The Perfect Venue!

We are avid golfers. So, we knew our venue would be on a golf course. We looked at several in the area. But, once we toured Red Mountain, we knew we found our spot. It had everything we were looking for.

From the moment we arrived, Jovanka was amazing! She laid everything out. She really listened to what we were looking for. When she showed us the view we would have, that was it. We had the option of the ceremony beoing along the 18th fairway or off the course in a more intimate setting. Both were beautiful, but we definitely wanted to be just off the course.

The layout was perfect. The bar was right next to our reception, seperated by a glass wall. They already had a designated dancefloor. And the view was amazing. having that as your background for your first dance together is such a beautiful touch.

There were so many different options available for food and drinks. Jovanka also had vendors she recommended if we didn't already have them. She always kept in touch and always asked if there was anything she could help with. She truly made it a great experience, as we knew we could reach out to her for any questions or concerns we had.

The day of the wedding, the staff was so friendly and attentive. We absolutely made the right choice. We got so many compliments on the venue AND the food. It was delicious! Thank you so much Jovanka! Red Mountain Ranch was the PERFECT venue.

Loved this venue!

Jovanka was so responsive and helpful all the way through the planning process. She was patient and willing to answer all the million questions we had regarding the wedding planning. The waiting staff was also super friendly, helpful and attentive. This venue was so beautiful especially around sunset. I’d definitely recommend to others.

Best day ever !

My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better venue and day. You won't be disappointed with this venue, food was amazing, all guests were very happy, drinks were great. All the staff were so kind and helpful, and Jovanka was super helpful. Would recommend to everyone. Our wedding was fabulous.

Great experience!

Our wedding at the Red Mountain Ranch Country Club was great. Jovanka Blesich, the manager, was outstanding in every way. The venue's natural beauty, attentive staff, and flexibility made our day unforgettable. I highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for wedding setting. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful Venue, great staff and vendors

They had 2 spots for wedding ceremony to choose from, we chose the lawn area (Fairway) on the golf course during sunset, it was absolutely beautiful. The event coordinator, Jovanka, was super responsive. We only had 3 weeks to organize a wedding and reception. We called a few other places before we came across Red Mountain Ranch, other places either didn’t respond at all or every time I asked a question, I had to wait 24 hours to get a reply and I didn’t have time for that.
However, Jovanka at Red Mountain Ranch made my rush wedding possible. Our wedding turned out more beautiful than I anticipated. The food choices she recommended were great. The cake was beautiful and delicious. The wait staffs were kind. The photographer (Greg) was funny and upbeat. The requested songs were played by the DJ (Steve). The Overlook Room was gorgeous especially during sunset. Overall, we were very happy with our decision. I highly recommend this venue, Jovanka and her team.

Absolutely amazing

Such an amazing venue! Beautiful ceremony and reception. Gorgeous views. The recommended vendors were all so great and made the planning a one stop shop. The wedding coordinator, Jovanka, was fantastic, very helpful with answering all question, very quick responses with emails. She made our experience very smooth. The staff was great as well. Delicious food! Highly recommend!

Beautiful, affordable venue

I had a wedding with under 60 guests last Saturday. Jovanka let us come early the day of to set up. I made my own centerpieces, bought my own tablecloths and most decorations. The space provided for the ceremony was perfect and accommodating, as was the reception area and bar/food area. The wait staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Jovanka assisted me in a timely, professional fashion and guided us throughout the ceremony and reception, and answered all of my questions in preparation for our day over the last few months. They do have vendors you can use, however, you can use your own as far as photography, cake, DJ, and officiant go. The food is purchased through the venue, and it was beyond my expectations! I want to come back just to eat at the restaurant! The get ready room was large enough to accommodate all the ladies. The view from the reception room was beautiful, and worth it! Thank you, Jovanka, and all staff that assisted us on our special day!

Perfect no issues everything went great

The whole experience was great. Jovanka was super detailed, accommodating, timely, and took care of everything. We were super happy with the communication and how easy it was to work with Jovanka. They had more than enough staff helping on the day of to take care of us. Couldn't be more happy with how everything turned out. Thank you so much!!!

My sons reception

Red Mountain Ranch County Club was one of the venues we toured for my sons reception. My son loved the location and the mountain's in the back round for pictures. I was impressed with Jovanka. The location was the perfect size we were looking for with numerous different options available for food, as well as, décor. Jovanka was extremely helpful and very responsive to what our needs were, making sure everything was done as the bride and groom had wished for.
The night of the reception again Jovanka was there with the other staff making sure that our every need was taken care of. The food was displayed beautifully and tasted just as good.
If you are looking for a wedding and or reception place you should really consider Red Mountain Ranch Country Club .

Professional all the way through

Best venue for the price! We spent so little that we were able to include the venues preferred DJ, Photographer, and Florist for the price of most venues. Jovanka (our wedding coordinator) made or day stress free and easy going, and made aure me and my wife knew what to do and where to go. Not even to mention how gorgeous the views were. Definitly the place for your wedding!

We had our wedding here!

My husband and I recently had our wedding at Red Mountain Ranch Country club. They offer an all-inclusive package with many different options for food, as well as flowers, DJ and photographer services, and both a bridal and groom suite. One of our guests had celiac disease, and the chef personally made her a separate meal and brought it out to her himself. Jovanka the wedding coordinator was awesome! She made sure everything ran smoothly and worked with us when we wanted to slightly change the order we did our reception events.

Our day was absolutely perfect!

Laurie was incredible and helped us through every part of our big day! She was always willing make time to sit down with us to speak about the logistics of the day. Her staff was also so kind and very on top of making sure everything was perfect!

Made the happiest day of our lives perfect!

We loved working with Lorie for our wedding. She always answered all questions and made us feel at ease. Everything was beautiful and the guests loved the food. We were married on 10/26/2019 and the only bad thing was how fast the night went! I would highly recommend this venue it is beautiful for pictures and the space for guests to eat, drink and enjoy the night is perfect!

Amazing and Stress Free!

Lorie Davis did a wonderful job with my wedding! She is the coordinator and is so sweet and really caters to your needs. The day of the wedding she made sure I was stress free and kept checking to make sure everything was flawless. I highly recommend Red Mountain Ranch Country Club. The view is breathtaking, food is delicious and price is awesome.

When we called to meet on short notice, Lori was excited to meet with us. From the first moment of talking with her, she was the BEST! She asked specific questions and tailored the venue to our budget, our vision and best of all showed real appreciation for our wants. She has been the best in keeping me grounded and making sure even the smallest details are thought about, addressed and we get what we want. My wedding is April 8th but no matter what questions I have she is always willing to take time to talk with me, make the adjustments and help me ensure that everything is on schedule. I highly recommend this venue and specifically Lori for your wedding.

I absolutely love Lorie at the Red Mountain Ranch Country Club. They were able to take care of everything the day of the wedding and all I had to do was show up. I could not have asked for a better Venue. My wedding turned out beautifully. Lorie worked with the budget I had. The food was so good. Lorie was very attentive. I received so many compliments about everything. Choosing them to have our wedding and reception was the best wedding decision I made!

The staff at red mountain was very accommodating to any request I asked for. Wedding coordinator work to get all my requested items the room is designed to seat 150 max but would not recommend more than 125 for comfort.

The venue was beautiful, the food was generous and excellent, the service was perfect.

Lorie Toms was the perfect event planner, she was gracious and excellent to work with, she was very professional and didn't miss a beat. She was very comforting in my nervousness and I would highly recommend her to everyone who's planning a wedding! I can't stop with out saying how great she worked with the staff, Mark made everything come together as well.
We are very pleased with all the services offered, Lorie provided a perfect contact for all our additions needs, Photographer and Officiant, and catering.

We would highly recommend Red Mountain Ranch Country Club and all they have to offer.

Sarah Guzzo is the BEST! Not only was she there for us before the big day, helping answer questions or setting up our table for a sneak peak, but she was also there the day of our wedding, helpful, encouraging and supportive as ever! Red Mountain Ranch Country Club made our wedding stress-free and absolutely perfect! We were on a budget and Sarah really worked with us to achieve our fairytale wedding. The food was fantastic, the reception hall was beautiful, and our ceremony on the 18th fairway was a dream come true! Look no further! We're glad we didn't!

RMRCC was the perfect place for our wedding to take place. Sara was an awesome coordinator and was very attentive to what I wanted. On the day of the wedding, she was always available and ready to meet any need I had. I experienced no problems at all. The chef cooked amazing food. The views were beautiful. Honestly, I do not think they could have done a better job. Everything was perfect. Plus, it was extremely affordable in comparison with other venues, especially for the spring time. I definitely recommend this venue to anyone!

Red Mountain Ranch was amazing, we had our choice of a beautiful sunset wedding which gave us breath taking pictures that have left everyone speechless. The venue was very nicely set up and Sara the coordinator couldn't have done a better job, she is not only super sweet but she took all the stress off and made my day stress free and perfect! The entire wait staff was pleasant and our food was amazing. I couldn't have asked them to do anything differently. Everyone is still talking about how beautiful both the cermony and reception were and how nice and helpful Sara was. I would recommend Red Mountain Ranch to anyone, the sunset is amazing!

Red Mountain Ranch provided my groom and I with a stress-free lead up to our wedding. Sara Guzzo was professional and accommodating in every way possible. Her staff was equally as wonderful to work with. The tasting day was pleasant, the rehearsal was great, and they went way out of their way to ensure everything was in place and ready-to-go on our wedding day. The chef and service were outstanding. I still have wedding guests talking about how great the food was. The pictures turned out amazing, right at sunset. I highly recommend this venue for a bride and groom looking for the perfect wedding.

Thanks to Sara and red mountain ranch we had the wedding of our dreams for an extremely reasonable price! She was a pleasure to work with and literally bent over backwards to make our day beyond amazing! Of note, she even changed an event scheduled in our ceremony room to a different room so we could have FULL access the day before to set up and for rehearsal ! We would HIGHLY recommend the red mountain ranch country club for your special day! An amazing value to say the least!!!!

The staff and the service was outstanding! The reception went so smoothly - we didn't have to worry about a thing. We did the bridal buffet with chicken marsala and beef medalions and everything was cooked perfectly. Sara and her staff were very accomodating and easy to work with.

The venue had an amazing view of the golf course and there was plenty of room for dancing and mingling. Also, the fact that the food and bar service were separate from the dining room allowed for comfortable seating. Great dance floor!

We would like to thank Red Mountain Ranch for hosting our beautiful wedding.

Sara and Marian were a pleasure to work with. They were always quick to respond (excellent communications) and were extremely accommodating.

For the ceremony, we choose the 18th hole and were exceptionally pleased with our decision. It is gorgeous with the natural scenery and is beautiful for pictures. The courtyard made for an excellent place for guests to mingle before the ceremony and a place for us to great our guests after the ceremony.
Our only problem was that our limo (big hummer limo) was too big to get out of the parking lot, so a little piece of advice would be to have a smaller limo or have them come in a different way (perhaps back up towards the entrance).

For the reception, we had the premium open bar and a buffet style dinner. We had three choices for entrees, in which everyone especially loved the chicken marsala. As well, everyone enjoyed the risotto as a side, so we would highly recommend both of these. As well, both our appetizers during the cocktail hour and the 11pm snack we provided were delicious and thoroughly enjoyed. -- Some previous reviews did not like the food -- please note that they have a new chef that did a beyond exceptional job and the presentation was beautiful too.

Almost every guest flew in from all over North America for our wedding, and each of them had a fantastic time at our wedding. That made us feel amazing because we wanted our guests to feel special too since everyone came such a long way. But, most importantly, we had an exquisite time. My, the bride, fairy tale came true. The venue is a western style, but I turned it into a princess venue. Everyone at RMRCC assisted with my magical wedding and the great staff there truly made the wedding planning that much easier and enjoyable.

Thank you Red Mountain! We will remember our day forever!

The staff at Red Mountain Ranch were wonderful! They were very flexible and helpful with our wedding plans and ideas. Sara and Maryann made sure the day went as planned and offered helpful suggestions when it came to planning the menu selections. As the "high maintenance" Mother of the Bride I would HIGHLY recommend this venue for your wedding or other planned event. Other services we used were:
HAIR & MAKEUP: Cosmos Salon & Day Spa - Wonderful People, opened up early for our wedding party. Being from out of state, they did a fantastic job on everyone.
CAKE: Pieces of Cake Desserts - Beautiful Cake, tasted great.
DJ: MT Sounds - For a small daytime wedding Matt did a great job with our music selections and coordinating the timing. The online music selections and wedding guide made it very easy to plan.
OFFICIENT: Amy Miller - Very nice lady, easy to work with. She has great samples of wedding vows.
PHOTOGRAPHER: Memories by Marsha - A terrific photographer! She truly does some amazing work and is great to work with.
EVENT DECORATOR - Butterfly Events LLC - Did a very nice job decotating the tables and centerpieces. The only complaint was she was very difficult to get a hold of and we played phone tag way too much.
FLOWERS - Daly Flower Affair - Sorry to say this was the most disappointing part of the wedding. The flowers would have been beautiful if they were FRESH! They were brown on the ends and wilted. I pointed this out to her the night before and she said they peel of those so the new ones look good underneath the next day. I think she forgot to do that. I was actually embarrassed to wear my corsage and in some of the photos it is visibly noticable. However, she decorated the arch very nicely with flowers and organza and had arranged flower petals in a heart shape in front of the arch.

Red Mountain Ranch Country Club was a great venue to have a wedding. We had our ceremony in their courtyard area which was perfect because you still get the beautiful scenery with the mountains and golf course but it is enclosed so that you won't be hit by any golf balls!! The staff was very helpful throughout the entire planning process and made everything very easy. They were very attentive during the reception and anything we needed they were right there to help. The entire night was amazing and everyone complimented how beautiful the location was.

RMRCC provided a beautiful wedding for us that we'll remember forever! Sara and her staff were so helpful and assisted with every detail, making it very seamless for us to move the wedding up by 8 months! We couldn't have done it without Sara. Red Mountain Ranch was a beautiful site for my wedding! My guests loved the view of the mountains and golf course. The staff was very helpful and took really good care of us. I would recommend this venue to anyone getting married!!

I have never worked with a venue that was so helpful and positive. The staff was excellent and very pleasant. Jeremy, the chef, made the best food! We had so many people at the wedding rave about the venue and the food. The golf course was such a lush green, and it made for the most beautiful sunset and pictures! I would highly recommend this venue. The courtyard made a beautiful setting for the wedding, too!

The location was beautiful. Everyone at the wedding loved the view and enjoyed watching the amazing sunset. The service was wonderful and the food was excellent. Our wedding was perfect. We planned for outside wedding but weather did not cooperate. The ceremony was moved indoors and we loved it. The food was fabulous and decorations perfect. The staff was so helpful and kind.

My October 9, 2010 wedding could not have been more perfect! The staff was so helpful, the room was gorgeous, the food was DELICIOUS and of course, the views and sunset were BREATHTAKING! We got married on June 18, 2005, at 6pm. It was probably 110 degrees that day, so we had our ceremony in a lovely room that overlooked the golf course. Later, as the sun set, we had gorgeous places for our photos. The dance floor is huge - a big plus in our dancing-family - and the food was fantastic! We had an open bar for not a lot of money (only a few drinkers) and the servers were helpful and lovely. Anna (not sure if she's still there) was a huge help throughout the planning process and so sweet!

My wedding was December 19, 2008 at RMRCC. I had the BEST caterer - Jennifer, who as very sweet, nice and easy to work with. The staff that was there throughout the night were very professional and nice to my guests. The bartender makes agreat margarita! :) We were allowed to take pictures wherever we wanted. Jennifer had everything planned out on time to the T and nothing went wrong! She was up to date with us and helped us keep track of when payments were due, as well as deadlines for the food we had chosen, rehearsal dinner time, etc. She allowed us to decorate the night of the rehearsal dinner [the night before], which helped out a lot! I don't have a single complaint about this venue! They also have a fantastic reception room - IT'S HUGE!

Red Mountain Ranch is an absolutely wonderful location. We got married on the rooftop, it was absolutely gorgeous. The staff took very good care of us, everything was setup perfectly. During the planning we got some good suggestions and advice that helped make our wedding day spectacular. I don't have any complaints, everything was perfect.

The staff was very helpful and accomodating. Everybody was very professional and answered all of our questions promptly as far as the reception went. We were very happy with the facility and would highly recommend it. The only concern is that we were told we would get a free round of golf and have tried to set this up twice with no response.

I loved the location of Red Mountain Ranch. It is one of the main reasons I picked the venue. The only issue I had was I went through four coordinators from the time I booked the facility until the wedding (14 months). The final coordinator, Dustin, was very flexible with all my requests and really helpful. The food was amazing and everyone made a lot of compliments on it.

We had such a wonderful experiance here. We still look back on our wedding day and we are so glad we had it at Red Mountain. I was was a bride on a budget and not only was Red Mountain gorgeous, but it fit with our budget very well and most importantly it didn't come across as a budget wedding. We had a buffet, open bar, and appetizers- stuff that we would of never of been able to afford at some place. Ana has her staff well trained and everyone was polite and prompt withour guests. The food was amazing and the chef is awesome. She fixed my wedding cake when the bottem tier collapse and non of the guest even knew there was a problem. All communication was quickly returned and they were very flexible, there is a minimum to spend but if it seems like you will come under the min they will let you put that money towards the bar in several way, towards food, etc.

We even had our rehearsal dinner here and I am so glad we did. The inlaws paid for an Italian buffet and the food was good and it was so nice to walk from the ceremony site right into dinner.

I really cannot say enough good things about Red Mountain. It really made our day. We had Ana their to coordinate there ceremony and her staff their during the reception and it really allowed me to enjoy my day. If I can reccomend anything to furture brides is to make sure there is someone in charge other than you on your big day! Even if you gte married in someone's backyard, appoint someone to be in harge- it makes the world of difference!!

Great venue, beautiful ceremony area, reception hall is great and bar is awesome. Can't go wrong. The food was also amazing, Italian dinner with chicken parm.

However, if your wedding photos are important to you, absolutely do not use Everything Arizona Weddings (Greg) for your photos. This is a vendor they offer and you will regret it.

Very simply put, your wedding is one of the most important days of your life, and this is not the photographer to capture those moments. Quick to respond up front, offer the world, but then disappear and deflect all questions thereafter.
The day of the wedding was a disaster from step one. Greg, is extremely difficult to work with. We had to ask him several times to relax as he was beginning to ruin the experience. This however changed nothing. Ultimately we figured if the pictures were ok who cares? But they were not. The poses are generic and bland and you have to continually ask to do your own, but on your wedding day you will be distracted and not thinking of funny things to do and which family members to get pics with. The final product was lacking severely. The "edited" photos look better when you apply a simple apple filter on your iPhone and we are terribly disappointed. On top of this and more importantly, there are so many moments not captured; no photos of all of our guests (aside from giant group class graduation type photo), the tables after being decorated (only before with candles next to centerpieces unlit), none of the food (at all), bar (which was a huge room with beautiful custom copper plated bar), our first dance (had to awkwardly go back out after for pics, none of spins or dips or smiles/kisses on floor), and too many more to name.

Again, do not take a chance on pictures, they will tell your story for decades to come & that is something we will forever regret.

I got married in February 2009 and I know that coordinators and some aspects of the menu and pricing have altered since then. However, I know that the location has not changed and the view from the ceremony and reception was breathtaking! Additionally, ALL the guests went out of their way to comment on how wonderful the food was at the wedding. A year later, people are still talking about the horseradish and prime rib. Additionally, we opted for an open bar with buffet dinner and it was extremely affordable for the quality of food and the ambiance. If you are looking for an elegant, reasonable reception with million-dollar views; I recommend contacting Red Mountain Ranch.

The setting was absolutely beatiful and everything was very reasonably priced. Our guests raved about the food and loved the views from the terrace and golf course. We got married next to the golf course which made for the most gorgeous sunset views for our pictures. My only complaint about the ceremony was that people were still playing golf and one of my guests came within about a foot of getting hit with a flying golf ball. Fortunately I didn't know about that until long after the wedding!! :-)

RMRCC did a beautiful job on our wedding. It was so nice not to have to worry about getting tables, chairs, linens, and all the food. They did it all! The only thing we had to bring in was the cake. Thanks RMRCC!

The venue was an excellent location for both the ceremony and reception. It was nice to have it all inclusive with everything in one spot and vendors who were already familiar with the setting. Greg from Everything AZ Weddings and the DJ were amazing! They were so professional and made the process so easy from meeting prior and making a specific timeline for us to the actual wedding day... Everything went smoothly and the photos turned out great! We have had many compliments on our photos and we absolutely love them!

Great venue, terrible sales coordinator

Had our wedding here. Venue was very nice and day of staff was great. The planning process with Lorie was terrible. She could not reply to all on our emails even though asking multiple times. She had to revise the event order over and over and has no attention to detail. She tried to charge us for things that had no price in the contract and then gives us a story about how she has to pay her vendors (should have properly written the contract) and then we had to call someone else to get the fee taken off. Last minute she decided to tell us about all the Christmas decor that was never mentioned during our multiple visits there, phone calls and emails. Night of the wedding she completely dropped the ball and forgot to close the bar for 30
minutes (when it was her idea) to close it for the grand entrance and then they tried to close the bar at end of night early. After a long discussion they finally kept it open after we told her that we would contact upper management. Long story short the venue is beautiful, service staff was great, food was very good but Lorie was not. We hired a day of coordinator and thank god we did and didn't have to deal with Lorie the whole night except when she messed up.
