  McGuirk/Parker wedding 9/24/22

  Rent and Rave was wonderful! They were prompt at replying to emails and when we had to add extras like an easel and additional tables for our wedding, they easily added them on. They showed up on time the day of our wedding!

  Safe, reliable and affordable service

  I couldn’t wait to thank Frank and his team for all they did to make my daughter’s wedding such a great event. Their products and service coupled with their patience with all of the last minute changes were amazing. So glad my brother in law, and wedding venue recommended Rent & Rave. The members of the set up crew were so nice, heeded all my requests and the results exceeded my expectations in every way. Look forward to recommending this company to family and friends. If trying to plan a safe, socially distanced event during the current pandemic, this is the vendor for you.

  We rented round tables from them. They were punctual at drop off time and they picked them up on time also. When they dropped them off, they also set them up.

  They were easy to work with and even put me at ease when a nervous bride called them the week before worried about cold temps and rain. They talked me through my options and told me to call them back closer to the day and to just be patient and they would help me with a solution. In the end it all worked out. Everything was delivered on time and exactly where it needed to be.

  AWESOME people to work with and so incredibly flexible! Our tent blew away due to a storm 2 nights before the wedding and they came and set up a new one and cleaned up all the chairs for us the next day. It helped make the disaster a lot less stressful! They also were reasonable price wise and helped us save some money by changing out the number of tables and chairs! Great people to work with!

  They made it very convienant to pick up and return the tables and chairs and they even loaded and unloaded them for us. They provided the information I needed to know as far as what size tablecloths the tables needed and how many people could sit comfortably at each table.

  Rentals was the part I pretty much let my mom take over and we didn't really have any strange requests, but everything was where it needed to be when it needed to be there, so I have no complaints. Easy to work with.

  We had a pleasant experience with the staff at Rent and Rave. I had to change my order about 2-3 times before a couple of weeks before the ceremony and they were very understanding and didn't hesitate to make any necessary changes. Was easy to get a hold of and was friendly.

  They were alright with everything but the only problem is I had rented Chandaliers and they delivered the wrong ones. I didn't see them, because they were late unloading them (It was because of the heat so I totally understand however I wasn't able to see them beforehand) until walking back down the aisle. At that time I noticed they weren't what I was shown and what I paid for. When I contacted them they said that the other ones had broken. Probably would have been nice if I was told that beforehand rather then seeing them after it was too late.

  Fees, fees, fees. They continued to add on fees on top of their costs. We rented cocktail tables and our chairs for the ceremony, and put our own chairs up afterwards....yet they STILL charged a fee for break down because they were stacked "too high". They are absolutely horrible!!

  I contracted to buy a used tent for an event park. They promised a new looking tent in "great" condition. A raggady piece of crap was dumped on my lawn by their foul smelling mexican errand boy who pretended not to speak English. They never returned phone calls. Run don't walk away from these crooks
