From the moment we spoke with Corey we knew he was the perfect person to marry us. My husband and I wanted someone who we felt understood us and was willing to guide us in the steps to making sure our ceremony was exactly what we wanted it to be - and it was. Corey was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Planning a wedding during COVID is stressful, but as soon as we began working with him I knew I had nothing to worry about. Pastor Corey exemplifies patience and clear guidance for a one-of-a-kind and meaningful ceremony fit for your love story. Planning a wedding during a pandemic is like being stuck in a twilight zone. Pastor Corey truly centered me when I thought I would lose it during the wedding planning process. He never hesitated to pray with me on the telephone to ease my nerves.
My wedding day was beyond eventful before the main event! The biggest moment I reflect the most on of my wedding ceremony is how Pastor Corey was understanding of the day circumstances and he allowed my husband and I to embrace each other in a hug once I got to the alter.
Pastor Corey cares himself with great poise that’s reassuring for such a demanding moment in ones life. I’m beyond blessed that he wed my husband and I but more importantly we finally gained a spiritual advisor in our new city. Thank you Pastor Corey xo.

Such a Blessing
My new husband and I had to postpone our original wedding date and that led us to searching for a new officiant, we came across Pastor Corey and man are we glad we did! From my first phone call with him I felt instantly comfortable. I truly believe God had a plan for us to meet him. Leading up to the wedding we had some pre-martial sessions with him and they were literally eye opening and life changing! He was super helpful when it came to organizing the ceremony and he’s such a great speaker! My parents instantly warmed up to him and he had such a calming presence when the butterflies would start to creep up. Thank you so much for everything Corey !

Wonderful Pastor for our Ceremony and Pre-Marital Counseling
Corey was amazing! I 100% recommend! He is professional, caring, and truly puts in his input and gives great advice. I recommend completing the premarital counseling with him prior, he sits down and really talks through the “hard” issues of marriage and we feel completely comfortable. He is so genuine and through multiple trials (thanks COVID) often called to check in and pray with us. He made us feel like family and was so welcoming. I could go on and on- Corey is the pick! Not only is Corey an amazing officiant, he is the best person you would want to help you when planning your wedding. From the day we asked him to be apart of our big day to the day after our wedding, Corey was always there and made sure every detail was perfect! Anything we asked for to make our ceremony special and personalized for us, Corey made it happen. He had people laughing, crying and stunned with the words he said at our wedding. I couldn't have asked for a better experience or officiant. From my first contact with Corey I knew he was the one. My husband and I were able to customize our ceremony and incorporate everything we wanted. Unfortunately due to COVID we had to postpone our wedding until 2021 and Corey worked with us to plan a last minute small ceremony with only our two witnesses and surprised us with an amazing adapted ceremony which was much more than we expected. It was beyond perfect and something we will remember forever.

We had a great experience with Corey. We had to change our original plans due to COVID-19 and Corey was very flexible with our change. My wife and I are so happy he was a part of our special day. We were only able to meet in person once before COVID-19 but we were able to do a few FaceTime calls with Corey prior to our ceremony. He gave us plenty of examples of previous ceremonies and let us basically create our own which was nice. Would highly recommend Corey, he’s very down to earth and easy to talk to.

Exactly what we were looking for
We were looking for someone who was chill and really vibed with our personalities to marry us, as neither my husband or I wanted anything super traditional and rigid. Corey was exactly what we were looking for! We didn't really know what type of conversations needed to be had when booking someone to marry us, but he made that really easy and was super on board with our vision. Not only did we have an awesome officiant, but we truly feel we made a lifelong connection with Corey, and highly recommend him to anyone we know getting married. He also gave us the option of doing a wine box ceremony and he hand made our box with our names engraved into it! So now we have this lifelong keepsake as well. He’s awesome!
One of the first things that I noticed about Corey when my husband and I first met him was that he has an extremely calming voice! Which, I don’t know how the rest of you feel, but it was definitely a good thing for the day of the wedding since things can be a litttttle stressful. He was wonderful to work with, making sure that Jordan and I were both happy with how the ceremony was laid out and things of that nature. After the ceremony, we had guests coming up to us telling us how much they loved what all Corey said and that it was the perfect mix of serious and humor! Thank you Corey for helping make our day so wonderful and memorable!

Great officiant!
From the first moment we met Corey we knew that he will care about us and make our wedding unforgettable. He took the time to get to know us and our story and helped us develop our own, unique ceremony. We were very nervous about the course of the ceremony, but he managed to calm us down and trust him. He even checked on me before the wedding and made sure I felt good before walking down the aisle. I don't think anyone could have provided us with a better experience! Perfect Ceremony
My husband knew Corey was going to be our wedding officiant immediately after our initial meeting with him. After booking with Corey, we had about a year until our actual wedding day. Corey kept in contact with us throughout the year, and helped us perfect our ceremony. He showed up to the wedding early to see how I was doing and pray with my bridesmaids. He captivated our guests and truly helped make the ceremony perfect.

A Part of Family
I was given the opportunity to find the professional who was to marry my wife and I. Instead what I found was someone who greeted us and treated us with kindness and as if we were family.
Corey was like a brother I never knew I had. Professional but flexible he mentored us and helped; building a ceremony that was truly unique to us. WE EVEN MESSED UP the timing and you would have never known. Corey picked up on the missed calculation (on our part) and smoothed it out which made it perfect for the videos/pictures.
I wish Corey the best as a friend and someone who feels like one of the best moves we made was hiring him.

Although we didn't meet him face to face until an hour before the ceremony, Reverend Alley called us a few times to make sure we were prepared and to make sure he got his own preparations exactly the way we wanted them for our big day. We had a bit of a delay at the start of our outdoor ceremony but Corey took it all in stride, helped wipe down chairs, and got everyone out there and ready during the perfect window before it began pouring again. He was down to earth, caring, funny (the perfect amount of humor, not up-tight, but not obnoxious either!!!) and all of our guests raved about him! He was perfect and I would recommend him to all brides planning their big day- take some stress off of your plate and hire him!!!

Pastor Corey was an excellent choice for a very private wedding that was also very last minute. He made sure he got to know my husband and I before the wedding ceremony, and made this very personal and pertinent to us and our life experiences that brought us together. Pastor Corey was professional but very warm and helpful to us both when were in a situation that called for a brief planning time, intimacy, privacy, and spiritual meaningfulness for us. He performed the ceremony beautifully, using the vows and ideas we chose together. It was an extremely beautiful, meaningful wedding ceremony that we will treasure forever! Pastor Corey was excellent in every way and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to be your wedding officiant!

Rev Corey did a great job with our wedding. My husband and I aren't super religious, so we were unsure as to who should officiate our ceremony, but after meeting with Corey, we knew he was the way to go. He even sent us a variety of ceremonies he'd preformed in the past, and let us pick and choose exactly what we wanted ours to consist of. In the end, the ceremony turned out exactly as we wanted.

Rev. Alley was fantastic in helping us plan a ceremony that was personal and unique to us. He was able to meet with us around our work schedules in person and through email. He was able to help us not only with the ceremony but also provided great support through this stressful time of wedding planning. We both felt very comfortable talking with Rev. Corey did so wonderful not just as an officiant, but in speaking with us and improvising to better fit us as a couple during the ceremony. Also, through the slight hiccups we had, he managed to still make everything flow and make light of the situation. He really was a great choice!

Corey is hands down one of the most amazing people I have ever met. It is basically impossible not to feel comfortable around him. The second you meet him, you will see how much of a truly genuine person he is. I did not know Corey before he married my husband and I, but he is now my pastor, a great friend, and someone who I can trust my life with. I never worried for a second that my wedding wouldn't go smoothly knowing that he would be leading my ceremony. He made me feel so much at ease on my wedding day. Not to mention, my mother in law always says he has a very calming and soothing voice and I would agree! I wouldn't trade him marrying me and my husband for the world.

Corey was awesome! He met with us close to our home and provided multiple templates to help us design our ceremony, then helped add in more personal touches. He always got back to us within a day or so, and went out of his way to help when our marriage license got lost in the mail. He was very professional and courteous, and helped make our day perfect.

Pastor Corey is literally the world's best wedding officiant. He was so above anything I could have wanted or dreamed up. His energy was so calm and centered and joyful and warm. His voice and presence and spirit was so God centered and yet filled with human compassion as he read our customized vows and prayed over our marriage. His beautiful ceremony set the tone for a happy, joyful, sincere, warm, fun wedding that also set the tone for our entire marriage. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I had watched You Tube videos of Pastor Corey preforming weddings so I knew he was great but he truly exceeded what can be captured on a video -- his presence filled our wedding day with warmth and prayer and God's love. A great calming presence on our day
Weddings can be stressful beasts to put on, and there are a lot of small details that you can get wrapped up in. Planning a wedding and then being forced to reschedule due to the pandemic only compounded all those small stressful details. Corey was a rock in those rough waters. He was always a calming presence when we spoke with him by phone or zoom, and he was the perfect combination of energy and resolve for our ceremony. He was genuinely interested in our love story and always was quick to remind that our day was about us. He is a busy man and in these crazy times could be every now and then hard to get penciled in, but would without a doubt recommend him to officiate any wedding. He provided us templates of ceremonies to build ours from, and was perfect in making our wine box ceremony feel significant and fun.

Corey did a pretty good job as our officiant, however I unfortunately cannot leave him a good review. He was unable to attend our rehearsal due to a canceled flight. We were totally understanding and able to rehearse without him. Since we paid an additional fee for him to be at our rehearsal, I asked him to refund us that amount. He would not and eventually stopped responding to me. This was unprofessional and a breach of contract.

Corey was awesome at first- easy to talk to, responsive, and wise- we even did a marriage counseling session with him! Unfortunately, Corey didn't seem to prioritize our wedding over things he had going on in his day-to-day. He was very unresponsive starting one month leading up to our wedding- which put a lot of stress on us. Maybe there were some things going on that we didn't know about, which is understandable, but we were left in the dark. He always seemed to have an excuse (being busy, out of town, family, etc.). One hour before the rehearsal he texted me cancelling the rehearsal for family reasons. We ended up finding a family friend to marry us to calm our nerves. Overall, he's really nice and he used to have really good reviews- which is why we hired him in the first place. We did not have a great experience with hiring him due to the lack of communication and feeling like our wedding day was not a priority to him.

Non-Officiant
So I hired Paster Corey back in Jan 2020 for my wedding in May 2020. I paid the deposit (which was half the cost of obtaininghis services), then it started to become difficult to get ahold of him. COVID happened and everything shut down. Corey and I discussed postponing the wedding until 2021. My matron of honor passed away in June of 2020 after fighting pancreatic cancer for 2 months with my family and I by her side, so I was not in the state of mind to contact anyone right away to figure out the new date right away. When I did contact him a few months later, he wanted a fee of $100 to change the date (despite no discussion of the prior). When I explained the situation of all that has happened, he chose to wave the fee but then it became extremely hard to get ahold of him. After many texts, emails, calls and messages on weddingwire, I finely was able to discuss some stuff with him. Corey asked where the venue was again, which was the same place when I first obtained his services. Less then a month before I was to.be married, Corey decided it was too far away for him to drive. Then it took another 2 1/2 weeks for him to refund me my deposit. It was a very frustrating process and very stressful as I had to look for someone else with less then a month left and barely anything left in my budget as I waited for my refund.
