Rebecca and Chris are an absolute dream team. From the moment I talked to them on a call to the very last shot of our wedding night, their warm personalities put me completely at ease. Even though they shoot weddings all the time, they never made mine feel like “just another gig." Rather, they made it feel truly special and personal. I felt calm in their presence and could fully trust their expertise, time management, and process. They kept the day moving smoothly and on schedule without ever making it feel rushed or stressful, which allowed me to just be present and enjoy. What stood out just as much as their artistry and creative eye was how they treated everyone around us. They were kind, patient, and respectful with every single guest and vendor, making everyone feel comfortable in front of the lens. That gift of making people feel at ease really shines through in the photos. The sneak peeks I’ve seen so far are emotional, authentic, and beautifully composed, and I know the full gallery will be the same. Beyond their undeniable talent, Rebecca and Chris are simply the kind of people you want by your side on your wedding day. They balance professionalism with warmth, and they have a way of making the entire experience feel effortless. After going through my wedding day, I realize this is probably the single most important quality in a vendor you spend 8+ hours with. I’m endlessly grateful we chose them, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! The Most Amazing Photography Team!
Rebecca and Chris were an absolute DREAM to work with. They took all our photos for our wedding back in October in Jersey City, NJ.
It was really important for us to work with a team who was not only familiar with our venue (and dare I say- vibe), but to also work with a team who would capture all the moments- both big and small. Chris and Rebecca did just that. They are incredibly thoughtful, kind and really made our day special. They were fun to work with and obliged to all our requests- even day of!
They were incredibly quick with sending over our photos- we received all of them about a month after our big day. I was so in awe of the amazing shots and photos. We are so grateful to have no regrets and to have all of these photos to cherish forever. Thank you Rebecca + Chris!

Amazing photos, amazing people.
3 months past our wedding (I know I’m a procrastinator) and I am still awing over our wedding photos. Rebecca and Chris are absolutely wonderful photographers AND people. It was really important to us that we found a photographer that we were comfortable with as pictures are not our thing. When we were with Rebecca and Chris it felt like we were with friends which made everything from our engagement shoot to our walk through to our wedding day absolutely perfect and easy. We are so so SO happy with our photos, every single one of them gorgeous. Besides their obvious skill, Rebecca and Chris were so mindful and listened to absolutely everything we said we wanted and made sure to get every shot from the start to the very end of our wedding night. If you are struggling to pick a photographer just book them! My husband and I get very uncomfortable when we have to take too many photos, and to be honest I was super scared for the wedding because after my bridal shower I was extremely overwhelmed and anxious after all the photos I had to take. Our wedding day was the complete opposite and it’s all thanks to Rebecca and Chris. I was so relieved and felt so comfortable. They really made it their top priority to photograph us having the time of our lives on our wedding day and they did so perfectly and seamlessly. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We used Rebecca and Chris for our November 2021 wedding and are so happy with the whole process and pictures. We love our engagement shoot pictures as well as our wedding pictures. One great part about going through the pictures is saying things like, I don't remember Rebecca and Chris being there for that moment, and being so glad that they captured it. They managed to be flies on the wall during the party and captured great moments during our wedding.
Rebecca and Chris did a walk through of the venue with us as well as helping us plan our timeline. Not only did they care about getting great pictures, but they also cared about our comfort and satisfaction during the whole process.

Amazing experience from start to finish!
Rebecca and Chris were beyond amazing to work with from start to finish. We booked with them back in 2019 for a November 2020 wedding, but we had to postpone a year due to the pandemic. Luckily Rebecca was still available and flexible in our date change because the experience we had with them was amazing! They're pre planning kept us organized and the day off they really kept us on track sticking with our schedule to make sure everything went smoothly. We just received out photos and WOW! They are beyond beautiful! We laughed, we cried, the photos took us right back to our perfect day. We cannot recommend Rebecca Ferrier Photography enough. Perfect balance of professionalism and fun
My husband and I finally had our wedding in August 2021 after having to postpone our August 2020 date because of COVID. With all of the additional layers of complexity that came along with planning a wedding during COVID, Rebecca and Chris were very flexible and understanding of the changes that needed to be made. They have a fun dynamic between the two of them, which made them a pleasure to work with. We’re not people who are super comfortable being photographed, but they really helped us with building that comfort level by meeting with us a few times prior to our wedding day - for the initial consultation, for the engagement shoot, and for a venue walk through. On our wedding day, they were always available and “on” to catch great unpredictable shots throughout the evening. The transition from fun and casual Rebecca and Chris, who we met during our consultation and engagement shoot, to on point and laser focused Rebecca and Chris on our wedding day was truly amazing to see and exactly what we needed at the exact moments we needed it. The albums they created for us were also beautiful and a perfect representation of our wedding day. They are true professionals and we could not have been happier with our decision to choose them to capture one of the most important moments of our lives.

Rebecca Ferrier and her partner Chris are an unbelievable team that made it easy for a great wedding photo collection. As a two-person team, Rebecca and Chris made it easy for us to take beautiful family photos while were juggling kids. They’re Not Wedding Photos, They’re Art
I can honestly say that Rebecca and Chris are truly gifted photographers who are able to capture so much more than a good photograph. The pictures from our wedding, both the portraits and the candids, are absolutely beautiful works of art full of emotion. When you receive the online album with your pictures, you will have too many great shots to count. Who knew it would be so difficult to pick photos to frame and put in an album?! In addition to taking incredible photos, Rebecca and Chris are so professional, fun to work with, and really kept us on-schedule on our wedding day. When the wedding was over, my husband and I even talked about how we were going to miss Rebecca and Chris, because they were that enjoyable to be around! Most importantly, Rebecca and Chris do not leave things to chance. Look no further for a photographer because Rebecca and Chris are it! We can’t rave about them. While our wedding plans changed during Covid, Rebecca was so easy to work with and accommodating, she helped make a difficult time so much easier. I had first met Rebecca when I was a bridesmaid in a friend's wedding that she was documenting. I was so impressed by her ability to take such amazing pictures, yet at times you forgot she and Chris were even there. After seeing my friend's album, I was blown away by every picture. I knew that one day I would use them for my wedding. Originally I was having a small luncheon and hired a photographer to come for a couple of hours. With Covid, my original wedding plans were changed, and we rescheduled short notice for a small wedding. In my gut, I had this feeling that I was making the wrong decision, and I should reach out to Rebecca. Not even 5 minutes into our conversation, and I knew that I was making the right choice. Rebecca and Chris were so accommodating with less than 3 weeks to plan. They are truly an amazing pair and are able to work off of each other to capture the best shot. After the day is over, what you have left are the memories and the pictures and I couldn’t agree more. Our engagement photos were beautiful, and though we unfortunately had to postpone our big wedding this year, Rebecca joined us at our mini-ceremony and captured that special day perfectly. We highly recommend them, and are looking forward to working with them again at our big wedding next summer!

The details!!
Rebecca and Chris are so personable. Our family had nothing but good things to say about their interactions with them on our wedding day. They excel at vintage-looking photography and capturing the mood and spirit of special moments. I also appreciated the surprise and creative detailed shots I didn't know they took! For example, a photo of me in the background with a framed pressed flower decoration in the foreground we had up to honor my deceased grandparents. I had told them how important our decorations were to us and I appreciate that they kept that in mind to capture special shots in unexpected moments. Thank you, Rebecca and Chris!

Gorgeous, artistic, chic wedding photography!
Our experience with Rebecca was nothing short of perfect. I found her on Yelp when I searched for photographers in Jersey City and people had raved about her work; naturally, I cross referenced these reviews with her Instagram page and knew immediately she was the one we wanted to work with. My husband and I had the same vision for our wedding and our photos: simplistic, chic, non-traditional, and breathtaking. Rebecca delivered!!! She was so communicative; she responded immediately through email and made sure to have a phone conference with me shortly thereafter. I expressed our wishes and concerns and she offered ample, relevant suggestions. Her message was very clear: she worked for us and would do exactly as we wanted, regardless of other family members' desires (which can get overwhelming, especially on one's wedding day). We met at the space on our tasting day and Rebecca was early. She has such an artistic vision and knew exactly what we meant when we said we did not want the typical, "cheesy" wedding photography. She surveyed the space and was beaming with ideas. Our wedding was on a Thursday and she worked within our budget to make sure our pictures "told a story" (as she put it). She took pictures of me and my husband getting ready (separately, of course, and traveled between Tottenville, Staten Island, and Jersey City, New Jersey in a timely fashion). Her pictures of our intimate ceremony and then larger reception are amazing. She captured so many beautiful moments and made sure everyone who attended was photographed. Our guest list had just under 100 people and our wedding was in February. Rebecca is such a pleasure to work with; she is so warm and understanding. We are so glad we trusted her with our day.

Amazing Wedding Photographer!
We give our highest recommendation to work with Rebecca and Chris. We were originally supposed to get married in May 2020 but had to cancel because of the current pandemic and rescheduled to having a more intimate ceremony in June. Rebecca and Chris were completely accommodating with our fluctuating timeline and setting, and were readily available to clarify any logistical questions. On the day of our wedding, they were incredible. They had several settings to shoot in including a NYC apartment, Wall Street, and Central Park and did so thoroughly and efficiently. Rebecca and Chris were able to really capture a huge variety of moments including candid shots using their unique photojournalistic style. The pictures came out absolutely stunning, and since they were so thorough, our family and friends that couldn’t attend felt like they had been there. We cannot wait to have them photograph our bigger anniversary celebration next year. Thank you Rebecca and Chris!

Rebecca and Chris made being photographed easy! Most important takeaway: their photography style is natural, genuine and lets the couple really shine. From our first meeting, we could tell they would be fun and able to ease some of the pressure on the day, which proved to be absolutely true. Rebecca and Chris kept us organized and on a schedule. I am pretty awkward in front of a camera, but magically never felt this way on our wedding day! It felt like a collaborative effort when we were choosing where to take photos at the venue, but we definitely leaned on their creativity and vision. It's worth mentioning that we had an engagement shoot with Chris and Rebecca as well, which helped to build a rapport (and resulted in some amazing pictures). We are so, so happy they were part of our day!!

Rebecca and Chris are amazing to work with!! They were both so personable, approachable, efficient and a great team. They have worked together for many years and their compatibility was evident on my big day. My wedding pictures came out amazing ! I am so happy with how my pictures capture an authentic, easy-going but still beautiful vibe without being overly posed/staged. I loved how they did a venue walk-through prior to the wedding day, which was really helpful to get our bearings and know what locations at the venue were important to capture. We loved having our special moments captured by Rebecca and Chris!
I have always been drawn to photographers that capture the candid special moments and that is what made me want to use Rebecca Ferrier Photography. I had found them online and our venue had one of their photography sample books which reinforced our decision. The moment we met Rebecca and Chris we could tell they were going to be perfect in capturing exactly what we wanted. They did our engagement photos on one of the windiest days and our photos came out amazing!! The package we got included save the dates and thank you's and we received so many compliments from everyone on how amazing the photos were on both. Do yourself a favor and scratch 'photographer' off your wedding to do list, because Rebecca & Chris are IT! After Chris and Rebecca made the trip down to meet myself and my husband at our local coffee shop, we knew they were the ones for us! Rebecca and Chris were nothing short of spectacular to work with; despite myself and my husband's reluctance in front of the camera, they were great at making us feel comfortable
throughout our engagement shoot and of course on our big day! I cannot recommend Rebecca Ferrier enough. I was a wedding planner in a former life and knew a good photographer is the keystone of a perfect wedding day. Constant Reminder Of Our Magical Day
We are so glad we hired Rebecca Ferrier Photography to shoot our wedding! Rebecca and Chris where a dream to work with. They are professional in every sense of the word. They really knew were to take us to get the best pictures and backgrounds. We took portraits in Liberty State Park and Rebecca really made sure to not get anyone in the background, so it will look like we are the only ones there. Throughout the entire wedding, you didn't even notice them, but I knew they were capturing every moment and detail. From the very start Rebecca and Chris were a pleasure to work with and we are so glad that we chose them to be the photographers at our wedding! We were first introduced to their work through the recommendation of my aunt. Once we checked out the photos on their website and I spoke to Rebecca over the phone we were sold! Their photos captured special and real moments which was exactly what we were looking for. It was clear from Rebecca's authentic enthusiasm that each of the jobs that Rebecca and Chris take on is unique and important to them. Both Rebecca and Chris are always professional, honest, funny, kind, open-minded and incredibly skilled and passionate at capturing dynamic and beautiful photographs! They both work very hard to ensure that both the traditional wedding photos are perfect, as well as capturing very unique and creative shots that you wouldn't normally expect to see. We recently received our online album of photos in only a short couple of weeks after the wedding and are very pleased with them! We can't wait to get prints made up and our wedding album which we will cherish and enjoy for a lifetime! "My wife and I chose Rebecca Ferrier Photography for our September wedding at Waterloo Village, and we were blown away by Rebecca and Chris’s positivity, attentiveness to our needs, photographic creativity, and willingness to go above and beyond what we had ever expected.
We had never hired a photographer, and were immediately reassured by Rebecca’s personality, competitive pricing, her experience, and prior shoots at our venue. Leading up to the wedding, Rebecca made herself available by phone and email to coordinate numerous details, including an engagement shoot which helped break the ice and get us used to being in front of the camera. We also completed a form in advance of our wedding with a detailed list of portrait shots with family that we wanted, and Rebecca and Chris made sure that each were taken. Our engagement photos came out stunning, we framed two of them and placed them at our guest book for our wedding.
On the day of our wedding, Rebecca and Chris seamlessly photographed our bridesmaids and groomsmen in our hotel while we were getting ready. My wife’s bridesmaids had a blast with Rebecca, and Chris surprised me by nonchalantly speaking ASL with my cousin, all going to show how well rounded of a team they make. Nothing compares to what happened next: while riding in the limo to our reception, our limo rear ended a car on the interstate, leaving us on the side of the road, but apparently within view of Rebecca and Chris. Rebecca called us, we confirmed that we were in the limo they had just passed on the shoulder, and, without hesitating, Rebecca and Chris circled back, picked us up, and brought us to our venue; talk about putting your clients first! They saved the day. From there they worked diligently to stay on track and on schedule, to ensure that all of our requested photos were taken. They even stayed an extra hour later at our reception which we last minute requested so that we could get some photos of everyone on the dance floor. Rebecca and Chris treated us like family, and I know that our bridal party, family and friends felt the same; we all loved taking pictures with them because they made it so much fun. Rebecca and Chris make a great team, each taking photos from different perspectives and vantage points, to tell a story. They are truly passionate about what they do and it shows. The photos they captured of us and our day are truly beautiful, and are our greatest wedding keepsake. "

Absolutely love Rebecca and Chris!!!
My husband and I got married on 8/12/18 and could not be happier that we chose to have Rebecca and Chris capture our big day. From the very first meeting Rebecca and Chris made us feel completely comfortable and at ease. They were very accommodating with scheduling our engagement shoot in the spring, which had to be rescheduled once due to bad weather, and with planning out our wedding day. My husband and I are not the most comfortable in front of cameras, but Rebecca and Chris were able to make us feel relaxed during the engagement shoot, and captured incredible photos despite the day being frigid and overcast; we even got to have our dog join us for the session! We had such a great experience, by the time our wedding came around, we were excited and relaxed because knew what was expected in terms of photos and poses, and we felt like we knew Rebecca and Chris. They captured amazing photos of our ceremony on their drone, and took great candid shots of our guests and us throughout the night. It was important to my mom to have a photo of each of the guests' tables from the reception, and though we could not be in all of them, Rebecca and Chris knew this was something we wanted and made a point of getting a photo of each of the tables. They also snuck us outside for some great night time shots. We will definitely contact Rebecca and Chris again if we want professional photos for an event. We highly recommend them, they're the best and will not disappoint!

Rebecca did our engagement pictures summer of 2016 and immediately when we got them we were in love with them all. Rebecca and Chris shot our Jersey City winter wedding and we could not love the photos more!!! From our first meeting with them all the way through the big day and delivery of the final photos, they were incredibly professional, artistic, and SOOOO easy to work with!! We lucked out with a clear January day, but it was below freezing outside and they were totally on board with our wish to do our first look and bridal party pics outside, to take advantage of the gorgeous skyline (even though they were probably freezing). In addition to stunning portraits, they got tons of amazing detail and candid shots of us and our guests. We love our photos so much and are so thrilled we chose them to shoot our wedding. I'll also note that their prices are incredibly reasonable for the beautiful quality of their work. In this strange season of never-ending nor'easters, we lucked our with a clear and dry day. However, even if we hadn't, I am sure we would love their pics just as much. When searching for our photographer, we paid special attention to how different photographers captured moments in rain, snow, wind, and indoor shots (since we were planning a January wedding), and Rebecca and Chris' work truly stands out regardless of the weather they shoot in. Beautiful vision and the final photos always look so natural -- nothing ever looks forced, fake, or cheesy. You cannot go wrong with these two!!!! (P.S. - the weddingwire file size limit for pics is 10MB and there is a 10 photo limit, if I could, I would have included way more).

Hiring Rebecca & Chris for our June 10th wedding was one of the best decisions we could have possibly made. I remember feeling overwhelmed when trying to choose a wedding photographer--there are SO many in the area and of course there are so many that do amazing work. While Rebecca and Chris create beautiful stories through their photography, I think what really sets them apart is who they are and what they try to document. When my fiance and I first met them, our decision was easy. Rebecca and Chris are both kind, down-to-earth, and so easy to talk to. Rebecca is bubbly and upbeat, and Chris is cool, calm, and collected. Neither my husband nor I are super comfortable behind a camera, but they reassured us that their focus was natural photography. My worst nightmare was having to pose and create my own photos, but Rebecca and Chris totally eliminated my fears. They somehow took unbelievably beautiful wedding and engagement photos that were natural and really captured the emotion and feel of the moment. They made us feel comfortable, treated us like family, and took the time to really get to know us. They were excellent at rallying our families and taking family portrait photos very fast (which is what we wanted). They were also kind, patient and extremely helpful and flexible when we had a major issue with our venue and had to rearrange our day. My fiancé and I met Rebecca and Chris at a coffee shop a year before our wedding. We knew from our first conversation that they understood our vision and had some amazing ideas of their own. One of the packages included a timeline from the getting ready photos to photos of the cake cutting. This package was perfect for the long day and the many photo locations we had planned. We knew we wanted Rebecca and Chris to capture our wedding day.
Our wedding day getting ready pictures started at 10am. We then went to the Hoboken train station for our first look. We took before the ceremony portraits in the train station. These pictures were the most unique photos we have ever seen taken in the train station. Our wedding theme was vintage travel and the pictures really captured this theme. We then went down to St. Francis Church in Hoboken. Rebecca and Chris captured every moment of the ceremony and the emotions of everyone in the church. We then headed to Skylands Manor where some great pictures of the wedding party with our vintage limo were taken on the road outside the castle. The photos taken in the castle were breathtaking. We took our family and wedding party pictures outside on the beautifully landscaped grounds. Rebecca and Chris also took a memorable picture near the pond which we thought was amazing. Rebecca and Chris snapped all the important photos during the reception. They took fantastic pictures of everyone dancing and chatting. The last picture taken of the cake cutting was at 10pm and they spent a total of 12 hours working with us. Now when we look at the wedding pictures we can still feel all the emotions of our wedding day. We are so happy we chose Rebecca and Chris to be our wedding photographers.

We cannot say enough good things about Rebecca & Chris. The two of them are a perfect duo. We booked them for our wedding after seeing the beautiful and natural photos they took at our friend’s wedding. We met with them at a coffee shop in Jersey City. They shared their story and creative work with us. We loved that we never felt pressured to book; it was so relaxed.
Once we decided to book for our wedding, they offered us an engagement shoot so they could get to know us better as a couple before the big day. They also met with us at our venue the week before our wedding. We had so much fun planning where our family portrait, bridal party, and bride & groom shots would take place. We had gotten to know Rebecca and Chris so well that we were excited to see them the day of our wedding; we felt like they were guests, not vendors.
The day of our wedding, Rebecca and Chris rolled with it all. We have a large family and we had a huge bridal party too. They embraced our excited and somewhat unruly bunch and took amazing natural photos; they also were able to rally the troops for a good portrait or two!
We are so in love with the photos of us as bride and groom...from the photos of us “getting ready” to the “just married” ceremony shots to the portraits, cake cutting, first dance, and letting lose candids at the reception...
My husband and I reminisce about our wedding and the indescribable happiness; we feel that Rebecca and Chris truly captured our emotions. I felt beautiful, happy, and so in love —� my pictures perfectly portray that. We have had so many people tell us our photos look like they are straight out of a magazine and so many of our vendors have asked to share our photos.

I could go on for days about how happy I am that we found & used RFP for our wedding photography but I’ll do my best to keep this short & concise. Rebecca and Chris are not only amazing photographers but also incredible people that we found to be friendly, attentive, reliable, and overall really enjoyable to be around. I think RFP may be a little pricier than what most people spend (or plan to spend) but they are worth every penny (to be fair, I was speaking with photographers who were much more $$$$ and I think RFPs photos are much better!). Some our photos look like they are straight out of a magazine! In addition to getting some incredible shots of us, our families and friends, Rebecca & Chris really showcased how incredible our venue was (Maritime Parc Aviary Room) and took advantage of Liberty State Park next door (hello stunning NYC skyline!). It’s important to note that we wanted our ceremony/reception to be very laid back so we didn’t have a real timeline or schedule with many of the important moments happening a bit spontaneously but Rebecca & Chris just rolled with it and managed to capture everything. They also worked fast and were unobtrusive so we didn’t feel like we were missing out on the evening taking photos or that we had a camera in our face the entire night. What I love most but couldn’t appreciate until seeing my own wedding photos was that Rebecca & Chris don’t just take photos, they truly capture the emotions & feelings. When I think about my wedding day I remember feeling so beautiful and so happy – and when I saw my photos I couldn’t believe that those emotions came through in every.single.photo! And in case you are thinking I am just biased, we’ve had multiple people comment – unsolicited - on how stunning our photos are and also how truly happy we look in all of them. We also had engagement photos done with RFP which I highly recommend. These two are amazing and I cannot recommend them enough!!

Rebecca photographed our wedding on New Year's Eve. While other photographers wanted to upcharge for the holiday, Rebecca was flexible and fair with the price. I was so appreciative that she was able to adjust her package to accomodate our budget! She was so prompt in responding to our questions and was a pleasure to work with from start to finish! I really have nothing but great things to say about Rebecca. We were married at Kolo Klub in Hoboken and Rebecca was familiar with the venue and the best lighting to use in such a dimly light space with no natural light. Since she was the only photographer she made sure to check with us what our "must have" photos were, and she captured all of them perfectly! She made everyone feel comfortable as she photographed portraits and she was practically invisible as she captured candids of the party. All the photos came out BEAUTIFUL! It's amazing that just one photographer captured every single special moment of the night. There is not one guest (out of 100 guests) missing from our wedding album. We couldn't be happier with how everything worked out!

My advice to any couple looking for a wedding photographer is to book Rebecca & Chris! We were BEYOND happy with every aspect of working with them from our engagement shoot through the photos we received from our wedding! They both have an artistic touch that allowed us to get truly unique photos! My husband and I have both been in a lot of weddings with the standard bridal party & family portraits. While we did have those standard shots, the lighting and angles made them better than any of my friends wedding photos...not to mention the pictures outside of the portraits are STUNNING and we literally look like models in print ads! They both captured moments so special to us & we are so grateful to have these images forever! Rebecca & Chris couldn't have been any easier to work with and our bridal party also pointed out how nice they both were! Again, being in a lot of weddings we have all seen snotty photographers snapping at us to get the mandatory photos. You can tell Rebecca & Chris love what they do and it resonates through the time we spent with them and the end results!! Meet with them now because they book up fast!!!

From the moment we came across their website we knew Rebecca and Chris were the perfect fit for documenting our wedding day. We loved how natural and in the moment their photography style was without feeling too staged, and their use of lighting and capturing unique environments was spectacular. When it came to meeting with them and hashing out details it always felt more like a conversation between friends rather than a vendor/client relationship, and all our questions and requests were met with an open mind. On the day of, other than the family portraits we did at the church, you would have never known they were there, which was perfect for the candid style of photos we were going for. And even though we generally knew what to expect (we were there after all) we were still amazed at how beautiful the photos came out and the sheer volume that were taken. We are really luck to have found Rebecca and Chris, and we HIGHLY recommend them.

Rebecca and Chris are an amazing photography team. Our wedding and engagement (they did both) are artistic and beautiful, and they captured a great mix of portraits and fun party candids. We have over 800 photos, and I can honestly say I am amazed by all of them. Our wedding was in Jersey City – and we have so many creative photos of us in front of the NYC skyline, on the water, and even on a boat (!), all views I could have never imagined.
From our first conversation, I knew we were in good hands. They are easy to talk to, discuss ideas, and are good at explaining their vision, as well as listening and translating my thoughts. Rebecca and Chris create a really comfortable environment, and it is very easy to remain at ease in front of the camera around them. I would use the term laid back – but I want to stress they are two absolute professionals, so even though their demeanor and vibe seems chill, they are diligently working behind the lens to capture you and your partner at your best.
They are both an absolute pleasure to work with. They are very easy to get in touch with, respond very quickly, and take a lot of time to get to know the couple – including walk throughs, in person meetings, and endless phone calls. They are also very affordable for a duo, and it was great having them for our day time getting ready pics.

Rebecca and Chris were utterly amazing. Efficient, affordable, and they take honest, beautiful photos. We look like ourselves in our wedding pictures - nothing cheesy or ridiculous that looks forced. So many wedding photographers try to put your in their cookie-cutter photo setups, and this was definitely not the case with RFP. [Note - I (bride) model for work, and was very VERY picky when choosing a photographer.] Rebecca and Chris know how to properly light a photo (and many of ours were indoors for our winter wedding--which makes lighting harder). Thanks to their positive and patient nature, Rebecca and Chris even managed to get the most tough-to-wrangle relatives into photos - and AMAZING photos at that!
During our reception, as various groups of people would get together for pics on their phones, Rebecca would pop out of nowhere and take a pro photo. We have pictures we never thought we would get! They went over and above!
Another wonderful thing about this duo - they met with us two weeks before our wedding to plan and plot out what we wanted at our venue. Therefore, we felt extremely comfortable and confident in our photographers once the wedding day came - no stress!
Rebecca is immensely sweet, Chris is calm and easygoing; as a team they are punctual, positive, and exactly the right balance of efficient and fun. They are amazing, we are so, so pleased, and YOU SHOULD BOOK THEM AS YOUR WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER!

Rebecca photographed a Save the Date/Engagement Shoot for my fiancee, her dog, and myself in a park in Montclair NJ. She was prompt in her response, extremely flexible in location and timing, and a true professional during the shoot. Our dog was not the easiest to work with but she was patient with us which resulted in some great shots. She had great ideas during the shoot and she also incorporated our ideas into the shoot as well. I can't recommend her enough to those looking for a great photographer.

My husband and I knew that we would be using Rebecca and Chris as our wedding photographers well before we were ever engaged. They photographed my sister's wedding, a friend's wedding, and other family events. Every single time, they were absolutely fabulous! They are fun to work with, super creative, and very flexible. My husband found Rebecca and Chris from an online search looking for a good photographer located in Jersey City to capture our engagement proposal. Rebecca was pleasant, professional and responded timely to emails. This put My husband at ease while planning his surprise proposal to me. Obviously I said yes and Rebecca and Chris's work spoke for itself. They did an amazing job at capturing this special moment in our lives, which made it an easy decision for us to choose them as our wedding photographers as well. Again they did an amazing job with the photography, capturing small details, scenic views, portraits and both expected and unexpected special moments. Aside from the quality of the work and the final products, my husband and I truly appreciated their ever present passion for photography. With all of the wonderful, and sometimes stressful chaos of planning a wedding it was refreshing and delightful to have a vendor sincerely invested in your day.
After the wedding our expectations were exceeded by the level of professionalism and creativity showcased in the photography AND the special touches in the final products. Rebecca and Chris designed beautiful, artful 'thank you' cards that our families raved about. We also received a wooden flash drive with all of the photos. We are still waiting on a couple portraits and our album, but we are sure they will be of the highest quality -- that is what we have come to expect from Rebecca Ferrier Photography. (The fact that we don't have them yet has nothing to do with them, we just finally finished picking our photos. We have gotten things back in an extremely timely manner through the entire process.)
Additionally, I think it speaks volumes that my sister hired Rebecca to shoot our next family party. Can't say enough about these two, but I will add that they're stuck with us as clients for a long time.

Rebecca made me, my sister and especially my mom feel comfortable from start to finish. It's hard to capture 25 years in a moment but honestly she did. My mom has trouble getting around these days but Rebecca made sure she was taken care of and safe. The shoot and photographs were a present from my sister and I to my mom. We almost lost her a fews years back so we wanted to get some beautiful pictures of my mom and her girls. I thought the pictures would show the struggle and the love and the hardships but when I look at them all I see is us laughing. They are really special.

Rebecca and Chris are extraordinary photographers! I met them several years ago, and they were always my pick for my wedding! So far, they have photographed our engagement pictures (which I am obsessed with!) and we are looking forward to our wedding! They do not disappoint!

Rebecca and Chris were wonderful work to with and very professional. They took all of the traditional shots and many artistic shots we never would have though to ask for. Our pictures look amazing and truly capture all of the emotions we were feeling throughout the day.

Rebecca and Chris were great. Got the pictures back and I was floored by how good they were and what they were able to capture. You think you see your photographers taking shots but when we got back the pics there were all sorts of moments they were able to capture that I didn't even know they were shooting. We needed a photographer last minute to take some engagement shots, and Rebecca was fortunately available and really accommodating. We met at the High Line and she was so energetic and enthusiastic that we just fed off her energy. You could tell that she really has a passion for what she does. My fiance and I really love candid shots, and she made us feel so comfortable that it was like she was capturing moments in time. And the photos themselves turned out even better than we could have hoped! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is looking for great photos and a wonderful photographer!

Rebecca and Chris were a dream to work with. They were extremely professional and answered all my questions and always very quick in response time.
Not only did they capture such great pictures during our engagement shoot, but the wedding pictures came out just as we envisioned...amazing!! I still get compliments today from my Bridemaids about how awesome Rebecca and Chris were. Rebecca and Chris really do make a great team and I hope to work with them again one day in the future.

My husband and I are so happy we chose Rebecca Ferrier Photography for our big day! Rebecca and Chris are an amazing team and we have the most beautiful pictures to remember our day. They were so much fun to work with both during the engagement shoot and on our wedding day. Planning was simple with Rebecca and Chris and they did a great job of following up before our wedding day, were on time the day of, and posted our beautiful pictures within about 6 weeks after our wedding! We did not feel pressured or overwhelmed by their presence getting ready, during our ceremony, or at our reception- at times I forgot they were even there! Rebecca and Chris were never in our faces interrupting us to get shots, they just knew what would make a great picture (and we literally have hundreds of them!) They were open to ideas that my husband and I had for pictures and executed them beautifully! We would recommend Rebecca and Chris to anyone we know- they truly deserve the 5 star rating we are giving them and my husband and I cannot wait to use their services again!
