My wife and I had two ceremonies, one a very small ceremony to get the legal stuff taken care of and a second one where we invited the usual folks. David was able to take care of the first one on very short notice, which was awesome. It was a meaningful and sweet service in his garden that couldn't have been better. The second ceremony went off smoothly and was just as well done. My mother had to attend remotely and he remembered to greet her, in particular, which was much appreciated.
I also appreciated how clear David was on how things would work on the business side and his recommendations for vendors. He recommended the photographer we went with, for example, and she was AMAZING!
If you're doing your ceremony in the Charlotte area, you can't go wrong with David. Give him a call! -

The great thing about working with David is his ability to make the entire experience personable and easy. We were able to meet/chat with him multiple times before the wedding and felt as though we knew him as a friend rather than just an officiant for our wedding. He sent over an example script of the ceremony and I appreciated his feedback and check ins. He was very helpful throughout this entire process and I would recommend him to anyone! The ceremony was beautiful and he even sang us a song in French at the end! So glad we found him. -

Wonderful experience!!!
We needed an officiant quickly and found David on line. We thought we were just going to sign the paperwork and leave but David pulled out the red carpet!!!! Thankfully we dressed up just because .... David met us outside and brought us to a sweet enclosed porch for our ceremony. He made the event so special. He spoke with us and ensured we knew what we were entering into, gave a us a beautiful ceremony and even had a piece of chocolate to help us celebrate! I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs an officiant! Word to the wise don't be late!! -

David was truly an amazing officiant whom we now consider a friend. From our first visit with him, we knew he was the one we wanted to marry us. He is genuine, friendly, extremely communicative, and cares about his couples while getting to know you on a deeper level. He went above and beyond to make our wedding ceremony special. Not only is he an officiant, but he is a vocalist, and added a special touch with a song during the ceremony. In addition, we live-streamed the ceremony for my husband’s family in South Africa, who could not make the wedding, and David went out of his way to incorporate them and speak directly to them. It was such a special touch and we are so grateful. We highly recommend him as a wedding officiant! -

What makes David special, though, is his genuine, caring personality and his true love of what he does. When my wife and I began our search for an officiant, the most important goal was finding someone who would get to know us and our journey toward marriage, so our ceremony would be personalized and unique. David was everything we could have asked for and more! He took the time to learn about us, our families, our friends, and our story. On our wedding day, David delivered a remarkable ceremony, creatively tying in intimate knowledge of our relationship with spiritual blessings from family and friends, along with natural elements of our venue. Very flexible and easy to work with
David was a pleasure to work with. My wife and I were looking for a bilingual (English and Spanish) officiant and we couldn't have found someone better than David to work with. He met us in person to get to know us, was willing to be flexible and adjust his schedule for us, and his delivery at the ceremony really made it something special. We would highly recommend him to anyone in need of an officiant! -

Amazing & Unique!!

Best Wedding Officiant!
It truley meant a lot to Tina & I that David Seidel, officiated our wedding. He was a pleasure to work with from day one! He stayed in constant contact with us and made everything so comfortable. He took the time to get to know us and as a result the ceremony was perfect!

Having the opportunity to work closely with Reverend David as the DJ at a recent wedding, let me just say that after hundreds of events, he's simply one of the best! Never have I seen someone energize guests for the true meaning of a marriage ceremony- His ability to include the importance of the day with all involved made for a wonderful, happy and long lasting appreciation by the bride and groom! David is the real deal. -

He was transparent, easy to work with, and very professional. It was more than just a service he provided but he wanted to get to know not only my fiancé and I but our families and friends as well.
He did an amazing job at our ceremony and it really couldn’t have been more perfect. So much so that my mother in law is using him to officiate her upcoming wedding. :)

He was very easy to talk to and always available for questions if I had them. During the ceremony my 8 year old step son starting crying during the holding of the hands. Reverend David was able to console him without missing a beat in the ceremony. It did not phase him one bit. I am very thankful that my husband and I got the opportunity to work with Reverend David.

The most important and wonderful thing he did for us was, He Sang a very special song for Mike and I.
Our family couldn’t have asked for a better day. Rev. Davis is the reason.
We wish him happiness, good health, but most of all Love and Laughter for the New Year.

David took the time, through information meetings and a session of premarital counseling, to really get to know my spouse and me. He was accommodating in being able to meet over the phone as we planned our wedding from afar, and was able to make our ceremony feel personal. Not the least expensive option out there, but you definitely get what you pay for and our experience with him was 100% worth it! -

All in all working with Mr Seidel was a good experience. We chose to have one counseling session with him so he could get to know my wife and I on a more personal level. The counseling session was great! He is a very sweet guy. We did not like how pushy he was when it came to offering other services to us, nor did we like the pressure of feeling obligated to accept the other services he provides. Fast forward to the wedding, he did show to rehearsal on time which was great! On our wedding day we were very disappointed with the way our service went. He occasionally asked for the audience to clap while the wedding party, my children and even myself was walking down the aisle. I honestly didn’t not like that. He also took very long pauses throughout the ceremony and it was VERY hot outside. The ceremony script wasn’t what we wanted for our wedding and many times things that we rehearsed he often did the opposite of that. He inserted prayers not once but twice (something I nor my wife wanted). To make matters worse at the conclusion of the ceremony he did not announce us correctly to our family and friends. I’m sure other have had a great experience with him, but my wife and I did not specifically on our wedding day. Needless to say he got the job done and we are living in marital bliss!
