Best Coordinator Ever!!!
I wanted to take a moment and say how AMAZING Lindsay is at what she does. My husband and I have always wanted a small, intimate wedding and somewhere with beautiful views. Our time at the Tahoe Blue Estate was more than we could have wished for and Lindsay’s coordination skills were what made the day go so smooth. From the beginning, Lindsay was so prompt in responding to all of our questions, got us multiple tours of our venue and suggested to help with any and everything. We thought that we were going to be able to plan a small wedding by ourselves but we 1000% could not have done it without her. We did not have many vendors but the ones we did have, she coordinated with perfectly. We unfortunately had some damage done to the place by our pup, and she made sure to keep us updated and help in any way she could. I can’t say enough amazing things about her and would absolutely recommend her to anyone planning a wedding in the future.

Our perfect Day! Thank you
Everything flowed beautifully, and I felt completely at ease knowing all details were handled. Every single vendor recommended was incredible professional, kind, and genuinely invested in making our day special. We felt so cared for by everyone involved, and that’s a direct reflection of the thoughtful, experienced Lindsay brought together. Our wedding day felt calm, intentional, and full of love. We are endlessly grateful! -

We truly hit the jackpot with Lindsay as our wedding planner! Even though she was technically our day-of coordinator, she went above and beyond in the months leading up to our big day, especially since we were planning a destination wedding all the way from Texas. She was always easy to talk to, super responsive, and completely on top of every single detail. On the actual day, a surprise hailstorm threw our entire timeline out the window but Lindsay didn’t miss a beat. She pivoted like a pro, kept everyone calm, and made sure everything still felt seamless and special. Thanks to her calm and capable presence, what could have been a stressful moment turned into just another unforgettable memory. The night ended with so much love, laughter, and happiness. It was truly the most perfect day, and we know it wouldn’t have been the same without Lindsay. If you’re looking for someone organized, kind, responsive, and ready for anything, Lindsay is your girl. We’re beyond grateful for her! -

Choosing Reno by Design as my wedding planner was hands down the best decision I made in my wedding planning process. Lindsay Congdon was a dream to work with. She went above and beyond to make my vision become a reality. She really got a sense of the vibe I was looking for and then helped suggest cool details that I hadn’t even thought of.
I am not a planner and had a hard time stepping into the role as a bride. She made the whole process exponentially easier with her calm guidance, clear communication and attention to detail. Lindsay didn’t show up just to do the job. You can tell that she genuinely cared about us as a couple and our experience. Lindsay went out of her way to make sure all the details were taken care of. Her day of coordination was spot on and helped make the day flow so smoothly. I would hire her again in an instant if I were to do it over again -

The most thoughtful wedding coordinator
Lindsay was absolutely incredible! She answered all questions and more. Normally weddings are know to be stressful but she made it flow smoothly and constantly checked in to see if I needed anything while also handling everything to make sure it was all organized! She definitely does it all! She went above and beyond for us and truly wouldn’t been as special of a day without her there! -

We really enjoyed working with Lindsay for our wedding! We hired her later in our wedding process when we realized that we needed some professional help to make our day work, and she met our needs perfectly. She was excellent at communicating and easy to work with. Everything ran smoothly and on time, and I truly think having her made a world of difference in how much our day flowed. We really appreciated working with Lindsay and would hire her again!
