This can't be easier! I am not a technical person, but I had no problem! A real hit for any event! This was not used for a wedding, but a city event. I've used it twice and will be using it again.

Rent My Wedding and Rent My Photobooth were both wonderful to work with. They were very accommodating and the perfect choice for our destination wedding. They sent all the rental equipment and supplies directly to our wedding venue and the wedding coordinator. We highly recommend them for any rental needs.

I could not be more pleased with the complete experience from Rent My Photo Booth!
We try to support our local Outer Banks community but all of our vendors were booked.
Not only was this company professional and helpful but the delivery and return flexibility was low stress.
The setup was so easy and the pictures turned out great.
We ordered the full package with the printer - and highly recommend this option

The thing about this company that puts them above the rest is their customer service team. They were really helpful when I had an issue regarding my products that I was renting from them for my party and they were not only helpful but I feel like they really cared about me.

I loved working with Rent My Photobooth! The experience from start to finish was 5 star service. I called with a few questions about the photo booth and the customer service representative kind, attentive, and answered every question I had. Their guarantee that everything will arrive perfect for my event gave me the comfort to place my order right then and there. When I did receive the photo booth, it was so easy to set up and use! I was surprised. I thought I would have to ask my son for helping figuring it out, but it really was so simple. I loved that the printer comes connected to the photo booth. All I had to do was turn it on. During the event, my planner had forgotten how to load the paper on to the printer so she called the company and someone picked up! On a Saturday at 8:00PM! I was so thankful that they had an emergency hotline. The technician was so patient and walked my planner through the process. I didn't need to lift a finger. Then shipping back was easy. The return labels came in the box and all I had to do was hand the three packages to FedEx. Love love love love love this company! I would recommend it to anyone looking for an easy and affordable photo booth without loosing on quality and service.

Photo Booth is very easy to use. Arrived a few days before expected, which was better than arriving late. Free shipping was nice, bonus that Fedex picks up at my work which made it even easier. Biggest selling point was that it was in our budget.

It works just like they say on the website... pretty easy to setup, and then we just put it back in the box when we were done. We got the printer package and it prints regular photo strips. Afterwards they sent us a link with all the pictures to download too. Would definitely recommend if you're on a budget.

Definitely worth it! I rented the Photo Booth, the Monogram, and the Stars for my reception. It turned out fantastic and perfectly fit into my budget. Other places would have charged me wayyyy more for what I would have wanted. I would definitely use them for any other event that I might have in the future.

After some extensive research I finally found Rent My Photobooth and I'm really glad I did. I was looking for a non-traditional photobooth that would capture my birthday with some fun gifs. I definitely wanted to stay within my budget and did not need what some of the other companies were offering including a photo attendant and even a minimum of so many hours to add on cost. I contacted Maria and received awesome customer service. She was very patient with all of my questions and was very accommodating with my request. I actually called just a couple of days before my birthday and was not able to take advantage of the free shipping but was able to get rush shipping at almost half the price of what it regularly would be thanks to Maria. Once the packages arrived (1 hard briefcase with the photo-screen and another box for the tripod), I set it up and tested it out all within less than 10 minutes. It was a breeze! And on the day of my birthday everyone had a blast. I was given 5 days to return the set up which is amazing because if I did have another event I would have totally used it! I returned the packages at Fedex with the already included shipping labels (just make sure you have one label for each package, they forgot one but quickly sent a new label to Fedex) and thats it! I followed up with Maria and made sure my order arrived back to the company and then received a link to all of my gifs/pics from that night which put a huge smile on my face. I would definitely recommend Rent My Photobooth for more intimate fun gatherings that require a simple set up and for those who are not looking to spend an arm and a leg. Thank you for the memories!

We rented the portable photo booth for a corporate recognition event and it was fantastic value. The touchscreen photo booth station was a great addition to our party. It was shipped to us several days before our event, and I was able to set it up and test it. I called with questions, and someone called me back the next morning to answer my questions - very responsive! The camera is an ipad within a case, and I wish I would have cleaned the screen’s lens before the event, as some of the photos came out blurry, but it wasn't the ipad itself. Now I know for next time!

I was skeptical about doing a photo booth myself, but it turns out that this really is that easy! Literally took 5 minutes to setup. Everyone loved it!

Use them and receive a credit product and awesome service. I've used them several times. Best advice would be to book early and watch the tutorials on how to set up each item.

I would go with them if you are defiantly looking for a quick and cheap alternative. We used them and the quests loved them the only thing we wished was we could have printouts too instead of them emailed to us. But the emails did make it easier to post to our guests social media!!! We would definitely use them again.

Love this company! We used them for an event and it was excellent. The only thing that holds me back on a full 5 stars is the quality of images {it's an ipad, you cannot expect super high quality images} and the fact it takes so long to get them back digital wise. I would've hoped to get them within a day or so of returning the item but I completely understand why it takes time and it's my fault for not reading that portion ahead of time. The entire concept is amazing and and excellent set up. Awesome for weddings and events.

I rent pipe and drape backdrops twice from rentmywedding.com for my friends. Reasonable price and easy to assemble. It was delivered by FedEx which was fast. Actually it says it will be delivered 2-3 days before wedding but it was delivered earlier than that so you don't have to worry.

Great alternative to hiring a human to press a button for 5 hours and pay $1000. Product arrived well in advance, and returning was a breeze. This rental was for an office holiday party; however, I plan to use this rental service again for my wedding in June. One thing to note - works best in a well lighted space. I plan to place additional lighting around the "photo booth" for my own wedding so that the pictures are more vivid. Would absolutely positively recommend this rental service!

Do not use this photobooth company!!!

The photobooth had multiple issues: the Printer said there was no toner, the screen wasn't working, and it couldn't hold a charge. Tech support was not able to help us and told us to call on Monday for a refund. I wasn't able to get ahold of anybody on the phone until 12 days after the event. Now they will only give me a partial refund ($100) and I'm still out $299 for something that did not work at all because they said tech support only knew about the toner issue & everything else works fine on their end. We didn't tell them every issue because tech support couldn't even get the first issue solved and just told us to call back for a refund. My brother is an IT manager and even he couldn't get this piece of ?? to work.
