Rich & George are the best in the business! Rein Fire Ranch is beyond gorgeous- the photos online do not do it justice. We wanted a venue that encapsulated Washington’s natural beauty while also having a solid rain plan & rustic yet elegant feel. Rein Fire Ranch (RFR) was all that & more. On the wedding day it felt like a fairytale riding around the venue in the tractor after the ceremony. Our guests were impressed & comfortable- RFR centers guest experience to ensure outside factors (temperature, rain) do not take away from the wedding experience.
Working with Rich & George was easy and fun. We added on a lot of packages that I highly recommend— mobile mule bar, DJ/MC, tractor ride, officiant package, lawn games, and a few other miscellaneous things. Percy the mule was a hit & a great focal point for cocktail hour. George is a killer DJ and we had the party going all night. Rich officiated our wedding and gave a personal overview of our love story. He was understanding and flexible with all our ceremony requests.
Over the wedding planning process we met with George & Rich a few times, and every time we left sooo excited for our day. We’ve found a lot of vendors will scare you with all the details, but with RFR, we always knew everything would work out because we were in good hands. Wedding planning is not just about enjoying the wedding but also enjoying the process, and we have the fondest memories of visiting & working with RFR.

Absolutely Perfect Venue!
Planning a wedding in WA from the East Coast was a bit stressful but RFR was the first and only venue we needed to look at. Even through a Zoom tour, we were in love instantly! The venue was spacious, beautiful inside & outside ceremony options to choose from, and our guests still praise the views overall. Rich and the day-of coordinator really went out of their way to make sure our wedding day was perfect - and we truly could not have asked for a better day.

Down to Earth Farm
To start with let me just say I had no idea how much goes into the planning of a wedding. Through the booking process at Rein Fire I started realizing the enormous extent of my ignorance. I and the soon to be wife were very overwhelmed by the chore that we were about to undertake. Well with much reassurance, guidance, and contacts list from Rich and George (the owners) the plan unfolded with out any stress and our special day was upon us. We had darn near 200 guests and this place handled it no problem at all. The now wife and I are pretty simple folks so I was not expecting perfection…. But this place is not only beautiful it’s down to earth and the guest not only felt comfortable but we’re blown away by the beauty of the farm. I can’t thank Rich and George enough for their help in making our day the best we could’ve imagined.

Outstanding experience -- Love RFR!
We had our wedding at RFR and it was hands down the best experience we could have asked for. After having our original wedding venue cancel on us a month out (nightmare!), Rich and George were so nice and sympathetic to our situation. They made the transition seamless, allowing all of our pre-booked vendors to operate at their venue. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, with lots to do and see. It ended up raining on our wedding day, and the transition to an indoor ceremony was easy and turned out beautiful. Rich is extremely responsive, professional, and a genuinely great human being. All of our guests had an amazing time, and our wedding turned out better than originally planned for! We would recommend this venue to anyone!

Made the perfect day
We found Rein Fire Ranch and after taking a tour decided it was the perfect spot, checked all the major boxes we needed. Ceremony could be inside if it needed, but the outside location was perfect. Nice open area, and the benches were way better than any chairs.
We didn't have a wedding planner, so Rich was a great help in getting everything figured out. They have a system that works.
They have an open vendor list except for dj and alcohol, but those selections were perfect.
Get ready rooms were great as were the rest of the venue.
If this place is in your budget and location area, I highly recommend taking a look.

Great people to work with!
My husband and I got engaged in September 2020. Shortly after, we began our search on finding the perfect venue. One of the things that stands out to me the most about RFR is that they were the first vendor we hired that responded in less than two hours of us contacting them. They have a response time that is unmatched. From the moment we did our first walk-through at this venue my husband and I were in awe! There was fog coming out of the trees surrounding the venue that made my heart melt it was my PNW wedding dream! What an incredibly Beautiful venue. We were so impressed by the staff at RFR. Rich was my go to guy for any wedding questions I ever had not only on the days leading up to the wedding but also on the day of. We were so blessed to be able to have our wedding here! We highly recommend!

WOW! We had an unbelievable wedding experience at Rein Fire Ranch in September 2021. When we first visited the venue, we knew it was the perfect place to get married, which made us feel lucky but we didn't know just how lucky. The venue owners were personable, easy to work with, and a huge part of making our big day unforgettable! Their vendor recommendations turned out to be amazing and their time spent with us leading up to the wedding was very generous. Our guests fell in love with the ranch's character and heart too. When we first toured Rein Fire Ranch we instantly knew this was the place we wanted to get married. The grounds feel so magical and truly are beautiful! Rich and George were awesome to work with they made everything from planning, to rehearsal and our wedding so much easier and fun! They offer some unique options as well that made our wedding stand out from other more cookie cutter weddings, for example, the mobile mule bar! Summer if love, laughter and covid-19
Everyone has their vision of what their wedding is going to look like when they start planning. This was not any different for us. Even with covid looming over our heads and the stress of our big day changing Rich and George helped every step of the way to make sure it was still the most magical day. Everything that was important to us they made sure was incorporated in our big day. Rich helped me too many times to count when I had questions and assured me everything would fall into place. Our wedding day was so perfect and it wouldn't have been possible with Rich and George.

In my humble opinion, you will not find a better venue than Rein Fire Ranch. Not just because of the unbelievably gorgeous property and beautifully updated barn, but mainly because Rich and George are two of the most amazing guys I have ever met. They were attentive to any inquiries we had, and went well above and beyond what we asked for. Being a bride can be stressful at times, and they made the experience exactly what it should be-the most amazing day of our lives! The setting of the venue in between mountains made for the most AMAZING photos we will forever cherish. So grateful for the wedding experience we had at Rein Fire. Cannot recommend them enough, you won't be disappointed!

Amazing time during trying times
Had a small wedding with RFR during COVID restrictions. We were only able to do 25% capacity and everyone had to wear a mask but it was still an amazing event. Rich & George were patient and flexible with all our needs and we had an amazing time. Also the venue is absolutely breathtaking. I would recommend this place to all my friends.

The best vendor decision you'll ever make - have your wedding at RFR! We had a two year long engagement, so we had lots of time to plan our wedding & spent a lot of time over the years getting to know Rich and George & the ranch.
Facilities = amazing. Scenery = gorgeous. Rich and George = the best.
Wedding planning can be stressful, no matter how much time you give yourself to plan. But these two make it easy! They were always very responsive and nothing but helpful. They went above and beyond to make our day perfect, and I can't recommend the venue enough.

As my father said we waited 44 years for this day and I couldnt of ask for a more perfect day.
Rein Fire Ranch was the second venue we looked at and the minute I walked onto the property our search was over!
From day 1 Rich & George were amazing. Helped us with any questions I had through the planning process and just made everything run smooth.
We needed little to no extra decorations because the venue itself was all we needed.
Was very impressed with all the little details Rich & George thought of.
The price was more then reasonable for what was offered.
Our day was June 22... and we are still getting emails, letters on how beautiful the venue was. Actually a couple guest will be booking for other events.
I was a little nervous because we had a very lively group of guest but Rich made everyone feel comfortable and welcomed.
We had a pretty big wedding party and the bridal & grooms suites were great. With all the people we never felt crowded and we were all able to feel relaxed prior to wedding.

Our wedding day at Rein Fire Ranch far surpassed any expectations we had. Rich and George went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was so very special. We were treated to professionalism and care all throughout the planning process. My fiancé and I frequently contacted them with questions and they responded in a very timely manner. The staff ensured that everything went smoothly the day of our wedding. We opted for many of the add on packages/decor and the options to choose from is unbelievable. Without Rich and George our wedding day would not have been possible. Rich officiated our ceremony and George was our DJ - they both did an outstanding job from the planning to the execution. Rein Fire Ranch was the venue for my daughter's wedding this past June. The owners were wonderful - very organized and gave us excellent service. They were accommodating of all my daughter's and my requests. The property is well maintained and beautiful.
I work in the wedding industry as a wedding planner. I have worked with many venues and I can say Rich and George do a fantastic job. At the end of the wedding day, my daughter told me her wedding was "perfect".

Hands down best place for wedding
We had our wedding here on September 29th of this year and could not have been any more pleased. We booked out about a year and through the entire year leading up to the wedding Rich helped us and answered us back within minutes anytime we needed something. Even if he had to go out of his way to help us book a third party vendor for music or food or cake he was there to help. Every time we set up a meeting with them to do a update we didn't even have to ask a question. If you just let them talk they will have answered all your questions Haha. It's very impressive with how much in detail and how many things you would have missed that they think of. Then comes the wedding day. So many people told us it was the most beautiful wedding venue they have ever been to. Nestled between two mountains with awesome scenery and pure rustic barn setting. It was perfect for us. Even with competing venues all around which we toured. The price and help from the owners and picture perfect views there, this place out weighs all the other places with the barn type wedding. I say this with my trust if you pick this place to host your wedding you will not be sorry.

The ranch is gorgeous and spacious. Rich and George run a very professional business. I would choose them to DJ, that way they MC the wedding and you get to stay an additional hour. The venue itself is absolutely stunning! Rich and George are amazing! As a bride we have a million things going on and they go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need! Whether that be resources or just answers to questions. I ne er ever felt like I was borthering them. They always responded to emails and questions I had.
My wedding was stunning. My friends and family thought it was gorgeous! This is the kind of venue where you really don't need a decoration because it is already so beautiful!

It could not have been more of a perfect place and people who run it! Rich and George were so fun to work with. It’s so nice to have everything there that you need, dj, tables, linens, tubs, etc. not to mention how smooth everything was. Our wedding was in October and it was so beautiful at the ranch. Thanks again for everything!

Rich and George made everything enjoyable from beginning to end. Rich responded quickly whenever questions came up and always helped relieve any stress or worry I may have had. Everyone loved the property and our big day was as smooth as we wished it would be.They are great people who care about what they do and those they do everything for. We ABSOLUTELY loved the Rein Fire Ranch, we loved the owners just as much! This place was perferct on our special day! Rich & George are so amazing, helpful, such loving people! We couldn't of made it perfect with out them! Their venue is breath taking!! I 100000% recommend them! They worked so much with us, we lived two hours away they are just great! We used a few of their recommended venders which was great as well! They have beautiful horses, cows and dogs to see as well!! We are animal lovers so it was a plus for us!

I love this venue and defiantly suggest it to others! The venue is beautiful and magical and Rich and George are so kind and professional that I didn't feel stressed at all. If I were rewinding my big day and still planning and looking for a location, I would still choose this venue in a heartbeat!

Our wedding at Rein Fire was an amazing experience from start to finish! Rich and George were very flexible with scheduling visits, and answering all my questions. Rich was also VERY helpful with details that I otherwise never would have thought of. He had great recommendations and was very willing to help us do whatever he could to allow our vision to become a reality. Rich was a huge factor in keeping my stress levels at bay with all aspects of wedding planning.
Everyone that attended our wedding commented on how beautiful it was! I would recommend Rein Fire Ranch to anyone!

I tried to be as honest as I possibly could when selecting the ratings and a 5 was my honesty. My wife and I spent nearly a year and a half working with Rein Fire Ranch (RFR) and it was a very pleasant experience. Unfortunately, I believe I was about 10,000 characters in and this review has a 2,000 character max. Comfort, scenery, environment, family atmosphere, safety, all of these items played a factor in my review and I would not have changed a thing about our wedding.

Rein Fire Ranch is the perfect place to get married, or for any event for that matter. It has the most beautiful setting and Rich and his team are the most helpful people. I was never stressed once about the details of my wedding, especially when it came to the venue. Rich was always very helpful and I could shoot him an email and I was answered no later than the next day. I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking for that perfect rustic venue. If I had to do my wedding over again there is no question that I would chose Rein Fire Ranch every time!

I would ask the couple if they want it inside or outside, they do both and on our wedding it began to rain so we moved it to a indoor ceremony which was amazing.

My son and daughter-in-law were married here in 2013. Rich and George did such a good job that I decided to have a surprise Retirement/Seahawks party at this venue. The day was perfect with a live stream of the game and lots of room for people to mingle and enjoy the food. There was a ping pong table for anyone to use. At halftime, there was a bonfire outside so my husband could burn one of his work shirts. Lots of good memories from that day. I can't thank Rein Fire Ranch and Rich & George enough for everything. It was a special day that we'll never forget.

Having our wedding at Rein Fire Ranch was one of the best wedding decisions my husband and I made. The owners went over and above to make sure we had everything arranged the way that we wanted it, which made our wedding day go so smoothly. And on top of that they were extremely kind while still being professional. The space itself was beautiful, open, and filled with little touches that made our wedding feel unique. We met with him at the ranch several times to work out all the details, and he had no problem answering any of our million questions and giving us much needed advice. We recently held an afternoon retirement party at Rein Fire Ranch. What a great experience!
Rich was there to help us through the planning process. A few weeks before the party, he invited us out to walk the property and helped us envision the day of the event. We talked about the details of the event, including setup, music and catering. Quick, easy and informative.
The ranch was charming, well-kept and nicely decorated. The grounds are spacious and our guests roamed and enjoyed watching the horses. We capped things off with a group hay ride. It was a nice touch that Rich checked in with us frequently to see that things were going well and to check on any immediate needs.
Definitely a terrific value and a wonderful experience. We are hoping to come back soon!

Couldn't be more happy with our overall experience with Rein Fire Ranch! We didn't have to look at many other places, after touring the ranch I knew it was perfect for us! Rich was amazing from day one. From planning meetings to the big day, he was always extremely helpful! Going into the whole wedding planning process, I was not expecting to receive so much help from the venue. Even though we did not have the best weather on our wedding day, it was still so breathtakingly beautiful! I am so thankful we chose Rein Fire, and if I could choose again I would 100% choose them! What can I say, Rein Fire Ranch met and exceeded my expectations and worked very hard to earn that perfect score. Rich was extremely attentive to our needs during the whole planning process answering a million questions and even letting us come out as often as we needed. He was also hired to officiate the wedding and coordinate the flow of the reception which was all fantastic. He's got such an outgoing, gracious and friendly attitude making him super easy to work with. We also used George as the DJ for the wedding and reception, again, great job. The bride and groom were happy and had such a wonderful time, which, in the end, is all that matters. The day was a success and the venue was absolutely beautiful and I couldn't have done it all without Rich there to help. If you are looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and slow down to enjoy the beauty of the outdoors this is your place. Thank you Rich and George and all the Rein Fire Ranch employees.

More work than most venues, but it is worth it! I have never seen such a beautiful venue! The horses, fire pit, beautiful scenery, tractor rides, and horse and carriage... Made my wedding such a magical and perfect day! Rich and George are so awesome to work with. Rich is always quick to respond to emails.. Even the annoying, crazy bride email that I would send him! ;) I highly recommend to use George as the DJ/MC! He did an amazing job! I had very unique things that I needed with my music and he was able to make everything happen. If you're looking for a rustic-themed venue, then seriously look no further then the Rein Fire Ranch! Rich and George are extremely accommodating and professional- they were so extremely helpful as we were putting our special day together. They were always willing to offer their professional advice and were more than accommodating for our various requests to tour the venue and make last minute changes. Our wedding guests were absolutely stunned by how beautiful this place is- they are still talking about how gorgeous this place was a month later! For the stunning venue and all the additional things that come with your rental, the value of this place was overwhelming. I cannot recommend the Rein Fire Ranch enough!

this was one of the biggest events in my daughter's life - and ours too. Initially we just fell in love with the atmosphere of Rein Fire Ranch. Every detail of rustic authenticity added to our experience there. The atmosphere was crisp and clean, contemporary and nostalgic at the same time ~ but planning and executing a perfect day for Bride and Groom and guests takes planning, expertise and a heart filled desire to create a truly memorable event. Rich was an excellent guide. He asked all the right questions, had many wonderful resources at his figure tips and help us spend our budget wisely and simply delivered excellence from beginning to end. We could not have asked for more!

We got married here in June 2016, and it was PERFECT. RFR looks great in photos, but it is even more gorgeous in person! The owners, Rich and George, are what make it a perfect place to have your wedding though. From the first meeting with Rich at Rein Fire, we knew this is where our wedding was going to happen. Rich, George and his staff are amazing and helped us along throughout the entire process, making sure every detail was right and what we were looking for. They were amazing to work with and extremely professional throughout the entire process. Planning a wedding is stressful, no matter how laid back you are (trust me). But after our meetings at the Ranch to go over the details, we would feel so much better! Working with them made the process so much easier. You can tell they care about making your wedding the best it can be and ours was, thanks to all of their knowledge, experience, and kindness. Go check it out, even if you are not a “country girl” (which I am certainly not) who never imagined getting married on a ranch or celebrating in a Reception Barn. I am glad I did!!

When my sister and her fiance choose Rein Fire Ranch as their wedding & reception venue I couldn't have been happier. Clearly the scenery and gorgeous landscaping sells itself, but as their "unofficial wedding planner" I had the absolute pleasure in working with Rich and George throughout the months leading up to the big day! From the first few pleasant emails I exchanged with Rich, to the follow up weeks after the wedding, he has been an awesome partner in planning, coordinating, idea sharing and solution finding! Unlike other vendors I have experienced, Rich was very quick to reply to all emails and calls *and there were a lot!!*, which was so appreciated when dealing with so many moving parts. Once we started hiring more vendors (catering, rentals, etc) we quickly realized that Rich and his whole team at RFR have very solid and positive relationships with many of them, making the whole process that much more enjoyable and seamless! I truly know that Rich and the team care so much about each family that comes to the ranch and genuinely works hard to make each bride, groom, and family member feel important and special! *(Example: Impromptu tossing of the microphone to our 91 year old grandma *who by the way has an Ah-Mazing voice!* when she starting singing along to a classic song. It just made her year!). :) I can't say enough great things about RFR, Rich & George (*great DJ extraordinaire!), and their sweet and helpful team. Do yourself and favor and check this place out! My husband and I found Rein Fire Ranch online while searching for the perfect rustic wedding venue. Once we visited the ranch, we knew it had to be OUR wedding venue! It was great working closely with Rich throughout the entire process. He was so incredibly organized & very prompt in answering my many questions! We were able to visit the ranch as often as needed, leading up to our big day. It was also great being able to watch the transformation of the barn, as it was remodeled from literally having dirt floors, to the beauty it was for our big day! Rich, George & the RFR team were truly a delight to work with. Our guests RAVED about the venue & we can honestly say that we couldn't have imagined getting married anywhere else!! We had to change from an outdoor wedding to an indoor wedding last minute due to our lovely Pacific NW weather, and they made the hay loft look intimate and beautiful in no time! All of our guests were ranting and raving on what a gorgeous venue this is! The highlight of our day was when the weather cleared up and we were able to provide tractor rides for the guests! And have every one enjoying the bonfire. They LOVED this!!! We just had our wedding here a few weeks ago and everything was so perfect and we are just so happy that we had our wedding at RFR. The barn, ceremony pavilion, cocktail cabana, fire pit, just everything was so gorgeous and really exceeded our expectations. Rich and George (the owners) always treated us with great respect and patience and we appreciate that. We hired George as our DJ and were very pleased with the music and it was exactly what we wanted. George had us fill out an extensive questionnaire so he could thoughtfully figure out what our style was and delivered spot on!
You can see just how beautiful the venue and grounds are by visiting or looking at the pictures, but what differentiates RFR from other venues is how much they really CARE. This is what made the planning process so much fun!
For the price of the venue (which is very competitive) you do receive a lot of accommodations and if they don't have exactly what you want, they will they hardest to accommodate.

If you're looking for a fantastic venue to have your wedding, Rein Fire Ranch is your place! The owner, Rich, was a pleasure to work with and was so accommodation to our requests. Being allowed to bring my own two horses to the venue to be there on my wedding day was so special and meant so much. We used George for DJ services and were very satisfied! I highly recommend Rein Fire Ranch!

Rein Fire Ranch was an amazing venue all around! It is a beautiful setting far enough away to seem like a little island on it's own, yet close enough to the city for convenience. Rich and George were very professional to work with and fun too! George provided the music, which was so much fun to dance too. He also perfectly timed the music for the wedding party and the bride's entrance, smoothly switching songs. Rich handled all the planning and day of details. The day of the event Rich made sure everything ran smoothly, from set up to tear down and everything in between. The weather held for the ceremony but Rich made sure everyone knew what to do in case it rained, inspiring us to stay calm with his confidence that all would go well. I would highly recommend Rein Fire Ranch for the location, but more than that, for the attention Rich and George gave to make sure everything went well. Thanks Rich and George! ~ From a new mother-in-law!

When I first started looking at venues for our big day Rein Fire Ranch was on the list but I had mixed feelings just because I had my mind set more towards another venue. The day came to go check out my top 3 venues I wanted to look at and RFR was my second. Before I got to my third potential venue I could not stop thinking about RFR. So needless to say RFR was the place we picked to come together as one big family.
We booked almost a whole year in advance and the whole time leading up to the big day Rich and George were so amazing to work with. Rich was so speedy at getting back to every single email and all my needy questions. I felt so annoying having to keep bugging him but he did not once give me a snappy attitude or make me feel like I was keeping him from anything more important.
We also asked George to be our DJ with Rich as the MC. Best decision ever!! George worked with me to make the music special and helped me be able to have the best father daughter dance ever!!(no offense to any other brides)
If you are just reading reviews or looking at their website and kind of going back and forth make an appointment to go out to the ranch, you will NOT be disappointed in the least! They just remodeled their reception barn, as it was meant for training horses previously. They have done an amazing job with it and are still making improvements.
Thank you again Rich and George for making Sean's and my big day the best day ever!! In no way shape or form can I or anyone else that was there that day say it wasn't awesome!!!

I couldn't have picked a better venue! Rich and his team were so amazing every step of the way, through planning, organizing, and even after the big day. Flexibility played a huge role in just how smoothly everything went. It seemed like whatever I wanted, Rich was more than willing to accommodate... and then some! When we finally reached our big day, everything went off better than expected. Rich and his team were there, and not there at the same time. You never noticed them, and yet everything got done exactly how I wanted it. It was like having a team of invisible little elves. I cannot express enough how stress-free Rich and his team made everything and I would recommend Rein Fire to anyone looking for a nice rustic/vintage/outdoor venue!

I wanted to wait for a few months after the wedding to write a review so that I could have time to reflect on it. Time has only solidified my feelings about Rein Fire Ranch, Rich and George. As the father of the bride, I can say without a doubt, this venue and its owners are of the highest caliber and committed to working with you so that your special day is truly something that you will remember forever. The wedding (Sarah and Keith Weiland) was Saturday July 12, 2014. We had worked mostly with Rich for the previous 5 months. He was fair, reasonable, and very compassionate. He bent over backwards in working with me concerning insurance, and the bartender. On the day of the wedding George and Rich were there, but they weren't there. We never felt like the venue staff was in our space or dictating our day in the slightest.
Specifics of what we did: Rein Fire Ranch has a wide variety of "add-ons" beyond the basic venue cost. We did the basic venue which included tables and chairs, plus we added one antique table for the guest book, both vintage lumber carts (one for desserts and the other for gifts), the 10 lanterns, the tall chalk board, and the old door on top of two barrels for our bar back. You can see all of these items on their excellent web-site. We also added the basic s'more package which included the fire pit, and we also added the set up tear down package. We had about 130 guests and a live bluegrass band. We had a caterer. There was plenty of room under the tent for all the guests, the band and tables for the food.
Months after the wedding, people are still talking about what an amazing experience the whole day was. The common theme of everyone's comments is "I have never been to such a wonderful wedding with such a beautiful setting as that, ever." It was by far everything that I could have wanted as the father of the bride. Thank you Rich and George. It was simply the most wonderful wedding ever, and Rein Fire Ranch made it all possible.

My husband and I have nothing but positive and amazing things to say about how great our experience was at Rein Fire Ranch. On our initial visit out, we both fell in love with the location and the wonderful experience we had with Rich and George. You can tell right away that is very important to them that you have the very best experience on your wedding day from the first minute that you meet them. We worked with them over a 5 month period, visiting the location several times, taking their suggestions for photographer, food and just overall recommendations and everything was fantastic. Our wedding day was gorgeous and perfect - we had a family emergency that threw things into a bit of a tailspin prior to our wedding, but Rich, being the professional that he is, did everything he could to make sure our experience was as positive as possible and ensuring that my husband and I were doing okay. The wedding went off without a hitch, the sunset and things got even more beautiful. The reviews that we got from family and friends was that the venue was wonderful and that it is one of the best weddings they have ever been to. I cannot recommend this venue enough and the work that the team at Rein Fire Ranch does to ensure you have the best wedding day possible.

LOVE! When Cole and I started looking for a local venue we had no idea what we would find. We went out to Google and started thinking of the right “ping” words to help us narrow down the search. Rein Fire Ranch popped up and I started looking at the photos and just had this feeling like this is it. One of the first things that I loved about the Rein Fire Ranch was how they listed “Vendors” on their page. People that they have worked with, and enjoyed working with. I truly believe that if you have had the opportunity to work with someone and they did an amazing job you need to let the world know.
Walking the property with Rich helped confirm that gut feeling that this was where our day had to happen. We booked with him within the next few days and couldn’t have made a better decision. Rich made everything easy, told us what he needed from us and worked with us throughout the whole process. I never once had a hard time getting in touch with him, and no question I asked ever went unanswered.
Days before the wedding we had a 20%, 40%, 80%, 20% chance of rain… YEAH it 100% rained/dumped. Rich, George and team rallied. They checked with me, asked me what I wanted and made sure that it happened. The day I planned had done a 180 and I don’t think there was a moment I didn’t have a smile on my face. His team worked so hard to make it the best day for me, how could I be disappointed in anything.
Rein Fire Ranch will always be a special place to me. I started this review off with the word LOVE and I mean that in all the ways that word can be used. Love between Cole and I got us to a place where we needed a venue to share that with our family and friends. Love told my gut this was the place I had to say yes to forever, and love is the only way I can explain how I feel when I look back on that day and how hard Rich and his team worked to make it the best not only for myself and Cole but for all our guests.

Rich and George were incredibly welcoming, helpful and organized. Our day was flawless and that is largely in part because of their knowledge and love of wedding planning and events. The number one comment from our guests was how absolutely stunning the venue is--it's true! Every detail added to making our day beyond what we had imagined. The down-home, classy feel with lawn games, fire or and s'mores had our guests in wedding heaven.

Rein Fire Ranch is a rather new venue site, an advantage to those looking for a pastoral ranch setting. Rich and George have transposed a working ranch into a beautiful, serene, and lovely wedding alternative. They continue to add more amenities to this absolutely beautiful location and are very adaptable to your needs. A barn is currently just one of many projects being retrofitted for future use. They are eager to listen, improve and truly enjoy when they can offer assistance that befits your wedding goals.
At my daughter's wedding last week, the morning began with thunder storms. Everything was moved under the tent and within an hour the sun was shining bright. The ceremonial pavilion was beautiful with sheer drapes, a burlap runner, and dahlia's highlighting the bride's love of flowers. Entering in a white carriage, the bride became the center of attention while the groom, the wedding party, and guests watched on as father and daughter entered the pavilion. From that moment on, dreams became memories.
Thanks to Rein Fire Ranch for making fairy tales come true. You will not be disappointed choosing them as your venue site. Our guests could not have been more complimentary.

Rich and George were so wonderful to work with! My husband and I fell in LOVE with the venue the minute we got there (ok, I admit, I was in love before I got there from just looking at the pictures). Major bonus was they had the day we want available at such a short notice!!!
The day of the wedding my supposed to be gorgeous sunshine came in the form of a wet drizzly...downpour, BUT they were extremely flexible in making sure it was exactly what I wanted, which meant setting up chairs at the last minute so I could have my outdoor wedding, despite the rain (this is Washington). Move to the rain free reception and everyone had a blast!
Never heard the end of how gorgeous the setting was from all the guests!
Absolutely, I would 100% recommend working with ReinFireRanch for you wedding/event
Now all the other stuff...I got prompt email responses, phone calls were easy, extremely flexible to work with, they want your day to be perfect and they will do everything in their power to make it happen, great communication, absolutely WONDERFUL!

Our Friday the 13th wedding was the most beautiful day I could ever imagine. Early on, neither of us felt we had found a great venue that really suited what our vision was. We had settled on another venue before happening to find the Ranch. Our very first meeting, we were truly at ease with Rich. Throughout the entire planning process he was engaging, had great recommendations and genuinely cared what our big day meant to us. After our initial meeting, I really felt that "this was the place." Rich was so warm, caring and inviting that I actually gave him a hug!
There was a point in the planning process that we even asked him to officiate our ceremony, which was a really great hit!
Every detail leading up to the wedding was validated with a timely response. The rehearsal and wedding day came with some rain but the RFR crew were quick at dispelling any of my worries as a plan B came to light. In all honesty, plan B was better for us. Our ceremony was more intimate and our friends and family have continued to gush warm words about it wedding. All I can say is thank you, thank you for being there on our most beautiful and wonderous day.

My family made it easy on us and did most of the wedding business, but as far as my experience goes, Rich and George were wonderful! Our wedding venue was perfect. Getting married is a very special occasion. Rein Fire Ranch was the perfect venue for my husband and I for many reasons. We loved the beautiful location that provided us with the ranch feel we were looking for and we were surrounded by trees and mountain side. Our pictures were gorgeous because of the natural beauty Rein Fire Ranch provided for us. The physical attraction to the venue was what first drew us in, but the customer service that we were provided with was above and beyond our wildest dreams. Rich was fabulous to work with. He wanted nothing more than for our vision to be carried out. He would go above and beyond to ensure that we were happy on our day. Any time we wanted to go visit the venue, which was quite frequently, he was extremely accommodating in letting us do so. He was very prompt in getting back to us with information and answers to our questions. He was more than just the owner of the venue, he was invested in our day just as much as we were. We were actually a little sad when our day was over because we knew we wouldn't be seeing Rich as often. I would recommend Rein Fire Ranch to ANYONE! If you are looking for a gorgeous venue with friendly service then Rein Fire Ranch would be a grat option for you.

I have to tell you, my wife, and I have not met a more personable individual than Rich Kaalaas, and his team. They were really down to earth, and really welcomed us with open arms when we were out searching for wedding venues in October 2012. My wife found this place, and we really only had a couple other ones to look at as well, and I had to cancel the other two places right away, as Rein Fire Ranch was such a drop dead gorgeous place, and very beautiful scenery, just an overall beautiful wedding, nothing but perfect, and a good time for everyone! I would recommend this place to the moon and back!

We used Rein Fire Ranch for our wedding reception and it was absolutely everything I wanted it to be. Rich the owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Even before I had booked the venue Rich offered up advice even if we didn't go with his venue. Rich was not pushy at all during the first visit which was extremely nice not to have that pressure. As the months counted down to the reception date Rich kept me up to date with any changes they were making and made sure I was completely comfortable the whole time. Rich was very open to multiple site visits and was completely fine with me bring people with me. Each visit was wonderful we were constantly laughing and just having a great time. The day of the reception was outstanding! Rich was around for any questions and to ensure that I had nothing to stress about the day of. All my friends and family have just raved about the venue and about how great Rich was. The venue is absolutely stunning, I even had some guests take their family photos there with the horses in the background. We also took our save the dates pictures there. I will wrap up this review with a quote from my sister, as we were leaving she turned to Rich and said "It feels like we are leaving summer camp!" I cannot recommend this place enough!

Night before last my hubby and I had the extreme pleasure of celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and renewing our vows before 120 of our friends and family at the beautiful Rein Fire Ranch. Everything was absolutely perfect, and a wonderful time was had by all. We highly recommend Rein Fire Ranch to any one wanting a special event that is large enough to accommodate whatever size group you may be hosting, yet the setting has an intimate feel to it at the same time. Rich Kaalaas, the owner, was very easy to work with and went out of his way to make everything perfect for us. His suggestions about "add on" vendors was terrific too. Specifically, "Country Wagon" which provided a horse-drawn carriage for the arrival of the bride and departure of the bride and groom was great, and they provided rides to the guests before the ceremony too. And Royal Restrooms provided the most beautiful and luxurious "portapotties" we have ever seen in our lives! So many comments on those by the guests (and my hubby) who had never seen a nicer setup for portable restrooms anywhere! Our whole event was memorable from beginning to end, and it was largely due to the perfect wedding setting of Rein Fire Ranch!

My partner and I had our commitment ceremony at Rein Fire Ranch because we felt it had an amazing background with the beautiful mountains and its greenery. It happened before they decided that they would turn it into an actual wedding venue. We felt that the ranch looked amazing then, we have been back since and the place looks amazing. Rich and George have done an amazing job, it does not compare to what it looked like when we had our ceremony!!!

From the moment we drove into Rein Fire Ranch, we were absolutely blown away by the breathtaking surrounding. We were warmly greeted and given the tour of the beautiful property. Not for one moment did we feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. We got in our car and we knew that was the place we wanted our wedding to be. We sent an email the following day and the rest is history. We had our first meeting to go over our vision and expectations for our special day. Rein Fire Ranch absolutely met and exceeded every expectation we had. They were there to assist every step of the way and make sure everything was as easy and stress free as possible. Every single detail that we discussed was handled and if there were any issues we certainly didn’t know about it. The atmosphere was very warm and inviting for our guest. Rein Fire Ranch is absolutely beautiful. I did not have the honor of having my actual wedding here, rather, I did a Trash the Dress photo shoot on the property. I was completely blown away just how gorgeous the place is. And the owners were so incredibly nice and welcoming. Rich had so many great ideas of where we should take photos and he was just the nicest guy you could imagine. If I could get married all over again I would definitely do it at Rein Fire Ranch!

After visiting at least a dozen wedding venues that were way over-priced, we came upon Rein Fire Ranch. This place was not only the most beautiful ranch and mountain setting that we visited, but it was suprizingly affordable as well. The owners were friendly, courteous and very attentive and professional. You could tell they really cared about us and our ceremony. Everything went off without a hitch and we received countless compliments from our guests and family for our choice of location...which was very convenient for our local guests and out of towners. My only regret is that I could only get married there once!!!!

From the beautiful drive in and the manicured ceremony garden to the gorgeous barn, you couldn’t ask for a more stunning backdrop for your wedding day. It was incredibly relaxing to arrive in the morning, get ready onsite and not have to worry about getting people from place to place. Being out in the hills with so much space and open air, it was hard to feel stressed about anything. There is a reason this won Best Wedding Venue, because they truly do have it all. But the place alone was not the only selling point here, the owners were incredibly friendly throughout the entire planning process and always very responsive – I don’t think Rich would let anything other than an amazing wedding happen on his property, he was so reassuring and helpful. Our package included not only the day-of rental with all the tables & chairs, but an incredible list of suggested (not required!) vendors who were all familiar with the venue, time to shoot an engagement photo session on the property and multiple visits to nail down our planning. I could not recommend this place and the amazing people who run it enough – if you want that stunning outdoor and low-stress wedding, this is the place to do it!

We are so happy that we chose to get married at Rein Fire Ranch! This is the perfect venue for any country rustic wedding. The venue is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING and they just keep making improvements! Us and our guests were so thankful to have the barn for the reception in the extreme heat we had on our big day. But everything was beautiful from the wooden alter, to the barn, the white fenced fields, fire pit, drink cabana, down to the small details. We were trying to keep cost down for our wedding. We decided to spend the most on the venue and DIY everything else, and it was totally worth it! I can't get over how beautiful our pictures turned out.. hoping to make your website Rich ;)
I only have good things to say. The owners take great pride in their venue and were such a pleasure to work with. They were very organized, responsive, thorough, and fun to work with.

Our wedding couldn’t have gone any better!! They made sure things went very smoothly and the reception looked beautiful. Rich and the team made planning the wedding a breeze and I highly recommend them!

Rein Fire Ranch was amazing to work with! I have some severe health problems that make it very difficult to plan in advance and the Ranch was so accommodating to my situation. They didn't make me feel like a burden at all, but took the time to find out what I needed and did there best to make my wedding extra special. I would totally work with them again in future!
