Catering team dinner a snap!

Love ordering RH&B for our team events. Joanna and others are so helpful and communicative to assist in getting the right quantity. Our guests were very pleased with the delicious pulled chicken and pork! Their potato salad is really my favorite anywhere. And my kids adore the banana pudding! Thanks for making it so easy to host a crowd!

Excellent catering experience!

Red Hot and Blue catered a party for us over the weekend. The staff was extremely pleasant, helpful, and responsive. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The portions were generous and we even had leftovers. I was very impressed and will definitely use them again!

We used RH&B for our daughter's "I do BBQ" engagement party. They did not disappoint. From the initial phone call, to the execution of the vent it was flawless. Highly recommend.

We used Red Hot & Blue's catering service for a family gathering after our daughter's wedding. Everything was perfect - from the good advice we received from GM Joanna, to the on-time and efficient delivery, to the absolutely delicious food. Everything arrived hot and with instructions for re-heating if needed. We had the pulled pork, pulled chicken, beef brisket, potato salad, coleslaw and mac & cheese. Our family couldn't say enough about how good everything was.

Red Hot and Blue provided the food for our wedding weekend welcome reception. We did a tasting there which was phenomenal. Their catering manager, Joanna, made excellent suggestions about what we should try and order based on our group size and their most popular dishes. The catering service was prompt and their service was excellent. At one point, they ran out of mac and cheese and searched all the food holders until they found the additional mac and cheese. The guests raved about the mac and cheese and the cornbread. All of the meats and sauces were also amazing. We got all of the cobblers for dessert and they were eaten up immediately - even my auntie raved about the cobbler! The food and service was well worth the price and the quality was amazing. I would book them again!

Kevin and his staff catered a wedding of 200 for us in Fredericksburg, Va. Not only was he willing to travel down there, they made the experience a wonderful and joyous event. Kevin and his staff were professional and courteous and the food was awesome as usual. Kevin was flexible and was able to answer all our questions and assisted us as needs changed. I would recommend Red, Hot & Blue to anyone!!!! It was a fabulous experience.. Thanks again!!!

Red, Hot and Blue in Annapolis came highly recommended for our at home wedding. Although they were far from my residence, they were willing to make the trip. The catering managers accommodated me on short notice with having a sampling put together when my sister was stopping in by about two hours.

The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Everyone raved about the ribs and wings! The service was professional and I highly recommend them. I was more than pleased.

I ordered Red Hot & Blue for a customer holiday luncheon. A lot of the people attending never heard of Red Hot & Blue. Everyone loved the food and commented how delicious everything was. It was definitely a big hit!! I've used you before at another customer so I knew the food was excellent.

We ordered on short notice with Red Hot and Blue. They were extremely responsive and delivered exactly what was ordered. The delivery man was on time and helped us get set up. I would highly recommend RH&B and will be using them again in the future.

Exceeded my expectations!!! Jamie and Joanna were both amazing to work with, they listened and changed my order for my wedding time and time again, being patient and understandable. The food was so good, the ribs were so tender, Mac and cheese was just like homemade. All my guests loved and raved about it all night, we had more than enough for seconds and thirds! Vince the server was professional and polite to all my guests!! My only regret is not ordering enough corn muffins!!! Yumm melt in your mouth, they went fast!!! The value was amazing and best of all they are military friendly and offer a great discount. Thanks Jamie for everything!!!

This is the 2nd event I've had Red, Hot and Blue cater - our wedding in 2009 and my client party this year. The food is great and everyone loves it! A big hit for sure....and the left overs aren't bad either!!

I actually used Red Hot & Blue for corporate event, not a wedding. They were great! We had over 150 people out at a park in Maryland, and Red Hot & Blue made everything a breeze! Red Hot & Blue was wonderful to work with from start to end, and I can pretty much guarantee I'll be using them again.

Both of the staff was very helpful. They made do with a very small space and took my suggestion of setting the appetizer table at the other end of the room. Even though the dinner was supposed to be over by 7:30 they volunteered to stay until everyone was served. Very nice. Everyone said the food was good!

Red Hot & Blue was great! We have an annual 4th of July rooftop event for our residents every year! The residents loved the food! We contacted RH&B too late for the full service package. However, we were not left disappointed. They came and set everything up and brought everything we needed including condiments and wet wipes for the messy BBQ fingers. The staff was prompt and very efficient! We were very pleased with the overall experience and we will recommended them and use them again!

This vendor was open to help cater the wedding reception even though they were located more than 2 hours away. There were closer locations of Red Hot and Blue that would not even talk with us about catering the reception. A big thanks to Jamie for all of her help and willingness to do this for us. The servers were great as well!

Coordination by email in setting the event up was great, flexible and very informative. Day of event, the wait staff showed up ahead of time to get familiar with set up location. Staff (1) set up food, delivered the meal hot and very appealing visually. When service was complete, wait staff completely cleaned up and packaged up leftovers in a sanitary manner. Very helpful and very efficient!

We recently used Red, Hot and Blue for my dad's celebration of life party. He had strictly wanted a great party with really good hot dogs, hamburgers and barbeque and all the fixings. We got that and then some! We decided to have Red, Hot and Blue cater to give us the freedom to enjoy the party and not be worried about the food and details and we were not disappointed! The staff was phenomenal - so professional! They showed up on time and were just a pleasure to deal with - Vin, Kelly and Daniel were just top notch. I couldn't be more pleased. They brought everything we needed and cleaned up everything when they were done. The food was amazing and the staff just made a tough day so stress free. I couldn't have asked for more. In the planning stages dealing with the other staff at Red, Hot and Blue - Jesse Sponaugle and Joanna Knoch were great. They were so accommodating and understanding. I really can't say enough good things about the experience of working with this vendor and would be happy to work with them in the future.

Red Hot and Blue made it a great event. The food was awesome and the staff was outstanding. The weather did not cooperate well with our outdoor celebration and yet the staff never flinched despite to lousy conditions that they worked in. It was a great experience because of the professionalism of the staff and the quality of the food.

This was a surprise retirement party for my husband. The event planner recommended the appropriate amount of food for 250 people. There was plenty of food and it was very good. The only negative comment I have is that I was not told that the barbecue had to be hand pulled after it was delivered. Luckily, we had plenty of people to help get it ready!

Also I don't know if I just misread the description but I thought by serving on the catering menu this met that staff members would be actually waiting and serving guests but instead 2 staff members just stood behind buffet and just watched, maybe this should be worded better in the description on your catering menu, other then that I was very pleased.

Red, Hot & Blue offered a wonderful catering service. The food was delicious, as always. And the personnel were personable and professional. As a bride, it's unnerving to put such trust into a vendor when you can't be the one to oversee what's going on. Red, Hot & Blue followed through just as they said they would; from the planning stages to the day-of execution. They worked extremely well with my event coordinator and I never had one ounce of concern about them. I would highly recommend their service and their food.

They did all of the big things right: the food was on time, amazing, and plentiful. The only real criticism I have is that they knew they were catering a wedding- and they sent the server to me in a tshirt (with red hot and blue plastered on it) and khaki shorts. It was a backyard wedding, so sure- he didn't need to be in a suit- but perhaps a polo and khaki pants would have been more appropriate (or of course anything fancier). They also say they provide tablecloths for the tables- but just as a warning, they are plastic, cheap and maroon- so if that doesn't sound like it's going to match what you want, then you should go ahead and rent more from your rental company for their tables. But everything else was perfect- and they were even very kind and brought extra coolers for us to use for our own beverages- and let us return them later! I would 100% use them again!

We had a great experience with Red Hot and Blue in Annapolis. I worked with Melissa at the main office and she helped with required paperwork, etc, and was great. However she pointed me to the catering managers at Annapolis for specific questions. They were super responsive and professional and were easy to work with. They really knew exactly what to ask me and how to answer my questions. I wanted to make a few changes, some very last minute and they were super flexible with everything I wanted. The food was really good and our guests raved about it. You couldn't beat the price either, even at local bbq restaurants. One of my guests told me he was expecting to get a plate with a little piece of steak and chicken like a typical wedding and be hungry all night--but he ate three plates of brisket and sides and it was the best kind of wedding food ever! Many guests said they loved the food. My only complaint was the actual team at the event--they were sweet but a little inexperienced it seemed; a bit slow getting things set up and were a little late. They were a little low on food so I would advise ordering more than your head count than usual, but for the most part we had a great experience and I'd definitely recommend Red Hot and Blue for weddings or other events!

We have used the catering services of Red Hot and Blue for the past 3 years. They handle our end of season Corporate Parties of 100 plus employees. I simply contact them, share our needs, and the rest is hands free. They travel to our site and prepare everything from food to condiments and supplies. Their menu choices provide a great selection for many different taste buds. Reasonably priced, reliable service, and very professional. We will continue our business with them and our employees look forward to the event each year.

Great dealing with RHB. I only wish they took the pulled pork apart for us. This was back in February but I seem to recall having to set up the pulled pork ourselves.

Had them serve the alcohol, but they seemed inexperienced. The milk for the coffee was also bad. Other than those two things, we really liked the food and the price was great.

Delivery was prompt and the food was delicious. The only complaint I would have is that the order was supposed to include rolls and trash bags and they were not delivered. Otherwise, very pleased with the service and quality.

Was for a rehearsal dinner.

-Food was delicious. Everyone raved about the meats and mash potatoes. The hot BBQ sauce is the best.
-Vendor left food warmers under empty trays. Fire hazard.
-Not a good value. Paid for 60 plates, but only 30 people were fed. My bride-to-be did not get a plate because we ran out of food.
