We originally hired Donna to plan a 200+ person wedding in New Orleans. She was already an amazing partner from day one—super organized, responsive, and easy to work with. But where she really shined was in the face of chaos. A few months into planning, we got the surprise of our lives: we were expecting a baby, and the due date? The same week as our wedding. Cue the panic.
Without hesitation, Donna stayed by my side as we scrapped the original plan and started over from scratch. I decided to move the wedding up significantly and relocate it to Massachusetts. Donna didn’t just say yes—she got on board, traveled with us, and helped us replan the entire wedding in just 12 weeks, on a tighter budget, without sacrificing any quality. She helped us make every dollar count and somehow made it all look effortless. I truly could not have pulled it off without her.
She became more than a planner—she became a trusted friend. Donna is calm under pressure, endlessly patient, and a total blast to work with. She handled every detail flawlessly—timelines, vendor wrangling, family dynamics—you name it.
And when we thought the drama was behind us… the day of our new wedding, my husband had a sudden allergic reaction. He was throwing up and swelling up mid-wedding. Donna literally sprinted out, hit two stores, and returned with Benadryl like a superhero. She saved the day. The venue gave us an extra hour, and Donna immediately helped us reshuffle transportation, music, and food so we could keep the party going. I still don’t know how she does it.
Whether you’re a super Type A bride (hi, that was me) or more of a last-minute planner, Donna will meet you where you are and take it to the next level. Donna is absolutely the most amazing wedding coordinator!! She was always there to answer every question we had, she provided great recommendations for other vendors, and made sure we had the best time at our wedding! She genuinely wants your day to be enjoyable and worry free! Donna made us feel so at ease and we were very comfortable and confident knowing that she was on top of everything. She is super organized and extremely knowledgeable. We are beyond grateful to her and her assistant Alyssa for helping us have the wedding of our dreams!! -

Donna at Revel & Co. was my guardian angel for 2020! I was referred to her by my venue (The Elms Mansion in New Orleans) and cannot say enough about how amazing she is! She curated a planning package to help with my budget, and was so much more reasonable than many other Nola wedding coordinators. She was only supposed to work with me "the month of" my wedding, but she stuck with me for 9 months; helping me reschedule TWICE during the pandemic. She was truly a Godsend for this stressed out ER healthcare worker! Whether your budget is $5,000 or $150,000, she can help you make your dream wedding a reality! She and her team we were with me every step of the way, never making me feel like a bridezilla. Hiring her was the BEST decision I made for myself and our wedding. Don't make your friends/family work on your wedding day, hire Revel & Co. to make your special day spectacular! -

Donna and her team with Revel and Company are AMAZING! I am originally from New Orleans, but don't live there anymore. I thought long & hard about hiring a wedding planner and fitting that expense into my budget, and I am SO GLAD we chose to work with Donna! Seriously, it may have been one of the best decisions we made. We LOVED her from the moment we met her (including my mom!) She was so proactive, super responsive, and really "got" my vision and helped bring it to life. I am a worrier by nature but I felt 100% stress free on wedding day because I knew she had thought out every detail and had it all taken care of. She also had some great tips & vendor recommendations to save money in areas that were less important to us, and she just seems to simplify everything! It was such a great experience getting to know and work with her! -

The BEST, honestly. I really don't know where to begin when it comes to Revel & Co. Events LLC! If it had not been for Donna and her team, I am not sure if my wedding would have happened, seriously. I was planning a destination wedding in NOLA from Florida, during a worldwide pandemic and then the week of my wedding a category 4 storm, Hurricane Delta, was projected to hit NOLA! Y'all, my anxiety severe, but I had Donna - so all was well. She was the definition of prepared, she had plans A, B, C, D, E, F - I kid you not. The pricing for events is more than fair and flexible to fit any type of event whether it is a small intimate gathering or a larger, grandiose affair. She is personable and was perfect to keep my Groom and his Groomsmen in line the day of! She is professional and very organized but also so friendly and down to earth you will feel like you've known her for years. Donna's knowledge of her venues, vendors, decor and great photo ops is incomparable. She had recommendations for everything and every vendor I contacted spoke highly of Donna! Donna plays no games about her Brides and/or Guests of Honor, be clear on that. She will make sure it is right and if it isn’t, she will get it right with a quickness. I really could go on and on about how much I adore this company. If you are considering Revel & Co., please, stop hesitating and contact them! You will not regret it one bit. I am forever indebted to Donna and forever a supporter! -

We were so glad we hired Revel and Company to help us make our wedding day smooth and enjoyable. Donna and her team are amazing! We chose the "month of coordination." Donna met with us before our big day, at the venue, so we could go over details and plans. You can tell she's experienced and is in her element. She was so helpful - always quick to respond to any questions we had, gave us great advice in several different areas, and was just so friendly. She's a joy to work with and be around. A day or two before the wedding, she came and picked up all the things we had put together and needed at the reception and ceremony - like memory table pictures, favors, the sign in book and polaroid's to go with that, special cocktail napkins we were using, etc. Having her take that to the venue and have it all taken care of and put in it's place on the day of was a huuuge help. She helped us coordinate the rehearsal and even took pictures on her phone that she gave us later. All around, we recommend her. We can't say enough how much she helped us and how much of a great addition to any wedding she is. You will be so glad you hired and worked with her. -

Donna is an amazing and talented wedding planner. Her ability to bring my dream wedding into reality was unbelievable. Throughout the planning process she was so easy to talk to for anything big or small and she responds super quickly. She’s a lifesaver for taking the stress out of the planning process and I cannot imagine planning our big day without her. She has countless connections around New Orleans and was able to help find any vendor we could possibly need. We had our wedding at The Elms Mansion in October and it was absolutely perfect with Donna by our side. She is worth her weight in gold and I cannot recommend her enough. -

I’m not sure how to even properly express how amazing Donna was. Without her, my destination wedding would not have been as flawless as it was. She ran everything, thought about things ahead of time, and responded to all my random thoughts and inquiries at all hours of the day/night. Throughout the year long planning process, Donna morphed from my “wedding planner” into my friend. We chatted daily about life and she became a confidant. She handled business though. Sometimes that required tempering my expectations and other times that included her figuring out how to get something done within the budget I had. Heck, sometimes that included her reminding ME of my budget! Lol. She was way more than I had expected when I hired her. She went over and above and ran my welcome party aNd attended the next day “trash the dress” session with me because I felt more comfortable with her there making sure things ran smoothly. One of my regrets is that I never got a picture of her and I from my big day. She was as much a guest as she was a planner. Do yourself a favor and call Donna. She was fair, professional, and freakin’ wonderful! -

Hiring Donna as our wedding day coordinator was the best money I spent during the entire wedding planning process. I'm a Type A control freak and was extremely wary of relinquishing my control over the wedding day logistics - but Donna blew me away! She completely understood our vision & vibes and somehow made everything come together flawlessly. She was on top of everything - from the decor to the ceremony rehearsal to the last minute snafus. (Bonus: She doesn't bat an eye at ~strange~ wedding plans, such as "our guestbook attendant will be a cardboard cutout of John Cena.") Donna was such an awesome, friendly, supportive person to have around on the Big Day - my entire wedding party loved her! - and I seriously don't think I could have made it through the process without her help. If you're on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator like I initially was, DON'T BE. BOOK HER. -

Donna is so knowledgeable about everything weddings on the Gulf Coast and she is more than willing to share that knowledge with her couples and their families. Every vendor she recommended to us (and helped coordinate with) was perfect from their responsiveness to their service on our wedding day. She was more than a wedding planner for us! She literally handled everything, kept me calm and best of all, helped my mom (mother of the bride) feel at ease on the big day. I would recommend her a thousand times over as a wedding/event planner. Can't thank her enough for all she did!

Donna made sure timing was perfect from when the limo arrived - all the way till we left the reception. Donna is very organized and kept me on track for items other vendors needed complete on a requested timeframe. Revel & Company is always willing to answer any questions I had or advice I needed planning the big day. Donna personally went ABOVE AND BEYOND for my wedding and I will never be able to thank her enough for making my day so PERFECT!! Thanks Revel & Company!!
