I Loved My Dress!
A few years ago, I found this dress and I was in love. As the years passed, I had been convinced it wasn't "bridal enough" (PSA: If anyone tells you that, ignore them. Bridal is what you make it). When COVID hit and I wasn't able to get my other dress altered, I took it as a sign and ordered this one almost immediately. It arrived quickly and was super comfortable to wear. It even help up when trudging through tall grass in the woods and getting a lot of sticks tangled.

This dress is so beautiful and unique. I’ve gotten so many compliments on how pretty and different it is. The quality of the dress is really nice and definitely worth it for the price. When purchasing, customer service was outstanding, making sure to answer all of my specific questions. They even made sure I’d get it before the wedding I was in which was quicker than I had expected. I’d say the only thing was the chest area was a little bigger than I wanted but I was able to work with it. Overall, I am very pleased with this dress and with Renz and plan to purchase from them again.

I ordered a maternity bridesmaid dress from this site for a wedding that was ultimately postponed due to COVID. It was a last minute order and Renz bridal expedited my order so I got it in time. I asked Renz Bridal to make the dress with room to grow so I could wear it for another wedding later in my third trimester. Every bridesmaid loves her dress. They are perfect. It was easy to order and provide measurements. If they had any questions they messaged promptly. All the dresses fit like gloves and don’t need any alterations. We chose the burgundy color and velvet fabric and the fabric is very nice. It’s a heavy duty material which is perfect for a winter wedding. I’m extremely happy with the price as sometimes the price of the dress as what you pay just for the alterations. They also have a multitude of designs available. The price below is with tax. Turn around time was one month and 4 days. Highly recommend.

I'm in love with my bridesmaid dress. It exceeded all my expectations. It's beautiful and affordable but still excellent quality. The velvet feels luxurious, and the lining keeps it from being too hot. The lace is so delicate, and the dress is so unique. I can't wait to wear in in a few weeks. I've already gotten so many compliments on it. The color I ordered is called English Rose. It came in about 4.5 weeks after ordering (including shipping time because I live in CA). I sent them my measurements, and the fit is perfect. The shop was great about answering all my questions during the whole ordering process. I highly recommend this shop and dress!!

I would highly recommend that if you're looking for a high quality dress, you contact Renz Bridal. I have had a lot of experiences with dresses at this same price point that are poorly made and dont fit properly. However, the dress I ordered from Renz Bridal was EXTREMELY well made and fit perfectly with the custom measurements I sent in. After talking to Renz they asked me to send them a picture of my dream wedding dress and they would show it to their design team and let me know if they could make me a custom dress. Well they did!!! Received the dress, absolutely stunning, I do have to get it altered as it’s quite big on me but I’m a little over 4 months pregnant with my second and was comparing my body to the first pregnancy as well as going by what people said on adding an inch to every month that’s left. Amazing custom dress! Better than the big box bridal stores
I ordered a custom size dress from RenzRags, as requested by the bride for the wedding I'm in July 2021. Let me tell you -- after being a bridesmaid many times, and getting married in July 2020, I have quite a bit of experience with bridal stores and bridesmaid dresses. So often, when girls go to try on bridesmaids dresses, the dress is available in a single size (often super tiny size) and figuring out your size, what fits, etc. is so hard. I was able to send in 4-5 measurements (hips, bust, chest, length, etc.) and RenzRags made me a CUSTOM bridesmaids dress that fit like a glove, looks gorgeous, and is exactly what I wanted. Not to mention it's over $100 cheaper than the last bridal store bridesmaid dress that I purchased in May 2020, that didn't fit right. I would recommend this company 1000x over other bridal stores!!!!!!!!

I purchased a dress from Renz back in October for a wedding with a champagne gold theme, and I absolutely loved it. I ordered this sequin gown with custom measurements, and swapped the color from yellow gold to a tan champagne color. They hand dyed the lace back to match perfectly. My dress fit like a perfect glove, I needed no alterations at all. The price was much more reasonable than other options and the quality, speed of delivery, comfort, and elegant style of my dress was greater than my expectations. Great Service for online bridesmaid dresses
I loved RenzRags! I bought my bridesmaid's dresses from them and everything was so simple and professional. I was a bit hesitant to order their dresses online, but found a dress from Renz that I loved so I decided to give it a try.
The dress I ordered looked EXACTLY like the photo, in color and style. They were in good communication with me the whole time. If I forgot a measurement, they made sure to get the measurement before just whipping up something. They responded very quickly to all questions I had, and had the dress shipped in perfect time. I made sure to communciate when I needed the dress and they had it shipped and delivered early and were sure to get it when I needed it (all took about 4 weeks).
I would highly recommend them for any future brides, bridesmaids or anyone looking for a nice dress. The only thing I wish they had would be a small men's section to get the perfect colors for ties and such :)
*note another one of my bridesmaids is trying on the dress in the photo, so the size is not for her so it looks a bit big. But I wanted to see/show the silhouette*

My bridesmaids loved these dresses. If you choose the option to have them custom made, they fit like a glove, practically perfect. My girls didn’t need to get alterations because they fit so well. I love my dress! I got it in English Rose and it is the perfect color. The material is thick and heavy but it flows so well. Its a tad short (I'm also very tall), if I were to order another dress again I would probably add an inch or two to the length I sent in. Not a major detail, the length swifts along my toes. The only struggle I am having is that the side cut is pretty low and with having a bigger cup size I am probably going to have to find a way to keep everything concealed. Other than that this dress is beautiful and I love it. It is super comfortable and flattering. Additionally, the RenzRags team was really easy to work with! I would definitely order another dress with them.

Ordering a custom bridesmaids dress was so easy! I followed the tips from the shop for taking measurements and sent them in with my order. The shop owners were so responsive to my requests for the dress. When I got the dress, it fit perfectly! I have larger breasts compared to my waist and all formalwear has to be altered to fit right. This dress didn’t need any alterations and it was so comfortable! I am now looking to have my own bridesmaids order from Renz Bridal. I just got married in November and I was soo happy with the way my girls dresses turned out! I purchased them from RenzRags on Etsy https://www.etsy.com/shop/RenzRags
You can either purchase a custom size or a standard size, (which is exactly the same price!) I did all custom for my girls and they all fit so well! We did have to shorten a few straps and hem a couple but overall it was hardly anything.
It was a fantastic experience. Renz not only met but exceeded my expectations to help me find my dress.

She gave us bridesmaids Renz Rags to order from, and allowed us to pick any dress as long as it was the green velvet color. I was super nervous because I've never ordered a custom dress online, and I'm 6'0" without shoes on, and overall have some difficult measurements to fill. I found the dress I wanted, and send the measurements (which I did myself, not professionally). The shop emailed me back the next day and asked me to double check my measurements because the one I gave them seemed short for how tall I was. Sure enough, when I remeasured I was about an inch off! I ordered my dress on April 14th, and it arrived by May 13th. The quality is absolutely amazing. These dresses are handmade but sturdy and feel great. The measurements were on point. I will have to wear a sticky bra to help my poor small chest, but I was planning on that anyway (I'm not comfortable without a bra on!) Custom orders online are difficult, but I have nothing but great things to say about this vendor. I'm going to order another dress again from them soon just because I love them so much. I was pretty nervous about getting my dress from an online retailer, ESPECIALLY since I was only going to get to try it on a week before the wedding (I know, I'm a gambler). It turns out that I had nothing to worry about because the folks at Renz Rags had done a fantastic job! RenzRags made my four bridesmaid's dresses for my wedding, and they were absolutely stunning. The craftsmanship is outstanding and attention to detail is amazing! The dresses are beautifully lined with satin and the corset tied back eliminated the need for any alterations. Four custom bridesmaids dresses and no on needed any alterations. Beautiful velvet bridesmaids’ dresses!
I ordered 4 velvet bridesmaids’ dresses in the plum color for my wedding and it was stunning! Two of my bridesmaids measured incorrectly, so they actually all swapped dresses and we had to order an extra one since one just didn’t fit anyone, but that was our own fault. The dresses are made to the exact measurements so triple check them!!! They were exactly what I envisioned though and I’m glad I ordered through Renzrags.

RenzRags did a beautiful job on my 8 bridesmaids' dresses. Each of the bridesmaids sent in their measurements and the dresses were each custom made. The dresses were very beautiful and well made. They had a bunch of colors to choose from and a great collection of dresses. They had pretty much all of the classic bridesmaid dress styles along with some others that are less "bridesmaid-y". Excellent custom service and they were willing to do any adjustments asked for. I would have given them 5 stars for quality but 5 out of the 8 dresses required some minor adjustments (two had to be hemmed, two taken in, and one let out). Overall I was very happy with RenzRags- great quality dresses for a great price, especially for a custom dress.

Intricate details at an affordable price!
As soon as I saw these dresses on Etsy, I knew that I needed them! They were exactly what I was looking for... intricate beading, lace, and sparkle without a $400 price tag. My bridesmaids very much appreciated that! I'd recommend RenzRags to anyone looking for these details in a dress. Plus the ease of ordering online doesn't hurt either!
With my New Years Eve wedding, I had my heart set on sequin gowns for my bridesmaids, and Renz bridal seemed to be the best option for that on Etsy. I ordered 5 custom dresses, and later found these negative reviews which made me extremely nervous. Then, the dresses came 2 weeks earlier than estimated. All of them fit my bridesmaids perfectly with the exception of being about a half inch too long on some, which is an easy fix as they still have to pick out shoes. Beyond my inclusion of custom measurements in the order notes, I never had to contact the vendor, so I can't give an opinion on their responsiveness, customer service, etc. It may be a risky decision to make in light of the negative reviews from others, but I'm extremely pleased with the quality of their work. The dresses match the online photos, fit everyone well, and good quality for the price.

A store on Etsy that we got the bridesmaid dresses at. They are super kind and accommodating and a REALLY great price. Beautiful dresses. The only thing is they switched up all the dress orders so the girls all got other girls dresses in the mail. And the continual issue of ordering online, no ones fit! Most were WAY too big. However the store was REALLY kind and helpful through it all. They paid for shipping for the girls to switch dresses and offered to help with alterations if the dresses were ridiculously wrong in sizing. So that was nice :)

The dresses came out well. Best dusty blue shade ever. I did have to order a 3rd bridesmaid dress separately and that came out very differently as far as measurements went. She just didn't feel it fit her chest right. The seamstresses she went to in California had a hard time fixing it without ruining the jewel design in the front. It wasnt their fault. But the dress should not feel uncomfortable in the first place. So many reviews before me complained that they did not accommodate orders with dresses not fitting right so I didn't even bother.
I suggest, that some of the dressmakers still need some work. Whoever did my first 2 were obviously better than who did the 3rd. They had no problems with their dresses.
I went with them for bridesmaid dresses because as negative the reviews were, a lot of 2017 reviews showed promise of improvement. They showed fair prices, but it all eventually added up to more than I budgeted because apparently, their tea length dresses cost more than floor length. They did not make room for considerations. Would i reccomend this place? I would honestly suggest someone else before considering RenzRags.

These dresses are beautiful. But not a single one fit my bridesmaids correctly & every one of them had to have them altered. Additionally, I asked months in advance which dress would work best for bridesmaid who would be 7 months pregnant & although they gave me suggestions that would work, they gave her grief about those same suggestions when it came time to order (even though the reviews have pictures of other pregnant women wearing them, they told her her measurements didn't work). & when she received her dress you could see sharpie Xs on it!
Although the dresses are gorgeous, if you decide to go with them, make sure to leave ample time to have them altered. The measurements they ask for seem to be used as mere suggestions.

There was difficulty and miscommunication about how to fix the dresses. If I had it to do over again, I'd have gone with someone else.

I ordered a ready-to-ship dress as the bride chose this vendor for bridesmaids dress. The custom dress the bride ordered for me was so off, it was cheaper to buy a new dress than alter it. I don’t know who if the vendor or the bride messed up my measurements. I placed the order for my “ready-to-ship” dress 10 days ago. The dress has still not shipped. When I asked for a time-frame, I was told the dress was in quality check. I assumed it was ready-to-ship and would be shipped within a couple days of placing the order. I now am paying for the other dress to be altered.

I would have been nice if I had a chance to wear the dress
I was super excited to order a dress from RenzRags. I had been following their designs for years and finally had an opportunity to order a custom fit to measure dress from them. However, despite ordering within their recommended time window, they had to overnight ship the dress to arrive the day before the wedding. The problem, it was shipped to my home in Wisconsin and the wedding was in Florida. I was desperately emailing them begging them to change the shipping address since the dress was arriving so last minute, but out of a total of 5 emails I sent, 4 went unanswered. I spent the day before the wedding having to shop for a new dress since the one I already paid for was being delivered on the opposite side of the country. And after the wedding when I tried to ask for a refund or some kind of solution given the lack of communication and the overall delay in receiving the dress, but my emails continued to go unanswered. Buyer beware, order at your own risk and expect 0 communication if anything goes awry.

Every bride wants to let their bridesmaids to pick the dress that will look best on their bodies and that they like. This is company is not the right choice.
The bride ordered the bridesmaids dresses. No one received a dress that fit correctly. I don’t know if they transposed numbers on my measurements but the bottom half of the dress appeared to be for someone twice the size of the top half of the dress. The amount for alterations was more than the dress cost. I decided to order a ready to ship dress then go from there. I ordered base on my measurements. The first dress did not fit so I went up a size. The second dress seemed to be the same measurements as the smaller size. I had to order a third dress another size up. Hoping that one fits, but I won’t know until the weekend before the wedding. This company ships so slowly. They send shipping info but don’t ship for at least another week. Then it’s too late to return.

I had to go through here for my bridesmaid dress (the bride picked the shop). After receiving the wrong dress, they refused to send me a new one or let me return the dress. They offered to send me pieces to make it the "right dress" which means I would have to sew it together myself. In addition, they could not get the pieces shipped to me in time for me to have the dress altered with them before the wedding. For a nearly $200 bridesmaid dress this seemed ridiculous. I had to buy a new dress for the wedding, to the bride's dismay. After the wedding, when I went to return the item it was "too late" and their new offer (I'm not sure how the offer can change when they sent the wrong dress entirely and the reason I was in this situation is because of their incompetence) was to give me the pieces, but I needed to pay shipping because that was "fair". I absolutely do not recommend this vendor. They will not work with you and your dress will not fit, whether you give them measurements (professional, yes) or not. Please save yourself money and a major headache. Do not use them.

I purchased a bridesmaid dress and was left in tears when I finally received it. My experience start to finish with them was hands down the worst customer service I've ever had. I followed their generic sizing, their charts showed I would be closest to an 8 (which I am in most brands), the followed up with me after purchase to get a couple other measurements. I had them update the shipping address to a friend's house and told them in the new shipping instructions they needed to include my friend's name on the label. Which they did not which caused my dress to be returned to sender since my name didn't match the name on the mailbox. They argued with me on charging me for shipping to send it back even though it was their mistake for not printing my friends name on the label. They finally agreed to wave the shipping fee but between being sent out originally, returning to sender and being sent out a second time it took 3.5 months for me to receive the dress. After the whole shipping mishap I finally tried it on and literally EVERYTHING was wrong with the measurements of my dress. The straps were way too short so they were tight on me plus didn't give me a nice V neck in the photos, the sewn in boob pads were located at my collar bone and lastly the dress didn't zip up at all. The dress looked frumpy and didn't fit at all. I emailed them and they flat out told me no refunds then had the audacity to tell me I read the measurements wrong while ordering. I sent them follow up pictures with the dress on with a tape measure to show my measurements and were pretty much spot on with what their generic chart listed. I opened a case with website I purchased the dress through and they only offered me a $40 voucher to send the dress back to them for alterations, so essentially I'll still have to pay them to fix the dress that should've come fitted correctly. I also emailed local tailors about alterations and all of them emailed back telling me that there;s no way to alter velvet clothing pieces without the original seams showing. I'm stuck with a poorly made dress now that I can't wear to my friends wedding and $120 out and still have to find a new dress that actually fits.

Horrible customer service, took two months to get someone to help me with my issue.
Continue on I purchased a bridesmaids dress from this company and reached out to customer service to ask about how to size the dress as I would be four months pregnant at time of where, they directed me to Facebook messenger where I received a response to add 2 inches to every measurement. I sent in measurements for the dress and received a dress 5 to 6 weeks later that was gigantic. The company stated they could remake/refit the dress for me but it would take an additional six weeks minimum and the wedding was five weeks away. I also paid for a slit in the dress, which I never received, and the company attempted to lie and say I never purchased the slit although I presented my invoice that clearly showed I had paid for the slit. After going back-and-forth for about a month with someone in customer service, they agreed to refund $30 of the $170 purchase I had made. Thankfully, my mother and worked tirelessly to remake the dress. She took off nearly a half a yard of fabric. thankfully I hopefully won’t need to be a bridesmaid again, but I will never use this company, nor recommend them to anyone looking for a dress. They are Liars and Frauds
I ordered a dress from them as a bridesmaid and the bride even confirmed with them before purchase that their website policy was accurate about returns and that you could do a free return and would be provided a free return shipping label. After ordering the dress, I decided I would like a smaller size and went to follow the instructions on their website to return and there was no option to start a return. I messaged them and they said I had to ship it back to them at my own cost to get refunded for the dress minus a $10 restock fee. They also say they are based in California, but they only get back to me at weird times and once a day. I’ve now been dealing with this scam for two weeks trying to get my money back. My party is lucky I’m the only one who’s ordered the dress because now we are no longer using this website and looking elsewhere for dresses, but I’m still out my nearly $200 for a dress that doesn’t fit me.
UPDATE: After SEVERAL chats back and forth, they finally sent me a return shipping label after avoiding doing so for some time. They said that the person chatting with me about my case "left" and there was confusion... Either way the hassle was not worth the effort. If you find yourself in this situation with this company, I would suggest that you keep arguing with them until you get your return shipping label and ask to speak to Tracy, apparently she is the one who has to handle things in order for them to keep their word.

No Returns!
I sent my measurements and the dress was so loose on top, my chest was almost entirely exposed. My wedding is less than 3 weeks away and I need to return the dress to afford a new one but they don't allow returns. Buy somewhere else. This place is not worth the stress. My fiancé bought a wedding dress and 3 Bridesmaids dresses. When my fiancé got her dress she was beyond mad when she tried hers on . She had to take her dress to have alterations done on her shoulder and stomach area and luckily the lady got it to fit just right. When we got the Bridesmaids dresses and sent them out to the ladies, their dresses did not fit. The Maid of Honors dress did not fit in the shoulder area but fit in the rest of the areas which she had fixed (luckily). The two Bridesmaids said that their dresses fit so badly that they were unwearable. We had the Bridesmaids take pictures so we could send them along with an email to the owner stating that their dresses did not fit. The first dress the cap sleeves were so tight she couldn't move her arms, from bust to shoulder was to too long the bust stays are visible through the fabric and her dress was too short. The second dress the bust to waist is too short and the bust to shoulder is too long (so if the waist is in the appropriate place the neckline is so low her breasts would be spilling out), and the arms are so tight she couldn't move them. So once we sent the email along with the pictures, the owner wrote back asking us to have the Bridesmaids take pictures of them measuring the areas that were off and send them to her. I know the owner would of tried to say they weren't at fault so instead I found a company that does alterations, both Bridesmaids took their dresses in and the owner that's done alterations for over 50yrs said that the company that sells these dresses have them on a rack and when ladies send in their measurements they pull the dress off the rack that's close to their measurements and sends them out. There are 15 plus areas that need to be measured when customizing a dress the guy said. The dresses will need lots of work and will cost $240 to fix. I wished I had read these reviews before letting my fiancé order from this company! BEWARE LADIES DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Failure to Deliver and Zero Communication.
I placed an order with this company months ago with an expected delivery of 6 weeks. After 8 weeks passed without receiving the product, I reached out for an update. Since then, I have attempted to contact them through multiple channels—all of which have gone ignored.
At this point, the company has retained my payment for months without delivering the product or providing any status updates. Despite my formal request for a refund, they have remained unresponsive. I am now forced to escalate this matter as a dispute with my bank. My wedding is in 6 weeks and half of my bridesmaids have not yet received their bridesmaid dresses. Myself, my bridesmaids, and my mother have all sent emails, and reached out to customer with zero response for going on 4 weeks now. The amount of stress for the overpriced dresses is not worth it. Getting in bridesmaid dresses on time should not be one of the most stressful parts of a wedding. Some of my bridesmaids ordered their dresses months ago and still have not received them. Two of the ones that actually arrived have to get tailored because they do not actually tailor to your size like they claim. Do yourself a favor and do not use this site.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR. I ordered a custom tulle bridesmaid dress and had professional measurements done by my tailor. The dress took about 7 weeks to get to me. When I open the package, I was already regretting it, I could already tell it looked nothing like the picture... and when I tried it on it was a nightmare and sent me into tears. The dress was obviously way too big and the "illusion" dress I wanted was a 5 year old magic show. SUCH A JOKE. When I contacted the vendor I asked to exchanged for a different dress, since the one I got was clearly too big ,and was not as expected. I sent pictures showing how big the dress is.
Their response, "Based on the pics, yes, the waist is too big for you. But we can't know if we made it big, or the measurements you sent were not very accurate. You didn't show on the photo using a tape measure to measure the waist. Timing is too tight to what went wrong, so we suggest you to let in the waist locally. We would like to offer $30 refund as a help. Sorry for the inconvenience."
I then went on to send them measurements of my waist line and measurements on the dress which came to be 38 inches... My local tailor is saying it will cost $135 dollars to fix the dress properly. I showed the vendor the receipt and told them $30 is not enough and I needed them to cover more of the alteration. They came back and said "Thank you for your patience. We checked all the photos and to be honest, there is no big mistake with the dress measurements. $135+ to alter is too high. We only charged your $149.99 for the whole dress. Have you tried looking for other tailor shops who charge less? We are willing to offer $30 refund max. I hope we can come up with an amicable solution, sorry again for the inconvenience." HOW how can they compare the cost of the dress to alteration cost... Tailors don't work for free. If this vendor was a real professional dress maker they wouldn't have made these kinds of mistakes. All the reviews on here have the same story too.

Didn't ship dress on time
Renzrags claims they take 4-6 weeks to make a custom dress and then ship.
I placed my order over 6 weeks ago.
2 weeks ago (4 weeks after order placed), I received an email from Renzrags saying it has shipped. When I click on the USPS tracking, it says "Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS, USPS Awaiting Item", in other words, Renzrags has not actually given my dress to USPS yet, they only printed a shipping label. I have contacted Renzrags about this on several occasions, and their response is "we'll just shipped them right away. In addition, we have so many dresses to be checked everyday. And we have to ship the packages in bulk to save time and be efficient. That's why we print the labels in advance. You do not need to worry, the dress is done and will be ready for shipping any time soon. You may check on the shipping label anytime soon and it should be updated by then."
Well, I don't believe that we will get the dress in time for the wedding, which we wanted at least a week ahead of time (this week) in case we need to make alterations. The dress in non-refundable, because it is custom. I will be posting this review everywhere, since I doubt Renzrags will post this on their website.
I spent over $100 for a dress that will never be worn. BUYER BEWARE!

Ladies, save your money and shop elsewhere. This is a total scam. I ordered a returnable dress from them and it was terrible. There is not structure to the top and basically every dress does not allow for you to wear a bra. It is also very cheaply made and does not look like the pictures. I tried to follow the return policy but there was no option to start the initiate the return on my account. Obviously an error on their part, so I reached out for help. Before they would help I had to explain why I wanted to return it, which really doesn't matter. Per their own policy, they provide customers with a prepaid shipping label. They told me I couldn't follow directions, so they wouldn't send me a label...but their website literally didn't have a return button!! After much fighting they provided me with a label and I got my return. Another bridesmaid had a similar issue and we compared emails...they were identical. You are dealing with a robot, not a human. The bride decided to get our dresses elsewhere after a few bridemaids had similar issues. Don't be fooled by the five star reviews on their website. I gave them a one star review for poor quality dresses and customer service and they removed it. Such a scam, don't waste your time, money, or sanity on them!

Do not order from renzrags
We ordered 7 bridesmaid dresses from RenzRags and received 0/7. My bestfriend's wedding is on 12/04/21, last Thursday 10/21/21 we received the a letter from the post office notifying us that our package was lost and all that was found was the ripped off shipping label. We reached out to Tracy (owner of RenzRags) to inform her of the situation and so far she has been the furthest thing from helpful. She is claiming that we must pay more for new dresses and can only receive up to 40% of our money back.
We heard back from the post office today 10/25/2021 and they informed us that they only spent $9.49 on shipping EVEN THOUGH WE PAID $30!!!! and they only insured our dresses for $100 instead of the actual price of $1100. We were also informed that the package they shipped was only 13 pounds...... 13 pounds for 7 floor length velvet gowns??.... doesn't add up. We asked Tracy for a picture of what the dresses were shipped in and she sent us a photo of a plastic shipping bag. One would think that a reputable business would know better than to send such an expensive and large order in something better than a plastic shipping bag....
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.. I am baffled at how many good reviews there are but for those of you that may read this be warned........... RenzRags is a SCAM

Made-to-order / Custom is a joke…alterations needed and no returns
Myself and one other girl in the bridal party have ordered made-to-order and the sizing is completely off. I was professionally measured by a seamstress so I’m fairly confident it’s not an error on my part. Vendor communication is poor and they won’t do refunds.
Save yourself a headache and buy the ready-to-ship which is returnable. You’ll need alterations for any option with this crappy vendor.
Also dress is heavy and weighs down and doesn’t sit right on the body. Very unflattering. Hoping alterations help this ‘custom’ dress.
Brides - don’t choose this vendor for you bridesmaids!

Pretty shady. I had been dreaming about the dressesbin this shop for months and decided to order a bridesmaids dress for my best friends wedding. I was hoping to get my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses from them but wanted to try them out first. The dress I ordered was listed $119 but I did custom measurements following the guide on the site so I ended up paying $158, a little shocked because I’m a size 13 but no big deal. I was very unhappy with the garment I received, it had crooked cups, tears and snags in the lace which the seller insisted happened during transit, there were in trimmed lose threads and the back wasn’t even stitched securely. The color of the dress seemed off from the swatches and it just looked lower quality than the photos all around. It was like when you see some fire looking food in a flyer and when you get it to the table it looks sad and deflated. If you contact this shop with a quality issue do not expect them to take any blame, they won’t accept they did anything wrong. You will be greeted with an automated response and no apologies. ( I complained about all of my issues with the dress and was told they assure they double check to allow measurements aren’t off and if they were it was likely not their fault and then listed instructions on how to measure. I will note that I did not complain about the actual fit of the dress, it was on point and measured to perfection. I tried to resolve issues with this seller but had to eventually escalate the process to Etsy where the seller continued to be unapologetic. They were difficult to communicate with and Etsy eventually took it into their hands and refunded me for the portion I had asked because the seller was not responding any longer. I would buy with caution. I will not be ordering my wedding dress or bridesmaids dresses from this shop, nor will I reccomend them. I am not arguing that they create beautiful garments. BUT, when they made mistakes (and we’re humans, we all do) they will deny it, deny it, and not at all be willing to compromise from there no return no refund policy.

Poor quality and false advertisement
I was stupid enough to swallow the fake/bought reviews this company has on Etsy and order a wedding dress from them. It didn't even occur to me to question the reviews and look at outside sources. The dress I received was extremely poor quality and did not resemble the craftsmanship of the dress they advertised on the listing.
The lace details that made up the entire top half of the dress were ripped and torn like someone cut them with a dull kitchen knife, with a completely off center neckline that also had thick PATCHES of lace front and center. The whole construction and stitching on all of the other parts of the dress was sloppy. I have received better quality items from Wish.
The dress wasn't garbage, but it wasn't wearable at a wedding. I would not be so bitter about the whole thing if I hadn't had to fight this company for a MONTH. I ended up having to escalate the dispute for review by Etsy staff before they offered me a refund. Very apologetic the whole time of course, "so sorry, I know this day is so important for you", asking for sympathy about "the time she [the owner] spent making my dress" and offering me $30 for alterations or a 50% discount on another dress. STFU your dresses are clearly made in China and you clearly have no interest in whether or not I'm happy with my purchase. It felt like I had to wrench the money out of their hands.
The dresses are cheap, I'll give them that. DO NOT buy a wedding dress from this company. If you choose to use this company for bridesmaids dresses, know they WILL NOT be made to your size and will not look like the products they advertise.

This company is a joke! All the 6 dresses i bought for my bridesmaids were poorly made and the wrong color! And we were denied a refund!! They only respond once every 24-48 hours even when you have issues with your purchase! ZERO out of 6 dresses fit! The dresses came out royal blue when the swatch I chose was dark blue!

Buyer beware! PayPal does not allow buyer protection on custom made items. Renz messed up my measurements to the point the dress was unalterable and unwearable. They refused me a refund or a remake of the dress. I am stuck with a bridesmaid dress I couldn't wear and had to buy another one. They truly scammed me of my money. Yes they have some good reviews. But be aware that if they ruin your dresses, and reviews have proven they do often, they will not give you a refund or fix your dresses.

This company completely messed up my dress and after admitting it was their fault offered me $10 for alterations. We wasred over a week texting back and fourth before they went that far. Alterations for this dress will be much more than that. My grandsons wedding I am supposed to be in is in about three weeks. I dont think thats going to happen. DO NOT deal with this company. You will be throwing your money away. And if you are on a limited income like I am, you are truely screwed. I have spent weeks crying over this. Thank you for that RenzRags.

The alterations ended up costing more that the dresses and even after the alterations my dress is barely wearable. My dress looks absolutely nothing like the pictures on their Etsy site. The fabric and stitching looks incredibly cheap and the seamstress that tried to fix the dress said how this is one of the worst jobs/dresses she has ever seen.

I was just in a wedding in August where the entire bridal party purchased dresses from this shop. There were MANY issues. My dress was $150 and I ended up spending an additional $200 on alterations despite the "custom sizing". Here were some of my own issues (not counting the issues also experienced by the other bridesmaids in the wedding):
Hem was at least 5" too long, even after providing my height and shoe height
Cups for the breast/chest area were at least a size too big and made me look like a little kid playing dress up
Sides of the dress needed to be brought in at least 2" on each side
Waist needed to be taken in at least 2-3" as well
Overall, I found the experience to be absolutely a waste of time. The dresses come from China, so expect that. The other girls had issues with the length of the dress, again, despite the custom sizing, and with things like having to replace the straps of a halter dress or taking in the chest area.
I would definitely NOT recommend this shop to ANY bride. Don't put your bridesmaids through this. Please.

RenzRags is by the far the worst company I have come across in regards to customer service, quality control, and accuracy of product. Please look at their reviews on wedding wire and take them seriously. I and several other bridesmaids ordered "custom" dresses only for them to arrive completely innacurate and improperly fitting. And then we were told that "custom" does not gaurantee the perfect fit. Pray tell, why go through the process of getting professionally measured of those measurements will be entirely ignored and the $180 I spend will be essentially wasted? Each bridesmaid sent in specific measurements and requested that the gowns be significantly longer than their waist to floor (with heel) measurements in order to ensure the dress would be long enough for the look our bride wanted. Two girls received dresses long enough to stretch from Atlanta to California and two received dresses that barely covered their ankles. I asked for a split in my dress and my split starts darn near at my ankle with a train as long as my bed. How does that pattern make any sense? After reaching out to Renz to remedy the incorrect fit of CUSTOM dresses, Renz absolutely refused to acknowledge any fault on their part. They haggled and spent entirely too much time trying to place blame on a customer that HAS PHOTOS OF ILL-FITTING DRESSES ALONG WITH RECEIPTS OF THE MEASUREMENTS THEY SENT. Even with all of this evidence, Renz Raggedy denied a refund or return and instead offered $10 off the purchase of a new dress. I would strongly advise you to find another retailer that will make dresses according to your specifications and whose customer service is far better than them. Get your money's worth from someone that deserves it.

Take it from me! Do not buy anything from Renz Rags! They give off this illusion that they're a small, cute little dress shop in California and that they care about their customers...nope. I learned this lesson firsthand. I also did some digging online and apparently they outsource to China. They just use the small business facade as a way to make you think they'd be trustworthy and qualified. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ON ETSY!
I am getting married in October. My bridesmaids ordered 3 dresses from them. Not only is the color not correct (and I have the physical swatch in front of me) but 2 out of 3 of them DO NOT FIT, despite giving exact measurements. And one of those isn't just poorly fit, it's constructed VERY POORLY. Like an amateur threw it together. It will not lie flat on the shoulder area and is completely lopsided/twists/off-center. It looks awful. These dresses are not usable! Not for a wedding and not even for a simple backyard barbecue. They look like crap. If you want to spend your money on garbage bags, save yourself the trouble and go to your local supermarket and invest in some Hefty bags.
Oh, and when I contacted them, they played nice and implied that basically it was us, not them. That we were seeing the color differently, but that they use a strict code system to color their fabrics and it couldn't possibly be the wrong color...despite the fact that I have the swatch right in front of me and it does not match. Their only solution was for us to order 3 MORE DRESSES and they'd give us a 30% discount. Yeah right. Like they'd get any MORE of our money. "Just give us an additional $200+ and we'll send you more terrible dresses!" No way, not now, not ever. I'm not one to post really bad reviews online unless it's absolutely justified, and in this case it is. I don't want anyone going through the nonsense that I've been through. Brides and bridesmaids be forewarned- DO NOT USE THIS SHOP.

The dress I was sent was made approx. 2 sizes too large for me in the waist and hip, along with it being way too short in the shoulder to bust. After sending back photos of the dress laid out against a measuring tape, proving the dress was made too large, I was told I would be given a $10 refund... on a $150 dress that my tailor says he can't alter. Was then told that the dress was in fact alterable by the shop owner. Well, my tailor can't exactly add fabric to a dress to make the shoulder longer. Was also told after the fact the dress wouldn't be made exactly sized as I ordered it because they offer them at "low prices." To me, $150 isn't a bargain for a dress that they don't make accurately sized to fit you. Extremely disappointed. Will never recommend this shop and will warn all my friends who are getting married to avoid.

My daughter purchased her bridesmaids dresses from this company. It looks like their seamstresses were eating burgers and fries during the gown(s) production. There are multiple pulls and the interior upper bodices are not attached to the outer lace. Pisspoor work. And the coloration was NOT accurate per the descriptions or samples. Don't buy here. I am a professional seamstress and writing this review to "save" brides from making a major mistake or headache from purchasing from this company. I work with dresses made from all over and this has "china" all over it. Extremely poor quality in workmanship. fabric and fit. Its difficult to make a piece of crap look good. I purchased $938 worth of product from this company that ended up being sold into scraps because of this companies awful service and product. I was completely swindled out of false advertisement from their online store. I needed a specific color and they changed the color of the skew that I had ordered AFTER I had placed the order, not taking responsibility for the change in their product. The purchased items custom sizing was off by TREMENDOUS amounts and I had to haggle back and forth with the company for 3 months with their back and forth, poor and disgusting customer service.
"The color of the skew is light gray, the photo changed to mint after I purchased the dresses. The photo on your site was completely misleading and I never would have purchased the dresses in the skew JYS#11 if it was the photo that is on your site now. I stated ON MY ORDER that I wanted the chiffon to be a light gray overlay. You admitted in our prior conversation that "somehow we missed to inform you that JYS#11 is not grey but rather a dusty shale color". This is not a color monitor restriction, the color of the skew has been updated on your site and the color changed from light gray to mint and that is obvious whether I view it on my cellphone, laptop or desktop computer.

As for the fitting, it is unfair to say that you are "sorry the dresses do not fit perfectly". They do not fit AT ALL. I am not seeking perfection, I am seeking a dress that does not fall off of my bridesmaids bodies. This is not a small order that was placed, this is almost one thousand dollars of my hard earned money and it is not fair that I am being treated with such disrespect to offer me a $60 credit. There is NOBODY that I can find to correct these dresses for $10. As I previously stated I was quoted $175 EACH from a local tailor to fix your poor and misleading product."

Don't purchase from this seller!
I ordered 4 bridesmaid dresses from RenzRags via Etsy. It took 7 weeks (was told 6) and NONE of them fit! Three were way too small (exact measurements were sent in-and reconfirmed) and one was too big. They refuse to take responsibility and say it is our fault. We took pictures of the measuring tape measuring the dresses showing how off the measurements were-now she is asking for a video of my bridesmaid's trying on these dresses with measuring tapes? I am getting married next month and had to order and rush shipment on alternate dresses. Avoid this company and their awful products/service. Yes, we might have made a minor error in one of the dresses ... but all of the dresses are made in the wrong size? That's not possible. Buying a custom dress doesn't mean "no alteration" guaranteed. Although 90% of my dresses fit just right, please be prepared for possible adjustments later on.
Another reason is that there is a high possibility that we were given inaccurate measurements. I didn't say that your girls gave me inaccurate measurement. But to be honest, it happens very often since most girls are not familiar with how to accurately take measurement.

User6104841 Sent on 09/08/2016This company is a joke! All the 6 dresses i bought for my bridesmaids were poorly made and the wrong color! And we were denied a refund!! They only respond once every 24-48 hours even when you have issues with your purchase! ZERO out of 6 dresses fit! The dresses came out royal blue when the swatch I chose was dark blue!
