A Wonderful Fall Wedding.
We just had our wedding at Regency at Dominion Valley 10/2022. The beautiful venue and excellent grounds are great for photography and video. The food was delicious and the staff was very attentive to us during our event. The options we had to make our big day just the way we wanted were great and they worked with us using the decor we brought in as well. We couldn't have been happier with how things turned out.

Our Dream Day at Regency
Regency at Dominion Valley and the staff was incredible and helped my dream day come true! The venue is so beautiful you barely have to bring decor in! The food was delicious and the servers and bartenders were attentive.

An Amazing Day at an Amazing Venue!
Regency at Dominion Valley is the venue to book your wedding or event at. Truly an amazing experience. Cassidy Barnett was our Coordinator and she was very easy to work with. Even during the chaotic time of the Covid-19 Pandemic this venue is prepared to hold your event. Everything was to Covid-19 Guidelines with guest being screened.
The options for our wedding ceremony were excellent. The weather was picture perfect with gorgeous views of a well kept property.
The reception inside was very nice with plenty of room to maneuver around including a DJ and dance floor. Food and drinks are served tableside due to Covid guidelines, but the staff didn't miss a beat and served everyone well. We were very pleased with all aspects of the wedding, including the venue working with our total decreasing due to the pandemic.
It is a day we will remember for the rest of our lives. It was a great day and we couldn't be happier with how things turned out. Highly recommend them for your wedding or family event!

Fantanstic Celebration!!

Unforgettable & Amazing!
Our wedding was AMAZING! We worked with Cassidy who took over the coordinator position last minute due to COVID and she went above and beyond for us! She answered all my questions during the entire planning process with so much knowledge. She never made me feel like I was a nuisance or annoying with so many questions and emails. There was really no request that went ignored. Everything was set up perfectly on the day of. She made sure everything ran smoothly without overstepping into the fun part of the night. The service at the reception was great. Food was great! We really just had a wonderful time without any stress or worry. That is all you can really ask for on your wedding day and Regency, especially Cassidy, made sure we had an unforgettable day!

Beautiful Venue and Excellent Staff
Our clients hosted their October wedding at Regency at Dominion Valley on 10.10.2020 and we were thoroughly impressed with the staff. Their attention to detail, professionalism and overall execution were flawless. They were extremely helpful and any requests that we had were not only honored but honored with a smile. Our initial planning was with Cassidy but the day of the wedding we had the pleasure of working with Kiela and Heather. They were professional, extremely kind and generously assisted us with anything we needed. Standout staff members were Gillian, Lilly, Parker, and Matt. They worked tirelessly to ensure all guests were served with such care. We highly recommend hosting an event at Regency at Dominion Valley.

Budget Bride Has Dream Wedding
I'm better at crashing parties than throwing them, so when I set out to plan my wedding I had no clue where to start. I can't praise the literal goddess Sara, and her staff, who descended from Mount Olympus itself to help me achieve my dream wedding, enough. They worked with my budget and walked me through all the details. I had my small wedding on a weekday in the off season to save money and I ended up with more than I could ask for. Sara kept things running smoothly so I didn't have to stress on the big day, and she went above and beyond to make the decorations perfect. 10/10 would get married here again.

Dream wedding come true!
Our wedding was the definition of amazing! We had to change our original date because of COVID, but Cassidy was so diligent and patient with us. She made all the changes and adjustments I needed and didn't complain once. We operated as a team and helped each other through the entire process. Cassidy has a knack for brides and weddings, she knew exactly what to say, and when to say it. When she didn't know something, she double-checked and gave me clear and honest answers. The weather was perfect, the staff was friendly and courteous. I didn't see one frown! Everyone genuinely wanted us to have a successful wedding and it showed. If the owner of Regency is reading this, EVERYONE DESERVES A RAISE ASAP! They were phenomenal. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!

Most Amazing Venue
I cannot say enough great things about Regency at Dominion Valley! Having our wedding during COVID was extremely stressful but our wedding coordinator, Cassidy, was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure our day was absolutely PERFECT! The venue is gorgeous, which makes for the best pictures and the food is delicious. Regency has many different options and packages to choose from. In addition, the staff works so hard to make sure you have everything you could want for your special day and took such great care of my husband at I during our reception. If you’re looking for a beautiful venue with top notch service, look no further! You will be SO happy having your wedding at Regency! 💕

Excellent Wedding Venue, Highly Recommended
Great experience at the Regency at Dominion Valley for my daughter's wedding. They were very flexible on a couple of special-request drink options, and the outdoor wedding area was beautiful. Jennifer was very helpful (especially on the day-of) and made some good vendor recommendations for us. The set-up inside for the reception was perfect, and all the staff was very friendly.

Beautiful Venue, Attentive, Great Customer Service
My husband and I are so happy with the decision of having our wedding at The Regency at Dominion Valley. The venue is gorgeous from the inside and outside. We knew it was the perfect venue to choose for our wedding once we attended our first tasting. At our first tasting, Victoria was very attentive, she took notes on what we liked and what we wanted improved, she made sure to communicate with Chef Vicent. Jennifer Villatoro, the Event Coordinator was very sweet and attentive as well. She was great at communicating with us and was very helpful. On the day of the wedding my guest and I were very happy and impressed with the Regency at Dominion Valley staff. They were so attentive with us and our guests. We were very happy with the food, it was delicious and my guests complimented us on how good the food was. Thank you Jennifer, Victoria, Chef Vicent and Regency at Dominion Valley staff for all your hard work and great customer service!! I give this venue 5 stars and definitely would recommend it to other couples.

Fantastic venue and customer service at DVRCC
The Regency Country Club was a beautiful setting for our daughters wedding ceremony and reception. The staff was amazing and took care of every detail and especially addressed of the details on the day of the even, freeing my wife and I up to enjoy the day. We had plate service and partial (beer/wine/champ) bar which our guests thoroughly enjoyed. Cost was roughly $100 per person, which included tax and gratuity. There was reduced cost for those under 21, since they don't access the bar. Definitely take a look at Regency when booking a wedding in northern Virginia.

My wedding day was absolutely beautiful! Special thanks to Maria for making sure all my requests were made and that the day went as scheduled. I decided to also have my wedding rehearsal at the venue to make things easier for out of town guests. It was the best decision ever as we were able to try different items on the menu. Everyone raved about the food and drinks! Please visit the Regency at Dominion Valley if you plan to get married in the Haymarket area. The venue is gorgeous and your pictures will be stunning due the many views of the building and outside landmarks.

My then fiancé now husband and I scheduled a visit 6 months before our wedding day and the second we walked in, we knew this was the place. Whitney was truly a pleasure to work with and was very responsive to my emails and concerns. Their packet that they email you with information is pretty straightforward and there were no costs that weren't listed in the packet. The menu options were all so amazing and we enjoyed our tasting 2 months before our wedding. Our rehearsal was the night before and it was pretty quick but informative. The day of our wedding was truly relaxing other than our DJ being a no show but that had nothing to do with the venue and still Whitney took it upon herself to call the DJs she knows of and to check on their availability. Everything went smooth and we had nothing but compliments on our venue. A huge thank you to the Regency at Dominion Valley team for helping us make our dream come true! I definitely recommend them to ANYONE!

We have lived in Regency for 13 years and continue to refer our friends and family to our club for their special events. We will continue to do so as we have always been satisfied with the service and food as well as the staff at the Regency. We have used Regency for birthday parties, wedding events, Bat mitzvah for our niece and a family reunion at Thanksgiving. We highly recommend Regency for any special event.

We hosted our wedding at Regency at Dominion Valley this past labor day weekend. If we could give 10 stars, we would in a heartbeat. We worked with Whitney Frost and Jason Meringolo and they are a rockstar team. Whitney and Jason went waaay above and beyond our expectations. They didn't just put on an event, they gave our guests an experience to remember. Everyone raved about the food, how beautiful the venue is and the great service. We had a specific vision for our special day and they pulled out all the stops to make sure the day went off without a hitch! They worked closely with our event designers to make our unique floor plan work. They listened and collaborated on all our requests. Above all, as a bride, the best thing Whitney and Jason gave us was the comfort in knowing that we were going to be well taken care of. What bride wouldn't want that feeling as she goes into her wedding day!
The venue is absolutely stunning. The food was amazing. The mixed drinks were so yummy. The level of support we received throughout our planning process and on our wedding day was unmatched. We highly recommend Regency at Dominion Valley ten times out of ten. By far the best value for any wedding venue in the DMV! Thank you so much, Whitney and Jason! You will always be a very important part of this very special milestone in our lives!

We love the Regency Dominion Valley! Our coordinator, Whitney Frost was hands down AMAZING! The attention to detail, quick response, and professionalism is what you need when planning a wedding.

My husband and I definitely recommend Regency at Dominion Valley. Immediately after the venue tour, we told the venue coordinator, Whitney, we're in! The venue itself is beautiful. Our family and friends loved the fluid layout (especially good for elderly guests). The venue did the setting up/cleaning up which was a highlight for me (took a lot of stress away!). Whitney was amazing throughout our ceremony and reception. She's the reason why our ceremony went perfectly smooth. Everything was exactly how we had envisioned it. She got every detail spot on. We are so happy we chose this venue. We felt like our wedding day was perfect and couldn't have been better. Thanks to everyone at RDV for their professionalism and exceptional customer service!!

I cannot recommend Regency at Dominion Valley enough!!!! First of all, the venue is absolutely gorgeous, and there is so much space to work with! Not to mention that the colors that are in the main dining area are subtle enough to match any color scheme the bride has in mind, and will compliment any type of decor! Our wedding had a rustic/vintage elegance theme with slate blue, blush and ivory as our colors and they fit in beautifully with the existing decor and colors at Regency! Additionally, there is so much space in the front entry way on the main table and credenza for the guest book, escort cards, pictures, favors, and other decor items to be displayed. And if you don't know exactly how you want things displayed or set up, definitely leave the decisions up to Whitney and her team! They are unbelievably amazing and so great at helping make the vision in your head come to life!
Speaking of Whitney, I cannot sing her praises enough!!!! Throughout the entire process, she was exceptionally responsive, helpful, patient, kind and easy to work with! She will respond to your e-mails in at most 24 hours (unless she is out of the office longer than that, which is something she communicates exceptionally well), and she is incredibly detailed and professional in her interactions with you. She is wonderful about creating a timeline for when payments and information about the guest count, menu selections, and seating charts are due back, which takes so much stress out of the entire process! And the day before, she happily allowed us to drop off some decor and talk her through what we had brought and what we were thinking in terms of how everything would be set up. And the day of! Oh my goodness, she was incredible! So patient and thoughtful and helping to keep everything running smoothly. She made our reception absolutely amazing!
The food at this venue is to die for! And there is so much variety! Our guests absolutely raved about everything on our menu!

Whitney and her staff were fabulous. We had no wedding planner and Whitney stepped right in. She helped us focus our vision and offered several suggestions as we finalized plans. On the day of the reception, the event space was beautiful, all the flowers and special items were in their correct places, the food was excellent, and the staff very helpful. I received lots of compliments on how lovely everything was. Whitney and her staff made it happen.

This venue was just what we were looking for as a wedding ceremony and reception location. We used the amphitheater location for the ceremony which includes a pretty pond as a backdrop and inside the venue is already very nicely decorated so we didn't have to worry about decorating that. We started working with Laura who was great at answering all our questions before signing. When Laura left, Whitney picked right up and was very accommodating. She helped make sure we didn't overlook any of the small details for the ceremony or the reception and was very patient with us as we tweaked ideas. For the rehearsal, she had almost everything memorized for our big day and what she didn't have memorized, she had organized in her notes. Come day of the wedding, it almost seemed like there were more than one of her! She was always available and all the staff there that day helped put us at ease. There was concern of rain on our date, and Whitney was great at keeping us up to date and being very flexible leaving it up to us to decide what we were comfortable with. Whitney kept everyone on the timeline and it went off without a hitch. For dinner, a lot of my guests complimented the great food. We chose Sirloin and Talapia. Whitney continued to make sure things went to the timeline and when there was a mixup (on my part) with the table settings, she was able to address it to make it work. Towards the end of the night, she introduced me to the lead caterer who would take over with helping me with anything else, but we were set! Overall the venue worked out perfectly. You get to reserve the entire clubhouse for the day so there is plenty of places to have you and your guests get ready and socialize. For us, the girls got ready in the workout room which worked great with the giant mirrors everywhere, and the boys got ready in the billiards room which kept them occupied. There was plenty of places for guests to lounge and dance on the dance floor. We had 92 guests comfortably.

I seriously can not rave enough about Whitney! I had originally been working with Laura when she quit midway through my wedding planning. Then Whitney took over Laura's position and we started working together. She was great from the very beginning. There was some miscommunication, but that was due to lack of communication before Whitney came, and nonetheless she stepped up and took care of every problem I had. On wedding day she was amazing. She helped me with my little ones, to even communicating a few stressful things to some of my vendors. She took a lot of stress off of me from the time we started working together, especially the day of. I wish I could give Whitney and the Regency more than 5 stars for their work, they are honestly incredible people and a gorgeous venue. This place is worth every dollar I promise!

My husband and I are so happy we went with the Regency! Whitney was amazing and she worked so well with my wedding planner! I'm actually the mother of the bride. The staff that handled my daughter's wedding was outstanding, from beginning to end. The food was fantastic as well as the waiters that took care of all our guests. Samantha was very accommodating to our needs as wants. We even had a couple guests that were vegans and Samantha saw to it that the chef was able to provide pasta dishes for those guests. She constantly were attentive to our needs and on numerous occasions prior to the reception and during, asked how they could be of assistance. We loved having our wedding at the Regency at Dominion Valley. We were given a great deal and the service was amazing. Laura was very calm and easy to work with, exactly what you need when going through the stress of planning a wedding.
The venue itself was absolutely beautiful, especially on a fall day. The trees and scenery were amazing. We held our ceremony outside and all of the guests commented on the scenery. Our reception was held inside and again, all of the guests commented on what a great space it was. It was recently renovated in April, so everything was brand new. Everything is put together nicely and the venue really flows. Laura was great on the day of the wedding as well, making sure everything was going smoothly. I would recommend this space to anyone looking for a wedding venue.

We recently got married at The Regency at Dominion Valley and it was the prettiest place I have ever seen. The staff was incredible, friendly and professional. We working with Laura P. and her and her staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the wedding of our dreams. She was so responsive answering questions for us, letting us bring all our little decorations the night before, helping us do the rehearsal dinner there which was phenomenal with the Shrimp & Grits, and setting up all of the details and decorations for us the day of the wedding. Also, they even helped us break down and kept all our stuff there until the next day to come pick up. They just remodeled the reception hall and it is stunning, I felt so lucky to get to have my wedding here. Everyone was commenting on how gorgeous the outside ceremony was, the grounds were, the reception and cocktail hour was I wish I could do it all over here again! I absolutely loved working with The Regency and would recommend it to anyone getting married. Thank you so much Laura and Regency staff for exceeding our expectations and making it the best day of my husband and my life!

Regency is a beautiful place to have an outdoor ceremony. We had ours at the Amphitheater, which is a beautiful location looking over a pond with a water feature. We had a little under 200 guests which the ballroom could easily handle. We didn't get to attend our cocktail hour, but Laura brought some food to eat while taking photos. Laura, the coordinator, was great to work with. She answered our questions in a timely fashion and even those posed by our parents. She also made the picking of the menu really easy. The ballroom has recently been renovated and redecorated and it looks really good. The reception went off without a hitch and there were no problems with the wedding at all.

The Regency at Dominion Valley is an excellent place to host your wedding or other event! The newly renovated clubhouse is gorgeous! It's light, bright and very elegant. I recenly had my wedding there and I received so many compliments from guests about how gorgeous the venue was. The food there is also excellent! All of our guests raved about the food, and I actually made time to eat my entire plate (it was so good that I couldn't leave it there). We had filet and chicken picatta with asparagus and mashed potatoes, which I highly recommend! The staff there is also excellent and very professional. Laura is delightful to work with and she really helped the day go off without a hitch!
Other things about the Regency that I found very helpful or useful was the elevator for my big train on the wedding dress, and for handicapped guests. Also, they have a bridal suite you can get ready in with ample space, and a covered patio for guests to hang out on (which came in handy for pictures in the rain as well).
I highly recommend you look at the Regency for your wedding or event! You will not be disappointed.

The Regency at Dominion valley was our wedding venue. We could not have asked for a better venue. The staff were caring, communicative and very helpful. We had our rehearsal there as well. We were really lucky to have beautiful weather. The Fall colors were stunning and what a gorgeous venue. The food was amazing! We toured many, many options as our possible venue and everything was amazing, but nothing felt right. The second we got our tour at The Regency at Dominion Valley, we knew it. We even told the woman giving us the tour since we were so confident.
My favorite things about the Regency:
1. The event planner- Laura. Jennifer was great. But she left and is no longer the event planner. Laura has recently replaced her and she is equally amazing. She was very patient with us and helpful. She was calm, which kept me calm! You will be so happy and relieved to be working with her.
2. Rehearsal Dinner- We were able to host our rehearsal dinner in the Middleburg Grill area's Potomac Room after our rehearsal, which was super convenient and we were not charged any rental fees for the room.
3. The food. Oh my god, the food!!!! It is so delicious!! I didn't have a tasting until about 2 months before our wedding, but that doesn't matter because the food is DELICIOUS. We had ribeye, chicken and salmon for our rehearsal dinner (all great), everyone raved about the appetizers at cocktail hour and then we had a pasta station and prime rib (along with some veggies and mashed potatoes) for our reception. Everything was fabulous. Not only that, we also ordered sandwiches for the bridal party from the Grill because we needed lunch and you would NOT believe the spread they brought. They basically brought us a sandwich buffet and I am not lying when I say it was the best sandwich of my life.
4. Care- They care! When we got married, it was raining and the staff set up outside and inside just to keep both options open. They went above and beyond to get tables set up during cocktail hour indoors after our indoor ceremony. Everyone working there was so nice.
5. All-in-one- You don't have to go renting chairs, flatware and linens... The Regency provides votives, easels, chairs, tables, linens, silverware, glassware and they cater the event.

My husband and I really enjoyed our reception at the Regency! Our families and friends are still talking about it. Living far away, they were very flexible with food tastings and site visits the few weekends we were in town before our wedding. Jennifer Bodnar was very professional and wonderful to work with! When we started to look for all-inclusive wedding venues in the Haymarket/Manassas area, I was quickly overwhelmed by the number of options. My mom and I set aside a few days to visit different venues, and it was so clear from the start that Regency Dominion Valley has something more to offer than all the other venues we visited, despite being at an equivalent or even lower price point. While this is a traditional 'country club' venue, it provides so much more space, personality, and top-notch service/food than you'd expect from the average country club. We loved having the option of a separate area for our cocktail hour at the downstairs bar. This worked out perfectly as we had a beautiful day and guests could spread out at tables on the lower patio to enjoy the weather. We had our plated reception in the upstairs ballroom, which is L-shaped. While my mom and I were initially worried about the layout of the room, it ended up working out perfectly and made the room seem so much more intimate, but without being too crowded! The porch off the ballroom was awesome for me to step outside when I was overheated from all the dancing!! This venue also offers numerous areas for great photos. My husband loved taking photos with his groomsmen in the upstairs library, and the grounds are just so pretty - water, stone bridges, beautiful trees, we loved how the photos turned out! We still have guests complimenting on how beautiful this venue is and how delicious the food was, too. Jennifer Bodnar and the entire staff treat you so well. Jennifer was so helpful with everything - from answering emails to setting up our decorations. When we had an issue with the gate to the community not letting through wedding guests despite being instructed otherwise, she personally walked down to clarify things. The serving staff was very efficient, professional, and polite and my parents were so grateful to the staff members who helped pack up the gifts at the end of the night. Highly recommend!

Beautiful! The Regency was the perfect choice for our wedding reception. Jennifer Bodner is an amazing wedding coordinator and took care of everything! As soon as I walked through the door I knew this was the place that we would get married. Jennifer was amazing and was so helpful in answering all my crazy questions. Unfortunately she was unable to be there the day of the wedding but Samantha was. Samantha was easy going and with such little one on one time with her – she was able to execute our wedding down to the little details I had even forgot I had discussed with Jennifer previously. Joe was also great – keeping me calm and joking with me during our drive to the ceremony. The food was FANTASTIC! I can’t say enough good things about this venue or the wonderful staff. Every single guest was impressed and we were impressed at the price! In this area there are a lot of venues for the same prices that would never have lived up to the reputation, professionalism, beautiful landscaping and building, and the best staff. She made sure that I was able to relax the day of and didn't have to worry about a thing. The ceremony and reception went flawlessly and I couldn't have had a better experience! Regency was absolutely amazing! Not only is it a gorgeous venue, but their staff is exceptional. Our wedding day was perfect and Jennifer and her team made sure everything was flawless. Jennifer was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the planning process and was responsive to all inquires in a very timely manner; even when my mom might have gone a little over board with e-mails :). She had great ideas and was very accommodating! Our guests raved about the food. We did buffet style with a carver and salad pre served. We had the chicken marsala, salmon, and prime rib with sides of parmesan risotto and mixed vegetables. Everything was delicious! We did have a request for a few gluten free meals to accommodate some of our guest’s diets and there was no problem with the request and our guests had their dishes brought out to them. Everything went according to the timeline and it was great not having to worry about a thing as I had complete and total trust in Jennifer and her team!

The Regency did an incredible job on our wedding reception, held this past April 13th. The price was awesome, and the value was first-rate! Jennifer and her team are incredibly talented, and the reception turned out more beautiful and wonderful than we had ever imagined! We met with Jennifer after looking at about 6 different venues, and right away we knew we wanted to get married at the Regency. Jennifer was always available any time I had a question or needed to clarify something. I had so many questions, but she never made me feel like I was bugging her! The price was also very reasonable compared to every other venue we looked at. We had our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, all at the Regency. The staff could not have made me feel more at ease on our big day. Jennifer took care of everything, even when I decided to move the ceremony to the patio 2 hours before the wedding! My husband and I could not have been happier with our wedding. The Regency staff was wonderful to work with and was willing to do whatever it took to make our day turn out just the way we wanted it. The staff was also very helpful with recommending other venders who had experience with the venue.
On our wedding it rained all morning; however, a light rain started right before our ceremony. Once we decided to go on with the wedding outside (the rain was very light) the Regency staff worked quickly to give our guest golf umbrellas and quick transportation for the elderly guest. The rain stopped during the ceremony and we were able to have a wonderful ceremony and reception.
We had a seated dinner and got many complements from our guest. They told us it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding.
Overall it was the perfect experience for us and we would highly recommend this venue to our friends.

The Regency was the perfect place for our wedding! The venue is beautiful both inside and out and had everything we wanted for our wedding. The L-shaped ballroom was spacious and had a great layout. Our guests enjoyed the full bars in both the ballroom and the room used for the cocktail hour. The food was fantastic! We had the garden salad, bread, filet mignon and chicken picatta, herb roasted fingerling potatoes, and a vegetable medley of broccoli, carrots, and red peppers.
As other reviewers noted, Jennifer Bodnar is a great wedding coordinator. We used several vendors that she recommended and were thrilled with all of them. She was very flexible when we wanted to adjust the menu and customize some of the mini desserts that we ordered to go with our cupcakes. On the day of the wedding, she did a great job of making sure that everything went smoothly. She even kept an eye on what was happening outside, for she pulled us outside at just the right moment for our photographer to take some beautiful pictures of us with the sunset in the background. One of the things I loved about Jennifer was her enthusiasm. You can tell that she loves her job and that she really cares about making things just right for each bride and groom.
We had many people tell us that our wedding was the best one they ever attended. Thanks to the Regency and Jennifer for helping us throw a great party!

My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at The Regency this past September, and it was absolutely perfect! Jennifer Bodnar was amazing! She helped us through every single detail of our ceremony and reception. We looked at several venues, and none came close to the service and value offered at The Regency. The property is gorgeous inside and out. With all the wedding stress and preparation, I honestly dont know how I could have done it without Jennifer. If we had last minute ideas or changes, she made them immediately. She did an excellent job of making sure our needs were met, and that everything was running smoothly. Our guests were very impressed with the venue and service. Everyone had a fabulous time! My husband and I are so happy we chose The Regency for our wedding!

Jennifer Bodnar and her team at The Regency were amazing. Jennifer was helfpul during all of the planning. On the day of the wedding, there was a surprise snow. Moving the wedding indoors was seamless. Everything was perfect. She handled any hiccups for me. The venue is perfect. My guests all commented that the wedding was elegant and beautiful.

Jennifer and the entire staff at the Regency were fantastic. The staff was professional and proactive rather than reactive which was great. My husband and I described our vision and expectations which Jennifer rose above and beyond. The food, layout and mood were perfect! Jennifer and her staff are all very helpful with planning and the day of the wedding. My wedding day started with a storm and I was devastated so they set up the ballroom, however two hours before the ceremony the weather cleared and the staff quickly set up the outdoor patio for us, and it was beautiful. She was very helpful in helping my dream come to life, and the reception was beautiful. She even kept in touch afterwards. The food was amazing and I am still getting compliments on it. It is definately worth a walk through, you will fall in love with the views, the staff, and the food.

Jennifer Bodnar aka "detail diva" was a great help to my husband and me during the entire planning process. Our reception was everything we wanted it to be from the excellent food and service, beautiful room decor (which they helped to set up the day of), and the whole attitude of the staff. They were there to serve and ensure that we had the best day of our lives. Many of our guests complimented our venue choice because of its great location, food, service, and the great size of the ballroom. It's a beautiful place to celebrate! We are so pleased that we chose the Regency at Dominion Valley as our ceremony and reception venue. It has a beautiful outdoor ampitheather where we had our ceremony and it also provided an amazing backdrop for our pictures. The onsite coordinator, Jennifer Bodnar, was incredibly helpful through the entire process and I always knew that when I had a question or concern that it would be addressed very quickly. I had a change of heart regarding our reception chairs 10 days prior to the event and was able to get them changed with no complication whatsoever. We received many compliments on the food (we selected a dual steak/chicken dish which everyone loved) and the staff was incredibly professional and made the event run very smoothly. I cannot stay enough positive things about the Regency; it's absolutely beautiful inside and out and everyone there was such a pleasure to work with!

Wow where do I start..
My husband and I got engaged October of 2009 and decided to get married September 25th of this year. We had a few bad experiences with other venues we visited and thought we were out of luck, but then we toured the Regency and we were floored with how beautiful this venue is. The landscaping is absolutely beautiful, all of the wood work and molding throughout the clubhouses is gorgeous. We worked with Jennifer Bodnar and she is nothing other then a miracle worker. Planning a wedding is stressful, but like many others have said, she held my hand and helped me with so much. All of the staff there were professional and always had our interest at heart. I cannot tell you how wonderful Jennifer is, I have never met somebody so caring, kind, and hard working. She always met with me whenever I needed to see her even if she had 5 tours that day.
We cannot thank you enough Jennifer, our Wedding was beautiful and we could not of asked for anything better. I highly recommend the Regency, you might think it is expensive, but we actually paid less then many other venues where we would have had to cater ourselves. The difference is that the Regency includes EVERYTHING, we even had a bridal suite to get ready! You won't be disappointed!

We are very happy with the services The Regency provided. The place is well appointed, and we were even provided our own bridal room to prepare in. The staff is very professional and incredibly helpful. I worked with Jennifer Bodnar, and she is an absolute pleasure to work with. I didn't have a clue about planning a wedding or the wedding business, nor did I have a lot of time, but Jennifer held my hand and guided me throughout the entire process. I heard about Regency through my husband's family, and they highly recommended it for my reception venue. After talking to the wedding representative, Jennifer, we ended up planning for the ceremony there as well. Jennifer was beyond helpful, and very timely in her email responses to my large host of questions. She and the staff were friendly, incredibly flexible and very professional in their interactions with me.
The catering was superb. We had the dinner buffet (chicken, salmon, and a pasta bar), and we are still receiving feedback from friends and family who were impressed with the food. It was absolutely delicious.
We used the projector and screen to play a DVD slideshow, and that was incredibly simple and easy. We got married on the back patio, and the view was lovely. It was a wonderful day.
The site is gorgeous, plenty of good photo hot-spots.

The Regency was an outstanding location to have a wedding. Prior to the event, Jennifer, the representative, was an outstanding person to work with. She gave us all the information we needed, provided great advice, and always had our event's success at heart. She always came to run changes by us when other people interjected their opinoins. My husband is Active Duty Navy, and she worked with his schedule with the tasting on short notice. During the event, she was actively there making sure everything went smoothly. She checked in with us several times to make sure everything was good and if anything needed to be changed last minute. She was an amazing help, and we could not have had a better event.
As for the venue itself, it was a beautiful. The picture opportunities were outstanding. There was plenty of space and one of the best things was that I think there was plenty of room for all our guests and it didn't feel packed. The food was outstanding, and the servers did a great job. Our ability to hook-up an iPod and have a very specific set of songs was outstanding.
I would suggest this location to ANYONE wanting to get married.

Regency is a beautiful venue, but what really makes this place phenomenal is their wedding coordinator, Jennifer Bodnar. She is the ultimate in professionalism, knowledge, and flexibility. From the first moment we met through the end of the reception, Jennifer went way out of her way to make sure she was available with the answer to any question we might have. In addition to keeping us organized, she also went out of her way to coordinate with all of our other vendors to make sure everybody knew where to be and what to do, and making sure everyone had the complete schedule for the day. Her complete mastery of the entire process was an incredible relief of pressure and anxiety over every last detail. We were absolutely confident at all times that any question we might come up with would be answered promptly. Jennifer was also extremely accommodating to last minute changes. Regency also served as our caterer, and provided wonderful options as well as happily taking our special item requests. Our wedding guests commented several times over the course of the day that they had had some of the best food they'd ever eaten at a wedding.
I simply can't over emphasize how much stress was relieved by Regency and Jennifer Bodnar's exceeding competence.

The Regency at Dominion Valley was a beautiful, picturesque venue for our wedding! We held our ceremony and reception at the Regency and it was amazing! Fortunately, we had great weather and were able to hold our wedding on the patio, followed by a cocktail reception in the Grille Room and Reception in the ballroom. We had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Bodnar who attended to every detail. We incorporated a custom table-side cate cutting for our mini-cakes at each guest table and it was awesome. We used custom linens and chairs and had a photo booth brought in for the reception. Every detail of the day was wonderful. The food was excellent, cooked-to-order and well-portioned. No one left hungry:) Jennifer and the Regency staff were great to work with and truly made the event memorable. As a bride/groom, you want your guests to feel comfortable and well-taken of...Regency delivered this and more! I highly recommend Regency at Dominion Valley and Event Manager, Jennifer Bodnar.

We had over a year to plan and worked with Jennifer Bodner, who coordinates events at the club. Jennifer was WONDERFUL to work with and made the day come together just as we pictured it. We are so lucky to have worked with Jennifer Bodnar and her staff. The site was beautiful and we were able to wait until 1 hour before to decide the final location for our wedding (inside or patio). We ordered the salmon and prime rib, and it was delicious. The portions were very large (most of the guests couldn't finish everything). We forgot to include the babysitter in the food count, so they fixed something up for her last minute. Our car service didn't show up at the end of the night and the Manager On Duty let us stay and make phone calls to take care of it. I wish I could plan another even just so I could work with Jennifer and her staff again.
Recommendation: Get the bridal suite and have them remove the exercise balls. We got there at 10am and they were so accomodating.

The Regency at Dominion Valley was absolutely perfect. I dragged my husband to all the country club/manor houses in the area and the Regency gave us everything we wanted: gorgeous views for pictures, excellent service, and delicious food. Jennifer was great and was super helpful with making sure the wedding went off without a hitch. They even went out of their way to set up my tables the night before to make sure that everything was ready and the way I wanted. The Regency also offers amazing flexibility. Like others have said, you are allowed to go anywhere on the grounds to take pictures and also they were very flexible and helpful setting up golf times for my fiance and his groomsmen. I would definitely recommend the Regency for your wedding reception.

We were very happy with the service that we had at The Regency. Our consultant was amazing and very responsive. The only issue, which was very small, was that the tables were not set up properly when we first arrived. But everything worked out well after that and all of our guests were impressed with how classy the place looked. It was so beautiful! Definitely recommend the place and the staff! My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Regency at Dominion Valley. We were so happy with our decision to choose this venue and we are so pleased with the service we received. My husband and I originally booked one year and half in advanced to avoid limited dates. A few months after signing a contract and booking the space, the wedding coordinator at the Regency left for another job and they were looking for another coordinator. I panicked a little, thinking our wedding details would be forgotten. As soon as the Regency hired another wedding coordinator, Laura, everything worked out smoothly. She kept in close contact with me and we met with her twice to go over all the details. I felt very confident that she had everything under control and I never had to worry whether the wedding would go the way I planned. Also, the Regency went through a renovation early 2014, which also concerned me with the wedding colors we picked. But as soon as we visited for the grand re-opening we loved it even better than before. The colors worked well together and the clubhouse looked so much more springy and open.
The day of the wedding, the Regency was very accommodating. The staff set the tables and chairs on time and were very attentive. Laura was on top of everything--I didn't have to worry about a thing. She checked on me occasionally to see how I was doing and let me know when the ceremony was starting and the schedule of the reception. I was so happy with the way everything turned out. The food was amazing! We chose a buffet and got so many compliments from our guests about how good the food was. I was very pleased with the Regency. Looking back, I wouldn't have changed a thing!

We were so pleased with our experience at Dominion Valley! Jennifer was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the planning experience as easy as possible. She sent us updated proposals whenever asked and was quick to respond to any questions we had! On the wedding day, she set up the venue beautifully with our decorations and made sure everything was stress free! We've had so many guests tells us this is the best food they've ever had at a wedding! They were so accommodating with the food options too! We had people who were vegan and had gluten allergies and the facility was more than willing to accommodate these individuals! We loved the space for our ceremony and reception- the space is large but intimate and we felt like our guests enjoyed having the option to hang out on the dance floor, bar area or balcony. I can't say enough good things about this place... fabulous! Thank you!

My wife and I had our wedding there at the Regency on June 6 of this year. The entire experience leading up the big day and the day of our wedding was wonderful! Jennifer was a real delight to work with! We could not have been happier with the outcome! Anyone planning on getting married, I would highly recommend the Regency at Dominion Valley for your wedding!

Jennifer Bodnar at the Regency was absolutely wonderful to work with. The food was great, the decor was awesome, everything about the Regency is just fantastic. We didn't have to decorate much because the place speaks for itself, to the point that it's still the topic of conversation amongst my wedding guests. Awesome place and great staff to work with!

Regency at Dominion Valley was the perfect place for our reception! Everything turned out so beautiful and our reception was perfect. Jennifer was very helpful from Day 1. She was so organized and responsive and we really appreciated her input and advice. The food was fantastic and the staff was very friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend having your reception at the Regency!

Regency at Dominion Valley was the perfect setting! The amphitheatre made a beautiful setting for our ceremony with a gorgeous fountain backdrop as we said our vows. I didn't even need extra flowers at the ceremony setting, as it was so beautiful in and of itself!
The coordinator -- Jen Bodnar -- is the nicest, most organized and attentive person I've ever met! She had every detail covered and made sure every second of every minute of our wedding went off without a hitch. Everything was smooth sailing thanks to Jen!
We rented chair covers and linens through Regency and they were exactly what I had envisioned and matched the colors of our wedding perfectly.
The food was delicious. My only concern was that the food we ate on the day of the wedding seemed to be slightly different from the food at our tasting. But we understood that making all that food (for 135 guests!) was a difficult task! It was wonderful regardless!
I would highly recommend Regency to any couple looking for a perfect venue. AND, you can take pictures anywhere around the beautiful golf course...the whole setting is gorgeous!
User2475035 Sent on 12/19/2015I'm actually the mother of the bride. The staff that handled my daughter's wedding was outstanding, from beginning to end. The food was fantastic as well as the waiters that took care of all our guests. Samantha was very accommodating to our needs as wants. We even had a couple guests that were vegans and Samantha saw to it that the chef was able to provide pasta dishes for those guests. She constantly were attentive to our needs and on numerous occasions prior to the reception and during, asked how they could be of assistance. We were more than pleased with what received and want to thank Samantha and her entire staff for making my daughter/son n laws day special. Thank you
