Renee at RCC Weddings and Events did an absolutely perfect job coordinating our Baltimore wedding. We booked Renee as a "day of" coordinator but she helped us plan our timeline and vendors as early as 6-9 months before the actual event! We would recommend her to anyone. Renee's personal style is organized, friendly, professional, and experienced. She is there to help make your event a success in any way she can, and her wealth of experience in the industry means that she always had good advice, tips and tricks, and helpful ideas. We also found Renee's services to be very competitively priced, coming in lower than many day/month of coordinators. We would recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, fun, and experienced wedding coordinator.

The Best Wedding Planner!
Hiring Renee and the RCC team was the best decision we made for our wedding. From the first phone call, we knew we had to hire Renee because she is incredibly kind, professional, organized, very responsive, and definitely undercharges for everything she does. We had met with a few other wedding planners who were inflexible about budgets they would work with, minimums, etc but Renee pushed that aside and genuinely wanted to know what our vision was and how she could help us have the wedding of our dreams. Renee loves her job and it shows throughout the entire process. She met with us multiple times, provided an online portal for scheduling and details, recommended amazing vendors, and made our wedding vision a reality. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. Everything magically happened on time and without any hiccups. We were absolutely glowing throughout the day. We will genuinely miss working with Renee. Best wedding investment!
Hiring Renee and the RCC team was the best wedding investment my husband and I made - we can genuinely say our wedding was perfect, and if there were any hiccups the day of, we never found out about them.
Even though we hired Renee for Day-of-coordinator services, Renee met with us SIX months ahead of time to make sure we were on the right track. No other DoC we met with offered that unless we booked wedding planning services. Renee is highly organized, quick to respond, and meticulous in every aspect. The timeline she created was so thorough and organized it helped the wedding day run very smoothly. My husband and I were fully able to enjoy the wedding week but, most importantly, the wedding day! We were so confident in the RCC team that we weren't concerned at all about what was happening while we were getting ready or even concerned that we would miss anything during the actual wedding. She brought my vision to life, and everything turned out gorgeous. Even our venue point of contact said that Renee is one of the best DoC's they've worked with. Hire Renee, you won't regret it!

Renee was absolutely amazing from start to finish! She truly made our dream wedding a reality. I never had to worry about a thing and was confident that if anything went wrong, she could and would handle it without batting an eye! She was extremely responsive and prepared the most amazing timeline that literally contained every detail any vendor or wedding party member would need to know. My husband and I did not have to worry about a thing on our wedding day except enjoying every minute of our celebration. RCC is the best in business! I hired them for my wedding in September at London Town. Not only did RCC do above and beyond job for our wedding, she impressed our wedding venue and is now recommended by them. RCC is extremely organized and detail oriented. Don't be fooled by "Day of Coordination" because RCC did way more than that. We had 3 in person meetings and she was available via email anytime. Renee was also quick to respond. The timeline for our wedding day was detailed down to the minute. She made our day run so smoothly. Our wedding day would not have been the same without RCC. If you are on the fence about getting a day of coordinator/wedding planner, do it, you will not regret it.

RCC does not charge nearly enough for their incredible services!! My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Renee!! Our wedding day was absolutely PERFECT!!! Renee communicated with all of our vendors for us, she met with us regularly, she emailed us and used an online portal to keep us on track, she had experience with several of our vendors and was able to guide us better and work with them better with that knowledge...the list goes on!! RCC made our day magical
Let me start by saying that our wedding was the most magical day of our lives. I was certainly excited about our wedding, but once the day came, it became VERY clear that we hired the perfect team to make our dream a reality. That all started with Renee. I am quite sure I wouldn't have been able to pull it all off without her.
We hired RCC for their day-of coordination service. I met with Renee many times before the actual day. She coordinated with every vendor, gave each vendor a timeline, asked many questions I hadn't thought about, stayed organized, gave advice on what I needed to get done when and of course all the day-off details like timeline and who needed to be where when. RCC did all this and more all the while being SO kind and simply amazing to work with. You can tell Renee really loves what she does. She helped us stay excited when I was starting to get bogged down in the planning process. It felt like the welcome reminder I needed that this was a happy occasion.
We are so grateful for the incredible work RCC did for us to make our day perfect.

We hired Renee, and it was the best wedding-related investment we made. She was professional and responsive throughout the entire planning process. Renee was very upbeat and easy going, flexible regarding meeting availability (even staying late when we had many questions), and responsive with last minute changes and issues. She had many wonderful ideas and suggestions throughout the entire planning process as well. When we were experiencing anxiety especially over venue issues, Renee assuaged our fears by stepping in to address our concerns. In addition, Renee created a detailed timeline, and coordinated seamlessly with all of the vendors. Many vendors said they had never worked with a more responsive, detail-oriented coordinator. In addition, Renee was outstanding the day of the wedding, and ensured everyone kept to the timeline while making everything look smooth. She stayed through breakdown, and even ensured all items were packed and loaded into our vehicles. She was an absolute delight and pleasure to work with from beginning to end. We would give her more than 5 stars if we could!

I hired Renee and the RCC team for DOC about 6 months out from my wedding and it was the best decision we made! I had previously hired a DOC and had a horrible experience (lack of response, missed appointments, etc.). I decided to try again and found Renee - and had the total opposite experience. Renee is super responsive, friendly, and on top of everything. She immediately calmed me down and helped put together a perfect game plan (with plenty of plan B options). She met with me 3 times, starting right away, and gave us so much more support than just the day-of! She answered questions, coordinated all my other vendors, and most importantly - gave us peace of mind and took the stress out of the process! Highly recommend!!!

Best Decision!
Renee was absolutely an invaluable asset on our wedding day. We hired her as our day of coordinator but the support she offered went way past that. We spoke so highly of her after one meeting that my mother-in-law also decided to have her help out with the rehearsal dinner/welcome party.
In the months leading up to the wedding, Renee was so flexible with in person meetings to go through our timeline and details, making us feel confident going into the wedding. Outside the in person meetings, Renee was incredibly responsive throughout numerous vendor and venue issues. She collaborated with us on tweaking the timeline to fit our concerns and desires, managed contact with our vendors in order to share the timeline and confirm various details, and was present for every venue walk through we had.
Guests and vendors all commented on how organized she was and what a pleasure she was to work with – and she was by far our favorite vendor. Our wedding weekend was seamless all due to Renee!
Given challenges we faced, we are truly convinced our wedding would not have happened without her. Having Renee with us throughout the wedding planning process was the best decision we made, and we would hire her a million times over. I recommend Renee to anyone planning an event!

I couldn't reccomend RCC enough! Renee is amazing!! She has quickly become my go-to for any advice I needed.. She helped turn my wedding "dream" into a reality. Even with COVID restrictions she was prompt on our planning and kept us up to date on what we needed to be planning. She is fantastic with coordinating with other vendors and keeping everyone on the same track... she made us feel perfectly comfortable on our wedding day and we were able to ACTUALLY ENJOY our big day! I can honestly say, with 150 people, we were present in every second of the day and we have Renee to thank for that!! She kept everything running smooth!! You Need to Hire Her!
From the first time we met Renee I could tell she was the person for the job! Like many I had a venue that touted “oh we have a planner for you that is provided at no extra cost and they will help you with everything”. Having never planned a wedding before at first I thought okay I don’t need my own planner. Then I started talking to people and reading reviews and I decided to take the route of hiring my own planner and I am so glad I did! The venue provided planner actually ended up changing people several times and this person was extremely overloaded as they were the planner for hundreds of weddings. Renee was everything we needed and wanted. I truly don’t know what I would have done without her. I found her prices to be very reasonable. We hired her as a month of planner but she was so much more than that. She helped us navigate a postponement. She was always super responsive and helpful. There were so many logistics of the day that I hadn’t even thought of and wouldn’t have thought of without her. Her day-of timeline was a piece of art by the end of it. There was no detail left out! It was just so nice to really turn everything over to her the last month which is the most stressful month of planning and know it would be taken care of. On the day of Renee and her assistant were life savers. They made sure everything went perfectly. Hire her you will be so glad you did!
