Renee and her team are absolutely incredible. From the moment we first interviewed them, it was obvious they were the ones for the job. Not only were they familiar with so many Baltimore locations, vendors and processes but the vendors themselves all said "oh yeah, if you hired RCC you're in the best hands." And they were NOT wrong. They are organized, thorough, creative, experienced, honest, concise and more. Renee is one of those professional that when she says she has it covered, the job is done and done WELL....and we are the most grateful for that. RCC helped pull off the wedding of our dreams even when we threw very nontraditional, unique ideas at them. Truly amazing! Thank you for EVERYTHING -

Hiring Renee and her team was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Renee, Krista, and the entire team made the planning process seamless—especially for someone like me who values clear communication, structured timelines, and well-defined milestones. From the beginning, they took the time to understand our vision and ultimately exceeded our expectations in every way.
We hosted multiple events over the weekend, including a welcome reception, wedding ceremony, and farewell brunch, and RCC supported us flawlessly throughout each one. RCC proactively coordinated with our entire vendor team well in advance, ensuring everyone was aligned on the schedule and key timeline milestones. Their attention to detail and organization allowed us to fully enjoy the entire experience, knowing everything was being expertly managed behind the scenes.

Hiring Renee was one of the best decisions we made! She met with me throughout the planning process, shared great recommendations, and created detailed timelines that kept everyone — vendors, family, and bridal party — perfectly on track.
On the wedding day, Renee and her amazing partner, Krista, handled everything: décor setup, vendor coordination, ceremony timing, even distributing tips and cleanup afterward. I didn’t have to worry about a thing.
As a Type-A bride, it’s not easy to let go, but Renee made it possible. Her organization, calm energy, and attention to detail allowed me to actually relax and enjoy the day. I can’t recommend her enough! -

Best in the business!
Renee and Jess from RCC absolutely crushed our recent wedding at the Chesapeake Bay Foundation! From the first time we met them, they were true professionals and helped us start planning our wedding. They’d go above and beyond to find us different vendors, and even found us our officiant! On the wedding day was when they truly shined, with rain in the forecast right at the time of the ceremony, they had multiple back up options but made us feel comfortable and relaxed all day! Grateful 2025 couple!
Renee, Krista and her team were fantastic! My biggest fear was that I would be too worried about keeping everyone on time that I wouldn't be able to enjoy the day, but I honestly had no idea what time it was all day, and everything went off without a hitch!

We are beyond satisfied with the services provided by the team at RCC. As a type-A bride myself, I was initially hesitant to delegate parts of this process, but Renee and Chasity put my mind at ease from the start, making me feel confident that everything was handled with care and expertise. Renee is THE wedding planner - look no further!! From the jump, she took us under her wing and answered any and all questions we had, was extremely attentive, and made us feel comfortable and prepared. Having planned too many weddings to count, she really knows the industry and all the ins and outs of planning a wedding. She met with us multiple times leading up to the wedding, and always came prepared with outlines, itineraries, and details that we would have never thought of! She also is the sweetest and so easy to get along with. Truly felt like we had known her for years.
With regards to communication, she was extremely responsive, and always kept us in the loop. As we got closer to the wedding, and things inevitably became more hectic, vendors would email us questions and before I could even think of a response, Renee had already replied and had the situation handled. I can’t tell you the amount of ease and stress relief Renee brought us.
The weekend of the wedding, my husband and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Her team was quick and efficient and got things done. Our ceremony and reception set up was done exactly the way we had described and even exceeded expectations when we told her to use her creative liberties! I am the type to stress about details and worry about things running smoothly, but on our wedding day, I didn’t think twice about anything but enjoying the day. We knew Renee had it handled. If I thought of something last minute to bring up to Renee she would immediately say with ease, “we have it handled, don’t worry about a thing!!” I can’t emphasize how much that meant to us.
My biggest advice to anyone planning a wedding would be to book a wedding planner and to get RENEE!!!! We will forever look back on our wedding knowing we, and everyone at our wedding, fully enjoyed every second and were not swept up in day-of tasks and duties. No one was stressed or worried about getting something done. People got to relax, party, and just enjoy themselves, because Renee had it handled.RCC Weddings & Events's reply:

Renee and Krista were AMAZING to work with throughout the planning process and were such invaluable assets on our wedding days. They recommended several vendors that we ended up loving, were so communicative throughout the whole process, made sure all details and vendors were organized/on time, and were also just really kind and lovely people to have around. Throughout the whole planning time, we had access to a super detailed and organized timeline and Google Drive that helped us stay on top of everything. We felt so secure knowing the day would go smoothly because of all the collaboration and work from the RCC team, and sure enough it was beautiful! We do not know how we would have planned the wedding and handled the day of the ceremony without Renee. We hired Renee for day of coordination but she was helpful through every step of the planning process. She was very organized and her Timeline became the guide we used to make sure we had every detail covered including things we did not even think about like what drink we wanted when we first walked into the Cocktail Hour. We did not have to worry about vendor arrivals, setting up and taking down decor, or anything the day of the wedding because Renee had it covered. If there were any issues, we did not know about them because Renee knew exactly what to do. Highly recommend RCC Weddings and Events!

Hiring Renee as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we could have made. She put together an entire plan, helped us find vendors and then executed all of our contracts to ensure everything came together perfectly. She stayed through the event and monitored everything and everyone to keep things on task so I didn't worry about a thing. The wedding turned out beautiful and I didn't have to stress at all! I can't say enough amazing things about RCC. From the first meeting with Renee & Krista, I knew we made the right decision. My husband and I were skeptical about hiring a day of coordinator in general, just thinking we were pretty Type A & organized and wouldn't need it. The hundred extra things Renee had on her checklists and timelines were things we just didn't even think to discuss 2 months out. Our meetings were so detailed (and in person, which was amazing) and Renee calmed my every nerve. On the day of, Krista KILLED IT. I cannot say enough how seamless our wedding day was, how the execution of the timeline was perfect, and how much care Krista and her assistant took in setting up all our personal decor items. She seemed to be in a million places at once but was never disorganized or lost. She stayed til the end and made sure cleanup was a breeze and we received back all our gifts & personal decor items. Krista also took some photos / videos of our last private dance since the photographer had already left. Hiring RCC was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. We got married at the American Visionary Art Museum in September 2023 and hired Renee initially because of all of RCC’s glowing reviews and the fact that her team was familiar with our venue & had experience with Indian weddings. From the moment we hired them, we knew we had made the right decision and were in the best hands we could be in. It was immediately apparent that RCC is well-established in the Baltimore wedding industry and it is very comforting to work with a coordinator that is familiar with/has worked with many of your vendors. For the ~8 months we worked with them prior to our wedding day, they were quick to respond, provided excellent suggestions for every question we had, and were tremendously professional in every interaction. The timeline Renee put together was outstanding and the level of detail that went into it calmed our nerves. We are a pretty Type A couple and we hired exactly the right team to plan our dream wedding day. Leading up to our wedding day, we mostly worked with Renee, who was extremely detail-oriented and guided us expertly through every planning and timeline decision we had to make. On the day of, Krista and Jess executed our absolute dream wedding. We were told, unprompted, by multiple guests that the day was well-organized and ran smoothly. That was entirely the work of Krista and Jess. They went above and beyond in every element of their day-of-coordination, which is most exemplified by the fact that if anything didn’t go according to plan, we and the guests truly had no idea - the ultimate sign of a well-run day! Our only regret is that we didn’t get a photo with the RCC team, but that’s the price of working tirelessly behind-the-scenes!! Highly Recommended! The best wedding coordinator!
We highly recommend RCC Wedding and Events. Renee was exceptionally professional, organized, patient, and all-around an amazing wedding coordinator for us. As our month-of coordinator, Renee really went above and beyond anything we had expected. She gave us reminders throughout our booking process, recommended various vendors, and of course, ran the perfect wedding day for us. She coordinated with all of the vendors in the weeks leading up to the day and designed and facilitated the wedding schedule during the event. She read all of our contracts to make sure we didn't miss anything, attended our rehearsal, and did our set up on the day of. We had a 170 person outdoor wedding, so running a tight a ship as she did was no easy task! We went into the wedding day so calm all due to her hard work and coordination. She was easy to communicate with, and just an all-around calming and kind presence on the day. She really made our dream wedding a reality!RCC Weddings & Events's reply:

Hiring Renee and her team was the best decision we could have made for our wedding. We were lucky enough to have w Krista as our day of coordinator and if you also get her know you’re going to have the best day cause of her. Everyone we worked with wa s professional and validated everything we wanted and were feeling. Their “day of” coordination was so much more and worth every penny. Seriously. Please if you’re considering hiring them DO IT. It will make your big day more about you and less about stress.

Best wedding investment!
Hiring Renee and the RCC team was the best wedding investment my husband and I made - we can genuinely say our wedding was perfect, and if there were any hiccups the day of, we never found out about them.
Even though we hired Renee for Day-of-coordinator services, Renee met with us SIX months ahead of time to make sure we were on the right track. No other DoC we met with offered that unless we booked wedding planning services. Renee is highly organized, quick to respond, and meticulous in every aspect. The timeline she created was so thorough and organized it helped the wedding day run very smoothly. My husband and I were fully able to enjoy the wedding week but, most importantly, the wedding day! We were so confident in the RCC team that we weren't concerned at all about what was happening while we were getting ready or even concerned that we would miss anything during the actual wedding. She brought my vision to life, and everything turned out gorgeous. Even our venue point of contact said that Renee is one of the best DoC's they've worked with. Best Decision!
Renee was absolutely an invaluable asset on our wedding day. We hired her as our day of coordinator but the support she offered went way past that. We spoke so highly of her after one meeting that my mother-in-law also decided to have her help out with the rehearsal dinner/welcome party.
In the months leading up to the wedding, Renee was so flexible with in person meetings to go through our timeline and details, making us feel confident going into the wedding. Outside the in person meetings, Renee was incredibly responsive throughout numerous vendor and venue issues. She collaborated with us on tweaking the timeline to fit our concerns and desires, managed contact with our vendors in order to share the timeline and confirm various details, and was present for every venue walk through we had.
Guests and vendors all commented on how organized she was and what a pleasure she was to work with – and she was by far our favorite vendor. Our wedding weekend was seamless all due to Renee!
Given challenges we faced, we are truly convinced our wedding would not have happened without her. Having Renee with us throughout the wedding planning process was the best decision we made, and we would hire her a million times over. I recommend Renee to anyone planning an event!

HIRE RENEE!! RCC was hands down the best vendor on our wedding team. I don't think I would have made it without Renee. Renee is professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. About six months out, we started tackling our "to-do" list and timeline. Renee kept us on track and made recommendations to maximize our dancing time at the reception, yet allowed us to move through the day calmly and efficiently. As a type-A person, I live for Renee's day-of timeline. We were able to collaborate on the timeline's software, and make notes for the weeks and days leading up to the wedding. Renee coordinated with our other vendors and ran our rehearsal with ease. The day-of, Renee and Rachel were supportive, kind, and handled everything. If something went wrong, I didn't know that it did. We love, love, love Renee and are so happy that she was such a big part of our planning experience and day. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Let me start with this: I postponed my wedding not 3, but 4 times. Renee stayed by my side for over 2 years while wedding planning, and I don't think I would have made it through planning a covid wedding without her. Renee was extremely responsive, organized, kind and patient. All of my vendors loved working with her, and knowing she had things under control allowed me and my husband to fully enjoy our day. Even with COVID restrictions she was prompt on our planning and kept us up to date on what we needed to be planning. She is fantastic with coordinating with other vendors and keeping everyone on the same track... she made us feel perfectly comfortable on our wedding day and we were able to ACTUALLY ENJOY our big day! Working with Renee was honestly so wonderful. I had most of the wedding planning down but I wanted the extra help so I decided to hire her for day of services. Planning a wedding during Covid was one of the hardest things to do but Renee made the whole experience so much easier. From answering my millions of questions to throwing in suggestions when I was lost to just being so upbeat and positive about the whole situation. She kept me on my toes and made sure I wasn’t missing anything. She was so responsive and was always checking in with me. On my wedding day I had absolutely no worries. My daughter and I met Renee in January 2020 and we fell in love with her bubbly personality!
She's very organized and detailed, making the decisions easy to make and helping with ideas and suggestions.
My daughter's wedding was going to be this September 2020, but unfortunately with Covid we had to postpone and change the venue and Church location for 2021! In all this Renee is been very helpful and calmed us down through the whole process.
With all this I don't feel like we Hired a "Day of Wedding Coordinator", because Renee has been in touch with us for the past eight months, responding to our emails, and all the questions that would come to our mind with reassurance and confidence.
I can't wait to return for another review after my daughter's wedding next year!

My fiance and I hired RCC for day-of coordination but they have been SO much more than that. Not only do they offer incredible services for a reasonable price, but they care about what is important to their clients (the names of friends and family, where your personal items are placed and kept safe, etc.). Because of the pandemic, we have made the difficult decision to postpone our wedding and they were the easiest part of postponing, hands down. If you are considering whether to hire a day-of coordinator, DO IT and hire Renee! My now-husband and I were on the fence about whether we should hire a coordinator, but met with Renee about two months before our November wedding and both were in agreement afterwards that we had to have Renee on our team. We had planned the whole wedding ourselves and were a little hesitant on the value add of a coordinator, but after our initial meeting with Renee it became clear to us how much stress she would save us not even just on the wedding day, but in the weeks leading up to it. She was so organized and on top of everything throughout the whole process and was so helpful in answering all the many questions I had. She brought up details we had not even thought of and built those into what was probably the most detailed, color-coordinated timeline I have ever seen! Having her coordinate with all the vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding was extremely helpful and I can honestly say I was not nearly as stressed out as I expected to be the day of the wedding and the few days before, because I knew Renee and Rachel would have everything under control, and they did. Looking back, it would have been way too much to have a friend or family member try and set everything up and it was amazing to show up to our wedding ceremony and reception and see everything come to life! Our only slight regret was not having Renee and Rachel stay there longer! Hiring Renee was one of our best wedding decisions, hands down and we can’t thank her enough!RCC Weddings & Events's reply:

All I have to say is “wow”. I didn’t think I would need a wedding coordinator, but after listening to my family’s and friends’ advice I caved in and it was a game-changer. I don’t think I could have pulled off the day without Renee. In her post-wedding email to me she said she was happy she could play a “small part” in our big day... if only she realized how crucial she actually was. I would recommend her to EVERY bride/groom, and I already am.
I like to consider myself a planner, but I quickly learned that I am actually a very stressed procrastinator... and Renee kept me in check. Because of her, I took new ideas and facts into consideration that I had never before crossed my mind, and all of her suggestions worked out beautifully. Renee (despite her own busy schedule) kept in touch with my vendors so closely that I felt there was nothing left for me to worry about at the end of the day. She cleared up any and all misunderstandings and handled “messes” (like my original DJ cancelling) before I even knew about it myself. She was never pushy, she cooled my nerves on the wedding day and all months leading up, and I can truly say she has become my friend out of this entire experience.
One thing I will say is... I had quite a few issues with a few of my other vendors that came highly recommended. Renee is the only one that I had ZERO difficulty working with, and I will not stop singing her praises. My family loved her too (you will find she becomes a household name after a while). Every bride deserves as many positive experiences leading up to their day as possible, and Renee is there to help that happen. I can honestly tell this isn’t about the money for her, it’s about creating an important day for her clients and sharing in their excitement. Please take my word on this one.

I've worked events as part of my job, so when it came to wedding planning, I thought, "How hard could this be?" Well, with 3.5 months to go before our wedding date, we were definitely in over our heads and needed help. Renee was there to save the day. I could tell from our initial phone call alone that she was thoughtful, caring, and would do everything she could to help us put on our dream wedding - even though we did not know what our dreams were yet ourselves! We hired her for her "Day-of-Coordination (DOC)/Wedding Management, partial package" but it truly was so much more. She met with us several times, was always available over email, and gave us excellent advice & resources to keep us on track. She took on as many tasks as possible to help us be as stress-free as possible. On the day itself, everything went so smoothly and beautifully. The way she arranged our wedding decorations/personals and repurposed our ceremony flowers was better than I imagined.
