She’s the best

Renee makes great artistic choices and we so appreciated her direction when we posed, “tilt you head in more, etc”. Not everybody does that. The quality of her photos are excellent and she couldn’t haven’t been kinder or more accommodating with any pictures we wanted. She also had great ideas of her own with a great eye for taking shots in the right place. She’s a real pro and we’d hire hire again anytime we need a photographer. A true pleasure to work with.

Fantastic photographer!

Renee is the absolute best in the business. She strives to make everyone feel relaxed and comfortable. She also produces incredible work and maintains the upmost professionalism. We used her services for engagement and wedding photos and she knocked it out of the park with both! We love her so much and would recommend her for absolutely any event!

Absolutely amazing!

Renee was the photographer for my wedding on May 7th, 2022. We had to reschedule our wedding three times since May 2020 due to COVID. Renee was nothing but accommodating throughout the entire process. She was honest and adjusted our contract for us when our needs changed without us even asking. She was professional on our special day and made sure we got stunning pictures throughout each part to remember the whole day. Even though the wedding party was already into their cups, Renee ensured we got photos of everyone important to us. She took formal family pictures and LOTS of action shots throughout the night which is exactly what we asked. We highly recommend Renee for anyone’s photo needs and we will definitely be using her in the future!

Three years ago, Renee captured our lovely wedding which consisted of only close friends and family members. She did such a beautiful job and on our anniversary, we get the chance to relive that beautiful day all over again. We loved working with her so much that we had her take my maternity photos and look forward to having her capture newborn photos for us. We are thrilled to have found such a talented photographer and will be using her services for every important moment we encounter as a family.

Renee of Renee VanPatten Photography captured our beautiful wedding last July and we enjoyed her fun personality and I'm still obsessed with our gorgeous wedding photos from the day. Hiring Renee was the single best decision we made for our wedding day, along with getting married at the River Stone Manor. If you chose either, you'll love everything about your wedding. I will forever recommend Renee for photography, along with Skip and his staff. It was such a beautiful day and we feel lucky.

Renee came highly recommended from another photographer we had been thinking about going with but our schedules didn't match. We figured if another photographer recommended her then she must be good. In the end we were extremely happy to have worked with Renee. A great photographer is so much more than someone who takes photos with an expensive camera. Renee is above and beyond a fantastic photographer. Renee does everything from planning shots and giving directions and then putting everything together so we will have great reminders for years to come.
We highly recommend an engagement shoot before your wedding. Being able to spend some less stressful time with Renee and having her direct us through what turned out to be some amazing shots was such a relief to us. It made our wedding day a lot less chaotic since we already had a feel for how Renee gave directions and were more comfortable posing for the formal pictures. We really liked how Renee would guide us through different pictures and give us specific direction on where to face and how to pose. She has a great eye for finding spots outside where natural light really made our pictures look amazing. We were blown away when she sent us the preview shots and then when she sent over the final CD. The wedding album came out fabulous. Renee did a great job of taking our favorite photos and putting them together in a very artistic way for our photo album.
Overall, Renee did a fantastic job of capturing our wedding day and we can't recommend her enough. Trust her directions and instincts as a great photographer and you will be blown away with the results.

Renee is wonderful! She was attentive and responsive to our every need since the first day I spoke with her! She captured every wonderful moment of our special day! She was incredibly flexible - right down to the last minute decisions. She was very professional, yet we didn't even notice she wasn't one of our very own guests! I would definitely use Renee again! My husband and I love looking back at the photos she took and remembering what a wonderful and gorgeous wedding day we had!

Renee was originally recommended to us as a wedding photographer, unfortunately she was not available on our wedding date, but we were still able to use her for our engagement photos. Her packages are very reasonably priced and she was willing to travel for our wedding. Her bubbly and energetic personality made our photo session fun and we were very impressed with her work. While we are disappointed that she will not be joining us for our wedding, we are very happy we found her for our engagement session. She was a great value and we highly recommend her to anyone!

Renee was my dream come true for a photographer for our wedding. For me she was the most important person I was set out to hire. We did an engagement session first and I knew right from then that I made the right choice. She made my husband comfortable in front of a camera, and that’s saying something. Made both of us feel at ease for both that, and the wedding. She captured our wedding in a way that told a story from beginning to end. I’ve gotten endless compliments on how beautiful our pictures turned out, and plan on using her in the future when we decide to build a family. Such a sweet, down to earth lady! Renee did our engagement photos ( we also booked her for our wedding this November) and she was AWESOME! Not only did she suggest an amazing spot to do the photos we also had brought our 1 year old German Shepherd to be involved in the photos. He's a puppy so he's a little crazy but Renee did perfect with him and did whatever she could to keep his attention. Our pictures came out beautiful and i can not wait to see our wedding photos later this year! She's reasonably priced and its worth every penny!

Renee did a family photo shoot for us. We had 4 adults, a baby and 3 dogs. She made it possible to take photos at two separate locations. She knew just how to pose us, and knew exactly what to do to get the baby and dogs to get their pictures taken. She was so professional, fun and energetic. She had a gallery of photos for us to look at within hours and our final photos within days. I will recommend Renee to everybody no matter what kind of photos they are having taken.

Renee was the perfect photographer! She is very accommodating and willing to work with your schedule. On the wedding day she did an excellent job of knowing when to set up a shot or simply capture the moment. She even managed to keep our rowdy bridal party on task after the ceremony. Renee recently photographed my daughter's 1st communion & she is incredible!! Her pictures were beyond beautiful, and she is not only extremely talented & professional, but she is also just so genuinely nice that she immediately makes everyone feel comfortable. Even the kids who normally don't like having their picture taken had a blast posing for her. And she captured shots we never would have thought of but totally love!! Would highly recommend her to anyone for any event!! You can really tell that she loves what she does!! :)

when i first met Renee I knew right away she was going to be my Photographer. Her work, beautiful, breath taking, and so much more. She knows how to work the camera for the right light and angle. Working with Renee was fantastic! My husband and I did our Maternity Shoot with her. We loved that she gave us direction, was professional, and made us feel comfortable. As a result we were able to relax, have fun and get some amazing pics. Renee was very flexible we ended up rescheduling twice due to weather (we wanted an outside evening shoot) and Renee had no problem accommodating that. She was also flexible during the shoot, doing any poses or ideas that we had in mind. We highly recommend working with Renee! We will do definitely be using her again for our newborn shoot!

My fiance and I met with renee today for our engagement session. To say she is incredible is an under statement. She made us so comfortable and we had so much fun doing our photos!
