!

Rev. D was so great! We initially met her with our puppy and she was so sweet and you can tell she loves dogs. She was very nice and easy to talk to. We're not a very religious couple and she was accommodating to that, providing us many examples of different wedding programs to go off of. We edited it the way we wanted and added things to make it feel like us. She was super helpful on the day of, giving us handkerchiefs when we needed it at the altar :). Would totally recommend her to anyone we know getting married!

Reverend Deanna Lancaster was a gift on our wedding day! Not only did she make my husband and I comfortable, but she also went above and beyond to help out when the strap on my wedding dress snapped prior to walking down the aisle. Our wedding day was during the summertime, and as you can imagine, the Georgia heat and humidity was in full effect. But, Reverend Deanna ensured that I was comfortable by bringing me glasses of ice cold water and fanning me to prevent me from sweating. I will always cherish our moments with Reverend D. when I look back on our wedding day!

We are so happy we chose Rev. Deanna as the officiant for our wedding on May 26th. She has a great energy, great disposition. She definitely put me at ease before and during the wedding. The ceremony turned out fantastic, I couldn't have asked for a better officiant - her ceremonies are very versatile (formal/informal, religious/non-religious, funny/serious, long/short), really anything you want. My guests had nothing but great things to say about her as well.

Reverend Deanna Lancaster was an absolute pleasure to work with leading up to our wedding. We absolutely loved her!! She was amazing to work with. We didn't have a rehearsal since our wedding was so small so we met her a few weeks before and she really put us as ease. She definitely took care of us. And we got so many compliments after the wedding.

It was a pleasure having Reverend Deanna Lancaster officiate our wedding day. Rev D is the BEST! She is very much willing and receptive to any ideas you may have in regards to how you want the ceremony to go or be personalized for you! When I was unsure of how I wanted to incorporate different ideas into my ceremony, Rev D showed me examples and gave me a ton of different ideas . It was SO helpful! Her kind spirit and wonderful demeanor will make your ceremony feel intimate and perfect. She is beyond personable and will immediately give you a sense of ease whenever you are near her. We loved her! We booked very last minute, had no idea what we wanted said during our ceremony, and it somehow ended up perfect! We had multiple guests comment on how it wasn't too short but wasn't too long and the message exactly fitted out style.
