Highly recommend
Rev. Cindy officiated our wedding Sept 15/23. She was great to work with. We had a very small intimate ceremony and she tailored it to be very personal for us. She was responsive when we reached out, she had a couple calls with us to get to know us and she really helped make our day perfect. They way she delivered the ceremony felt very personal. She is a trooper…. She broke her foot a couple weeks before and she managed to climb 4 flights of stairs to our rooftop deck where our ceremony was held. She oozes personality and will always be a big part of our wedding day memories. We can’t recommend her enough!!! -

From day 1, Mrs. Cynthia was a joy to work with. She provided my fianceé and I with premarital counseling. She made us feel as if we were family, and every session we looked forward to. She provided us with some amazing insights and tools for our relationship that we will continue to use and apply in our marriage. In each session you could expect honesty and a safe place, even to the point we would end some of our sessions in prayer. We really appreciate Mrs. Cynthia and all that she has poured into us over the last few months. I highly recommend working with Mrs. Cynthia, as she is awesome. My fianceé and I was also able to receive a discount on our marriage license, as we were able to complete more than 4 hours with Mrs. Cynthia for premarital counseling. If you are looking for any type of counseling, I recommend Cynthia Andrews-Looper. -

Pastor Cindy was so helpful from the moment I spoke with her. She sent me a detail message of the services and made sure we were taken care of!

Best officiant!
Pastor Cindy is very thorough, efficient, and just really awesome to work with. She is super nice and very easy to talk to. She was able to guide me in the right direction with any questions or concerns I had. Our ceremony was just absolutely beautiful and I had people coming up to us all night afterward talking about how amazing our ceremony was. I’m so thankful! -

Cynthia saved my marriage! My husband and I thought we had everything figured out to elope on 10/24, only to be scrambling just a week beforehand. I told Cynthia my situation and she went above and beyond to help me with everything else as well (This was very unexpected from the plans I originally had but extremely appreciated)! She helped me pick a beautiful location since I’m not from the area and answered every question we had. From our first conversation, Cynthia made us feel like we weren’t just another “client”. I could not have asked for a better experience. We hired Cyd to be our officiant and rehearsal director. We are so glad we did. She provided direction during our rehearsal which we would have been lost without. She was patient and kind, and brought a sense of humor which we so so needed during such a serious and stressful time. She also made sure to make us mindful, and observant of what we were doing, and to be fully present during everything which we were very thankful for. Your wedding day passes so so fast, and having cyd as an officiant helped us to fully embrace and be present fully during our big day. Cyd also offers lots of different ceremony ideas so you can tailor and customize your ceremony to what you and your partner want. We also asked for a special welcome written by Cyd to welcome everyone to our wedding, and it was perfect. If you want a stress free officiant experience, hire Cyd and you won’t be disappointed. -

We absolutely loved having Cindy perform our wedding! She provided examples of some ceremonies she offers, but allowed us to rewrite them and create a custom ceremony that fit us. She was always very responsive in communicating with us leading up to our big day. She was flexible when we had to move our outdoor wedding indoors due to rain. She had a great delivery of the ceremony - very professional and reverent. But she and her wife Karla have a great sense of humor as well. Highly recommend to anybody looking for an officiant! -

We hired Cynthia a few months before our wedding and had no issues with her until the day of the ceremony. The day of the wedding she singlehandedly made the ceremony run 1 hour late. She told my husband she was going to be arriving at the venue at 4pm since the ceremony starts at 5pm. She decided to arrive at 5:45pm and did not tell anyone she was running late until everyone started questioning where she was. Once she got there she tried to promote a show she was once on to the bridal party asking if we could help increase the ratings and then tried to take selfies with us, which i felt was unprofessional considering we were in a massive rush at this point because of her. Plus it was a totally inappropriate time to try to even promote something during this time anyway.
Her services for the actual ceremony was not bad. She gave a lot of options in regards with what to say so that she can include both of our religious/non-religious beliefs harmoniously. She’s a decent officiant and got the job done, i was just so angry at how late she made everything. On top of it all, once we all got inside the reception space she proceeded to have an absolute blast in our photo booth during our first dance!! It’s different if the photo booth was more private, but the thing is everyone could see her doing it. She’s actually in the video of our first dance doing it, and it’s very hard to ignore her. The owners of the venue, the DJ, the coordinator, and my husband and I were completely appalled by her behavior and thought she was one of the most unprofessional vendors we could have possibly hired. Me and my husband felt very disrespected by her when she did that during our first dance.
If you’re the type of person to want someone reliable and not have your officiant make a big show out herself during a very special moment, don’t hire her. -
