My daughter had a wedding there in June of 2017. We couldn't be happier. The food, service, and the environment was more than we can expect. We had a wonderful time celebrating our daughter's wedding. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The Renaissance Boulder Flatiron Hotel went above and beyond to take care of our guests and overall experience. They helped with every step of the planning process and essentially took another thing off my plate/allowed me to "check-off" the hotel task a day after my initial inquiry. All of our guests reported nothing but book things as well. Katie Hammond was specifically a joy to work with! I can't recommend this hotel more than enough!

We used the Renaissance Suites Hotel, Flat Irons as our base for my daughters wedding April 16,2016 at Lionscrest Manor. From the first contact, nine months before the wedding, the staff was helpful and courteous. We had welcome bags for 40 rooms and they graciously handed them out to our guests. Also, there were last minute guests and they were helpful in making sure they were included in the "group" rate. I would highly recommend using the Renaissance Suites for any event.

    Renaissance Boulder Flatiron Hotel's reply:

Thank you very much! We loved hosting your friends and family and are so glad you had a wonderful experience with us.

Just wonderful. Katie and Matthew were so responsive to any of our inquires during the planning process, and our requests during the event. The venue and food are outstanding.

This venue has so much to offer. Even though we ended up having 3 different event coordinators (due to job promotions) each one gave us their full attention and passed on info to the next. Our ceremony and reception was perfect and any pre-setup issues were handled with more professionalism and calmness for this bride who was about to have a melt down due to nerves! We used the main ballroom and two smaller rooms (one for staging and one with comfortable seating).
The only drawback we had was each time we visited the ballroom, there was a AV screen at the back of the room for business meetings. What was unknown to us was that there were two emergency doors hidden behind. Our photographer came by a few days in advance to look at the room (which was not available to view the first time she was there) and noticed it. We ended up moving the ceremony area a little to keep the pictures beautiful.
The cocktail hour and reception were set up and even flowers (my favorite - baby's breath) were used to decorate the area. We worked with our coordinator with the placement of tables and dance floor and they were so accommodating to set up the huge hallway for the cocktail hour and bar. We received great reviews from our guests.
We chose Renaissance Flatiron Hotel for the convenience and time of year our wedding was to occur. The difference in costs compared to wedding specific venues was extreme with Rennaissance being FAR more affordable. We were extremely happy with making this choice.

Our experience at the Renaissance Boulder Flatirons hotel was awesome! They were incredibly helpful in accommodating all of our bridal party and guest needs for the entire stay and morning of getting ready. We have a welcome reception with food and drinks for our guests and the staff was extremely helpful in getting that setup and moving it inside due to windy weather. We also had shuttle services to and from the hotel and our venue, and the staff was very helpful in coordinating our guests and the shuttle service for a smooth and on-time departure, even with another wedding and football event happening around the same time! The lobby and rooms are beautiful and the price is unbeatable for what you get! I highly recommend using this hotel for your guests to stay at for your wedding in Boulder, Denver, Lyons and more!

Awesome venue! The planner, Aimee was such a sweetheart through the entire planning process and our ceremony/reception was everything we had dreamed of.

Katie was absolutely fantastic. She was never pushy, but always had helpful suggestions and offered great advice. The food was great - we had so many compliments from our guests! The atmosphere was perfect. The staff was very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend the Renaissance for your wedding reception.

The staff is extremely friendly, conscientious, and attentive. Laura, the wedding coordinator, is fantastic and with her in charge, I had no worries about anything. During the reception she was out on the floor checking on the tables, ensuring our guests were happy, filling wine glasses, finding sparkling juice for my pregnant MOH, keeping us on track, and really ready to do anything to make our night go off without a hitch. The food was really good- people RAVED about the salad (it was our fave too), the entrees were great (from what I could eat- I had filled up on so many appetizers, I was so full!). The cake is included with the reception package (two choices of bakeries), we went with Shamane’s Bake Shoppe in Boulder and the cake was delicious! We’re still eating leftover groom’s cake and an extra cake I had made for my Grampa’s birthday. More review on the cake later. The reception bill ended up being just about what I was anticipating, which was great. The only thing I was a little irked about was that our out-of-town bags which I was paying to have delivered to rooms, did not make it to all of the rooms as quickly as I thought they would (I had to call the front desk to get my BM her bag).

This is a perfect hotel to book a room block for a wedding. Everything went so smoothly from the first time we corresponded all the way until check-out. They pay attention to the details and really care about their guests. We will definitely be back!

Our reception turned out just how we wanted it. Flatirons provided delicious food, a wedding planner Laura who was awesome, and a great discount on hotel rooms for our guests. The price was for food, the reception, the cake, our hotel room, and alcohol.
