  Amazing work and experience even in the midst of the Coronavirus

  I came to Reads in early March 2020 with an idea for a custom engagement ring but no knowledge or idea of where to start. Christy and others were so helpful in teaching me about different designs and concepts. Even in the midst of the pandemic chaos they were able to import several unique diamonds in a short amount of time, help me in designing the PERFECT ring but also cultivated an environment with trust, respect, and comfortability that I walked out with the end product with so much confidence I proposed to my girlfriend (now fiancé) EARLY.

  We have purchased quite a few pieces of Jewerly from Reads for years now and have always been 100% satisfied! They are very professional and accommodating to your needs. Beautiful Jewerly and very original and Unique! If you have something specifically you want they can definitely do it!

  Read's was great, my fiance and I looked for engagement rings in the fort worth area and ended up getting a custom rose gold ring with a matte finish from Reads. The turn around time was about three weeks from the day that my fiance picked out which diamond to be put in. All Communication with Reads was clear and they were very friendly and helpful when trying to make decisions, we will definitely be returning to them for both of our wedding bands. They have been absolutely wonderful to work with!

  Read's was great, my fiance and I looked for engagement rings in the fort worth area and ended up getting a custom rose gold ring with a matte finish from Reads.   Read's Jewelers in Fort Worth were increadible from the moment we walked in the door. My fiance and I looked for my engagement ring together before he proposed (highly recommend this) and we were blown away with the quality, service and VALUE! We shopped all the Dallas diamond dealers that are supposed to have the best deals and nothing could compete with the prices I got at Read's. We also custom ordered my fiance's weding band and mine there. They will be our jeweler for life!

  Reads Jewelers is Great! They worked with me on my husbands wedding band until it was perfect. They even added special engraving for free. They hand-engraved my husbands wedding band and worked with me on a payment plan that fit my paychecks. They did an AMAZING job and his ring looks beautiful. My husband does not get into jewelry but he loves his ring. We have never seen another one like it. Reads does VERY great work, the employees are very friendly, and they are honest about everything they do. I HIGHLY recommend this store for your husbands wedding band (I don't know about the girl jewelry). It is a bit pricey when you only see the prices, but the finished product is VERY worth the price and looks even more expensive than it was. Reads Jewelers is great :)

  My fiance and i went to their store to order my wedding band i tried on a blank and it fit properly when they got it back 8 weeks later the ring was too small they engraved the wrong ring. The ring was great. Except for it being to small they re ordered the ring and had it in 3 days. When we saw it we were disappointed that it didnt look as good as the first one when we asked to see the first one to compare and make sure the original had t been stretched they said the engraver had it when we talked to the owner the next day they said it had been sold. When we ordered the ring we were told it takes 40 hrs to engrave when we asked how they got it back so quick we were told it only takes 13 hrs to engrave. My fiance and i were assured that they would make it right no matter what. We were Called a few days later by the owner to refund our deposit. When i asked why we were told that there was no guarantee they could do it right the third time so they are sending us a refund. We made 3 trips out there from Ga to get our wedding band and it turned out to be a waste of time and money. We kept getting conflicting stories when we asked questions, so you can understand why we felt like they were not being honest with us they also said they were told to rush the second ring and we told them from the the wedding wasnt till october. I am really disappointed i wanted my ring to be as special as the girl i was going to spend the rest of my life with. My fiance is stressed out because she doesnt wan t me to get just any old ring she wa ted it to be really special as well. We werent going to settle for something below the standards of what we know they can produce that i will be wearing the rest of my life
