Stunning Views, Excellent Communication

We hosted our Welcome Reception at Rembrandt Yard and we had a wonderful experience with them! The venue is stunning with beautiful views of Downtown Boulder and the Flatirons and there was plenty of room for our guests to mingle. We could tell Morgan and Lianne truly cared about our event and were quick to respond to emails throughout the planning process. Our guests had a wonderful evening and we are very grateful we had our Welcome Reception at Rembrandt Yard!

The Best Venue!

Rembrandt Yard had everything we were looking for in a reception space. We also loved how flexible they were in the vendors we were able to hire since we didn't opt for the all-inclusive package with them. I loved that this place had getting ready suites onsite as well, which made getting ready and HAMU very convenient. They made our vision into reality!

The Most Special Events (COVID-Wedding) We Could Have Asked For

We found the Rembrandt Yard by attending the Boulder Wedding Expo in 2019 (highly recommend attenting), which was held at the gallery. The expo itself sold us on the space, as it was bright, and every person who was working the event (Tracey Macdonald in particular) was engaging and made us feel so comfortable. We booked the Rembrandt Yard not just once, but twice, as we had to postpone our 2020 wedding plans due to COVID. The Rembrandt Yard worked with us with such compassion and understanding as we postponed our initial date. They helped us come up with a plan for an intimate, safe, family-only, ceremony in 2020, followed by a 2021 reception.

We are not big event planners--in fact that was my biggest worry about a wedding. Tracey and the entire team made finding vendors, thinking of details, planning, and coordinating so incredibly easy and smooth. They were prompt in their communication, honest and open about costs and options, and most importantly; helped us make both of our events everything we wanted. From the intimate 2020 family ceremony (including our pups), to our 2021 "One-Year Anniversary Halloween Party" (costumes required, live band, buffet-style dance party), The Rembrandt Yard made sure our visions were prioritized. If we could make this an annual party we totally would, and we would 100% choose The Rembrandt Yard again and again.

Rembrandt Yard - A Beautiful Boulder Wedding Venue

Rembrandt Yard was the perfect venue for our daughter’s wedding. We were able to hold the ceremony on the 3rd floor with views of downtown Boulder and the Flatirons, move to the 2nd floor for cocktail hour and back to the 3rd for dinner and dancing. The gorgeous art is the icing on the cake to this light, bright space. The venue has a 5 Star Covid safety rating which added to our senses of ease even though all our guests were vaccinated.

Erica, Tracey and Madeleine (who run the gallery) are a joy to work with. The add on rental packages add to the ambiance. We loved the lounge package that offered non-dancing guests a comfortable place to sit but still feel like they were part of the action. A huge benefit and cost savings is that you can bring your own alcohol. We know we saved at least $1000 with this option. We were the first to get to use their new rolling bar carts - so fun!

Wedding was perfect!

Erica and Tracey at Rembrandt Yard were so helpful in creating our brunch wedding ceremony and reception, and were very accommodating when we needed to move our wedding out a year due to the pandemic. They are professional, responsive, and know the ins and outs of their venue so well! The space at Rembrandt Yard is itself incredibly beautiful with walls of windows that overlook Boulder and the flatirons, along with a variety of rotating artwork on the walls. It was the perfect venue and our ceremony and reception was just as lovely as we hoped it would be.

Helpful and Kind

My fiancé and I originally planned to have our reception on May 7th at the Rembrandt Yard. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to change our plans. That being said, working with Erika and Tracey was a joy. They were both so kind and helpful during the cancellation process and really made us feel heard and understood. I hope to be able to have an event there in the future as it is such a beautiful location and I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an awesome Boulder location.

A gem wedding venue in the heart of Boulder!

We had a small February brunch wedding at Rembrandt Yard (about 70 guests). We were planning the wedding in a four month time frame - which can be a little nerve wrecking - but the team at Rembrandt Yard made the process so easy and they were wonderful to work with, always replying in a timely manner and willing to accommodate us. Shout out to Tracey for all her help! Our guests complimented how unique and special the venue was. It's right in the heart of Boulder with views of the famous Flat Iron mountains. I just can't rave about it enough, it was truly perfect.

Fabulous Venue for Reception

Tracey and the whole Rembrandt Yard team are clearly professionals with a lot of experience, and still made us feel uniquely special as we planned (and revised) our reception. From start to finish, they were kind, helpful, flexible, and fun. Communication was clear, quick, and not pushy. The venue itself offered an ideal layout for cocktail hour on the 2nd level, then dinner and dancing on the third. My 90 yr old grandmother's were able to move easily to each part of the reception using the elevators. They worked with us to move art pieces that we preferred into prominent locations. They also had a ton of experience with our vendors, so everything went really smoothly!

So amazing!!! the entire staff is very accommodating and made sure that every step along the way was detailed and to my liking. I was concerned that we would be super tight on space because we were expecting around 285 people, but really with the two floors we had plenty of room. The live dance was upstairs so all the rowdier people were up there while we had food and candy bars downstairs, which made for the perfect combo. The price of this location in Boulder made me extremely happy!! Felt like the only reasonable place left.

As the 'Venue Specialist" for Footers Catering, I love working and recommending Rembrandt Yard to our clients. It is such a unique venue in the heart of Boulder. This gorgeous 2 story venue has beautiful wood floors and unique pieces of art that make this a must see for a venue. They also have amazing decor pieces in house that our clients can add to their venue package which really can elevate the overall feel of an event. I highly recommend checking them out!

We had our NYE wedding at Rembrandt Yard and it was amazing! The venue was wonderful, using both floor was very convenient. Our mostly of town guests loved stayed across the street at the Boulderado Hotel.

The Rembrandt Yard was the perfect wedding venue for us. The staff was incredibly helpful during the planning process, and they had great suggestions for other vendors (caterer, etc.). They were very flexible and made sure that any of the things that we wanted to include in our celebration, they accommodated.

My husband and I had a great time at Rembrandt for our rehearsal dinner. Most of my family was in from out of state, and they loved the views and being so close to other attractions downtown. We really liked that there wasn't a cut off time, and that we could use our own alcohol and decorate ourselves, I think that really saved us with our budget. Definitely recommend!

Amazing space with a fantastic location and awesome views. Pricing was direct and easy, ad ons where all optional and clearly stated. Really fun decor options and flexibility for DIY. Helpful staff and great money saving options like BYOB.

Rembrandt Yard provided a stunning backdrop for our wedding reception. All the staff was extremely helpful and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue!!

We knew right from the start that we wanted our reception here, and when the weather caused us to have to move the ceremony inside as well, Rembrandt Yard was beyond accommodating and flexible to allow that to happen. Everyone we dealt with from beginning to end was pleasant and helpful, and I would recommend this venue to anyone who asks!

We were so happy with Rembrandt Yard as a venue for our wedding. It had wonderful charm, the team was efficient and professional, they were very flexible and worked well with our various vendors, and the space was absolutely beautiful. I would recommend it to anyone!

The most beautiful place to have a reception! Heidi was awesome and even let mere place the photos that were up with my own! Wish I could have a party there every month!

I had a truely delightful time working with everyone at Rembrandt Yard. The entire wedding planning process was better than I ever imagined and the day of was absolutely amazing. I felt like I could always call the ladies at Rembrandt Yard with any question and I would get an honest answer and as much help as I needed. Because we could bring in our own alcohol, have a friend DJ and not have to pay a seperate ceremony fee we actually where able to stay right on budget. It was the time of my life- I cant wait to go back for a vow renewal in 10 years!

If ever you want an elegant venue to hold a party , rehearsal dinner or even wedding, Rembrandt Yard is top notch. The venue was absolutely gorgeous, the location was central to everything, the staff was so kind and professional, and the fee was very reasonable. I liked that you could provide your own liquor, for obvious reasons. If I were forced to find a complaint, it would be that I was not able to have the liquor and flowers delivered early enough. Two hours prior to our event was difficult when we were at the rehearsal at that point. I had to ask a friend to step in for me. Thank goodness I had a good friend who was willing! Otherwise, I could not find a fault. Everything was wonderful. I only wish the venue was in our hometown of Annapolis, so that I could use them and Three Leaf Catering again!

Rembrandt Yard made my wedding so very wonderful! I originally wanted an outdoor wedding, and decided to go indoors instead because of the unpredictable CO weather and heat. Boy, am I glad! The space was beautiful and I was able to create my own unique event rather than the standard hotel weddings that there so often are. The two floors was perfect for my guests as those that wanted to party and dance reminded on the 3rd floor, and those that wanted a moment of peace would shift down to the 2nd floor to take a break. The staff was wonderfully and very flexible and accommodating with my time as I was planning from a distance. My only very minor complaint is that due to some staffing change over I ended up working with a total of 5 people rather than 1 person as I had expected. But that was very minor, the rest was perfect! You cannot go wrong with Rembrandt Yard!

From start to finish, I truly had the wedding of my dreams! We booked with Rembrandt Yard about 10 months before our summer 2010 wedding. Heidi and Sarah both worked with us as we planned out our ideas. They answered all of our questions (which where a lot- since this was the first time either of us had planned a large event!). And where very helpful in suggesting decor options (including their beautiful lanterns!), giving honest feedback and suggestions for catering and other vendors and just generally making sure that we had the wedding we wanted. The space does have a variety of rules, but if you talk with them and explain what you want to do - they are really quite flexible. On a side note, it was a huge money-saver to be able to bring in our own alcohol! Thanks again everyone at Rembrandt Yard for a fantastic event!

Rembrandt Yard was a beautiful place for our wedding reception! We got so many compliments on the uniqueness of the space and we couldn't agree more. Morgan and Sarah were wonderful and very responsive throughout the whole process. We couldn't have been happier with it and would recommend it to anyone, you won't regret it!

I really liked the venue and the staff was incredibly friendly but it did feel a bit expensive considering the cost only gave us a roof. Everything else was extra (like tables, chairs and the lanterns) and a lot had to be rented through the caterer.

I absolutely loved the Rembrandt Yard. Heidi, one of the planners there is so easy-going and has great suggestions as to how the whole event should flow. We rented the 2nd and 3rd floor. The 2nd floor was used for cocktail hour/post dinner relaxing. 3rd floor was dinner and dancing. Our guests loved the art and the fabulous views of the flatirons. Also - great that it is across the street from the Boulderado - where most of our guests stayed.

The overall standard of service was excellent. The fact that we had to pay extra for the 'walk through' (30 min) and room on second floor for the band, irritated. I recommend that these 'extra's' be discussed at the time of the original quotation.

I used the Rembrandt Yard for my reception only. We rented out the 3rd floor and had about 120 guests - although had originally planned on 150. 150 is the max RY advises will fit comfortably - I would say that 120 fit plenty comfortably, and I really wouldn't have wanted 150 in the space. The highlights of RY - 1) Location - right off Pearl St and convenient to hotels and downtown, 2) Ability to bring in your own food/alcohol etc (not many options like this in the Boulder area 3) Views of the Flatirons. Bringing in all your own vendors has its advantages (cost, flexibility) and disadvantages (work!), but overall this is a place I would definitely recommend to a friend. The staff was not always the easiest to work with (somewhat rigid in their rules), but they were great the day of.

Although sometimes having the ability to choose your own vendors may seem like work, we love the unique feel it gives to each wedding we host! Their rules are fairly lenient (can bring in your own liquor, technically as late as you want, pretty flexible on vendors) but are strict in areas where they do have rules.

The "full day" package is only 12 hours, which sounds like a lot, but is not when you consider how early vendors need to get there and how long they'll be there cleaning up afterwards.

As vendors set-up and break-down needs often times do cut into your event time, we are happy to add additional hours to your rental period, even if you have already rented the space for a full, twelve hour time frame.

Our wedding turned out to be beautiful as the space was exactly what we were looking for. I was not impressed at all by one of the even coordinators we worked with as she was arrogant and rude during our final walk through. She was adamant that the setup we wanted would not work, yet when I showed her the template from RY's website that I created it from she changed her mind. She left a sour taste in mine and my now husband's mouth. Were it not for her attitude and unprofessionalism, I would definitely recommend hosting a wedding there.
