Literal Perfection
My fiance and I knew from the start that we wanted not only video, but actual cinema-quality. The wedding day would come and go, but that video and capturing those memories would last a lifetime. It was hard to find a videographer that had the skills that we wanted, so when I found Raymond Vega and his team I was overjoyed! He captured my vision 1000% and got every special moment (even got footage of my husband crying when he first saw me walk down the aisle!) - I am truly grateful and cannot stop watching the videos!! I have been telling everyone online how amazing he was, and I can't say hank you enough!!! -

Wedding Cinematography
We decided to use Raymond for our wedding cinematography as well as our photographer, and it was a great decision! It was easier to communicate with one vendor and he brought a fantastic team! They worked so well together capturing the perfect footage. We received the trailer and full length video so quickly after the wedding and the quality was amazing! It captured the evening perfectly and I can’t stop watching and reliving the day! -

A+ Videographer
I met Raymond through my wedding planner. He was very professional from the beginning. He answered all of my questions and always responded to my messages very quick. It was important to me to have good communication with all my providers since I am not from PR. We had a destination wedding in PR and it was hard for me to find the right people to be part of this big day. I highly recommend Raymond, he was super flexible, very understandable and punctual. Every time I watch my wedding video I get chills. He captured the right moments, it is impossible not to cry every time I watch the video. The video transmits everything we lived that day. It is like reliving that day again 🤍 Thank you so much Raymond for being part of that big day. I won’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone 😊 -

Simply Amazing!!
Raymond was super professional! He was so easy to work with. He offered help in other areas when wedding planning was going wrong. After having to change my venue 2 hours away, he had no problem with driving the additional time and even arrived a little earlier. Raymond was the one vendor I didn’t need to worry about because his professionalism showed since I first contacted him. And when we received our photos I cried they were so beautiful!! Our family and friends loved them too. We are so grateful to you for capturing our wedding in the most beautiful way. Thank you!! -

Literally amazing! If you are having a wedding in Puerto Rico (or anywhere for that matter), Raymond is a must for your video and photography!! My husband and I are not models and we can be quite awkward lol Our video is phenomenal! When we saw it I had chills, I couldn't believe it was us! He captured every moment so perfectly and took the time to get to know us. So many people have told me they wish their video looked like mine! Highly recommended!!! Xoxo -

Raymond Vega is an excellent photographer, we are so happy with the way our pictures came out for our wedding! We couldn't have had a better experience! He was so accommodating with the types of poses we wanted, and the backdrops from all the beautiful areas of San Juan. From the moment my mom and I met with Raymond, he was thorough, professional, and friendly. He showed us all the photo package options, which were reasonably priced and extensive. My husband met Raymond the day of the wedding, and we were both pleased at how well prepared and eager he was to get the best shot possible. I don't think he even took a break the whole day! Our pictures at the Cathedral and Perla Restaurant looked amazing, we even got our pictures back promptly.
It was truly a pleasure working with Raymond. Other photographers that we met with with were controlling, trying to tell us how our wedding should be, but Raymond was open to our ideas to ensure that we had the best pictures possible. -

I don't know how to express my grattitude to Raymond and his team. As a photographer mysef I know how hard is to document such an important event as a wedding but Raymond made it perfect! He was on time and on point all day and all night, making us feel super confortable. He documented everything even better than what I imagined and when we received our video, in record time, it blew our minds! He DELIVERED! We are extremely happy with our movie. We enjoy watching it again and again. We never imaged how hard they would work that night to capture all the great shot from our wedding. Wedding ceremonies are great moment and having this special day captured in great images is something that cannot be overemphasized. I usually do not do reviews but when you get such an excellent service like the one we got from Raymond Video Production, it is only fair to let others know our experience and possibly profit from the same excellent service we got. I never knew the essence and value of professional photography until I heard about Raymond Video Production from a friend of mine that would not stop showering his praises on the outfit. I suggested to my partner that we give them a call and see what they have in stock. We hired Raymond Video Production per a recommendation from our wedding planner, Rosalina (Momentus Special Events). We were recently married at Plaza Norzagaray (ceremony) and had the reception at the El San Juan Ballroom in October. Raymond Video Production did the most amazing job on our video. There are no words to describe how talented he is as a videographer. He captured all of the moments from our day and turned it into a masterpiece. It definitely feels like a movie and I will cherish the video forever. I have shared it with so many people already and everyone says how it is the best wedding video they have ever seen. We made the best decision in hiring Raymond for our big day.
Raymond not only captures all of the scenes, from the getting ready process, to the gift exchange, to the ballroom setup, to the ceremony, to the speeches, dancing, first dance (the list goes on), but he ALSO features aerial views of our locations and San Juan. I also loved how he put the video together- -he didn’t follow the order of the day, but brought in different parts of the day at different times. It makes perfect sense and it is so unique and special.
He is a true artist! The video is unlike anything I’ve seen. THANK YOU RAYMOND. We will cherish the video forever and we can’t wait to share this with our extended families.

Ten years ago I found my true love, I feel in love without realizing that he had found that special someone that would complement my life. When making the decision to make our love official I took the task of choosing a photographer that would capture our love.
Finding a photographer and videographer is easy, but finding an artist who can capture moments and transform them into memories is a difficult job to accomplish. A photographer who can stop time and create images that can be preserve for a lifetime and come to share with future generations is definitely not easy. Raymond went above and beyond! His video made us cry, laugh, cry and laugh again. It truly captured our wedding in an unconventional / cool way that is best described by AWESOME! The music, the toast, the singularity of special moments before and during the wedding made this video a masterpiece. I'm glad my wife chose him as I would have made the big mistake of going with someone cheaper; then the video would have ended up in some drawer to never be seen again. Instead now we made it a point to watch it at least once a year on or around our anniversary. And it's a movie I'm proud to share with family and friends. Yes, it is that good. I'm not the type that normally pays compliments but this Raymond deserves each and everyone of them. Feel free to ask him for a sample of ours, that's how much I loved it!

I married on November 18, 2012 at Wyndham Garden Palmas del Mar in Humacao, Puerto Rico. Though I am a native from Puerto Rico I wanted to have this feeling of a destination wedding and I wanted to capture this special moment, where family and friends gathered together in a beautiful place. Raymond Vega made my dream come true.
While looking for my vendors, he was the ONLY ONE I considered for my video. I called a close friend who is very picky and the only vendor she recommended from her wedding was Raymond Vega. She assured me her video was a beautiful one. I haven't seen hers but knowing she is so picky and perfectionist, I knew I needed to meet Raymond.
My husband and I saw his work in company of my parents. We were blown away, something that does not happens often to me, considering I work in the communications field. But his work is different from what I have seen. He is very relaxed and professional, he is on time and he is reliable- something very important for the bride-to-be!!!!!. He and his partner that day just made me feel comfortable. I was calm at my wedding, knowing he was there.
My wedding was all I wished for and more. Raymond Vega captured the true essence of both my husband and myself. The video is a fun one, a party! But it also contains all these little moments and instances that make it romantic and just....wow!!!
A month ago I invited friends over to see the video and all of them where soooo happy to find themselves in the video having fun.
We are also grateful to have in our video my husband''s 102 year old great grandmother dancing the night away!!!!!

My wife and I can't say enough good things about Raymond and his services. We had our destination wedding in San Juan and were unsure of who to use as vendors. In my personal opinion, Raymond Vega, is the best videographer I've ever seen. And trust me when I say I've seen my fair share! My family used to work in this line of business ( photography & videography). Of all the work I've seen before, not one of them comes even remotely close to RVP. My wedding video was absolutely breathtakingly beautiful! I never tire of watching it. It's like re-living it over again. He captured the magic, the essence, the love. I swear no one compares to RVP. The job of Raymond Vega is exceptional. From the beginning we trust him, he listen our preference at the same time had his artistic criteria. The final product technically is excellent interns of quality of images and sound. Visually we where surprised with the elegance of the takes, the transition, sensibility and how he approached us and the ability to capture significant details. He was very careful with editing, he balance very good the content of the video making sure that all was good.
He was very professional and kind in every moment and we thank him for that. We recommend him for any job of video.

Raymond was wonderful and could not of found a better videographer! His attention to detail during our wedding day really showed in the final video that we received. We would highly recommend Raymond and his team. My husband and I originally thought we did not need a videographer for our wedding but looking back and looking at your video today, it is a memory that we will forever be able to look at for years to come. In the months leading up to the wedding, at times the communication was little difficult, in that, email response was sometimes slow, but Raymond always did get back to us and always did answer all questions as needed. The quality of the movie is great and the music that was selected throughout it allows for effortless transitions. The video took a little bit longer than expected but again the wait was worth it in the end. We are truly blessed to have been recommended him but another vendor and to now have such a beautiful product is perfect! -

Fue simplemente maravilloso volver a revivir ese sueño que tanto trabajo y esfuerzo nos costó!!!!!
El video incluye cada detalle, pero no cualquier detalles; sino uno significativo en la celebracion de quinceañero de mi hija: cada lagrima, cada abrazo, cada alegria de todos los miebros de la familia!!!!! Se ve tan bien que aun despues de la octava o novena vez de verlo vuelves a sentir ese sentimiento particular a travez de toooooooodo el video.

Completely Inflexible
We had to call off our wedding during the pandemic. We originally had planned for a wedding of 225 people, which we know couldn't happen anymore, particular since it would have been a destination for many of our guests. We gave the videographer more than enough notice (almost a year) and he was completely inflexible, despite having done absolutely ZERO work for the wedding. Refused to give us even a partial refund. Almost all of the other vendors we worked with gave us a refund for deposits except for Raymond videography. Would not recommend. -

We used this guy for our wedding last year. He is terribly unprofessional, over priced for decent work and unwilling to compromise on anything you ask him for. I would not recommend him to anyone and suggest you seek out another vendor videographer for your wedding if you don't want to deal with a pretentious and conceded attitude along with poor service. -

First of, I am very experienced with videographers and know what to expect from a professional videographer. I did alot of research before my weddings. After seeing all his videos and telling him what I liked, he really did not include anything that I told him to. This videographer does not know what he is doing. Very slow service and lacks customer service skills. First of all, after numerous emails to him I finally got my video in October 2014. I got married in May 2014. We were disappointed with the video. The video sounded staticky (which he did not fix), he used all of his songs and did not include any of my songs (despite asking me to write down the songs that I liked), and the worst was he did not record the cocktail hour(which was held at an ocean view outdoor terrace). How could you videotape a whole wedding and not include the cocktail hour? Who does that? Oh and he said that since I picked the least expensive package how could I expect much? So after discussing the video back and forth, I sent it back to him in November 2014 and just received the video again in June 2015 (7 months later). Now I know a video takes a long time to receive but it was the lack of attention and not responding to emails and phone calls in a timely manner that was frustrating. I was very patient throughout this time. I told him what I wanted and the only thing he changed was the 2 songs I requested and inserted some instrumental music that I requested. But he also said that he couldn't use the songs I wanted because of some reason. He kept giving me the runaround and so many excuses like his computer was down and couldn't work on the video. How are you a videographer and you don't have a computer to work on? Isn't this your business? Super unprofessional and is not attentive with customers. So ladies and gents, save your time and money and look for a better videographer.Raymond Video Production's reply:
