We LOVED Reflections Event Group for our wedding! Their packages are very affordable and customizable, and their staff was very knowledgeable and helped us select the best option for our wedding and customize it to accommodate our schedule! We worked with John mostly and he was very kind and helpful the whole process! Our photographer, Diana, was so sweet and made the day fly by! And our videographer and DJ were amazing as well! Our dance floor stayed full all night and we got so many compliments on all 3 vendors (photo, dj, and video) from our guests!

From the moment that we met John Cover at the Ohio Bridal Expo I was hooked. While talking to him I got the impresson that not only does he love what he does, he also loves doing it for his clients. The process was entirely painless. He made everything effortlyless. I was further impressed once we had our facetime call to go over details. He really made us feel like he wanted to make our special day memoriable and easy. When John came to film our wedding on October 26th, he felt like just another member of our group. No pressure what so ever. We got our video just a few days after the wedding and we love it. So glad that John was able to capture our most important day and let us cherish these memories forever. We hired reflections event group for our wedding DJ and photography. To say I'm blown away would be an understatement! From the very first meeting to after our wedding day, John responded to all my questions within literal minutes. We received nearly 700 gorgeous photos from our special day before just over a week after our wedding. They are absolutely stunning. The DJ made the day so much fun and was able to make adjustments on the fly as needed throughout the whole event! I had a lot of strange requests and they made them all work! LOVE THIS COMPANY! Reflections event group was amazing! From the day I called them to ask about availability to the day of the wedding they were just wonderful to work with. John explained everything in great detail, sent over documents right away, followed up closer to wedding time to make sure all was in place. The Photo Booth with a scrap book was a hit and even had our wedding video back within a week and have heard nothing but rave reviews about it! Great Customer service - even over a decade later!
So this is going to sound delayed, but hear me out...We used Reflections for photography, videography and DJ services for our wedding way back in 2010 - yes, 13 years ago! We had an all-around great experience with them then and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for any of those needs. Over the last 13 years, we've moved states and houses a number of times and my husband recently noticed our wedding video was missing. I thought he was insane when he told me he was going to reach out to Reflections to see if they still had a copy. Well, it's a rare event, but he did prove me wrong when he showed me the reply from John at Reflections with a photo attached of our original wedding dvd in their office. He had the file sent to me and within 24 hours of realizing we couldn't find our 13-year-old wedding video, we were watching it on our own computer. Excellent customer service!

We can not say enough good things about John and his amazing employees they made our visions come to life they caught everything we wanted, answered all of our questions and concerns, kept us on track, were helpful in every way possible nothing but good things to say and can't say enough. Reflections Event Group did a great job for our DJ, photography, and videography services on our big day! Our photographer, John, did a great job keeping us on schedule even when our wedding party was running a little behind. John's assistant was amazing and super helpful! She helped me carry my dress around and helped tell me when to walk down the aisle. Honestly I felt like she was there for me even more than our venue's event coordinator. She truly was super helpful! Tyler, our videographer, was very down to earth and made it so we felt more comfortable speaking in front of the camera. Our emcee did a great job making all the announcements we wanted throughout the night. Overall, we were very pleased with our service and would highly recommend this company to anyone! It was especially convenient to be able to book several services in a bundle deal within a single company to help us to save money and time. John Cover and Reflections Event Group was absolutely perfect and they made our day significantly better than it would have been otherwise. I could not have asked for a better team. They were easy to work, great attitudes, and blended in with the crowd. Their professionalism and expertise made all the difference from coaching us for the pictures and ideas for different shots, the DJ and emcee really bringing the party to life and the videographer knowing exactly what to capture and when. They even made up for other areas of mistake like seamlessly restarting the song everyone walked in to since our timing was off so I (the bride) wasn't walking in to silence. I knew from the beginning, they were the right group to hire as John was well involved and invested in the planning process and I had several long phone calls with him leading up to the wedding. We got so many compliments from our friends and family for them. I can't recommend them enough.

I love the fact the this vendor includes photographer, videographer, DJ, MC and Photo-booth. It made communication and the whole wedding process easier . You get the pictures within 2 weeks of the wedding and the quality was great. Everyone had a blast dancing to the songs that the DJ played. Overall we had a great experience with this vendor.

John has been in the business for a number of years and tho a bit old fashioned, will do any and all shots that you may request! His pricing is very fair and he is very upfront about costs and what he can do for you. His company also offers videography so it was nice to have both the photographer and videographer working together. His staff was very kind and noninvasive so we hardly noticed them during reception. Great guy, very professional, would recommend.

I selected Reflections Event Group because the offered everything I needed for wedding in a package and they were willing to customize the package for my wedding style. Reflection provided me with a season photographer that was very patient and kind. He was detailed with every picture that he took on my special day. The dj and Mc were awesome. Finding a DJ was the most stressful part of planning for me. John explained all of their services clearly and was very responsive. He answered any questions at any time during the months leading up to the wedding. The staff who came out were awesome! They were friendly to guests and were attentive to our needs. We used the photo booth services that provided extra fun (especially for the kids!) and a great scrap/guest book for us to remember everyone by. The set up included quality sound equipment and lighting. We added on extra time at the event because the guests were having such a great time. Thanks!

We had a great experience with Reflection Events Group. We used their photography/DJ/photobooth package for our 11/7/15 wedding. We just got our wedding photos back and they are fantastic! They took just under 1000 photos so lots to choose from. The photographer got all of the shots I asked for plus more. At the wedding, the DJ was great! We never had an empty dance floor which was exactly what I wanted. Also, the photo booth was a hit as well! We were not planning on using a photo booth but decided to because it was part of a package. I am so glad we did because our guests loved it and we ended up using those photos as our guest book! Overall, the quality of the services and the price we got them for was excellent! We would use them again!

I could have not asked for better services than what Reflections Event Group provided. John our photographer was WONDERFUL, he was very professional while also exuding a sense of familiarity and comfort. I had a list of specific formal photos and John along side his assistant made sure each shot was taken. We also hired a videographer and a photo booth, in which making it a package deal and a reasonable price. The videographer was great and I would recommend getting this service for sure!!! Because while yes the pictures are stunning and truly do speak a thousand words, there is just no way that you could remember EVERY detail. And the video allow you to, from the toasts and speeches made to all the funny behind the scenes action! I couldn't stop smiling and laughing, and sometimes crying (from joy of course) while watching. And the photo booth was such a BIG hit with all of our wedding guests, we had not only used the unique props provided with the service but I also made a lot of classic pros with card stock paper and wooden craft sticks. They provided an attendant, included in the pricing, also very professional dressed and well mannered. He not only sat there ensuring the equipment worked properly and printing of the photo strips, but he also glued them into a scrapbook book (that I provided) and it allowed guests to write a little with their pics. And another the great thing I loved about the photobooth was how I was not only given hard copies of the photos strips, but every picture was also given to me on a CD-R disc.
And to top it all off, I received all of my pictures and DVDS/Blue Rays within a week after our wedding. I couldn't believe everything came so soon, I had people telling me they waited up to a month or longer before recieving their wedding pictures.
So LONG story short, I absolutely LOVED everything about Reflection Event Group. They helped to make my wedding day the best day of my life.

Both John, the Owner and Gregg, our Photographer were amazing for our October 5th Wedding! The whole process with Reflections Event Group was seamless. We were very impressed with them after our consultation, and really liked the online form we filled out before our wedding so that the photographer knew what we wanted before he arrived. Both Gregg and John were very quick to respond to any questions that we had and we knew we didn't need to worry about our photos the day of.
We couldn't be happier with the quality of pictures, or of Gregg's attentiveness to getting all the shots we wanted throughout our day. After the wedding, Joe and I took a short mini-moon for a few days. We were surprised with copies of our prints in our mailbox the day we got back! Which was only about four days after our wedding. We were so excited we spent the entire evening re-living all our wedding day memories! We definitely would recommend Reflections Event Group to all our friends and family.

John was wonderful to work with for a memory video, audio and video system for the rehearsal dinner. He had a great team and the memory video was awesome.Everyone loved it!!! We chose all the music for the video and he put it together. Then he did a fantastic job at the wedding the next day. We received the video within a week and did a highlight video too. It is such a memorable weekend. Now all we have is the video and the pictures.

We could not have asked for an easier process! John and his team were amazing and made everything smooth and easy for us. There is so much going on leading up to and the day of the wedding, that it is complete chaos and working with John made everything perfect without the stress. When I first met with John, I could tell he really puts his all into what he does and our wedding was no exception. He was quick to respond to any questions we had up until the day of the wedding. We used multiple services his company offered and we received the photo booth disc, pictures, and video by the time we came back from our honeymoon (I'm sure it was here sooner, but we were still out of town). We watched the video and it was AMAZING! The pictures were AWESOME! The music at our wedding was great and everything was kept on schedule thanks to John and his team. Very easy to work with, Abided by our requests for not taking TOO many photos between ceremony and reception, but quality of ones he took were AWESOME. He really knows what he's doing and where he needs to be to capture every single special moment. I would HIGHLY recommend John Cover as a photographer. also- BONUS- he releases his copy right to you so that you can print your photos by yourself. You do not have to order from him, which is different from most professional photographers.
The DJ from Nyte Flight entertainment was also PERFECT. He played requests from our guests and also followed all of our wishes. We honestly hardly knew that he was there- he didn't try to make it a show 'about him' like I've seen other DJs do. He also just made perfect selections- our dance floor was literally packed ALL night.
We also rented a photo booth which our guests had tons of fun with. Everything went smooth there and we received copies of all photos taken that night.

We booked Reflections Event group for our DJ and Photo booth for our wedding. We were impressed on our initial meeting with John with his professionalism and knowledge of the industry, so we booked them that very day.
DJ service: The online planning tool for the DJ service is very easy and convenient to use leading up to the wedding. The really cool thing about this company is that you get both a DJ and an emcee - and their pricing is very similar to other companies where you only get a DJ. The day of the event, everything went very smoothly - we met with the emcee and he went through how to pronounce everyone's names for the introductions and then he kept the reception moving through all of the events.
Photo booth service: The photo booth service was awesome - everyone who is in the picture gets a copy of the photo strip and it is personalized with the bride and grooms name + wedding date at the bottom of the strip. They also put everyone's pictures into a scrapbook (which we provided) for you and we loved looking at everyone's pictures the next day. The photo booth attendant made sure to come and grab us to get us in the booth before he closed the it down which I thought was very nice. The week after our wedding we promptly received a CD with all of the photo booth images on it.

I worked with John Kover of Nite Flyte Entertainment. He always returned my calls and was never upset with the million questions I had for him. Whenever I had an idea he would put in his suggestions based on the many years experience he has had. The wedding reception was great, they kept things moving so smoothly even when our pictures took a long time they kept the guests entertained. He had 4 people working our party to keep things moving. We also rented a photo-booth from them and it was a major hit-never empt for the entire time it was rented! These people were wonderful to work with and were very flexible when I called 2 months from the wedding to change the time.

We were very pleased with all the services we received from Reflections. With our wedding being on New Years Eve and the ceremony being in the afternoon we were concerned that we would have a difficult time with people staying until midnight. The DJ was great at keeping the party moving and the dance floor full right up until midnight when we rang in the New Year. The evening was perfection for us.

Overall, I had a great experience with the photography and video. The pictures turned out great and there was a fast turn around time. The only thing that I was not pleased with was Nyte Flyte Entertainment. The announcer misprounced my dads last name which is pretty common. The DJ did not have any new music. He played country music at my wedding and I am not a country music fan. I was a little embarrased. I gave a list of artist that I like and the type of music that music that I wanted played such as R&B,and POP. They played none of that the only good songs that they played where the ones that I requested for father- daughter dance, bridal party dance, etc. The only thing that saved the night was the dance songs like cha-cha slide, electric slide etc. They did not have the new wedding dance craze songs like the Wobble that everyone does on You Tube and at weddings. If I could do it all over again. I would choose them for my photos and videos and leave out DJ out of the package.

Reflections Event Group covered the photography, videography, and DJ services at my wedding in July, 2011. I was pleased with the videography and DJ, but the photography services simply did not meet my expectations. Here is why:
1) The studio provides their services for a certain number of contracted hours rather than for the "duration of the event." If your event runs long for some reason you can't control, or if you end up getting ready earlier than you anticipated weeks before, don't expect photos. I also believe, as Reflections is the professional here and is often working with brides with no prior experience, that they should ensure that the customer is completely aware of what will and will not be photographed. We talked about the photos that I would like to have, but there was no discussion about the fact that I would not be receiving photos of myself getting ready before the event, of my dad seeing me for the first time, of my bridesmaids hanging out in the bridal suite and also no photos of our exit from the event, our friends with sparklers, us driving off in the limo. Should I have read the contract more thoroughly amidst the million other things going on? Yes. Should Reflections have also summarized what was and was not included and made sure I was okay to be missing out on things that most brides assume are standard? Yes.
2) The quality of the photography isn't great. In many of our photos, the placement of family members is such that half of their faces are in the sun, and half aren't. In others, the backgrounds are completely washed out. In at least one, the photograph is out of focus. The photographer was not overly responsive to my requests or my bridal party's requests for photos, and took them only after a lot of pressure from us and several requests.
As I mentioned before, I think the team did a great job with the videography and DJ services-- I just wish that they had produced the quality of those two services in the photography as well.

I was excited to use Reflections Event Group at first and they were great prior to our wedding process. The Emcee was great at our wedding and he did a wonderful job. Our videographer got a lot of people to talk on camera and got a lot of coverage, however our DJ was absolutely awful. He completely messed up my father-daughter song and let our songs go on for FAR too long. He also played songs on our DO NOT PLAY list. When I let John know about this he said it was no big deal and that is the "human quality" of his business. He did not apologize and felt it was okay for his DJ to do such a poor job and even justified his DJ messing up my song with my dad by saying he, himself, had done that in the past at other weddings, which to me is NOT okay. I also let John know I was not impressed with our wedding video. They did get it back to us within a week, BUT there was little to no editing done. There was hardly any transitions between shots, or at least not ones of a professional standard. They even had video of my family packing up after my wedding and picking stuff up around my venue, which should not be included on a wedding video. When I asked John if we could go over some of the editing together so it was more to my liking he refused to. He said he did quality work and he felt it looked fine since he did the editing himself. I told him I did not like the quality of the editing and he referenced me to buy another video package for an extra $200. I was not about to give this company one more dollar for the poor quality product they give their brides and grooms. I would strongly warn against going with this company if you were considering them. Pay they extra few hundred dollars for a better quality video and dj service.

Photographer was rude, his assistant kept stepping on my dress. Dj service was not bad. Overall I think it was overpriced for what you get, alot of the photos were bad angles and they were not edited well at all. I felt rushed the entire time and frankly i was just pissed.

Disappointed!
The quality of the photos and videos were not great. Lighting was off, the angles of both the video and photos were terrible especially during the special moments like people walking down the isle, our reception entrance and out walk out, the video was also shaky it looked like a camcorded home video! I am very disappointed and the photos and videos were exactly what i feared for my wedding photos to be. I would not recommend this company for a once in a lifetime event because now i can never get these moments back and i am highly upset!!
