We had the immense pleasure of having Rev Marc officiate our wedding, and we couldn't be more grateful for the beautiful and heartfelt ceremony he conducted. From the very beginning, Rev Marc took the time to get to know us, listening to our love story and the unique journey that brought us to our wedding day. He didn’t just perform a ceremony; he wove together the intimate details of our relationship, highlighting moments that made our bond special and meaningful.
His words during the service felt personal, genuine, and deeply reflective of who we are as a couple. His ability to understand and articulate the essence of our relationship was truly remarkable.
Rev Marc created a ceremony that was not just about vows, but about our journey—past, present, and future. It was as if he had known us for years, and his warm presence made the day even more special. We are forever thankful for his role in making our wedding a day we will cherish forever.

Reverend Marc is the perfect officiant for crafting a magical, and personal wedding ceremony. He was absolutely accommodating for all of our requests, and makes the preparation process simple but the result very special. He has a very gentle humor in his words as well, perfect for an event with our loved ones. Marc and his daughter, Sophie were so kind and accommodating to our guests and wedding party. Everything on his end was flawless, and we really liked his recommendation to perform “tying the knot” hand fasting ceremony. He also gifted us a keepsake book with our ceremony details and vows to cherish forever. Thanks to him, it was best wedding I’ve ever been to!Rev Marc Sabin's reply:

Reverend Marc is amazing!!!! We met once to talk about the wedding. He asked us to write a love letter to each other. At the time we thought another thing to do. Let me tell you - It was worth it!
We loved our ceremony. Our guests thought we knew him for years. Our ceremony was the favorite part of our wedding. It was heartfelt, funny and beautiful. We recommend Rev Marc.

My now Wife and I got married at The Rockleigh on July 23rd and Rev Marc Sabin was our officiant. Our wedding was non-denominational, which was no problem for Rev Marc. He was superb when marrying us. We each wrote our own version of our love story and sent them to Rev Marc about a month before the wedding. On the wedding day we were amazed by how many of the details he touched on and the story he was able to tell with the details we provided.
I'm not normally one to write reviews, but I wanted to share how great Rev Marc was for us, and we would highly recommend him to anyone.

Working with Marc for our wedding was an extremely easy and seamless experience. We booked him about a year and a half out and he was very friendly and informative. Leading up to the wedding, he had us write letters to each other which he used to create our vows and a truly personal and unique ceremony. He was also very quick to respond to all questions via email at any time. On our wedding day, A storm hit right before the ceremony. Marc remained positive and reminded me that the ceremony was going to be beautiful and he knew It would all work out. The storm cleared 20 mins before our ceremony and when Marc got to the top of the hill, he texted us a picture of a rainbow and It was a wonderful way to start our marriage. We loved the way Marc walked through the ceremony, It was just a very uplifting and personal approach. It was about 25-30 mins which was perfect for us.Rev Marc Sabin's reply:

Rev Marc recently married my husband and I in Poughkeepsie NY—and we highly recommend him as an officiant! My other half and I are introverted and shy, and Rev Marc came up with a delightful and succinct ceremony which is exactly what we wanted. It was sweet, genuine, and had many moments of observational humor which my husband and I appreciated as it eased our anxiety and “stage fright”. Our guests all enjoyed the ceremony too, and were impressed by how original it was. As a Wedding Coordinator I witness many ceremonies and I have to say Reverend Marc Sabin performed one of the best ceremonies I have witnessed! The couple I was working with hired him at the last minute, as their original plan did not work out, so Reverend Marc Sabin did not have much time to get to know the couple, however you would have never known it. He truly listened to what they had told him and created a beautiful ceremony, you would have thought he knew them for years! It was so heartfelt! If you are looking for a wedding officiant you need to go with Reverend Marc Sabin!Rev Marc Sabin's reply:

flexible, responsive & helpful
marc was great. our wedding date and venue changed and he was very accommodating. he was responsive throughout the entire process, and helpful in us deciding how to conduct our ceremony (we were clueless). the ceremony was beautiful and brought out so much emotion in us and our guests. highly recommend.Rev Marc Sabin's reply:

Planning a wedding is stressful enough. When my husband and I decided we wanted to get married at our venue, we ended up booking someone who was a former priest, since our religion (Catholic) is very important to our families. When COVID hit, my husband and I went forward with the wedding and had a microwedding instead. The officiant we originally hired flaked out on us a week before, and we were left with no one to marry us. Our venue highly recommended Reverend Marc Sabin and we immediately contacted him. He was very responsive, flexible, and very calm, which is what I needed. I can't thank him enough for how beautiful the ceremony was. He had us write love letters to each other, but instead of sending them each other, we sent it to him. During those letters, he got to know us personally, and delivered the most beautiful ceremony and vows I have ever witnessed. All of our family was taken back beyond belief on how personable the ceremony was, something we would have never received in a church. Even our most religious family members could not stop talking on how amazing he did. I highly highly highly recommend him if you want a beautiful, personable ceremony.
