Simply Amazing
Mallory was absolutely amazing, she was able to capture our vision perfectly without even meeting us since we were from out of state! Not only was the cake visually beautiful, but it also tasted just as good as it looked! Not a single piece was left behind, seeing that our guests went in for seconds.
We landed on a one-tier funfetti cake with 12 carrot cake cupcakes to accompany it. My husband could not have been happier, he said it was the BEST carrot cake he has ever had! I would highly suggest Relax and Eat Cake for any event! -

Incredible!
Mallory brought our vision to life, while putting her own creative spin on it. The colors and styling of the buttercream flowers were absolutely stunning! The cake was delicious, with fresh fruit fillings and lovely texture. The size of the cake was perfect for the amount of guests we had, per Mallory’s recommendation. Mallory was responsive and thorough in all of our correspondence before the wedding. Can’t recommend her enough. Get your order in before she books up for the year! -

Wedding Cake!
She was amazing! Great communication, especially trying to decide a state away. She was professional and listened so well. She truly made our dream wedding cake and cupcakes come true. We couldn't of asked for a better experience. I HIGHLY recommend!!! -

Mallory is AMAZING! My husband and I partnered with her for our wedding on April 17, 2021 and she surpassed our expectations. Mallory was able to accommodate my gluten allergy, and created a GF bride's cake along with an assortment of GF cupcakes for guests. We had a whole dessert display with chocolate chip cookies, French macarons, and an assortment of cupcakes. Not only did she provide all of this for our 150 guests, but she also created a custom Groom's Cake that looked like an 80's Style Computer for my husband. Her creativity is inspirational and the desserts are DELICIOUS. We highly recommend connecting with her for any of your baking needs! -

I am a wedding planner in Florida and I have worked with all different types of Cake companies But for my special day ...I had to get a red velvet wedding cake from Mallory of relax and eat cake! She is so sweet and easy to work with and not to mention she makes the most delicious cakes. We had an extra Group of people RSVP last minute and she happily added an extra tier to my cake! Such A wonderful experience I will definitely be recommending her to all of the brides that I work with while wedding planning! -

Beyond amazing!

RELAX and Eat Cake for the WIN!!
RELAX and Eat Cake exceed my expectation for my wedding cake!! Mallory is extremely talented and SO creative!! She can caught my wedding cake vibe over email, as we were not local to FL. My wedding cake was stunning. It was seriously every intricate detail that I envisioned. This cake was SO FREAKING GOOD. Our top tier never made to the freezer and I am mot the least bit sorry about it. Hands down Mallory is the Wedding cake GODDESS!! -

Mallory has a special talent! Her cake work is beautiful and delicious! I'm so glad the top layer is saved for our one year anniversary because getting pulled every direction at the reception only allowed us to get the small bite we shared during cutting. Everyone raved about how yummy all of it was and it was gone so quickly (and we ordered a cake large enough to have some left based on our guest count but there was none!)
We will definitely be using her for cakes in our future too! Milestone birthdays, graduations, etc. Will all be done by Mallory! -

The cake of my dreams
Our cake was everything I dreamed of and more. The outside was gorgeous, the perfect shades of purple and the most beautiful floral arrangements. Mallory not only made us an incredible cake but she made our day even more special with her knowledge and expertise. -

Mallory did such an amazing job with our wedding cake. Her flavor choices were perfect for what we were looking for - we were able to do a different flavor/filling combo on each tier! We wanted simplicity on our cake's exterior accented by a few floral pieces from our florist and she did so beautifully. Not only did she do an amazing job - she did our wedding only a month after Hurricane Michael hit. I know not having her regular kitchen complicated things but she made it work elsewhere so we would still have our cake as planned. No one would have ever known! And it meant so much to us. She's a rockstar! -

I was the bride who changed her mind fifty times and wasn’t sure what she wanted! Mallory exceeded my expectations!
From the initial point of contact I knew she was the person for me! I could have chose a Destin local but I knew Mallory from PCB was my cake lady!
She went above and beyond to make my day special.
The florist forgot to include my cake flowers. When Mallory arrived and learned the news she VOLUNTARILY went and got me cake flowers ASAP!
She deserves all the stars! The cake tasted sooo good that it was completely gone after the reception!
If you’re debating, stop now and reserve your date!!!!!! -

She was great about letting us try out different combinations of flavors and was flexible with dietary needs we had. We are so happy to have been able to work with her! I highly recommend her!

She was SO AWESOME, she answered every single one of my annoying questions without complaint, lol, and she was so incredibly sweet...not to mention that our cake and cupcakes were AMAZING!!! Everyone complimented on how good they were as well as how cute they were with the icing and decoration!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!!! I just wish we lived closer so I could buy her cupcakes on a regular basis!!! :) Thank you again, Mallory, you are THE BEST!!!

And boy did it taste good! I couldn’t believe how smooth she made the butter cream, it looked like it was fondunt but so much better! I highly recommend RELAX and Eat cake for your wedding or birthday! -

My brilliant self gave Mallory the wrong date for my wedding and she still was able to show up with a beautiful,delicious cake! She also makes the BEST sugar cookies. Thanks sooo much for everything!
