Raynor Shine was the absolute best at my husband and I's wedding! Connie and her team absolutely know what they are doing and they not only helped me and my husband prepare for our wedding and make everything turn out so perfect, but it was also evident that Connie and her team can turn any situation into a magical experience! Even though the power went out at our wedding, Connie and her team worked with my vendors to ensure the night went so smoothly and our guest and us barely even noticed the power went out and it was just the best time! Connie is such a sweet woman and my husband and I were very blessed to have her as our coordinator! We would recommend this vendor to everyone in need of a coordinator! -

The absolute best!!!
Connie is absolutely wonderful. She and her team made the day seamless. We knew we were in the best of hands with her as our planner. She was incredibly organized and took care of everything for us, making for the most memorable night of our lives. I highly recommend Connie and her team! -

We had the absolute joy of working with Connie Raynor of Raynor Shine Events, LLC for our wedding—and we truly couldn’t have imagined a more perfect experience. From the very beginning, Connie listened with such care and intention, making sure every wish we had was not only honored but elevated. She brought our vision to life with warmth, precision, and a creative spark that made the day feel uniquely ours.
One of the most unforgettable moments? Connie arranged for a stunning 1967 convertible Corvette to be part of our celebration—a detail we dreamed of, and she made it happen with style and grace. It added such a personal, iconic touch to the day and made for some incredible memories and photos.
What stood out most was Connie’s ability to blend our ideas with her own brilliant touches—details we never would have thought of, but that made everything feel even more magical. Her thoughtfulness, professionalism, and genuine heart made the planning process feel effortless and joyful. Our families and guests were absolutely wowed, and we felt so supported every step of the way.

Connie seamless! I had a LOT of stuff that had to get to the venue at different times, from different locations and Connie and her team made it happen on time and with ease! She ran out rehearsal, timed out processional to music that I wanted and somehow managed to quickly and silently change over our space from ceremony to receptions! If there were any emergencies on my day, I had no idea because she just took care of it! Most importantly, everything on our day was ON TIME, which I cant say for any other wedding I have been in!
My day was perfect and Connie helped make it possible! -

Highly Recommend Raynor Shine Events.
Connie and her team were exceptional start to finish. My daughter had a destination wedding in Colorado with an outdoor reception in Maryland when they returned from a brief honeymoon. Raynor Shine Events provided day of event coordination and support. They took over all of the reception coordination making sure everything ran smoothly. Everything was wonderful and executed perfectly even with the unexpected rain storm. -

Beyond my expectations
Raynor Shine Events helped me with day of services for my mom's 70th birthday party. It was perfect! They are very professional, concise and on point with their planning skills. I would recommend them to any and everyone. -

Connie and her team are absolutely incredible. She was there to help through the whole wedding process, she gave us recommendations for vendors. The rehearsal and wedding day ran so smoothly because of Connie. She took care of everything! Picking up food, decorations and setting up our venue. She took care of all our vendors as they arrived; showed them where to set up and keeping everyone on schedule. Connie was always smiling, ready to help and give you words of encouragement when you felt like everything was falling apart. She puts her focus on you and what you want to have the most beautiful day. If we didn't have Connie our wedding would have been a disaster. I highly recommend Connie and her team, they are amazing and will make your event perfect.
