The venue was perfect! It was beautiful and not much decoration is needed. There was so much to do. All of our guests loved the venue. Besides telling us, if they saw Andrea the owner they complimented her as well!

Speaking of Andrea, she is amazing to work with! Super responsive, helpful with all your questions and really went above beyond. We had to move our date from 2020 to 2021, she actually reached out to us first to see if we wanted to put a backup date on the calendar just in case.

I could go on and on with all the positive things about Red Cedar Farm! Highly suggest this venue!!

This venue is AMAZING! It is just big enough to let everyone roam around and not be crowded but just small enough to heard everyone back to the dance floor for events.
The owner (hire her as your day of coordinator too!) is beyond helpful-she knows her stuff and shes been around long enough that every Kitsap county and Pierce county vendor I talked about already knew the layout and understood what they needed to bring or didn't need.
They have goats, donkeys, a pin ball room (free play) and so many other things to do! I could go on and on about this place and Andrea but you get the point-if you get married at Red Cedar Farm you and your guests are guaranteed to have an amazing time!!! Also they are totally affordable and that's really nice too : )

My daughter was married at Red Cedar Farm in June 2019. She and her husband looked at eight venues before they chose Red Cedar Farm. We we thrilled they discovered RCF and believe it's the best venue in Kitsap county, and we know at least five other couples who have been married there and they all have had the same excellent experience as us. My daughter and husband had an absolutely magical wedding day and everything was outstanding. RCF has many unique amenities and is very affordable. There may be other Farm wedding venues in Washington state, but in my opinion RCF is clearly superior. Because the venue is in an absolutely spectacular setting and is very well designed, there's hardly anything that needs to be added to it on the wedding day for decor other than flowers to the lovely arch, your signs, and table decorations, they have wine barrels, tables, chairs, and much more. Outside there are lovely gardens and flowers everywhere, a gorgeous lawn for the ceremony lined by ornamental trees with filtered afternoon sunlight that provides the perfect setting for photos, hanging baskets, a fountain, lawn games, petting farm, even an old fashioned stone wall that looks like something out of a movie set, and more. They have added a fire pit. Your guests will never get bored, and we had so many family and friends who were just absolutely blown away by RCF and thought it was the best wedding they had ever been to. The tastefully refurbished stunning antique barn with lighting has lots of natural light that is ideal for a reception and dancing and has fans so it's well ventilated even when it's hot. There's a welcome covered patio and courtyard that's great for cocktail hour and also can be used for a ceremony in case of rain. There are separate bridal and groom cottages that are the cutest I have ever seen and very large. The bathrooms are nice and I believe they have air conditioning. There's a fun game room with pinball machines on free play that makes for lots of fun and incredible photos when the bride and groom sign their wedding certificate on top. Everywhere there are non-stop opportunities for spectacular photography and it's an absolute dream venue for any photographer or videographer. Both of my daughter 's photographer and videographer commented that RCF was one of the nicest wedding venues they had ever seen and like a fairytale setting. The owners of RCF are an absolute delight to work with which helped to make the wedding stress-free, and emails and calls were always responded to quickly. When choosing a venue it is important to not only find one that you love but also one in which the owners are easy to work with and that is the case with RCF. We were allowed to bring in our own alcohol which saved us thousands of dollars. The caterer's kitchen is perfect according to our caterer Essence of Thyme. For out of town guests the nearest hotel is 4 miles away, there are several others in downtown Poulsbo, but our extended family stayed at the Clearwater Casino Resort in Suquamish 11 miles away. Very highly recommend venue!

Fun, beautiful, accommodating, responsive, unflappable, friendly! Red Cedar Farm is a perfect place for a wedding or large party, AND there's goats donkeys, chickens, and gorgeous grounds. Andrea helped us and she's awesome! Highly recommend!

This is such a unique and beautiful venue. The arcade room caught my attention when I first started looking for places and it ended up being the perfect choice for our small, intimate celebration. The property is perfectly maintained and Andrea was great about communication throughout our entire planning process. We are so happy we chose it as our venue and highly recommend it!

We just had our wedding on 5/27/2018 and it was amazing. Andrea, the owner, is great to work with and maintains a beautiful property. There isn’t a single thing that could’ve been done differently for our wedding. Andrea was easy to work with through the whole process and gave great advice. We booked her as our day of coordinator as well and it all went off without a hitch. My husband works in the cannabis industry and Andrea was willing to have us host a cannabis smoking section as a lot of our guests smoke and don’t drink. She had the perfect area picked out that was beautifully decorated. She was the only one who understood our wants/needs and made them all happen. We highly recommend Andrea and her Red Cedar Farm.

Andrea was amazing to work with! Really easy going and friendly. The farm is a super well kept up and beautiful! It helps that all the animals are super cute as well - except when the goats try to eat your bouquet while you're scratching their heads!

Such a laid back fun environment! I got sooo many compliments on how beautiful and fun the venue was.. a lot even said they never had seen anything like it. It truly made our big day absolutely perfect. And working with andrea was fabulous to! She is very helpful and goes above and beyond to be more then just a venue owner but a " wedding coordinator" if you will . Made sure to help the little things fall perfectly gave great suggestions . And her personality and kindness was so easy to mesh with and work with!

This venue provided an amazing, fun-filled, memorable day for our wedding. Andrea is super helpful and flexible. I couldn't have asked for a better venue or a more professional "manager". Many of our guests said this was the most fun wedding they'd ever attended, and a bit part of that was the location.

We were originally interested in Red Cedar Farm as a venue because they were one of the few locations that had their own tables, chairs etc, and they cost the same as similar locations that require you to spend several hundred more to rent those things. However, once we arrived we were totally enchanted - there was never another choice for us. The barn is so wonderfully decorated that there is very little you need to do to the space to get it event ready. Andrea was always super quick to return emails, and forthcoming with anything requested of her. She even helped me find my makeup artist, who I was thrilled with as well. She's very protective of the property (as she should be!) and may come off as brusque at times when trying to corral people into following the rules she's set forth - but those rules were very clear from the get-go, and only in place to create the best environment possible for everyone involved.

If there were any complications the day of, I wasn't aware of them. Andrea was onsite to handle snafus and direct guests appropriately. All my guests were impressed, and several of the younger females have expressed their desire to get married here as well. I couldn't be happier with our choice of venue.

Andrea, the owner, was very easy and flexible to work with. It is such a beautiful and fun venue, it was the perfect spot for our wedding. Even with the rain we had, there was plenty to do inside, pinball, shuffleboard and fuseball. It was a great venue, and Andrea made it an enjoyable, stress free experience.

Not only is the property ridiculously beautiful, but Andrea, the owner/coordinator is such a great person to work with!

Red Cedar Farm is gorgeous on its own, but it's easy to add your own personality and style to the venue for the ceremony and the reception. We had about 120 guests which was perfect for the reception, and things like parking, restrooms, etc. were super easy for guests. We live in the Seattle area, so this was an awesome daytrip/weekend trip for our guests to take to Poulsbo.

I would highly recommend Red Cedar Farms to anyone getting married! The venue is absolutely gorgeous and Andrea is amazing! She was so helpful and flexible. The setting was perfect and its so country/vintage. All my guests raved about how beautiful everything was and how much space there was at the venue! Definitely a must see!!!

Working with Andrea from Red Cedar Farm was great. Andrea was excited about my many ideas for the space and was very helpful leading up to and during the event. This place is pretty special being that it has such unique character without having to add a lot of fuss. Being that it is a new venue, Andrea is constantly coming up with ways to improve, however it is pretty darn great already. The only draw backs to the space are the parking and the time in which everyone had to be out of the venue. These are only minor details if you plan appropriately. I would suggest anyone planning a large event to do so about 1-1.5 years in advance. Lodging and transportation fill up fast around there.

Loved this beautiful venue! This place was a dream for all ages. Gorgeous grounds, unique features such as vintage pinball game room, goats and miniature donkeys that the little ones loved to go visit, expansive lawns, fire pit with comfy red chairs all around. Indoor or outdoor ceremony sites. We LOVED it all!
Firm limit of 150 guests so plan accordingly and wedding party of 5 attendants each is about all the ready rooms could handle.

I had my rehearsal dinner at Red Cedar Farm in 2012 when they just started hosting events. Andrea, the owner, was amazing and the venue was absolutely beautiful. The pinball arcade, fire pit, horeshoes, etc all were perfect for our Texas themed rehearsal dinner.

Red Cedar Farm was the perfect venue for our wedding. The location is beautiful and unique--all of our guests absolutely raved about the space. Andrea and her team are flexible, responsive, and all in all, an absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you Red Cedar Farm!

This place is amazing! It barely needs extra decoration. There is a game room in the barn filled with antique restored arcade games. We even signed our marriage certificate on top of a Star Wars pinball game! The bride and groom rooms and big and comfortable. If you are looking for a rustic, chic, mason jar, burlap and lace kinda place....This is it! All my guests were asking me after "how did you find this place? It's so neat!" I couldn't have imagined a better place for my wedding dreams to come true!

The venue was exactly what we had imagined for our wedding. The property is beautiful and staged with the most attention to detail. Our guest couldn't stop talking about how amazing the venue was; from "how did you find this place! It's perfect!" to "The arcade room is awesome!!" Everyone had something positive to say and had so much fun walking around the property which is exactly what we had hoped for. I couldn't thank Andrea enough for all her help in making our day amazing, for providing a beautiful venue, and for the AC in the bridal suit! It was everything we could have hoped for and more.

Red Cedar Farm is an exquisite place for a wedding or any event! There are many options for the floor plan inside or outside. They feature a bridal suite and grooms suite. Out back you'll find a fire pit under a beautiful pergola with a bunch of red chairs. And finally a vintage pinball game room. There was so much to offer! Kept our guests busy for hours.
