The food was out of this world, the DJ Mike was very polite and on top of all my requests and Soraya was awesome she make sure all was being done to perfection. I had a great time knowing that everything was being done 100%. People have not stopped talking about our Wedding Anniversary how beautiful the cake, centerpieces and the presentation of a buffet with a variety of delicious food to choose from with a beautiful tray of fresh fruits. The staff won over our hearts and we would do it there again in a heart beat! Stop searching for a venue and go see them!

The associates of Reception Palace Ballroom made my DREAM WEDDING come true! This venue was beautiful and accommodated all of my requests without hesitation. I a truly grateful to have had the opportunity of hosting my Wedding here.

I had the best wedding coordinator ever there and her name is Alexis she was very helpful she make sure I wasn’t stress and everything came out perfect. If I can have my wedding over again I would do it at the reception Palace ballrooms any day.

From the moment that we walked into the ballroom we were impressed with the look, massive ballrooms, bathrooms and even the private Bridal suite. The staff was incredible to work with and thought of every detail, even those that we forgot. It's a one stop shop for all things wedding. They took care of our cake, food, invitations, centerpieces, cake cutters, seating chart, down to even getting me a last minute garter when I forgot mine in the rush of things. We worked directly with Alexys for most of the planning and I can never say enough good things about her. She was always so sweet, went above and beyond for everything and responded to my million emails within minutes. The vision we had in our heads was even more beautiful when the doors opened to our reception. From the moment we walked in, I was taken to the Bridal suite with Hors d'oeuvres, soda and water to prepare for our grand entrance. Alexys took incredible care of every detail even making sure we sat down to eat and take photos with every table. The attention to detail is beyond words. People have not stopped talking about our wedding from how beautiful the invitations came out, the incredible food and cake and the awesome DJ. All which was included in our package. Reception Palace and their staff won over our hearts and we would do it there again in a heart beat! Stop searching for a venue and go see them!

I highly recommend Recpetion palace. The girls are so easy to talk you, they get your idea and bring it to life. My wedding reception was beautiful and perfect.

All I have to say is Alexys and her team were amazing, she took my vision and made it better. I love in Orlando Florida but no matter the distance she made sure I was covered. On the day of the wedding she made sure everything was perfect and that o was well taking care of. The food tasted amazing, the Dj was a lot of fun, the decoration were above my expectations and the desert bar was to die for. My family was so well fed and entertained everyone enjoyed themselves even the kids. If I had to do it all again I wouldn’t change a thing.

I am an event chair for a local fundraising committee. I found Reception Palace Ballrooms in 2018 for my first event and came back in 2019 for my second. The team at Reception Palace Ballrooms is a joy to work with. They were nice, helpful and accommodating for my event. I look forward to hosting my event there in 2020!

Omg!! Let’s just say they above and beyond making my daughters quince dreams come true. I mostly worked with Aly and she is amazing!!! I’m having another quince to throw in 4 years and definitely coming back to Reception palace ballroom.

Soraya and her staff are very friendly and helpful. Our event was a huge success and truly a memorable moment for the students.

Words cannot describe the results of our daughter's Quince. Aly is simply the best, the venue is absolutely spectacular and the food is superb! From the moment you start your event process to the end if it, Aly is with you every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Reception Palace to all my family & friends for any of their events.

We got married last weekend, and Reception Palace definitely made our wedding reception dreams come true! We had over 1 year to plan our wedding, contacted about 30 different venues, but when we visited Reception Palace, we loved that we got the best bang for our buck! We also really liked the area, and the fact that the building had a nice presentation from the moment you drive in. We were greeted by Aly who was absolutely amazing from day one! She is so helpful, and explains things as much you need. She gave us a tour of the place and discussed all the options available. She even showed us the kitchen and had us taste the butter they make in house! Throughout the course of 11 months Aly promptly answered all my questions via email, or phone, and was always available when we stopped by on the weekends to chat or ask additional questions. She gave us so many great recommendations and ideas, as well as, recommended other vendors for our car service, cake, etc. When we arrived to the reception palace the day of our wedding after our church ceremony Aly came right out with a tray of hors d'oeuvres for us to eat and brought us water as well as a drink for my husband and I. She helped me changed into my flats, and bustle my dress for our gran entrance. The decor in the room, flowers, linens, lighting, dj were great! The next day our family kept commenting on how good the food, server staff, bartenders, and the cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres were. They were all so pleased! We chose to serve the chicken picatta with penne pasta, which was delicious! The corn fritters, chicken bites, and the mini egg rolls and shrimp were wonderful and our guests favorite. Overall, we had the best experience and I will definitely be recommending this venue to everyone I know. It was a one stop shop, which made the stress of wedding planning so much easier. Aly was heaven sent and a true life saver in the planning process, I stress easily and she made everything straight to the point, and simple for me. I will be eternally grateful to Aly, and the staff at Reception Palace for the perfect night of our lives!

I always said when I got married I wanted my wedding to be a big fancy hotel but honestly that’s so unnecessary. I have no words to describe my wedding, it was my Pinterest board come to life, my dream wedding. I can’t thank Alexys enough for all her help throughout the whole processs. Even through my melt downs and bridezilla moments. Alexys would literally answer all my calls and emails within minutes, even on day of she stayed late with us to make sure everything was perfect.

The reception palace was great! they were so helpful with everything before the event Alexys was a sweet heart and very helpful every step of the way! They made sure I did not stress they took care of everything! I had the best wedding. Everything was perfect. I have nothing bad to say. I had the most beautiful wedding thanks to the reception palace! food, music, cake, flowers, everything was great.

We just had our wedding at reception palace and it was amazing!!! First, I like to give a special thanks to Alexys for doing such an amazing job organizing and responding to everything little thing we needed. Everything from the ceremony area to the ballroom decorations to the food and music were phenomenal. We had so little to worry about the day of thanks to the plannong ahead of time that we got to enjoy everything from the prewedding photos to the last dance

I had my wedding at reception Palace. Very satisfied with the attention to details and exceeding my expectations. I will recommend the venu which beautiful, very clean and well maintained it's a stand alone venue with private parking space. The staff is very professional and they have great vendors very respectful. I chose the all inclusive package and all I had to do was to show up ready. Ally, Maggie, Soraya, Bernie all helped in the process they worked as a team. they were very nice and all the wedding was coordinated. I loved the selection package and the food was great!

We recently had our wedding here and I can honestly say that we had a great experience. Alexys, Maggie and Soraya do a great job. The prices are more than just affordable. My fiancé does not live in Miami, so it was difficult to go visit different vendors. At Reception Palace, we could get everything we needed with one place in one package. It was nice to have the staff at Reception Palace taking care of all the little details, so we didn't have to worry about them.

Reception Palace is super flexible and easy to work with. Other venues we considered, or where friends had their weddings, have very strict rules about a lot of things. Reception Palace isn’t like that, they work with you to make sure your big day is exactly the way you want it. Every time I called to ask a question, or make a request, they never made me feel like I was bothering them. They are happy to help with all the details, and they also help give you advice on how to plan for certain things. This team is professional, they know what they're doing. I can honestly say I didn’t worry about a single thing on the day of our wedding, I knew they had it handled. A lot of places want to charge you for every little thing, this place is not like that, they actually helped us save money on different things.

Additionally, the food is great. We picked the chicken chasseur with rice and veggies, and everyone enjoyed it. Even two months after our wedding, people still tell us how much fun they had! Everyone really enjoyed themselves. The room, looked gorgeous and everything was just really well done. The DJ did a good job, but didn’t stick to all of our requests. I am so glad we chose to have our wedding here.

My daughter's Quince was amazing from the staff to everything involved with the event. The main point was for my daughter to have an unforgettable experience and have an awesome time and she certainly did!!! Thank you Ali and staff for making my daughter's dream come true. The experience with Reception Palace was great. Alexys helped my husband and I in every way possible. We originally had booked in another place but the total cost of that wedding would have been easily 30k. After budgeting and realizing what we could actually afford, we started to look for all-inclusive venues and Reception Palace Ballrooms was the place to go. The venue itself is beautiful and during Christmas, its decorated beautifully with ornaments and a huge Christmas tree in the center. It worked out for us because we wanted a December wedding.
Anyways, our package included all the goodies, we literally just needed to show up. The invitations, the gifts, the photographer/video, food, photobooth, officiant, uplighting, DJ, everything you can think of is included. Yes, the flowers are included as well. And they have all kinds of options! colors, styles, food options, etc. Now if you are worried about food, don't be. I was always worried about the food, I didn't want the typical comments from guest " oh the chicken is too bland" or " the food was too cold". One thing I kept hearing during and after the wedding was how amazing the food was! From the mash potatoes to the meat, everything was delicious. Some guest even took the food home because it was just that good.
My only, issue would be the DJ, but that's just me, everyone is different. I asked specifically to keep the Spanish music to a bare minimum and have more modern English music. Majority of my guest were young and although we are Hispanic, we didn't want to listen to Spanish music one more. But, it's whatever, the food won everyone other haha. Other than the DJ, everything else was absolutely amazing! Thank you Reception Palace Ballrooms and mainly, thank you Alexys.

Highly recommend this Venue, we booked Reception Palace for our wedding reception and every single detail was absolutely PERFECT! Our wedding planner Alexys was AMAZING, she truly has a passion for coordinating events and helped every step of the way. Honestly, don't know what I would have done without her. We trusted her with every detail and she exceeded our expectations in the final outcome. Prior to the wedding she was very hands on answering all of my questions and made sure we went over every item to ensure she knew my expectations. The night of the wedding she ensured everything was ready and the night ran smoothly. My guest still comment on how beautifully decorated the venue was and what a great time they had. Food was also delicious not one plate went back unfinished. 5 stars all around service, professionalism, decorations, food, drinks, DJ, cake were all Excellent!!

We had Karen"s Quince there and it was amazing.
The bartenders were great and there were no long lines waiting at the bar.
The food was beyond awesome. I wish they were open for dinner every night! I had multiple guests come to me and say how delish the food was, the venue was gorgeous, and that the music and DJ rocked!
He played an awesome variety of songs that went well together and there was something for everyone. I was extremely nervous using an in house DJ but I was pleasantly surprised with everything he did.
The appetizers and the dessert table was beautiful and delicious. We were even allowed to take our leftovers home!
Soraya made everything easy.
I would highly recommend this venue to anyone and everyone. This is one place where you will find quality and quantity! I am glad that we booked our reception with Reception Palace Ballroom !

Reception Palace Ballroom was the perfect venue for our Reception. Even though it was a busy Saturday and there were 2 weddings going on at the same time, I couldn't even tell there was another wedding next door. Everything about it was great, treated like family. Would do it all over again.

This was the best venue I loved for many reasons. I didn't want to go far from home and the price was reasonable. Plus almost everything was included. Dealing with just one or two vendors is a stress relief. Going to miss you ALEXYS ! Can't wait for the next event.

I contracted with many of the vendors they suggested like the choreographer, photographer, videographer, cake designer etc. and they were all exceptionally fantastic and very professional. All of our guests from the teenagers to family and friends had compliments on all of the appetizers, dinner, dessert table, décor, DJ, service and staff. My daughter's quince celebration would not have been a success without the help of you all at the Reception Palace. Yo Celebre Mis quince años en este lugar y sin dudas no me arrepiento para nada. Desde el primer momento que llegue , la atención que nos dieron fue excelente. El salón fue decorado con una dedicación maravillosa y un gusto divino. Todo estuvo bien organizado y la comida estuvo deliciosa! Our event was a Quinces for my youngest daughter, I never really had any other place in mind to use than Reception Palace Ballrooms. I loved the idea of the location being a free standing building not shared with a strip mall that right there gives it elegance. The ballrooms a spacious and very modern. The staff is very professional and their only interest is to make my daughter's special evening all about what she envisioned her quinces to be. We were very happy that the food is cooked in house with a professional chef that made sure we were pleased with our dinner. We tasted four different menus and it was a very hard choice to make as they were all very delicious and fresh. You can tell it was not cooked before hand warmed up and then served. The waiters and waitresses realizing that I was not a my table along with my photographer kept our meals warm and salad cold until they saw us sit down and approached us to see if we were ready to eat. you don't see that anywhere else! Alexy's was the coordinator that we had the pleasure of dealing with. She understood everything my daughter wanted and delivered on point. The photo booth company she recommended was outstanding and the DJ played only the specific music genre I requested and didn't veer from that without checking with me. My Family and I are extremely pleased but more importantly my daughter was very happy. We look forward to our oldest daughter's wedding in January 2017. Many thanks to all the staff at Reception Palace Ballrooms for such a wonderful experience.

My daughter decided exactly two months before her birthday that she wanted a full-out 15's party. I was lucky enough to find Reception Palace and Alexys! They helped me through everything and the event was a huge success. Everything that I asked for, they delivered. The venue was beautiful, the food was great, the music was wonderful and both the kids and adults had a wonderful time. My youngest who is 9 is already saying she wants to have her 15's there! Great job all around!

Amazing , amazing place. I will just say this from the very beginning Alexys was just excellent. I am so glad that we selected this location for the wedding because everything was great. I don't even know where to start. The reception palace is an all inclusive venue which helped us so much. Everyone there was amazing and I could not have asked for any better.

I need to write a review about this place. I was literally lost for words when I walked in. The entire facility is beautiful. Everything was extremely professional. The food was delicious, and the appetizers were endless! The DJ was amazing, non stop music of all different varieties that pleased the entire crowd. The staff were so polite, and extremely friendly. The decor was my favorite part. The flower arrangements, the lightings, the ceiling draping, the napkins, even the Chivari seating created the most beautiful set up I've ever walked into. Very pleased. I've been to several wedding venues, but this would have to be my all time favorite. I highly recommend reception palace.

Service was great and the employees were very nice, 10/10 would do this again, had a great time throwing my son's 12th birthday party, he was very happy as was the rest of the party goers.

Words cannot express the absolute joy I shared in taking part of my dear friends wedding. The ballroom was lovely, the service was astounding and the food was delicious! The cake was so tasty and the coffee service was a nice touch. This place has it down packed and I would recommend anyone to this place for any event.

My wedding ceremony and reception was at Reception Palace this June of 2015. It was absolutely perfect. The planning process with the Reception Palace was so fun and simple because they were able to accommodate my every desire and it was even more perfect when they were able to deliver everything I wanted as planned and even better then imagined. They really contributed to a less stressful wedding because everything was handled by them and handled well, beyond my expectations; the services they relieved me of were venue, decor, flowers, food, drinks, favors, cake, coordinator, photographer....I highly recommend Reception Palace!

Let me tell you how difficult it is to get an event done professionally when your timing it in the middle of June. but Alexys at Reception Palace was fantastic! All the June weddings going on and Alexys still managed to make us feel like our anniversary was the only thing happening in the entire world. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect all the way down to the amazing invitations! After 15yrs of marriage I felt as special as any bride all over again.

Reception Palace is the real deal!! Awesome staff, beautiful venue. From start to finish, it was a pleasure working with Aly and Luisa. You gals rock!!! You made our vision a reality. The decor, floral arrangements, centerpieces, and food were amazing. My husband and I highly recommend this venue to anyone planning any event (i.e. wedding, quince, sweet sixteen, baby shower, etc.). You will not be disappointed. Aly and Luisa were very professional and on top of things. Any issues that arose were handled accordingly in a timely manner. And this was done with a smile. We didn't feel as if we were working with a vendor, but with family. The services/vendors that they have established relationships with are hands down the best!!! Filmstv, Mouline Rose Bakery and Maria's Flowers were da bomb!!! We're still smiling and overjoyed at how well everything turned out. Thank you to Reception Palace and the entire team of contributors who made our special day so memorable.

I recently had my wedding reception there on April 18, 2015. Alexys worked with me from the very first day I went in to view the place. Once I walked in I knew that was where I wanted my reception. She was amazing every step of the way! I had the package that included majority of everything except for photography, videography & favors. Alexys made everything so easy that I really never had any stress when it came to planning! I trusted her and let her guide me throughout my one year of planning and I don't regret any of it! Everything came out gorgeous and beyond what I could ask for! The other staff was also very helpful and friendly anytime I went there. I highly recommend this venue for any event!

The staff at Reception Palace is amazing. We are so happy we selected this venue for our special day. They have great attention to detail, are super patient, and are responsive. It was easy to work with them. The experience leading up the event was seamless.

The day of our wedding was just as impressive. We had our ceremony there in a chapel style with candles along the aisle. It was gorgeous. The reception room was impeccable. The food was delicious. The music was great. If I had to go back and do it all over again I would not change a thing.

Best wedding I could have ever imagined for myself, my husband and guest. Everything was truly perfect, nothing was out of place, just simply PERFECT!! My coordinator happen to be the sweetest and most comprehensive person I have yet to meet!!! She was always there when I needed her. I loved that the pricing was decent and it wasn't located near a shopping plaza!!! Very elegant!!!! I loved loved EVERYTHING!

The staff at Reception Palace went beyond our expectations at making our dreams come true. We are highly detailed people and they more than met our requirements. We never felt like we were just a paycheck to them but felt like we were family. The facility is gorgeous and the food was delicious, the DJ took care of the dance floor, the lighting was amazing. We used their recommended vendors, Maria for the flowers, Hector Mateu as the photographer, Video Creations as the videographer, and the limo was provided by Ara Limo. They all went beyond our expectations. The only thing I do not recommend is their cake provider Divine Delicacies. I regret using them but that is in no way a reflection of the Reception Palace who we recommend 100% and who we will use for all of our future events.

I had the pleasure of having Alexys as my event coordinator. She is very responsible professional and willing to accommodate to my expectations, but most of all very honest in providing her ideas and input to let me know what would look better and at the same time elegant which is what I wanted. We highly recommend Reception palace ballrooms. They are professional, detail oriented, and give great quality. They make you feel like you've known them for a long time. Also, their patience and friendliness is one of a kind.
