If you’re reading this, look no further! We had a wonderful experience working with Mariah/Rayne Desserts from our first emails, to our tasting, to our wedding day. She is incredibly kind and professional. In fact, she’s so kind that even before I sampled our tasting, I said “I hope this cake is delicious because she’s so nice and I hope we can hire her.” Spoiler alert: it was the best cake I’ve ever had.
Mariah was so generous with the amount of cupcakes she gave us for our tasting and they were free of charge. We tried samples from other bakers but hers was absolutely the clear winner. We tasted a variety of flavors, all of which were amazing, but the strawberry champagne was our favorite. We booked immediately after finishing our tasting.
On our wedding day, the cake was absolutely stunning and just as delicious as the day we first tasted it. Our guests ate the ENTIRE four tiered cake and at least 15 people told me it was the best cake they’ve ever had. To top it off, the cake was vegan and I kept it a secret from everyone. Nobody knew.
I’m already trying to find an excuse to hire Mariah again. If you’re looking for a wedding cake or really, a cake for any occasion, you found it! From the taste, the look and the price, there’s nobody better.

We had learned about Rayne desserts through our venues photoshoots we were invited to participate in. We were the last couple to shoot so we luckily got to try the beautiful cake. It was so delicious, it had gotten a little gooey with the icing. It was truly incredible and I knew in that exact moment I wanted this company to make our desserts for our big day. It also felt like fate since my niece's name is Rayne and my middle name is Mariah. Mariah was so warm and welcoming when I emailed her. She was very flexible when it came to where and when to meet for our tasting, We also got to try multiple different flavors at the tasting. Which all were amazing. We had decided to go with the lemon flavor for our cake (which we loved so much we are getting it for our anniversary cake) and we got 6 dozen mini cupcakes (white cake, cinnamon roll, strawberry shortcake, cookies n cream). The desserts were a HUGE hit at our wedding. I seriously cannot recommend Mariah enough. She is truly amazing!! -

Incredible wedding desserts on short notice!
Mariah and Nelson did an amazing job with our wedding cake and desserts! We booked in August for a wedding at the end of September, due to our previous dessert plans falling through. They made a delicious 3-tier wedding cake and exceeded all of our expectations with the additional bite-sized desserts that we served.
Several guests commented about how much they loved all of the desserts, and our guests with gluten allergies were especially impressed by the gluten-free option. For our wedding cake we picked an overall decor style and color palette, and Mariah nailed the look we were imagining. Our event was on the opposite side of town from their bakery but they delivered everything on-time without any issues.
We're looking forward to ordering more desserts from Mariah for future catering needs, and can't wait to get our one-year anniversary cake! -

We loved Rayne desserts for our wedding day! We chose a few different desserts for a dessert bar and everything was delicious. They even provide delicious vegan desserts. They were so great to work with and we could not be more pleased with the service they provided. -

Rayne Desserts was a perfect choice for our wedding cake! The cake was gorgeous and absolutely delicious - seriously the best cake I’ve ever had, which I would never expect to be saying about a wedding cake. It was so moist, and the frostings/fillings weren’t too sweet or overpowering. All her ingredients are fresh and you can really tell this is a handmade masterpiece. She has countless unique and classic flavors to choose from and you can customize as well. All of our guests LOVED it and raved about it for days after. Whenever I asked guests if they had tried the cake yet, most people said they’d tried at least two of the flavors, if not all three. The tasting and ordering process was also so easy, and Mariah is a such a sweet person and very professional to work with. I can’t recommend Rayne Desserts enough. -

Mariah (Owner of Rayne Desserts) is incredible and made the process of selecting and designing our wedding cake very special. We did three other tastings prior to Rayne Desserts and her flavors and presentation blew us away. The Berry Bubbly flavor that we landed on with strawberries and champagne was the talk of our wedding! The drop off and setup process with Rayne Desserts was seamless. They cake looked fabulous and Mariah brought our design vision to life. We would recommend Rayne Desserts in a heartbeat to anyone and cannot thank them enough for making our wedding sweeter! -

AMAZING (especially gluten free)
I decided very early on that A) I was eating cake at my wedding (i’m gf) and B) that it was going to be something I looked forward to because it was that good. My husband and I tried many different options and landed on Raynes due to a friends experience with her. She did not disappoint one bit!
Our cakes were both delicious and beautiful, and I went back for more during the wedding night. Raynes was such a joy to work with throughout the whole process from tastings to design calls to the day of coordination. Highly highly recommend! -

Simply THE BEST! Hands down!
Mariah was such a pleasure to work with and her cakes were so so SO good! I made a last minute change to our wedding cake and she was able to deliver.
Our cake was 3 tiers to feed 70 and based on our guests’ personal reviews, they cakes were so good it was devoured within minutes.
We definitely also love that she will make us a complimentary mini cake for our 1 year anniversary so we didn’t have to worry about freezing the top and shared with our guests! -

Mariah was great and professional in all communication. She was very accommodating and understanding during my decision-making. I procured a 3-tier wedding cake, a grooms cake, and added 2 dozen cupcakes a week before the wedding! She also makes gluten-free desserts without charging extra. The cakes were beautiful and delicious. I highly recommend! -

Magnificent customer service and delicious cake on our special day!!!!
Mariah did an excellent job for our three tiered wedding cake and cupcakes! She listened to what I wanted and looked at our inspirational images carefully, and delivered a wonderful cake and made sure the cupcake toppers I wanted added, were added! The trial was free and we're getting a free anniversary cake, one year later. This means no frozen cake topper in the freezer for a year. I highly recommend Mariah, who pays special attention and devotion to your day. I love that she doesn't overlap multiple jobs on the same day by principle. 100% happy with our choice with Rayne Desserts! -

After postponing our wedding twice, we were finally able to enjoy our two cakes from Rayne Desserts and wow--they were worth the wait. Mariah did an amazing job decorating the three-tiered cake with silk flowers and setting it up for all of our guests to see. It was gorgeous and tasted even better than it looked! I cannot wait for the next big event where we can work with Mariah again. Go with Rayne Desserts -- you will not regret it! -

The cake was literally the best part of the wedding we got the strawberry champagne and the Mexican vanilla and it was amazing amazing she made the cake exactly how I described eI wanted it and she even did a Star Wars jedi groom cake for us! I definitely recommend her for all your cake needs I know for sure I'm coming back to her for birthday cakes in the future!!!! -

OMG! I CANNOT say enough good things about Rayne Desserts! I was married this last February. The wedding cake was my absolutle favorite part of the wedding! It was everything I envisioned and then more! When friends ask to see pictures of our wedding I show pictures of the cake first.
Rayne let us pick up samples of the flavors we wanted to try. She made full 2 full sized cupcakes for us to try. We were able to cut them in pieces and include family members in the tasting!
We ended up picking the Strawberries and Champagne flavor. It tasted wonderful and was a perfect "romantic " wedding flavor.
I let Mariah know I wanted a two tier naked frosted cake with silver foil. I got just that with the most gorgeous piping I have ever seen! It was better than I could have pictured. Also, my florist brought over a bunch of random flowers. Mariah picked the perfect ones and arranged them flawlessly on the cake.
Rayne Dessert is a rare find. I would recommend her for ANY event! 10/10 She made my wedding day so special because of how beautiful the cake was! -

Unforgettably delicious!
I loved working with Mariah as she was super friendly and responded to all my questions in a timely manner. From my experience, wedding cakes are often never the star of the show but this was not the case with Mariah's cake. I also want to add that a lot of popular bakeries will make cake beforehand and freeze them then thaw it for the wedding, but Rayne Dessert does not do this so it is guaranteed fresh! We got the carrot cake and boy was it delicious! The cake was so moist and the cream cheese frosting wasn't too sweet or overbearing. It was honestly the best carrot cake I've ever had. We were afraid that carrot cake wouldn't be a popular flavor choice among our guests but we were wrong. EVERYONE kept talking about how delicious the cake and the cupcakes were. Everyone kept crowding the dessert table and just like that, they were all gone so quickly that we didn't even get a chance to eat the cupcakes. My only regret is not ordering more, so do not make the same mistake and order lots of desserts! One last thing I want to add is that Mariah was able to carry out my vision and designed a cake that was simple and elegant. -

You will not be disappointed! I did not see the arrival of the cake but once I got back to the venue, I was very pleased. Bonus everyone loved the cake so much. There was no left overs and everyone was asking about the cake! Even 6 months after the wedding people are still talking about the cake. -

Mariah had some of the best cupcakes ever. The taste, the variety of flavors, and the presentation were all on point. I would highly recommend cookies n cream, mint chocolate and Mexican vanilla. They were huge hits at our wedding and went out fast. We loved cookies n cream so much, we asked Mariah to make our wedding cake with that. More than the cupcakes and cakes, Mariah was simply incredible in her responsiveness and willingness to work with us. 100% recommend! -

Best Baker Around!! Dietary Restrictions included!!
Mariah did cake and desserts for my bridal shower, wedding, and brother’s birthday—that’s how good she is, we just can’t get enough!
Our tasting with her was awesome. For one, it was FREE. She met us at a coffee shop with all the flavors we requested and extra brownies to try. She is a complete sweetheart and so professional. She provided papers with info and to take notes on each flavor. Additionally, she commits herself to YOUR day so she takes one wedding per day. You just don’t get this care with big bakeries.
It also was so comforting that she washed down the whole kitchen in terms of allergies. I have a gluten allergy, and also cannot have dairy, and I felt at ease that she would provide allergy free goodies. Which she did. And they were freakin’ amazing.
Our cakes were beautiful, better than imagined (white cake, lemon berry, and mini cinnamon roll cupcakes!) Her brownies are to die for. And it was all gluten and dairy free. Best I ever had, regardless of allergens.
She did an incredible job, exceeding all expectations. We will continue going to Mariah for all baking needs, like forever.
Pricing was also super reasonable, delivery was free within range and she didn’t charge extra for the gf/df!! -

We had enough cake for about 120 people. At most 80 people showed. Y’all...... my husband and I didn’t even get a slice of cake. The cake was the biggest hit of the night. Our guests devoured it. Her cakes are absolute magic. Beautiful in its design, and DELICIOUS. we will order another cake soon cause we’re so bummed we didn’t get any. Rayne Desserts made our whole cake tasting/ordering process so easy and fun! Not to mention that prices are so reasonable and flexible for your budget. She came personally to our home for our tasting and made the experience so intimate and open to any comments and critiques we may have had. The presentation of the tasting was AMAZING. I even asked if my brother in law could join us, and she made an extra tasting for him! Give her your inspiration or what you envision and she will make it come to life beautifully. We hired Rayne Desserts for a dairy free chocolate cake (2 layers of s’mores, 2 layers of chocolate raspberry) with dairy free dark chocolate butter cream frosting and it was INSANELY DELICIOUS! I’m so glad our planner put aside 2 big slices because it all went really fast! AND had a cake big enough for 80 people and only 66 guests! This was by far the best cake we sampled of our vendors AND it was dairy free! Also very affordable even though we asked for hand scrolling work. Normally would cost 360 but with lots of detail we requested she asked for only $60 more. We will be getting this every year on our anniversary, either as a small cake or cupcakes and we’ll definitely hire her for any future special occasions. Best cake ever. -

Our guests told us over and over that our wedding cupcakes are the best they have ever tasted! Mariah She was incredibly accommodating including offering some really delicious options for gluten free/dairy free and gluten free/lactose free cupcakes for me in addition to regular cupcake options for my fiance. It’s hard to say what our favorites were - i think all of them! Vanilla for my husband, GF/DF chocolate for me, regular chocolate, strawberry champagne and cookies and cream for the guests. She is 100% professional and an amazing baker. I highly recommend her! -
