Reverend Perry Hardison was absolutely wonderful officiating our wedding ceremony. His warm and heartfelt words truly made our special day even more memorable. We couldn't have asked for a better person to marry us. Highly recommend him for anyone looking for a genuine and caring officiant. Also, we did pre-marriage prep with Perry and it was worth it. Highly recommend to other couples. -

From his welcoming energy and professionalism from our initial video call, I knew Rev. Perry Hardison was the perfect choice for us. He guided us with the vows and ceremony, allowing us to make it exactly what we wanted as well as incorporating cultural wedding elements we requested. His years of expertise and experience was highlighted when we met him in person at rehearsal where he gave us recommendations for us and our families to create the perfect ceremony. We received so many compliments on the wedding day from family and guests on how great Rev. Perry was. He was such a warm presence on our wedding day, we can't thank him enough! -

Perry is an absolutely top notch officiant. I cannot recommend him enough. From the moment we met him, we loved his warm, welcoming energy and knew we wanted him to officiate our wedding. Not only was working with Perry was such a breeze, but he made our ceremony absolutely perfect. He helped us incorporate personal touches that really made the ceremony so special and unique to us. His delivery of the ceremony script was so perfect-- professional, heartfelt, moving. So many guests commented on how lovely his presentation of the ceremony was and what a great job he did. My husband and I both say the ceremony was our favorite part of the day, and we will always be grateful to Perry for making it so amazing for us. Thank you, Perry!! -

Rev Perry was just what we were looking for in an officiant. As two individuals with different belief systems, he was able to make us both feel heard, included, and respected in the ceremony and in the process leading up to it. As a couple, he was able to make us feel like we were his priority, even though we knew he had many other weddings happening around the same time! While we hired him the same way we did our other vendors, in the end it felt like we had someone who knew us and cared for us officiating our wedding ceremony which was very special.

Rev. Perry Hardison is such a sweet soul. He truly is the best wedding officiant! I am so fortunate that he was able to officiate my wedding. He made the process so easy and fun! We hired Perry to officiate our July 31, 2021 wedding. After our initial zoom call with Perry, I was so happy we found him! Finding an officiant that we connected with was extremely important to my husband and I because we were only going to know this person for a few months before they were leading our Wedding Ceremony and marrying us in front of our closest family and friends. After we spoke to Perry, we knew we had found our guy. He is warm, caring, personable and an experienced officiant. We chose to do pre-marital counseling with Perry, which was very beneficial and provided us with important tools we will use throughout our marriage. Thanks to Perry, our ceremony was perfectly tailored to us and representative of us as a couple. Deciding on an officiant is a personal decision because it has to be the right fit for you, but I cannot imagine Perry not being the perfect fit for any couple. We thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Perry and look forward to staying in touch with him. Thank you Perry for everything! -

He took what we wanted and made it even better. We had stuff we wanted included but he made it his own. We couldn't have asked for a better ceremony. I would recommend him to anybody looking to get married. -

Perry was the officiant for our wedding in December 2019. He was great to work with. Prior to the wedding, he sent a handbook of options for each part of the wedding (welcome, vows, readings, etc). We were able to use his guide to piece together the ceremony we wanted. He was very flexible and willing to add, omit, and rearrange the ceremony how we wanted. He even sent over a final script for us to approve. We were very pleased with the ceremony and highly recommend Perry for anyone getting married! -

Perry was great!! He was very flexible to arrange our consultation and then very responsive throughout the whole process. He tailored the ceremony to fit us and incorporate a perfect amount of religion into the ceremony. He was also a tremendous help during the Rehearsal Ceremony. -

Perry was incredible!! He's such a sweet and funny person. He made my husband and I feel so comfortable sharing things with him and he made our ceremony perfect and personal. He came to our rehearsal and stayed for dinner at the wedding, doing the blessing before dinner. He also offers non-religious ceremonies if that is what you prefer. We did religious though and it couldn't have been more perfect. I would 100000% recommend Perry!! -

Perry is wonderful to work with. He was extremely prompt in responding to any of my questions. The ceremony was short and sweet, exactly what we wanted. He took care of all of the logistics and made us feel at ease, I would highly recommend Perry! -

Best decision!
We originally planned on having a friend officiate our wedding to make it more personal, and when he bailed on us we were worried we wouldn't find someone to replace him that wouldn't ruin our budget. Perry was the most reasonably priced person we could find and exceeded all our expectations. He gave us plenty of suggestions for our ceremony and helped make it personal and true to us as a couple. He also was so personable and led our ceremony rehearsal with ease. He was so professional throughout and was responsive to our questions and punctual to every event. You won't regret having him as your officiant whether you want a religious or non-religious ceremony! -

Rev Perry was so amazing to work with!! He was a referral from a friend that raves about him and I understand why. He is such a sweet and kind man and it shows. We were very nervous about messing up during the ceremony! During the rehearsal there was so many tears and laughter. He made us feel so comfortable and at peace!! We were planning our wedding from out of state so we had an initial phone call with Perry and hired him right after. Closer to the wedding we were able to schedule a time to meet and Perry was very accommodating. He was very kind and personable and answered all the questions we had. Perry provided us with ideas for the ceremony outline, readings, and vows in which we were able to make any changes we wanted and add in our personal touches. Perry even attended our rehearsal the day before the wedding to run through everything with us (practicing our vows, what to do if someone drops a ring or it doesn't go on the finger all the way, etc). We had several compliments on how great Perry was after our wedding ceremony and would highly recommend him! -

Megan Sent on 10/26/2016I can't say enough nice things about Rev. Perry. We found him based on a referral and he met up with us the next week! After meeting him we knew he would be perfect for our wedding. Once contracted he sent us lots of examples of things to choose to put in our ceremony and was very helpful when it came to questions. And so our wedding day came and so did Hurricane Matthew, but that didn't stop us! We were going to get married under this big beautiful tree and when I woke to rain, at first I was so sad. But once we made a few phone calls, we were back on track. The ceremony took place in the barn instead, and Rev. Perry being the fantastic officiant he is, changed up our ceremony and took out a part and replaced it with a tree ceremony. We wound up having a small sapling in our ceremony and put dirt over its roots. We had not practiced this at all, but it went so smoothly, no one knew that it was a brand new addition. Rev. Perry is also so kind and down to earth, he was so easy to talk to. He is completely worth your time and money and you won't be disappointed one bit. -

We were able to meet with Perry several times to discuss how we wanted our ceremony to go and he was very flexible with meeting us. Perry was great to work with and made sure that our ceremony was exactly how we wanted it to be. He was great at directing folks at the rehearsal (anyone who's ever been in a wedding party knows how that is to get everyone's attention..) and he made sure that everyone was clear on what they needed to be doing. I would highly recommend Perry to any couple out there that's looking for an officiant! It was an honor to have him marry us! Thanks for everything Perry! -

Kc Sent on 07/27/2012We are extremely picky, and Perry was absolutely perfect! He has such a pleasant, upbeat personality and wonderful tone that he made the whole ceremony seem even happier. We had an interfaith marriage ceremony, and Perry seamlessly integrated our individual rituals into a cohesive whole. He was amazingly flexible, professional, and reliable. His public speaking background paid off nicely with his clear, commanding voice, and excellent projection.His sense of humor is right on target. Fun, but not silly. His Southern drawl charmed all of our friends and family who traveled far and wide to join us. He even spent time rehearsing how to pronounce Hebrew words properly, which few people would take the time to do. We had met with other officiants and he blew them all away. And he cost less, to boot. Invite him to your reception. He's a hoot!
