We used Red Oaks to hire a sprinter van to transport the bridal party from the hotel to the wedding venue and it was great! They showed up on time and got us to the venue smoothly. The whole process was easy and seamless. Would highly recommend! -

My partner and I got married in March 2024, and the team at Red Oak / Leros helped make our day a lot less stressful. For our wedding, we used Red Oak as the primary transportation to shuttle the wedding party, family and guests to and from the hotel and venue. Red Oak offered a very wide variety of transportation options for us, such as the types of vehicles/shuttles, the different ways to break up the time requested for transportation and the most efficient ways to use the shuttle. They took the time to thoroughly explain all of their options, including which packages they commonly recommend for weddings, and even specifically for our hotel and venue, which they had a lot of experience with, as well as which vehicle and plan best suited our needs.
The Red Oak / Leros team, and our driver, were all very professional and accessible throughout the entire process when working on organizing the specific timeline and requirements we needed. Our timeline the morning of the wedding was very tight and specific in order to get different groups of guests to the venue at a certain time, but Red Oak was able to do it all without issue. Despite multiple back and forth trips between the hotel and venue in a short period before our ceremony, Red Oak got everyone where they needed to be on time. The shuttle was pristine, our driver was great and the Red Oak team helped our day start off, and end, very smoothly. We could not have been happier with using Red Oak for our wedding transportation needs, and we highly recommend you use Red Oak for your weddings!

Nicole was our point of contact when dealing with Red Oak. She was very professional and very easy to work with. Since it was a state of emergency with Super Storm Ophelia we were very grateful that our shuttle bus arrived on time at the hotel to bring our guests to the venue. Everyone arrived on time and DRY. lol The bus itself was pretty and clean. Thank you to our driver Hugo for also getting us back to the hotel safely at midnight when it was all over. -

Starting from the time we booked, Nicole quickly replied to all questions and gave many options for our budget to ensure our guests travel needs were met. For our wedding day we utilized 3 drivers, Mejia, Juan and Lopez and each provided exceptional and prompt services. Each driver picked up the bridal party and guests in a timely fashion and brought everyone to their destinations quickly and safely. I highly recommend Red Oak for any transportation needs, as they made sure this entire interaction was smooth and seamless!! -

Red Oak was able to double as both my transportation to and from my ceremony to my reception, and then become a shuttle for my guests from the hotel to the venue. The night before the wedding I needed to add a pick up stop to our itinerary and Steve made our process so simple. It was not a problem at all and it flowed perfectly. Our driver was on time and drove very professionally. Everything was so smooth for our guests, and at the end of the night, I was on the last shuttle and he got everyone back to the hotel safe and sound. It was exactly what I was looking for, absolutely perfect and professional. Let me start out by saying that Steve was my absolute favorite person to work with out of all of my vendors. He was incredibly communicative and always just such a pleasure to work with. The transportation on our wedding day went off without a hitch - we hired Red Oak to transport our wedding guests between our venue and a nearby hotel where we had a block of rooms. All of our guests were comfortable on the buses & vans and everyone arrived at the venue and back to the hotel safely and on time. HIGHLY recommend!!! -

Red Oak was absolutely amazing to work with on prep and day of. the Red Oak team was very responsive and helpful in selecting the right size shuttles for out wedding, giving feedback on logistical questions, and asking all the questions you would want your transportation vendor to ask you.
Many of the guest we shuttled to the venue commented on the experience and how the busses were clean (very important during COVID times), shuttles were exactly on time for pick up and drop off and the drivers were all kind and helpful!
I would 100% recommend for any event in their area.

We had about 115 guests staying a hotel that needed transport to and from our venue. I used the 56 and 38 passenger shuttles and they were BEYOND luxurious. What surpasses the quality of the cars is the quality of the people who work there. Steve was incredible as I rescheduled my wedding and needed to move things in my contract.
One of the most stressful parts of the wedding was organizing the shuttle times to ensure all guests make it to and from the venue. Given Red Oaks experience in the business they knew exactly what they were doing and even did an extra trip outside the predetermined schedule because they knew it was needed. I am so happy I found a transportation service I could trust and was incredibly reliable. -

Red Oak Transportation (Steve) was very responsive leading up to my wedding. I had booked a limousine, van, and sedan for my wedding, only to have to shift my ceremony location and thus only needed the van. Red Oak was flexible and allowed me to apply my deposit for the three vehicles to the one that I would need. They were great at scheduling the stops, which were the train station, hotel, and venue, and then running back and forth.
On the day of, the driver, Juan, was on time and attentive, and the shuttle van, which I took back to the hotel, was very clean. Great option for wedding and special event transportation. -

I had booked with Red Oak Transportation in late 2019 before the Covid pandemic. I communicated with Steve through WeddingWire and via personal email when it came time to change the reservation over to our new date since we had to postpone. The process was SO smooth and seamless and I was always kept in the loop of any changes that needed to be made. I was able to make numerous requests and changes up until the week of for the party bus we had rented and even added on a ride for the groomsmen. The price was right, the service was fantastic, our driver on the day of was SO sweet and the party bus was clean and comfortable! I highly recommend using Red Oak Transportation for your bridal party and shuttle needs and ask for Steve! -

Finding transportation was something we overlooked and admittedly did a bit behind schedule but we were so happy that Red Oak was available! Steve was quick in responding to emails & even helped us choose the package that made the most sense for our big day! The driver was punctual and professional. He was personable and had some good advice on our big day. Overall we’re happy & pleased! Would 100 percent recommend. -

Steve, my point of contract was amazing. He helped from the get go, with patience and willingness for every single detail. We must have changed the shuttle times four or five times and every time was greeted with no problem and responsiveness. The shuttles were on time, helpful, and safely got us and our guests to and from locations. We were very happy!! -

Red Oak provided our shuttle services between our venue and our hotel. Steve was a pleasure to work with and he was easily amenable to any and all changes we had to make. Not that we plan on having another wedding any time soon, but we’ll be using them in the future for any professional transportation services we may need. The only thing I would have loved, and maybe this was my mistake for being too far from my phone, would be just a little heads up from the driver that he’s arrived. I don’t think our guests knew that the first shuttle had arrived for the return, and something as simple as coordinating with the venue or a quick text heads up to us would have been helpful. That’s such a minute critique though that it doesn’t at all detract from the 5-star review. -

Really glad we chose Red Oak to transport our guests to and from the Empire Hotel on the Upper West Side for our wedding in the Bronx on 7/27/19. Steve was really helpful and responsive when we booked, and on the day of the event the drivers showed up early and texted us updates letting us know they were waiting.
The vehicles were clean and comfortable, and the drivers were safe and friendly. Pretty good value, too. Everything you want in a transportation company for such a high-stakes event.Red Oak Transportation's reply:

We used Red Oak for buses to and from the hotel to venue. I didn’t meet them in person but they were easy to reach and really nice on the phone. Contract was straight forward and they sent me a quote quickly! They include tip in the contract. -

He's a great communicator. We found that their pricing was very affordable. Our driver a Chris was also very communicative with us-sent us a text the day before the wedding with his information. Our guests were so pleased with the shuttling service from the church to the hotel, to the reception, and back to the hotel. Thank you Steve and Chris and Red Oak for making the transporting of our guests seamless! -

Fran Sent on 10/11/2010At the beginning when I first started communicating with Red Oak it was a little rocky because nobody got back to me for a while. I had to call around 2 or 3 times before I finally got somebody to reserve a shuttle for our wedding. I spoke with Mark who was very friendly and willing to work with us on our budget as well as our schedule. Also, they were right down the road from the hotel we used for guests so it decreased the chances of them being late picking up guests because of traffic! Our guests who used them had nothing bad to say either :)
