Our wedding reception at the Sheraton Framingham was an absolute dream come true. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect, making our special day truly unforgettable.The venue itself is stunning and a spacious layout that accommodated all our guests comfortably. The lighting, floral arrangements, and table settings were all exquisite, thanks to the Sheraton's talented team. Our guests are still raving about the delicious desserts.

My husband and I just got married at the Sheraton Framingham and it could not have been any more perfect. Our coordinator, Courtney Maleakas, was phenomenal throughout the entire planning process. Weddings are tough to plan, and she made everything so seamless and simple. It was so great working with her! The venue is beautiful and recently renovated and the ballroom is gorgeous! The cocktail hour food, entrées, and dessert buffet were delicious! Highly recommend this venue, you will be in very reliable hands with Courtney!!

We hosted the venue of our wedding at the Sheraton, the place was really nice, conveniently located, and the staff was amazing.
The support we received during the planning phase from Courtney and team, and all the way to execution was wonderful. They were all very responsive and super hands on. Our day couldn’t have been better, and all the guests were happy with the service!

We had 1 of our wedding events at the Sheraton Framingham and could not have been happier with their level of organization and attention to detail. Stefanie Silva was our main event coordinator and is excellent. She was easy to communicate with about changes leading up to the event and was in contact with us throughout the planning process. Everything went smoothly and as planned on the day of our event, and that was mostly because of her and her team. We had multiple events for our wedding at different sites and we frequently have said we wished we held all at the Sheraton because of how organized the team there is. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a wedding venue!

The wedding package that we chose from the Sheraton was so perfect in helping us pull together an elegant, classy, yet not crazy expensive wedding. Our wedding coordinator Stefanie was so helpful from the moment we first looked at the venue until the actual wedding day! The Ballroom was spacious and looked very elegant and charming. The food and drinks were great, adding up to a great wedding that all of our guests raved about! And walking upstairs to your bed from the reception was so convenient!

I was married at the Sheraton Framingham Hotel on April 27, 2019. Our engagement was only 8 months, but Stefanie Silva (our event coordinator at the Sheraton) made it feel like a breeze. From her first email communication she was only amazing, supportive, approachable, reliable, and pretty much an infinite amount of breaths of fresh air. I had dreamed of my planning my wedding since I was 5 years old. Who would have thought then, that when the time came, I would't necessarily care for the planning! Throughout the whole process I was riddled with anxiety, stress and just was plain overwhelmed. I felt guilty that I was finally getting my wish, and yet I didn't seem to enjoy the planning. But every time I heard from Stefanie, and definitely every time we met, all of those anxious feelings disappeared. Knowing that she was behind the wheel just made us (yep, my husband too!) feel so grounded, secure, and taken care of. From our initial meeting until the very end when Stefanie was the one to open the doors before I stepped down the aisle, she was my source of peace throughout the whole amazing chapter.

Her job is the most important piece of many people's most important day. She is certainly a guardian angel on earth!!!!

Our coordinator, Stefanie, really made our experience at the Sheraton. She was always on hand to answer any questions. She was also there to point out things we missed or raise concerns that we would not have known about.

The Sheraton was amazing. Stephanie was there through the entire planning process from beginning to end to answer questions and figuring out the layout of our reception to last minute hiccups. Marie who was amazing also . She was there serving us at our rehearsal dinner, lunch while we were getting ready for the big day and during our reception. She was the most kind and accommodating person. As wa all of the Sheraton staff involved in the wedding and not involved. The food was amazing at our reception, getting ready lunch and at the restaurant. Our room was awesome. Everybody and everything was awesome and I highly recommend it for a wedding.

Sheraton Framingham was a great venue. The Event Manager Stephanie Silva went above and beyond to make our event go as flawless as possible. She was very accommodating with all our requests and extremely helpful. Very happy with my choice of venue.

We searched for what seemed like forever for a venue and were so thrilled that we had it at the Sheraton. Not only do they have a beautiful ballroom, their staff, esp Kristin is amazing!! She is so helpful, organized, friendly, professional, easy to work with, always on top of everything, very responsive to email and phone calls, I could go on but I’ll sum it up to FABULOUS! Our guests were happy that they didn't have to travel far after our wedding, which was a huge plus!

Planning my August wedding was a breeze thanks to Kristin and the team at the Sheraton. The venue is updated and the beautiful ballroom can easily accommodate a party of any size. Packages are well described early on and give you a lot of options. Package = less stress for you. Kristin is amazing at maintaining contact with you during the entire planning process. She responds to emails faster than anyone I know! Also makes a great timeline/checklists early on with phone #'s and info you may need along the way.

Absolutely thrilled with our decision to book the Sheraton for our wedding. Their packages make for easy stress free planning. Our event coordinator, Kristin was wonderful and made us feel as though our day was the only event she was planning from the very first meeting. Our guests raved about the food and decorations on the ballroom. The complete experience was nothing but positive and each every person we encountered was a delight to work with.

It was wonderful working with Jennifer. She is very experienced in this field, easy to work with, quick to get vendors and ideas sourced, and very professional. I would recommend her and the venue in the future.

Jennifer was extremely helpful in our entire process. The venue was beautiful. The only downside about the experience was trying to get the guest rooms figured out.

While there were some difficulties with the hotel and room reservations, the wedding specialist, Jennifer was fabulous. She listened to our needs and was able to accommodate our special requests, including moving the bar from outside the event room to inside without inconveniencing any guest! We had an amazing reception and a big thank you is due to Jennifer.

Jennifer is amazing to work with, she goes above and beyond to make sure EVERYTHING goes perfectly. From bustling dresses to staying late to oversee last minute details, she does it all. Melissa and all of the staff and waitstaff at the Sheraton are also wonderful, so helpful, easygoing, professional and sweet. My husband and i could relax and enjoy the night with family and friends. Wonderful experience, highly recommended for all weddings! Excellent!

Jennifer and all of the staff at the Sheraton Framingham were such a pleasure to work with in planning our wedding. They were extremely helpful and provided excellent vendors for us to use for flowers, transportation, cake, etc which was all included in the packages they offer. Jennifer was always very responsive and she was so organized and knowledgeable. She kept us on track all through out the planning and the day of the wedding. Don't know what I would have done without her!

The grand ballroom is an absolutely gorgeous place to have your reception...filled with beautiful chandeliers, lighting, crown molding and mirrors. There's also some great spots outside for photos. Food and drinks were awesome too and best of all the dance floor is huge! The Sheraton in Framingham is a stunning venue and would definately recommend it to others!

We were very happy with everything about our son's wedding. The staff was extremely helpful both in planning, assisting with accommodations, and on the day itself.

How do you ever thank some one for making a dream come true? That is what Jennifer and The Sheraton Framingham did for my daughter and our family . Everything from beginning to end was beyond our expectations. They left no stone unturned to provide a magical evening. The food was 5 star and plenty of it,our guests were treated with nothing but kindness and they made all aspects of the 200 person wedding attainable. All this in an affordable fashion. I had my wedding reception here in May and I cannot say enough how wonderful and amazing it was. Beth, the director, made sure everything went smoothly and without a hitch. The waitstaff was so attentive. Everyone felt pampered. The food was delicious..five star quality.. and my guests kept on telling me after the wedding how awesome the food was and what a wonderful time they had. I highly recommend having your wedding reception here. You will feel like a princess!

The event staff at the Sheraton Framingham helped create the perfect wedding day for me and my husband. The service was incredible from the time of booking through to the brunch the morning after the wedding. Alyssa Close, the event manager who worked with us throughout, was excellent. She was always timely and thorough and together with her staff, they made sure everything ran smoothly. I would definitely recommend the Sheraton Framingham to any other bride.

I had my bridal shower here and it was amazing. The value of the place was great and so was the food.

Complete and utter RAVE for this place! Beth, the catering director, was fantastic - so much in fact, she was promoted and will no longer be running the wedding planning side of things. (she'll be still over seeing it, though!). The staff was so wonderful, the food was AMAZING (EVERYONE raved about it), the rooms were great, and the ballroom looked STUNNING when my husband and I walked in there. Their packages for weddings were VERY realistic and I would highly recommend them.

Our coordinator was amazing. She had the answer to every question before I asked. She also knew what to ask me so I didn't have to know everything. The others in the event office were all so helpful. The only complaint was in booking rooms. I had a lot of difficulty in getting them to understand I had a lot of people coming. In the end everyone that wanted a room got one at the group rate but it was a hassle I felt was very unnecessary for a hotel to put me through.

They were wonderful help to me and my husband to make sure if we needed any help they would be there for us. The menu they made it work for us so the main meal was to everyone liking and they had a veggie meal for Poeple that don't eat meat it was a great time and I would say any couple should have their wedding there

The Sheraton Framingham is a stunning location. Many of my relatives held their wedding receptions there so I had to stay with the tradition and I have no regrets!! They make sure 'your day' is the most beautiful day you can imagine!!!

Entire staff was very helpful, friendly, and professional. The event planneer was fantastic and easy to work with. She made the entire day come together beautifully. Our big day was unforgetable.

The Sheraton was a beautiful venue for my wedding. The entire staf was very responsive and answered all of my questions. They were kind and patient, and I really loved my entire wedding reception experience!

The ballroom was a beautiful place to get married and the staff was really friendly.

My husband and I had our wedding at this hotel and it was wonderful. From the outside it looks like a castle and though the surrounding area seems bland, once you are at the parking lot its wonderful.

I can't say enough about Jennifer, our planner at Sheraton, she was extremely professional and attentive. She was flexible and willing to substitute and adjust things according to our needs. I loved that she was as organized as I was! I am obsessed with having every detail down and she was right there with me.

We had a wonderful bridal suite which was essentially two adjoining rooms with the doors open. This allowed my bridal party to get ready in one room before the wedding and my husband and I to have a large and clean room after the wedding. We were delighted to find chocolates and champagne (I think there was champagne but at the point it was all fuzzy) left in our room that night.

The day of the wedding was a whirlwind and she was wonderful at letting us know when it was time for the various dances, and cake cutting. I forgot my tossing bouquet at one point and Jennifer went to get it to ensure that we were on schedule.

I adored this venue and highly recommend it!

We had our engagement party at the Sheraton Framingham, and it was absolutely perfect. The staff is very courteous, professional and extremely flexible. Our event coordinator, Stefanie Silva, decorated the room exactly as we described it. She also coordinated with our other vendors, which made our lives a lot easier. Finally, the food was absolutely tasty! Our guests did not stop talking about the steak for days after.

Jennifer was very helpful in the services the Sheraton offered and also the preferred vendor list was estremely helpful to us in deciding what vendors we used for the photography, cake etc.... All the guest were extremely satisfied with the food, presentation and everyone had a great time. The whole evening went very smoothly and I couldn't have been more pleased the way the evening went. The hotel rooms were very nice and the front desk very accomodating to the needs of the family and wedding party. My thanks and gratitute to all the staff at the Sheraton.

When my husband and I went in for the initial meeting at this venue with the coordinator, we were very impressed with the package selections and value, but shocked at the poor customer service demonstrated by the coordinator. Luckily, that coordinator stopped working there shortly after that and we were blessed with an extremely detail-oriented and pleasant coordinator. She was simply amazing to work with and very accomodating and patient. The night before the wedding we had our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner right at the hotel as well and, again, received amazing service. Unfortunately, the day of our wedding there was another wedding onsight and our coordinator was much less available than I expected and she was hard to find at times, and things did not stay right on schedule. I definitely think she needs an assistant for all the work that she does.
Overall, I am very happy that we used this vendor and would defintely consider using them again for other events.

We had our wedding reception here. It was not inexpensive, but it was beautiful. The people were very responsive and accommodating. We had over 400 guests, and very specific requirements for an Orthodox Jewish wedding. They handled everything wonderfully, and we received many compliments on how beautiful the venue is.

Jennifer Pfeiffer is a courteous dedicated energetic friendly graceful helpful positive sensitive and professional event planner and executor. I believe her staff could learn a lot from her about efficiency & thoroughness, follow-through & follow-up, priorities & fun -- all necessary for a constructive, productive living and working environment.

The hall itself was acceptable. The staff was less than adequate. From beginning to end, we had a very bumpy process including planning and execution of the event.

We had a large (roughly 330 person) wedding, renting multiple rooms for 1-2 nights, so needless to say, we put a lot of time, effort and money into this wedding. They didn't offer to comp us any of our rooms (which is a nice gesture when you're already pouring money into the venue), nor did they offer to extend our check-out time for the bridal suite, which made our event the next day a lot more hectic. Instead of alleviating stress off of the families, I feel they left the stress for us to deal with. The appetizers were brought out in small quantities which does not work for over 300 hungry people. No one took control, or offered to take control of the situation, and the wedding planner just seemed out of her element (which is another separate story). In addition to the planner (Jessica) not knowing what she was doing, the people who cut up our cake absolutely butchered it. While neither of us saw the cake because we were inside the hall, we were told by our family (and we saw some of the aftermath in the form of leftovers) that the cake was clearly cut by an amateur. Another thing that seemed like a rookie mistake was putting desserts out with dinner. In addition to our cake, we had a couple hundred little pastries which were supposed to be presented after dinner with the cake for our guests, but that concept seemed too difficult for the staff to understand and instead, the pastries were all gone before everyone even got to look at them or try them. Overall, it was just poorly planned and executed.

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with the Sheraton for my wedding on 6/29/13. I chose the hotel because I loved the long hallway leading up to the huge ballroom, and the chandeliers were in line with my design scheme. When I booked the venue 8 months prior to my wedding, I was told there would be renovations, but was assured by 4 people that all renovations would be complete by early May at the latest.
In April, I met with a coordinator at the Sheraton while construction was ongoing. The woman assured me everything was in the final stages and would be wrapping up ASAP. I never heard anything further on the status, so I assumed it was on schedule. I did not return to the hotel until 2 weeks prior to my wedding. I was shocked to see that the entire lobby and hallway were covered in drywall and the reception desk was a temporary station. When I asked, the banquet managers had literally NO explanation. I asked why I wasn't ever told about the delay, and I was told they were "behind schedule."
The major issue was that nobody told me the status until I saw it myself. I couldn’t possibly move a wedding of 500 on 2 wks notice, and the Sheraton left me no choice but to hold my wedding there. I was shocked at the fact that the Sheraton continuously assured me everything was on schedule while knowing they were months behind. When I discovered it all myself, they turned on the apologies. They gave us a discount and worked with my decorator to cover up some of the construction, but I definitely think they purposefully didn’t tell me about the construction so that I would not have the option to change venues.
I also learned shortly after that my Sheraton coordinator would "unexpectedly" not be there for the wedding, and I was given a new person who I had never met 2 weeks before the event. She was helpful, but it seems like the Sheraton Framingham has a lot of unwelcome surprises, so I would urge anyone considering holding a wedding here to be extremely careful.
