Amazing Service & Dresses!

I had the best experience with Isabella Grace Bride by Reflections! I had grown up in the area and after not finding a dress I knew I wanted to check them out! The appointment scheduling process was easy and they were able to accomodate my last minute scheduling. The staff was amazing, especially Cassie! She asked all the right questions and ended up picking out the perfect dress for me. I had no idea they had their own line of dresses and my dress from the Kathryn Kollection was my dream dress! The quality, detail, and uniqueness of the dress rivals with any big designer but the price was unbelievably low! When my dress was ready to be picked up, they again accommodated me with a last minute visit around a holiday as I was traveling from out of state. I cannot recommend them enough!

I stopped by randomly while in town getting some wedding planning done after I read the great reviews that they had and boy was I HAPPY I found them. I had no idea that they'd be able to see me right away which was great. I worked with Abby who was amazing to work with. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and PATIENT! Loved the energy of this place. Everyone was so happy and friendly. I have my wedding dress now and got a major stressor off of my back and I couldnt have done it without them. I would recommend any bride to be or anyone looking for a prom dress etc to this shop!! You'd be suprised at their inventory. Can't wait to be the Belle of the Ball!!

Abby was the person that worked with me and she did an amazing job. She brought out all the dress styles I wanted to try and was willing to work with me on everything. She did an amazing job and their wedding dress selection was awesome! Much better than what the website displays.

I highly recommend Reflections! I used the online booking system to schedule a last-minute appointment to try on wedding dresses. I was given the full attention of a consultant and her assistant for 90 minutes. They chose gorgeous dresses for me to try on, working within my style preferences. And they moved quickly, giving me the chance to try many more dresses than I could in the same amount of time at another store. They made me aware of special offers and discounts but were not pushy. In the end, I chose a beautiful dress and left feeling happy about my choice and overall the shopping experience.

I went to this store for the first time trying on dresses. I didn't think there was any way I would leave with a dress that day. I had never tried on dresses for the wedding yet but sure enough, I found the perfect dress! They truly listen to what you have to say in terms of what you like and what you want. It was a really great experience and I'm so happy to have said yes to the dress!

I just received a thank you card in the mail this morning from Reflections thanking me for buying my dress from them. I really appreciate that above and beyond effort and attitude that they have to satisfy their customers. The dress I bought from them for my big day is just absolutely stunning. This was such a unique visit. We had the store to our self, and all the attention. The consultants were very knowledgeable and helped find my dream dress. The had snacks and sparkling cider for us. I recommend doing your bridal session after hours in a private session. It made it so very special to me and my bridesmaids. My mom also found her mothers dress. Thanks so much Trorie and Joy, I will recommend Reflections Prom and Bridal to all my friends. The very long 5 hour drive from home was so very worth it, your merchandise has all others I have visited beat. Reflections is a winner ladies, you have to check them out. You will not regret going there for all you wedding needs, right down to the perfect pair of earrings.

Reflections is an excellent resource for bridesmaids dresses and beautiful wedding gowns. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff treats you as their own. This was my first bridal dress shopping experience, and I had no intention of actually finding, "The ONE". It didn't take but three dresses and I knew I was in the dress that I wanted to wear on my wedding day. My family was in tears and I was so overjoyed. The dress was in my price range and the staff was willing to accommodate my every need. Reflections comes highly recommended!!!

The consultants were very helpful and listened to My responses. I wasn't sure what I wanted exactly but they asked the right questions to help find my dream dress. I sent Reflections an email on a Saturday wanting to make a bridal appointment the following Monday. They emailed me back within hours to let me know I had an appointment. I thought I wouldn't get an appointment for days or weeks because of their busy time which is prom. As soon as I walked in the shop I was greeted with smiles and very polite staff. Chelsea was the young lady helping me. She did an excellent job finding dresses in my price range and that fit me. The very first dress she let me try on was the one. I didn't expect to find my dream dress my very first time. They have a great selection of bridal gowns! I would recommended them to everyone!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful from the time I called for the appointment, arrival at the store , and during the experience of choosing my beautiful wedding dress. My two sisters and I have been coming to Reflections for prom for years and the service is always excellent. The staff at Reflections are always very attentive and helpful but for my bridal needs they went above and beyond. I wasnt exactly sure what I was looking for but they helped me narrow down the style and look that is perfect for my wedding day. At no time during the appointment did I feel rushed or pushed into a dress I didnt like. The quality of the dresses at Reflections is second to none. They have any and all accessories you need so you can be assured everything will match and you can save the time and stress of going to several places for your needs. My experience at Reflections was absolutely amazing! I have gone there for my prom dresses and loved it! But this time, it was for my wedding dress. I was able to make an appointment for the David Tutera trunk show so I was actually able to have the designer Martin Thornburg help me himself! Service was absolutely wonderful. Staff is great and we had a very good time. They were accommodating to my fiancé as he waited for me, and made our 5 hour trip well worth it. They also kept in touch about the availability of my requested gown and called me right back any time I had to leave a message. My only complaint was that they said I would get a confirmation email and that they would add a post about it on Facebook within the next couple of days. Neither of those things happened :( no big deal, just didn't do what they had so enthusiastically promised. But that's okay, those were extras anyways!

I work during all of their business hours and they were more than willing to book an appointment during non business hours to accommodate my busy schedule. The owner and a consultant came in. They pulled a dress I wanted to see off a mannequin and held it for me for a few days to make sure it was there for me to try on. They were wonderful! So nice and very attentive. I was able to find the perfect dress for me as well as all the accessories in one place. They have a flexible layaway plan and really made sure I could get the dress that i envisioned myself wearing on my wedding day. I am so happy with my experience there and highly recommend getting your dress there. You won't be disappointed!

After going to a few mediocre bridal salons that made you feel like they were too busy for you, Reflections was a breath of fresh air! Judy greeted us at the door and made my mother and I feel special right from the start. After getting an idea of what I was looking for, Judy expertly chose a few dresses for me to try on. Every dress was made beautifully and nothing but quality. The material was amazing. I found my dream dress at Reflections! It was so unique and just what I wanted. I worked with Kim at Reflections and had the most wonderful experience. It was my first time trying on dresses so I had no idea how the process worked and had no expectations. I was first shown to my private bridal suite and met with Kim who spoke with me about how I wanted to look and feel on my big day. With that information, she picked out several dresses. I fell in love starting with the very first one. I went to several other stores that day but ended up coming back to Reflections based on many factors. I very much appreciated the private bridal suite so other parties were not staring at me making comments, I also appreciated the fact that Kim spoke with me and chose dresses for me based on our discussion. Picking dresses from a rack at other stores was mentally exhausting and overwhelming and was just not my idea of a pampered experience like a bride should have. Lastly, I was not pressured by Kim or anyone else at Reflections to buy a dress. I felt very comfortable being honest with Kim and she graciously made suggestions and brought in different items to try with my dress, all while maintaining professionalism and a good sense of humor. Those items, along with the fact that I found the most fabulous dress (the first one I tried on) lead to me making my wedding dress purchase at Reflections.

One of the most memorable and exciting things about planning your wedding is picking out your dress. The staff at Reflections made that the most pleasurable experience throughtout all of my planning. Unlike other bridal shops that let you browse through the gowns and pick out what you want, they have closed inventory which meant that although I didnt get to browse the gowns myself, the staff was so good at listening to what I wanted, and were so great at picking out dresses that looked good on MY body I would never recommend anywhere else. From the moment I walked in the door everything was about me. The private viewing suites were very nice for my friends and family who went with me to help me decide. I felt like a princess the entire time. They also offered some great incentives for purchasing at my first visit. Although after I saw MY dress I knew I was done looking. They even did a toast with me at the end. I was so happy with the service, I went back and got all of my bridesmaids dresses and shoes there too.

I got both of my high school prom dresses from Reflections and helped me find the exact dresses that I was looking for. I bought my dress from Reflections because they carry a Sophia Tolli line that I originally wanted. I ended up going with a different dress, but really enjoyed working with the staff at Reflections. They were friendly, patient, and courteous to me and my family members who came to help me look. I was torn between two dresses and they told me I should go out to lunch to think about it and then come back once I had made my decision. I was impressed that they didn't pressure me into buying something and they seemed to really care about me making the right decision. I went on a weekday during the day so they were not crowded and I was able to take my time trying on a variety of gowns and selecting the right one. Overall, I would definitely recommend them to friends. They had a great selection, friendly service, and a large try-on area.
